Paint ball day

Today I woke up to go to work which was good, just the usual, but after that we had a lot of fun. We went to Rockhill SC, to go to a paintball place called Central Paintball, I really enjoyed it. It was for my friends 16th birthday, it was just a lot of fun though I got hit a lot. I loved it, and it was good to get back into it since the last time I played I was in 6th grade. I enjoyed it though. After that I went home and now just chillin with my family.

8/24/24

Today I woke up and went to class. When we were done I did a mentor session.   We worked on bolo and stick form 3.   I got some breakfast and then came home.   Once I got home I waited for my driving instructor to come.  Then he made me check the car to make sure it was all good. Once we were all set.  We drove around the neighborhood for a while.  Then we went up to Davidson. When that was over I took a Nap and then ate lunch.

Bolo form

When I woke up I went to black belt class and helped with the class after.  In between the classes I did bolo form with Instructor Logan.  I got home and went to the pool with my friends.  I'm so tired from a busy day.  See you tomorrow.

8/24/24

Ummm…I woke up today and I went to class.  They were talking about mentor sessions so I had one today and learned bolo. I also went for a walk today. Dad and I walked the dowg for 2 miles.  After that we thought about going to the the pool but we didn’t.  Spoiler alert. We are going to a water park tomorrow.  Last fun thing before school start.  Tonight they had a food truck at our pool so I had tacos and chips. 10/10. I would recommend.  That’s it for today. Journal 28 - super Saturday

I hope everyone had a super Saturday and is excited for special Sunday today. I got up and packed to go rock climbing at Rocky face. I got in the car and when I got there, me and my friends listen to all the rules that we had to know before climbing up the mountain. We started with repelling down the side of the mountain at least 50 foot drop. After lunch there was another course open that was at least 85 feet. I was the first one that was able to make it to the top. then I came home and ate dinner while watching movie with my family. I hope it was a super Saturday for all good night!!! P.S. Today is National peach pie day!!! ~Magnolia~

8/24 Curtis Journal

Saturday- got up early and finished packing my bag and the car for the beach. Got over to the morning blackbelt class. Man was that a lot of falls and rolls. But I’m not nearly as sore from them as I would have been at the beginning of this cycle, I guess I’m getting better. We made it to the beach this afternoon, everyone is off having a good time, I’m still worried about keeping Up with all our requirements while we are here!

Today I woke up this morning and I went to sparing class to get my class done then I helped out in jr Tiger. Now I need 1 more assistance credit. Last I went back home and took myself a nap and I woke up and I felt energized. I went running and did some exercises. Today was a great day.

Saturday-8/24/24

Today, I woke up bright and early, grabbed a snack, and headed to the dojang. I took part in Master Evan’s 15 minute seconds and higher class and then took a black belt class. I also got a leadership credit after that. When I got home I did my requirements. I then read and had lunch. I hung out for the afternoon and then had dinner. Tonight, I will catch up on requirements, shower, clean, and read my book. Goodnight everyone.

Hard hit #2

So today I was sparring mr honeycutt and got kicked in the face. I was okay but it was a hard hit so it hurt a bit. Then I sparred another kid and I underestimated his strength because he was vey strong but I got kicked in the arm. Then I did requirements at taekwondo and then ran. I am going to a sleepover at declans house so I am doing my journal earlier than usual. Goodbye.

8/24 taekwondo all day

Good afternoon, I'm currently doing my white belt essay. I had a mentee session, sparring, class, and leadership. Cant believe we're half way through the cycle, it feels like we should have been here a month ago. Body being a pain in the butt. Cant believe all the things I accomplished over the cycle so far: I learned and memorized all poomsaes, got a girlfriend,  help out many people, went to black belt classes, and able to do a pull up. Journal 43: sunny run

Today was another busy Saturday. First I went to tae Kwon do and then did sparing then did all of my requirements for my cycle. After that I did leader ship and then went to do my run with Flynn. And now I’m going to have a sleepover with flynn, Landon, and even.

Funny Squirrel

Hello there my friends, today I went to BBC, Black Belt Class and had a good time and I wished Master Natasya Happy Birthday and we got BBC checked off and then we went home. After we chilled at home for a little but then we went and got Master Natasya a Nothing Bundt Cakes cake and gave it to her. But when we went home we saw this funny squirrel who was looking for nuts and we saw him jumping like a bunny. But then he went up part of the tree and then started hanging with his legs and only his legs and started nibbling on his nut. But when we got out of the car he dropped his nut and went up the tree, I hope everyone is having a good morning.

