Today i was really tired and didn’t want to wake up. Anyway went to school and we started a new thing in math and it’s pretty simple. In science we finished our prosthetics. We had spring pictures today so we had a free day in Pe so i ran i 2 miles . In social studies my friends mom who is a lawyer talked to us about Law and stuff. In ela we just finished stuff up. It’s also spirit week and today was hat day and i didn’t have one so i js stole my friends. Tomorrow is student teacher swap day which mean the teacher dress like the students and the students dress like the teachers. After school i had a Volleyball open gym which i went to and i came home and went straight to Tkd. I helped out and I got complimented on how good i was...

Hey guys, Matthew here. Today's temperature was 62 degrees in Charlotte but then there was a storm filled with hurricane back kicks, reverse tornados and turning sides. Here are some tips on staying safe in this weather. TAE to stay indoors, only go outside when you KWON and if you get hungry I recommend dunking DO-nuts. If you can't tell, Master Chelley's class tonight was really cool. We did kicks on the bags and then we did brain cell killing kick combos after that.  Caleb and I were falling down, falling down, falling down from all of the spinning. It was the most treacherous storm of the year so far. today i went back to jail and almost cried because i hate it. then i came home and did my requirements. i then went to the dojang and helped with class and testing. then i did mentee and mentor sessions and came home. now i have to do my hw.

I feel good about today. I got some cleaning done; my calendar is up to date (hopefully). I set up health appointments for me and dog/grooming appointments for Kodi. He's a healthy dog, but I have to brush his teeth more consistently. The weather been warming up, and he has a ton of energy, maybe after work tomorrow, we'll go for a brisk walk/jog.  My boyfriend and I had a serious conversation about selling his motorcycle. He said he doesn't know if he'll ever feel comfortable riding in charlotte. It was a big concern for me when he moved down, but I trusted that 12yrs of riding would make him more prepare.   CrossFit was a difficult aerobic workout, assault bike and wall balls. my legs were jelly afterwards, but that just means it was easy to stretch afterwards. Today I did my requirements and went to school. When I got back home I realized I had to do a poster for class that I had a three weeks to do but I just started and it's due on Wednesday... And I learned when my mom got home I was officially going to Korea in November! I'm so excited to go! Is anyone else going? Anyways after two hours of working on the poster I finally finished the sketch of it and I'm very proud of it, I also got my mom and dad's approval too! I can't wait to finish it. Today was rlly just another day at school. we didn't do much but I got a lot of homework. i did some requirements and went to work.

Hello today I went to school, and had PE so i ran 28 laps around the basketball court, and then at recess i ran 1 mile.  After school I had a tutoring session then I went home, and did some of my homework.  After that I left for class, during class we worked on staff form 2.  After that I left, and did the rest of my homework then did my requirements.     Good Night!

Hello. Today at school we reviewed math and science stuff for the upcoming benchmarks. Then I had the spring picture and a fun recess. When I got home i worked on my requirements and had chipotle salad. Then I got ready for TK and assist the 5:15 class and took the 6pm class and we reviewed staff 2. At home, I had some yummy home made Mac and cheese and started to get very tired and ready for bed. Good night!

Today was super boring and I had two tests at school today. A girl i just became friends with again smiled at me today and I got some stuff done in art. I finished another quiz in health.  

Today was the first day back from FL. I went to school. It was a pretty normal day but I was kind of disappointed because last Friday I wasn’t there and we had STEM and we were going to make slime that day and I missed it. When I got home I got to chill out and I worked on some of my requirements. I went over my packing for Disney. At TKD I had my black belt class. Then I went home read my book for school and went to bed. 

Today I was in class watching Up and all of a sudden the history teacher said "A lady is in the woods and the cops are here!" But instead of taking this seriously we all started joking about it because this was the third time this month. We had to go on a lockdown then the annoying girl started to spread rumors about the lady having an axe.

