Today I got to make garlic bread because I had a leftover baguette. The mixture was created in a food processor & baked on the bread for 7 minutes without cheese & 3 minutes with. The cheese & garlic toasted & everybody liked the final product. Garlic bread is just one of the simple things everybody likes.
Today was another day at school, I got home then after that I went to sparring and the classes before that. After that I had Chick Fil A.
Today I went to school like normal then I came to king tiger. After I left I went to a National junior Beta interest meeting which is like a club for smart kids. Then I came home and had chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner
today after tae kwon do when I it was thundering and lightning which was scary and cool at the same time. Other than that my day was pretty normal.
Today I woke up, went to school. After school I stayed home from taekwondo and worked on my Kwans essay. Im about half way done. Anyway, today was great and I’m looking forward to the black belt class because we are doing rolls and falls the whole class. BYE!
My day was good I woke up Did my workout then I went to school. After school I went Taekwondo for sparring. That was a really good work out. After I got home I decided to lift a 35 pound dumbell about 28 times on each arm. I'm trying to get to a 50 pound dumbell that is my goal. I love working out first thing in the morning it is a great way to get the sleepiness out of your system. And now I am just chilling.

Today I went to school and had a good day went to teakwondoe and we tryed to fix the website for me but we could not find out what to do and I had a good workout in sparring class.
Today I woke up late for school so that wasn’t fun. School was pretty normal after school I had to do some at home quizzes for my history class. Me and my dad had to run to the store to get something. When I got home I went on a run and did my requirements. I watched a movie and am about to go to bed a bit early tonight.

running is becoming easier and easier each and every day, which is great. school is going the complete opposite though, the teachers dont understand whats happening and well yeah thats kinda it.
Today is Wednesday. Today was the first day of our three day school week. And tomorrow we have picture day. So I can’t wait for that. And Friday I can’t play 2k26. It drops for everyone Friday. And I can play the new season of siege. I need to apply the new 2k codes. And buy the new battlepass for siege. So there is a lot on Friday, game wise.
This has been a busy week. I have gone to black belt classes at both Belmont and Harrisburg, and am about to go to Sparring at Lake Norman. I have been keeping up with requirements, and working on some essays. I'm already ready for bed tonight, but I must spar first.
Today I will be going to my sparring class and help out with the lower belt class. I hope I can do a mentee session and a mentor session. I also need to to do my rolls and falls and pull-ups. See you guys later!
Today was my actual first day of classes. And I'd say it went pretty well. I did everything I need to do for tomorrow, which is the day I have to wake up early. Anyway, I should probably get some sleep. I don't want this to be like last semester where I was a zombie for most of the time. The U of M's Taekwondo club was pretty awesome, and they were shocked when I walked in with my Hanmadang 2025 jacket. That was a fun time. Hopefully tomorrow's early morning lab session won't be too bad with enough caffeine.

Today was a pretty average day at school. It’s starting to really feel like school now but I still haven’t made any new friends. After school, I watched a little TV and then did my requirements. My runs are going fine but I’m getting bored of the routes I’m going on. I’ve tried everyone one I can do within a mile or so radius of my house and I’m getting bored of them. I guess I’ll just have to deal with it for these last weeks. I had sparring today and I feel pretty good about how I did especially since I was nervous about my sparring skills. I did a head kick which they said was allowed but I felt bad because my opponent said good kick and I didn’t say anything. The most annoying thing is I can’t talk with my mouthguard in so while my opponents say stuff...
Today was a normal day. First I woke up and went to school. Then I came back ate a snack a did my requirements. After that I started my homework but then it was time to go to taekwondo so I went and took a class and got a mentor session in with Master Knight. Finally I ate dinner watched tv and finished my homework.
Today I woke up and got ready for school, I had 2 test today and I did well on them. After school I went home did my requirements then I went to soccer after that o had dinner.
Tomorow is the day I have band & band camp again. Band camp is always fun to be in but can be physically demanding. That part is ok but instrumentation can be terrible sometimes because you not only have to march, but you also have to play at the same time.
Today I went to school to see what my other class are. It is very hard to do requirements and homework at the same time. After school I went home to practice my songs for band. When I was done practicing my song I went to band and had a good time.
Yet another exhausting day on cycle! Today was the first day of feast for this year which feast is the co-op that I go to on Wednesdays and this is going to make our Wednesdays very very very very very very very very very very very very very very exhausting to say the least because after that we went to taekwondo 🥋 and we ended up being a little late for class but it's not that big a deal took a class and then helped with a class and then I went to fraternus Which if you haven't seen any of my previous journals is a church program. It's also very involved. Well the rest of my family went to Costco and anyway, that's about it
Today was a big day. I had school all day and after that I had soccer practice. Then I headed up to North Charlotte where I took sparring class and black belt class. Overall, today was pretty productive.
Today was possibly one of the most exhausting days of my life. We had our first day of co-op and then afterwards we went to two taekwondo classes. One to help and then I had to drop Henry off at church and then we went to Costco and we're finally home and I feel like I could collapse and go to sleep right this second.
Today school was really boring, I didn't really do anything all day. I had a meeting after school for deca which was fine. When I got home I worked on some homework and got ready for class. I worked on some of my rolling and falling and my poomsae before class. Today I got to help with the little tigers class and got to take sparring. I worked on some of my combinations and got to spar a lot of people I don’t usually spar. When I got home I went on a run and did the rest of my requirements.
Wow today was a lot, up for my normal workout, home for a quick shower and then rushed to ft mill for some plant meetings, back to Charlotte to pickup a textbook for my oldest daughters college course, out to Belmont to grab weapons I left there, home for a quick dinner and then did the sparring and black belt classes at north Charlotte. I am exhausted, but it was really good to get the intensity of 2 classes on a row.