New Lightsaber parts!

Last night I got new lightsaber parts because the other parts weren't working properly. They would keep unscrewing and untightening if I even just touched it so we got new ones and they work great! I can swing it around with no issues and I can hit people with it and it probably won't hurt too bad. Anyway, I gotta go now see you guys on Monday, I've got to do some stuff, bye!

Day #42 - 8/23/2024

Training day! Sparring class is scheduled for 5:45 today, so I logged off work earlier than usual to get started with my workouts just prior to class time. Then I went in earlier to complete my daily requirements. Ran a total of 4 gentle miles and did some extra work all over to cover for my slow days. Phew!

8/23 Curtis Journal

Friday- I really felt good this week. We went everyday and got some sort  of leadership or mentor/mentee work done almost everyday. Saturday after BB class we leave for the beach,  I hope we can keep up our morning runs and requirements.

This was a rough week with work and getting requirement done, but that’s why you get a head early. Plus I have six days off now. I was able to go to sparring class at North Charlotte dojang, very fun and Instructor Max is a great instructor. Tried Korea bbq tonight, it was a good experience and I picked up some sweets to try in the tomorrow.

Double class fridays. Had Black Belt Class then Sparring right after. Still have a stuffy nose so breathing wasn't the best but I made it. All this exercise is paying off.

It’s finally Friday! But I still have to wake up early tomorrow for black belt class. We did lots of drills in sparring class today and finished with some flow sparring.

Good Friday

At black belt class, we practiced stances, arm positions for striking and forms It made it easier to know where to strike and position my front stance for it. When I got back home I resumed my poomsae and self-defense practice with pull-ups and planks in between and had dinner afterwards.

I woke up and I went to black belt class.  I am keeping it short today. I have a fantasy football draft.  I went to my friends house and played Xbox. Then I got home and that’s all for the day.  Bye.

Today I woke up and I played with my friend for a while.  I went to black belt class. There were no rolls and falls so I did jump rope instead.   In class we did line drills about different attacks in kwan sol.

Sparring fun

Sparring class was actually fun tonight. I usually don't say that about sparring, but I like the way that Instructor Max breaks down drills so that we are working on techniques rather than trying to kick each other to death.  I also like that we can also use our hands rather than traditional TKD sparring where you are just using kicks.  Class is early tomorrow, so this entry will be a bit shorter than most.  Today is Instructor Mark's birthday so if you are so inclined wish him a happy belated birthday.

No Candles Today

It's finally Friday!  We're at the end of week 6 and, I suppose, officially halfway through the Cycle.  It's also my birthday which is ironic given that the first day of week 1 was our wedding anniversary.  For my birthday I did something I don't normally do and treated myself to a lunch out. After work I packed up all my stuff and headed down to the dojang for sparring class.  I really like the way Instructor Max teaches things differently than Master Evins - it's always helpful to get a different perspective and train in different ways.  We did a lot of new stuff and I think it was both fun and educational.  Afterwards we came home, had dinner, and worked on Cycle stuff for a bit before it was time to get everyone ready for bed.  Gotta get to bed early tonight as we've been told to show up 15...

Friday, August 23

Today was the first day out of state for me in a while. It was nice to meet some family I hadn't seen is years or longer. I practiced my forms, kicks, etc, and did my requirements early so I would have some down time before packed events later in the day. I also just made it to my 3rd unit in my German lessons today, so I feel like I'm making progress on that a lot easier compared to earlier this year.

I went to school and It was good we got our house there then I went to do a mentee session then do a rolls and falls class then that got canceled so I waited till black belt class then after that I played games with one of my friends then did some pull ups and got lots of self defense in. First school Friday

Today I woke up to go to school and today was a good school day with a lot of activities. In PE we did something called the pacer test, which is where you have a certain amount of time to go from one side of the gym to the other side, and you keep going until you can't keep up anymore, and the time gets shorter and shorter to where your at the point where your sprinting every time. After school I went home and I chilled there until I had to go to Tae Kwon Do. We had black belt class and advance sparring, with the pictures at the same time, so overall a great day.