Today I woke up at 5am and did my black belt requirements and hung out on my phone for a while. Then I got ready for school and then went to school. First class I just did a simple worksheet and then I took my next class we basically did nothing. I got picked up early today to get our passports. I did the rest of my school work in the car. Then took a nap in the car. We got home and ran. After that, I just played video games. After that, I ate dinner, took a shower, then read more of Atomic Habits. 

Hello Everyone! Today School was so boring so there isnt much to share. There was a bomb threat though during recess so kids ran all over the place to hide because we were outside. Once I got home I ate and printed flyers. After taekwondo my mom randomly said we should go to Andy's and it was so good.

Hi King Tiger Family. Monday was pretty good. Not a bad day at work. Productive and though provoking. I got home. Picked up dogs from daycare, and then Nate and I went to class to help instruct. Nate went to work out and I did some requirements. Just finished and getting ready to eat something and prep food for my wife and Nate when the get home. Today was pretty chill compared to yesterday. No party's. But I did have work at the dojang, was a normal day and went by pretty slow.

Today I had a good day at school. After school I came home did home work and req. Then I went to class. At class I did poomsae and self defense. After class my dad and I went and got Jimmy Johns for dinner. We came home, ate dinner, and watched Jeopardy and a movie. Then I typed this, took a shower, and went to bed. NIGHT YALL!

Currently, school is very bring and I have not had any intention of putting in y full effort. I have study hall next period though so I might as well review what I have already done in class today. That or I'll sleep the entire period.........

today i had a good day because i helped my parents with breakfast and dinner. i also played football and basketball outside with my friends. then i did some work and that was all that happened today.

This is my LAST required journal!!!  When I woke up I played my switch for a little bit then had breakfast and got ready for church.  I went to Sunday school and then to the service.  I beat mom into the sanctuary, and she said she looked all over for me (haha) 🤣  Mom had to go down to the Boy scout hut to get Anthony's stuff in the car (I stayed in the church with LaLa at the sound board).  When Anthony sat down on the the bench beside mom all I could smell was campfire!  When we got home we had lunch and I did my black belt stuff and relaxed and watched some you tube and played the switch.  Then later on I got a shower and went to bed.

Today was awesome. I had my grad party and I had a lot of family and friends over. Had great food, good convos and listened to music. All in all a great time and I wish I could do it again. But you only graduate High school once.

today was relatively easy, I slept in and worked on stuff. I worked on my new skill, practiced poomsae, and did homework. I haven't really felt great today so I'm going to try and get some rest. Hopefully.

Once upon a time there was a village called poom and in poom village lived various blocks and preps. In another village called Sae lived various kicks and punches. One day the two villages met and accused each other of stealing each others apples so they started a war. After a very long war, both villages ended up battered and bruised and they decided to become one big city called Poomsae. The kicks, blocks, preps and punches lived happily for a time along with their mayor Kukkiwon. After a while, a tiger entered the city wearing a paper crown. The tiger so loved the city of Poomsae that it decided to share the knowledge with all of its children, the little tigers. The King tiger gave colored belts to the little tigers to see who knew what. The little tigers grew up to be big tigers with black belts, which was the highest color. This...

I needed to take the night off from the gym, but I started my day and finished my day trying to learn my staff forms #1 and 2.  I have the movements down on form #1, but am only about halfway through #2.  King Tiger has way more curriculum than other schools and I am happy to have so much support from students and instructors who have all been helpful in teaching me.  I hope to be able to pay it back to new students in the future.  

I somehow tweaked my knee over the weekend and had to dial back my normal Sunday activity.  No running today as a normally do, but I still walked over 2 miles.  No jump rope either today, but I still did my pushups, sit ups, burpees and slower kicks.  I need to stay healthy so I can keep practicing.