Today I woke up around 5ish and I stayed up and watched tv until I got up at 6:45. I thought I was able to take my time but my bus came early and I missed the bus. My mom had to take me to school. School was good today. I walked my mile today since I could not run. When I came home I was still in pain so I did not go to tkd tonight. I was able to do modified exercises but I couldn't do kicks. I relaxed a little before dinner and Im going to bed soon.
Today I got so much homework I have to write a news paper article on The SDG's look it up if you don't know what they are. Then I went to North Charlotte for black belt class but I forgot sparring was first so I just took both. Then I had Mcdonalds for dinner and they gave me a frozen hawiian punch instead of regular but I'm not complaining.

Today I went to school and we all had to take 3 tests and I never finished 1 which means tommorw I have to. After school I went to my dads house and I ate then went to taekwondo which was so fun. Today is Monday. And it's also Labor Day. That means no school. And I also have no school tomorrow. Because tomorrow is a teacher's workday. So that means we only have a 3 day school week. And that also means no taekwondo. I slept in until 11 this morning. And I got up and started doing my stuff. I’m trying to get my stuff done fast. I still have to run. But I’m going to do that a little bit later. It's hot outside.
September 3 - Entry # 23 Woke up and went to school. We made butter in science class. It was fun to make, but it didnt taste very good. After school, we went to my great grandparents house and surprised my great grandma with cake for her birthday. She turned 82 today! When we made it home, I did my requirements then rode my bike for a little. Now im getting ready for bed. Been a pretty busy day to be one of my "off" days.
Today, I woke up and it turns out the running water is not working, so I had to get up at 6:00, and take a shower, brush teeth, etc., at my grandpa's house. At school, I had to run to class, but when I got there I realized that I could get new library books.
I was doing really well with my journals, but have missed a couple now. Big thank you to Master Burkart, we spent about 2 hours together on Monday working through the curriculum, and I feel a lot more confident on a lot of the requirements. I have a few more things to lock in, but I'm super close. On the physical requirements, everything is hard this week. Pushups, runs, pullups, etc all are weak. I'm not sure what's going on, but I'll figure it out.
Yesterday I went to black belt class in Belmont which was fun, I learned another hapkido. Aside from that I didn’t do much aside from go to school and have dinner.
Today was my first day of classes. The first one I went to was... well, I still have yet to go to any classes. I don't have any on Tuesday. So I guess tomorrow I will get an actual first day of class. Today, I was doing a few things and getting my first Tono Tuesday BOGO deal. Buy one get one pizza is the best. I spent most of the day writing emails and taking notes before class.
Today was the first day back to the dojang , From the holiday. It was a good day. I was able to teach the family class today. It was really large and unexpected. Things went well. I was able to have a lot of assistance so I was able to get them in some small groups to work on things they needed to and of course it was Red stripe. This week my goal is to kind of finish working on my test to make sure I get all my answers on there and to make one trip to Harrisburg so I can work on sparring a week weekday black belt class credits, since I can’t go on Wednesdays for this month
Business class gave us a project in class today. School has started to pick up and work is starting to flow into standard (not easy) assignments. Today I took time to study more in prep for the written test. I got a good run in before school and took a nap after.
Today was my first day of school. I got to see my friends that I haven't seen in awhile but there was no new people. I did have a lot of homework but I was able to get it done at home.

Today I went to school which was really chill. During study hall I got to help the little kids with their homework. When I got home I worked on some of my homework and got ready for taekwondo. At black belt class we did self defenses and I got to work on some of the ones that I was struggling with. When I got home I went on a run and did my requirements. I started to clean my closet but I decided that I would finish it another day. Now i’m gonna go to sleep.
Today was mostly a normal day but I had an eventful afternoon. I had a soccer game that lasted about 2 and a half hours. It went into double overtime and penalties. We eventually came out on top with our goalie coming up big. So now I've been in a pretty good mood for the rest of the evening. But I did some homework and about to go to bed.
Today I was able to run a mile on the track at school during recess. I went to KT after school and helped with the jr tiger class. I did my homework and the rest of my requirements after dinner and finished my run.
I woke up at 7:00 for school but I started and finished some of my requirements. School was pretty alright, there wasn't any ice cream like there usually was. At my fourth block which is EL, we were reading a new chapter which I already read, so I just read a comic book until we were done. I got out of practice extremely late, and I got home at like 8:30. So I'm deciding to run 2 miles tomorrow, but that's my day goodnight!