Today I went to school and I finished my requirements for the day, after I went to black belt class and I ate Taco Bell for dinner. We are watching Stanger Things right now and I needed to journal before I forgot, so goodnight!

Journal 27 - fantastic Friday

I hope everyone had a fantastic Friday and is except for super Saturday!!! Today I got up and went to school and lunch. Me and my friends decided we were going to do the spicy pepper challenge. After school, I went straight to get my allergy shots and then to Barnes & Noble! When we finish up, I head on over to only to find out there was no rolls and falls class. We finally got our Curriculum sheets at Friday black class. When I got home, I went down to the pool and hung out with some people that I knew. Then I went home because my friend was all home alone. Hope it was a fantastic Friday for all good night!!! P.S. Today is National sponge cake day!!! ~Magnolia~

Tomorrow is a big day! Race day tomorrow! That meant a lot of preparation today! I woke up this morning and went to Walmart to finish off my school supplies shopping (I still had to buy a few things on Amazon). Then I came home and did a few things before getting a hair cut. I then came home and did a few more things before taking a nap. After I woke up I went for an easy run to prepare my legs for tomorrow. I then came home ate, showered, stretched, and now I am here.

Friday-8/23/24

Hey everybody, today I woke up early and had breakfast. I then went to school and had a decent day. I played basketball, watched a show in Spanish, did a paper in biology, I then had lunch and played football. After lunch, I went to civics and did a current event, I took a quiz in English, and then took notes in math. After school, I went home and had a snack. Then I walked to TKD and got a class assistance credit as well as a black belt class. I walked back home and had a night of dinner, chores, talking to a friend and the cycle. Journal 42: hitting a wall

Today was a trying day emotionally, mentally, and physically. Getting home from school close to 5pm does not leave much time for anything. I came home had about 10 minute break and had to turn around and go to classes tonight. I tried to not get in my head or let the negative thoughts take over. I am hitting a wall. I just want to relax. I took some breaths and pushed through my frustrations and tiredness. I only did 1 mile tonight and I saw a friend that I did my cool down lap with. I am still noticing pain in my left knee when I run. When do I need to be concerned about this pain?

Today  I woke up and did my requirements for taekwondo. Then I cleaned my house because I’m going to the beach tomorrow after taekwondo. But after that I went to my friend’s house and then I did some more cleaning. Then I watched a movie then I went on a walk with my dog.then I went to taekwondo and now I am done for the day. I know our journal entry is suppose to be detailed about our day. Unfortunately,  for tonight,  it won't be.  I've been fighting a migraine which goes to a head and vise versa all day. Thete is weather coming through which triggers these headaches and migraines. Hopefully the weather will pass and I can get back to feeling 'normal'

30th Journal Entry

Today i had a nice breakfast and headed to school. I had a math quiz and a ELA seminar but i think i did fine in those. I went to after school and played pickle ball with Willow and River. Then i did sparring class. I forgot my jump rope so i had to do burpees. Yikes. We did flow sparring so it was fun. Then i came home, showered, and here i am now. Okay i'm done now.

Halfway there!

Started the day carrying a bunch of cases of water to 3rd floor apartments during my Amazon shift. I feel like this might have been more challenging than my regular requirements. Did my run and physical requirements done before work. I really feel like my kicks have improved, but not consistently yet. Getting ready for rolls and falls followed by black belt class. Looking forward to the second half of the cycle.

Went and helped with older kids/adult testing. It was fun and glad to be of help. still feeling sick so i had almost no energy for much in terms of requirements. but will practice poomsae later tonight.

Middle

In the morning, I went to my campus class. I have been standing up most of the time getting to understand procedures with the machines I was working with. Came back, did requirements and read my cycle book, then went to class assistance and sparring class. This might have been the least sweaty and intense I've been in a sparring so far. As I came back I had my leftover Ihop and called it a day.

Practice with a friend!

I haven't been sleeping as much as I should be the past few days  so I feel like I'm dragging quite a bit.  The good thing is that usually when I get time to sleep I don't usually have issues with sleeping.  Once in a while I get a bout of insomnia.  It always makes me feel bad for people with regular insomnia.  I don't know how they do it.    So as we typically do, Mark and I practiced our self defense and forms together.  The good thing about practicing and practicing together is usually the other person remembers what you don't.  It also makes me more comfortable with doing self defenses since you get to practice with an actual person attacking, and you can play around with hand/foot placements with more time flexibility than in class.  I feel like this has absolutely helped me improve self defenses over time,...