Great class on Saturday!  I was just reading about how to change an approach to training can move you beyond a plateau.  Grandmaster Evins had us do forms with one stick in our hands.  It totally changed the way I think about the movements in the forms - not always for the best.  I blanked on a few of the moves when I was thinking about the stick hand.  It definitely was a change from our normal training routine.   I owe a special thank you to Master Cavazos for his continued patience working with me after class.  Some of the color belt self-defense had left my memory over the last few months.  Thank you for going over it (and over it) with me.  

Today my dad told me that my grandma was visiting us to drop off some money for bags of hope. I looked at my room and realized there was LEGO every where so I had to clean all that up because she was going to scold me for that if I don't. After she left I watched the clone wars and had burgers for dinner.

today i slept in and then had to go to tutoring at 10. then i played fortnite until lunch. i then completed my book reading essay which is my last one. i went on a run with my friend and did the rest of my requirements for the day. not looking forward to going to jail again tmrw.

Today is Sunday. I went on a walk with my mom and my dog (two miles) and then relaxed at home. I did my school homework, finished one of my essays, and then did exercises. I am now going to go to bed.

Today I woke up and went to church. At church I started setting up our sound system since it was not properly set up before. I then came home; shortly after I went to Logan Luna's graduation party. I had fun hanging out with my friends and girlfriend there. I then went to Birkdale with my friend and girlfriend. We went to a bunch of shops and then got ice cream. After that I went to the lake with them. I then came home and now I am here. 

Hello! Today I woke up and did my poomsaes for today since I wasn’t going to poomsae class. I went to faith formation and It was pretty fun. Afterwards we ate pizza and it was really good. At around 5 o clock I went to run up my neighborhood hill with my sister and I improved my time. Then I ran a lap around my neighborhoods amenity center and then we did some sprinting. I also worked on my requirements. Afterwards we played tennis and we came back home, we had dinner and sat down to watch halo. Good night!

Yesterday I didn’t do a journal because it was my mom’s surprise party. We came home late and my uncle took my phone from me when i was about to do my journal, I personally think he doesn’t have the right to do that because he is not my parents. Anyway today i played with my moms friends son he’s 5 years old and really cute he was really hyperactive and stuff my cousins were also over and we played together. Now. i have to put the kid to sleep and i have  to go to sleep to. Good night

Today we woke up very early and started our drive back home. I slept for the first three hours then we made some stops and i watched some of my show. the last hour i listened to music and when we got home I unpacked, cleaned, did some laundry, my requirements, and showered. i’ve been asleep for a while and now i’m going back to sleep. goodnight!

Good evening king tiger family. Today was a good day. I started feeling a lot better. We decided to take the weekend to relax and get better so we did not got church.  I got up relaxed and watched tv and played Roblox. Then I worked on my requirements and washed my hair. 

I'm so ready for a day off, but I'll be excited to go back. I been working hard on improving at work. It's important to challenge yourself, sometimes I don't do things because I don't know how or don't feel confident. But stopping myself won't help me growth and develop. I should know my limits realistically, but I should also seek out opportunities to learn things I'm unfamiliar with, or work on things my own.  Also trying not to multi-task. Sometimes I need to focus on one thing at a time. 

Today I woke up really early because we had to drive back home. It took 6 and 1/2 hours to get there. I was half way bored the whole entire time but I got over it. I played mine craft and watched movies. I came home and ran 2 miles and did requirements. I cleaned my bedroom changed my bunny’s litter box unpacked and took a shower before my mom got home from my brother’s baseball practice. When she came home she picked up pizza and wings for dinner. I had mild wings and I started packing for Disney and went to bed. 

Hi King Tiger Family. Went to church this morning. It is important for us to understand that God wants us to bring things to him and his love is so great that we cannot understand it. today I studied for a test tmrw and went driving with my dad. After that I played a bit of Xbox and relaxed 

Today we went out to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch! I got a strawberry cheesecake and the little strawberries were super good :D I’m currently working on reviewing for my unit test tomorrow on trig and the unit circle, and I also have to review for my two day long midterm coming up the day after my unit test. So fun and exciting..