Back to work today, lots of catching up after a week of vacation, due to the testing Abigail and I decided to go to Belmont for the Black belt class, it was nice to see how other locations do it. Worked on self defenses and hopkido. Thanks Master shin for letting us join!

Today I had school, and the work is actually starting this week and I have to start focusing to balance the rest of my cycle work with schoolwork. After school, I had some snacks and was chilling for a bit before I started my requirements. I did 1.7 miles today and got average time, didn’t improve that much but didn’t do bad. I was facetiming my sister for a while and then had taekwondo classes. I helped out in the junior one and worked on blue belt self defense with some kids and then did the senior class. Just a normal class but after class I was working with my mentor and my mentee and my mentor had to help my mentee and watch her because she needed work from her testing last week. I was helping out with that and worked a little on my hurricane back. We worked on them last Saturday and I realized I was doing it wrong so now it’s a little easier but it still needs work. The cycle is slowly getting closer to the end but I just don’t feel confident, especially with sparrin

Today was Sunday. And like any other typical Sunday I woke up, got dressed and went to church. After church we went to my uncle's house. I ate lunch. Then we played his playstation. Then we went to my grandma’s house. My grandma had huge wasp nests all over her house. So my uncle pressure washed the nest. And they fell. Today was ok I woke up early so I can catch the bus. After I got on I talked with friends and played on my phone the whole time. But at recess I wass playing soccer and got hit by the ball at a fast speed so I went to the nurse to call my mom and I went to the doctor. They said I was ok so thats good. I went home after that and I have just been relaxing. I still feel sore so I cant o requirements today so yeah. Im just relaxing now so goodnight. :)

I finally came home from the beach after a long car ride that felt like ages. When I got home I instantly run to my cat to give him a hug. He was very happy to see me.
I went to the State Fair, just like last year. Only this time, I went with my friends from Taekwondo, not from school. I don't interact very much with the rest of the student body at Macalester outside of a select group, all but one of that group having not known me from last year, but this is how I prefer to keep it now. I am in a different place, right on the edge of campus, and I get the chance to start something new. May this year be better than the last.
September 1 - Entry # 22 Today was a good day. Got to sleep in again.. thats always nice. We took the boat out and a few of mine and my sister's friends were able to come with us. We got pulled on the float, and surprisingly didn't get thrown off! Then I came home and showered and got ready for bed. Got an early morning for school tomorrow.
Today I slept in and after having lunch I was just chilling and playing with my dog and then I went to the vet with my dog and dad because my dog has to bloodshot red spot his elbow. They said it’s some skin thing and we should put a cone on him so he doesn’t lick it. After we came home and were taking care of my dog and then me my sister and my dad went to a burger place. We had a nice time. I came home said bye to my sister because she was going back to college and finished my requirements. I didn’t get to do my run today because it was too late. That was my day.
Today I work up and did my requirements. I had to go pick up my guinea pigs new crate. When I got home from that I had to put it together and I left to go pick up my friend to go to carowinds. We spent most of the day at carowinds but when we got home I went on a run and I cleaned my room. Now I'm gonna go to sleep.

I think September marks the start of the "final stretch" of the cycle. Focused on more written work than trying to get ahead on requirements today, and I will continue that for the next few weeks. Less than 4 to go!!!!!
Very chill day. I played a lot of video games that I don’t get to do much anymore. I met my friend at the track to run my mile and practice.
Today I finished my Kwans essay and I got my assigned book for the book essay, I ran 3 miles then went to get a mentee session since he’s my neighbor then after that I rested for a bit then I had steak and salad for dinner.
Today was pretty chill because i woke up at 7:30 am and stayed at my dads house for at least a couple of hours then I went to a skating rink with me, my mom, and a old school friend. We stay for about 2 hours or so, soon after I went to Sams Club and tried sushi for the first and I did not like it a lot. Then we went home after dropping my school friend off at her house, when I got home I did my requirements and read for 30 minutes, then im about to lay down for bed to sleep. By yall.

Today was a good day. Last day of the long weekend so I got up early and played my game for a while. My mom cleaned the floor downstairs so it was going to be wet for a while. Eventually I started doing requirememts. It took me a while since my mom made me do some random stretches and I pulled a muscle but I finished. After I did I cleaned my room and vacuumed around the house. After that the floor downstairs was no longer wet so I went down to play on my ps5 and talk to friends. Later I washed my hair and ever since I finished i've been spending time with my mom but I soon have to go to bed. Goodnight everyone :)
Today was fun. I went thrifting with my friends and goodwill. We found some really funny stuff like shirts and signs that say funny things. I didn't really get that many things though because not a lot of things fit. After that we went to sweet frog. Then I came home and played volleyball and that was fun too because we had a good amount of people.