Catching up

I got up today and, somewhat reluctantly, dragged myself out the house for a walk.  I'm behind on mileage and while I know I'll have time to make it up, I don't want to get too far behind after losing a lot of days to bad weather.  Between before work and during lunch, I managed to knock out three miles and finally got within 90% of where I'm supposed to be so the warning message on the tracking finally disappeared.  I'm getting better about getting physical requirements done before 5pm and, in fact, had most of them done by time I went out for my lunch walk.  I guess that's easier to do when you don't wind up taking lunch until after 1pm but I'll take the small victory. Today I slept late because we got home really late last night from the beach. This evening we went and helped at class and I did punches and kicks. We took class and did sparring and then got Chick-fil-A for dinner! Whoo!

Ben Karki Day 40-42

On Tuesday, I woke up, finished my requirements, and went to school. After school, I did my homework and ran for 2 miles. On Wednesday, I woke up to late and went to school. Then, I spent a very long time doing homework. I was also not feeling very well, so I couldn't complete my other requirements except for running 1.5 miles. Today, I felt better and woke up at the usual time. After school, I caught up on all of my missed requirements from Wednesday. Have a good night.

Today felt like a Friday, even though it isn’t. I feel very discombobulated, I was tired the entire day and didn’t feel like doing anything. But you can't just sit around and do nothing, especially when you’re on the cycle, I had to push forward and get everything out of the way before finally resting up.

Thursday-8/22/24

Today, I slept in and then got up for a healthy breakfast. I got to school and played basketball, did some assignments in health, notes in Spanish, a chart in Biology, lunch outside, watched a government show in civics, continued reading lord of the flies in English, and took notes in math. I went to work where I got a leadership credit, class assistance credit, and a mentee session. Then I took sparring and got that credit where we worked on footwork. I went home for a night of dinner and homework. Goodnight everyone.

Today I woke up and went to work.  I was with group 2. We split group 2 into 3 groups today for the magic show.  After all 3 groups were done with the show we had snow cones.   I got Mango.  Then they just played electronics for the remainder of the day.  I came home took a nap and then went to sparring.   I am going to head over to a friend’s house for a little bit.

Black eye

When I woke up it started out as a normal day - went to school, did my work, came home.  I went to sparring tonight. We worked on stretch kicks and ax kicks.  Then we put our gear on and sparred.  I was sparring Magnolia, but while we were sparring I was accidentally punched in the eye by another black belt.  I fell on the ground and went to sit down.  Master Natasya got me an ice pack.  When I got home my dad asked what happened to your eye.  I told him and he promised me ice cream after dinner.  I snuggled on the couch with my biggest squish - a -mellow.  Now I'm eating my delicious ice cream and writing my journal and praying for my eye to feel better. 29th Journal Entry

Today i woke up had a glass of milk and went to school. School was cool. I did push ups and sit ups during P.E. When i got to king tiger i got to see River an Jett test for their bocho's. They both got them in front of me. (congratulations) I did my jump roping at king tiger and also did my poomseas, self defense and kicks. Then i proceeded to cook everybody in mario cart. Today was a fun day. Hoping to get leadership credit tomorrow. Okay i'm done now.

LMP August 22

Happy Thursday  I had open house tonight.  Meeting after meeting at school.  SO CHALLENGING to get everything in.  Next week will be a huge challenge to get my classes in. We are required to stay at school until all the busses have dropped off our kiddos. I may need to bring my do bock to school to save time.  It's going to be very challenging to balance everything I need to do for blackbelt cycle and school.  I hope I can do this.

The Grey

Today I went to school and I did my classes and I finished my homework at school so that's good. I also went to our schools football and soccer field for P.E. and it's called the Grey. There's a track that goes around the football field so I did two miles for next week, I needed to do something that I'm kind of good at because I'm pretty bad at football and soccer. I finished my requirements and I helped my mom make some baseboards for our laundry room, and I got to work on my puzzle that I've been working on for a while. The puzzle is a 1000 piece Darth Vader puzzle with three colors, red, black and grey so I've been struggling to finish that. 8/21/24 Curtis Journal

Wednesday-I had to go into the office today, (funny how much this is a big deal to me now, when i did it 5 days a week for 15 years) which really cuts  into my morning routine, I was only able to run and get some requirements done, but not all. Afterwork, I got a quick haircut. I give the same instructions every time, but it was a different barber than normal and i got a completely different haircut. Oh-well, it grows back. Classes were good- the 4:45 and 5:15 seems to be extra busy now that school has started, happy to help assist with those. Then attended to 6pm and got a mentor session in with Master Marcus.