Hello, today I woke up, watched church, ate breakfast, and then went to the track to run my first 2 miles.  After that when I came home I did some studying for school then I ran my second 2 miles at the track.  After that I went to my grandmas to spend time with her, then I came home, and did my requirements.     Have a nice night!

Happy Weekend! Had a great bb class yesterday morning and a great poomsae class today. Got my bb requirements in this weekend. Had a mentor session today. Super excited that I'm starting on week 9 and the miles go back down to 8! Played games with the guys this weekend. Did some spring cleaning. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Feeling upbeat for the final weeks.

Today I slept in till 8 AM. After I woke up I did some req. Then I did some miles and more req. Then I went to Metro Dinner for breakfast. Then the rest of the day I played outside and played on video games.

today I woke up from my friends house and I had to go home because he was busy that day. When I came home I did homework until I went to my other friends house. We then went to go get ice cream. We came back home and played sports games. We went outside and played soccer and ate pizza for lunch. Then my family came over and we did a corn hole tournament.   

Pretty chill day so far. I am going to the movies with a friend in a few hours which should be fun, and Poomsae class got a ton of giggles out of me today! I’m not the brightest for school tomorrow, but the school year will be over soon which means it will be summer time…..

Hello King Tiger! Today, I had started off with doing my requirements at 8 o'clock in the morning. Yesterday, we went to a friend's house and we stayed there until 11 o'clock at night. I just ate breakfast now and after this journal, I am going to a different school and I will come back at 4 o'clock in the evening and I will finish my requirements.

This morning I got ready for sparring class. After class I went home and got a thirty minute nap and then had to go my friends birthday party at big air. When we got there it was super chaotic. Me and Conner went to go play dodge boll and there was two kids cussing and pushing each other. After Jahkye's birthday party me and Avery got ice cream.

Today was a regular day. I just got some homework done and relaxed.

I worked more on front, side and back falls today since I am not very fond of falling.  My dog walked me a couple of miles and after, I prepped for an event for Sunday.   Later, I reluctantly watched a few episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.  There was a scene in episode 2 where the female warriors were practicing Tessen Jutsu, a Japanese martial art that involves an iron fan.  The form is fascinating.  The scene was funny because the instructor was tough.  FYI: Which poomsae represents the sun or fire?  Tae Keuk Sam Chang (green).

today I slept in and then went to my Saturday classes. I got a lot of my requirements done and I'm preparing for instructor's camp. then I went home and showered before going to my friends bday party. then me and parker went and got ice cream.

Today was my great grandfathers 100th birthday. I work up and I got ready and I got to play baseball outside with my aunt uncle and cousins. And then I went to target with my aunt my mom my sister and my grandmother. And we got some stuff. We came home and we had a big party for Great George. I got to hang out with family I didn’t know and have cake and it was really fun. 

Today I slept in and then took a big nap. We went to target and then I took a shower and got ready for my great grandpas birthday. 

Today I went to class got requirements done and wrote an essay. I'm so tired right now.. I hope everyone had a great day and stay safe.

Today was my freinds party then we played laser tag we won i was on the girls team :( but we won :) then we hade a another round we lost then we hade pizza dog water but we got 20 dollars on games at the arcade we were at  spare time super fun then i won 2,459 i  got the new key board then we went home tghen i played gorillla tag for  5 houurs

Today I went to bbc. We did poomsaes and weapon forms with master Evins. After class I came home then did my req. After that I ran some miles then ate lunch.

Today I woke up in the morning and got ready for Saturday black belt class, today in class we did poomsaes with sticks, and portions of Koryo.  After class I came home, and studying a little bit then I went to the track to run 2 miles, after that I came home, and studied for the written test then I took a nap.  Then when I woke up my dad and I went out to the track to run 1 more mile.  After that I came home, and took 1 more nap  until I had to eat, and do my requirements.