Day #40 - 8/21/2024

Climbing! Multiple steps up today as we practiced with multiple masters. Master Wicks and Master Dege are back! The theme was about bocho dan self defense, taekwon forms, bolo, and double short stick forms. Also practiced short stick forms 1&2 earlier with Mj.

Well, i have a dumb head cold. No classes today as it was testing day at Harrisburg. I will be going to help out tomorrow for the older kids/adults testing. Didn't really feel up to much today in terms of activity. I did manage just over a mile of walk/jog, jump rope and a lot of push ups and sit ups, kicks etc..

Today was a pretty chill day. I spent most of the day working on some school work and sitting around. I had PT this afternoon and then went straight to practice. I had a really good practice and got a lot of laughs with my friends. I then came home, stretched, and now I am here.

New mouthpiece!

I'm not sure what to write about right now. I was pretty excited to get my new mouthpiece in today.  I ordered a new one because the old one literally has pieces falling out of it.  I don't really want to choke on mouthpiece plastic in the middle of sparring.  When I was looking there was one that had a bicycle moustache design on it.  For those of you wanting to know, no, I did not buy that one.  I'll show you guys in sparring on Friday night, so ask if inquiring minds want to know.

The days are blending together

Sometimes I'm not really certain what day it is anymore.  I mostly go by what class I was in yesterday and what class I'm in today.  And whether or not I'm working (so I know if it's the weekend or not).  Today is Wednesday which means Black Belt class and then being mentored.  We spent almost the whole of class working on Self-Defenses.  We need to practice being more dynamic with them.  After class, in mentoring, we did stick and staff forms and our 2nd Dan self-defenses (one-step and special).  And now that we're home, it's time for dinner and then bed.  And logging Cycle work.

28th Journal Entry

Today i got up on time and went to school. I did a 40m dash at school then went to after school. There i did class and worked on some requirements before helping out with a senior tigers class. Got the wrong credit. (i blame Andrew for taking my warmups) Black belt class went good and i got to work on my spin fall. Tomorrow hoping to finish up my written test and get the right class credit this time. Okay i'm done now.

Breezy Wednesday

I woke up today to go to Ihop for breakfast. When I came back I decided to get my schoolwork completed and settled on reading. Later after all settled I did my exercise routine and had dinner.

Black belt class

Tonight I went to Grand Master Evan's Black belt class.  We did first dan and bochodon self defense and kicking defense.  There were some people there that I didn't know, but the black belt class was fun.  When I got back home I ate chicken and rice.  Now it's very late so I have to go to bed.  Have a great day.

Today I went to school then I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to wait for the bus when I finally got on I went to the bus stop and got picked by my mom then I went home but I didn’t stay for long because I was going to be late for soccer practice so I only stayed home for about 10 minutes then I went to soccer practice and I was late, after that I went home did my requirements then had dinner after that I went to bed peace out ✌🏻🆒😎.

Today i woke up and did my requirements for taekwondo. Then I went on a run and did two miles. Then I came home and did my chores and played with my dog. Then I did more chores and played with my sister. Then I went to the pool then I went to teakwondo and did only two classes. Now I am done for the day. Good night.

Journal #40: very busy day

Today was a very busy day. just like normal I woke up and ate breakfast then went to a doctor appointment. Then went to school. And when I got there they where handing out new schedules. and I still haven't got my schedule yet. Then I went to my favorite class Miss Vigles class. Next I went to miss Patterson class and got ready for lunch. After school I went to a football game and when I got home I had to get all my requirements and do homework.

LMP August 21

Cough, cough, cough......I hate allergies.  Dust from cleaning the classroom and being in other classrooms for trainings have jump started my allergies. Yay...Said no one ever!!!  Went to KT early hoping to catch my new mentee. No luck. However, I did get to work on staff form 2 and 3 with another candidate.   Open House is tomorrow at my school,  so I will not be going to KT.   Stay strong !  Hugs and love ❤️

Today I woke up to go to school which was alright, for some reason 10th grade classes are extremely slow. After school I went for my run at school which was a nice run, very peaceful. After I went home and did my homework and just mainly chilled for the rest of the evening. Went for a scooter ride and then now just hanging out with my family getting ready to go to bed soon.

Today I woke up how to nice breakfast and went to school. At school I got to pick my clubs I picked gaga  ball club navigations club and 3-D printing modeling club. Wednesday-8/21/24

Today, I woke up early and went for a run. I then had a nice breakfast and got ready for school. At school, I played kickball, finished up Spanish homework, did a few assignments in biology, had lunch outside it was a lot cooler than it has been. I watched a show in Civics with some questions, we started reading lord of the flies in English, and I took a math quiz. I went to work today and got a leadership credit and a class assistance credit. Went home for dinner and a night of chores, homework, and requirements. Might be Wednesday

So busy that all of my days are running together. Had a 3:15 Amazon shift this am that I ended up getting free $ for. There were no routes or packages to deliver, but I still got paid. I came home and did some work for my other(real) job until the sun came up. Then I ran my mile, and because it was so cold, I improved my time by 45 seconds. Did the rest of my requirements during the course of the day, and now I'm still working, with no end in sight. Looking forward to bed.

Wednesday

Today was picture day at school, I think the photographer did good for my pictures. I'm not going to TKD today we've had a busy week and my mom didn't want to go. I'll be there for sparring tomorrow and everything else during the rest of the week. I walked another 1.5 miles today and that completed my miles for the week. Anyway, I want to hang out with my family so I got to go, bye!

8/21 Glorious homework

Good afternoon, I just got done with the dreaded homework. This is getting very annoying because it delays my requirements big time. I get out of school at 4, get home about 425, and by the time I finish getting ready, it's 445 and homework takes 30 minutes, so. Yay. Have a good day.

Hello everyone, today I went to school and I was picture day so we got our pictures taken, and that was a way to get out of one class. Then when school ended we went to a bakery shop and I got a cookie, then my mom went to the library and returned books. Then we went home and I did my exercises, I hope everyone had a good day.

Yesterday I played at the beach with my new kite which was awesome. I also played the Switch with my cousins, which was really fun. My mom and I worked on requirements together. We are leaving to go home this afternoon.

Leg Support

I did not remember to journal yesterday until a few minutes past midnight. Everything was hurting especially my lower back and my legs felt heavy...on my feet for a good four hours. I need some footless compression tights for Tuesdays and I found some on Amazon. I will use anything to help keep me going. They were listed as good for drivers, pregnant women, teachers and get this...old people (eye roll)! Not very PC...should I be offended? I was able to complete most of my requirements and will be heading out to the dojang soon for class assistance, mentee session and black belt class. Bye for now!!

8/20/24 Curtis Journal

Tuesday- Got up and did 2 miles and all my physical requirements and stretched for about 20 min. Today almost all the kids ran with me, which was fun.  Next week we are headed to the beach, normally I take Tuesdays off from classes but I went in today and had a really productive afternoon. Got both a mentee and mentor session in, as well as both leadership credits. It feels good to get things done!

Journal - Day 32

Good morning, everyone! For some reason my journals don’t go through on certain days, which is definitely weird, but hopefully this one works. On Monday, it was my brother’s last official day working at TKD before going off to college. It was definitely hard that it was his last day, but he will be back in December. I realized that my life is honestly going to change a lot after my brother moves away, which is honestly pretty crazy. Yesterday, I went to school and finished my requirements for the day with ease.   Today work was slow and steady and I got a bunch of stuff done.  Got someone to help me repair my Visual Studio configuration so I was able to actually do some stuff today.  And worked on my physical requirements in between. Tonight was Blue Belt night, apparently.  I worked on kicks with the blue belts in the Senior Tigers class and then worked on blue Belt curriculum with my mentee.  In between we did approximately 150,000 kicks in the adult class.  We also had PMAA tonight and learned some more knife takedowns and also got to see the open-handed application of the same.  Also, those of us who tested recently got our new rank certificates. I know we're kind of at the peak of the physical requirements and it feels so tedious.  My shoulders always feel fine until I start doing some push-ups and then they remind me just...

Ran another 2 gentle miles today. Stretched and completed requirements by doing selective portions through the day.