Worked to 12 hour shift. I’m Feeling more confident and comfortable with my roles and responsibilities. In the morning I’ve been getting up and will do 10 to 15 minutes mix of push-ups, sit-ups and burpees. I just have to settle with doing more in days I don’t work. And be very organized with my scheduling. Because realistically, I’m way to exhausted post shift to do much. And there’s only so early I can wake up and get req done. Watching avatar tonight and eating leftover!

today i woke up and went to black belt class. master evins had us do something different where we did our forms with a stick in one of our hands. something new and it was fun. after i went home and did my homework i had been putting off and some requirements. then i took a nap because why not. then i went for a run and the weather was not bad i kind of liked it. then i played fortnite with my friends and now im going to watch a movie with my sister. Today I woke up kinda early and watched some youtube til my mom said it was time for breakfast then I got ready to go to KT for black belt class.  Class was interesting today, Master Evins had use do all our Poomsaes with a stick in our hand.  After class I worked on my black belt stuff at KT and had a menter session with Ms. Jen and Matthew. Then we had to go to Autozone who sent us somewhere else who tried to sell my mom a new battery for her car but she ended up not getting it and going home and talking to LaLa about it. When I got home I relaxed and played video games and had lunch.  Later on I will have dinner and go to bed.

Hello King Tiger! Today was an awesome day. I almost overslept today(I was supposed to wake up at 5 and I slept until 6), so my dad had to wake me up and made breakfast for us since my mom and little brother were sleeping. Today's class was interesting since we started class with color-belt poomsaes and we were supposed to have sticks in our hands while doing the poomsaes. After black belt and family classes, I came back home, had an apple, and right now, I am doing my requirements. I just had lunch now and my parents went to a barbershop because my little brother needs a haircut, so I have the whole house to myself, I guess. Hope everyone has a great day.

Today I had a weekend bbc where we practiced some color belt poomsaes with sticks. We also worked on Koryo where Grand Master Evins picked out the parts that some of the bochos were struggling with and we practiced them individually.

Today I woke up then got ready for black belt class and then did staff and sticks form before the class. Class was more interesting than usally today, but it wasnt bad but kinda confusing for the first part. I then went home and now im hoping the rest of my day goes by smooth and since my parents have to go somewhere I get the whole house to my self and ill probally do my black belt requirements tonight.

Today was pretty chill. Worked at 9 round in the morning, then headed back home. Had a pretty normal day, most of it I was alone with my doggy. When it came to dinner I got ripped out of some chicken because my Doordash dude gave me another order. Somehow he got me Arby's and it was rancid.

TGIF! Got in 2.5 miles today. Progressing slowly, but progressing! Got my bb requirements in. Had to do extra kicks, poomsae, and self defense to make up for yesterday. Worked. Went to a good black belt class. Went to a book club meeting which is always fun. Hope everyone had a great Friday!

Today i was really tired. We had a sub in math and in science we just finished something up. in spanish we got our test scores back and i got a 100 . In for social studies it was kinda complicated and basically we did ela in social studies and social studies in ela it was kinda weird. when i got home i did my requirements and then went to tkd for my black belt weekend class. after that i came home ate dinner and now im reading a book. 

Hello King Tiger! Today was a fabulous day because all Fridays are fabulous, am I right? School was great with only one quiz today and I got a 100. After school, I had to go to taekwondo right after I reached home from school. Black Belt Class was great and I also learned done thing too: to study all the study guides until the written test. We were going over the test paper today and I forgot mine so I had to reference with Caleb and I got most of them correct. I want to get all of them correct. After class, me and my family went to a temple first then to an Indian restaurant called Hyderabad House which is bit famous, I guess. We ate there until 9 and came back home an hour before. I just finished my homework and I am going to go to sleep because...

Today my leg felt better so I played soccer at school. I also realized that I have a 109.84 in Spanish which surprised me that I got extra points. I went to TKD today for the black belt class and then went to a birthday party.

Lately I've been working on a specific poomsae and I practice every time I go to King Tiger after school, every time I have spare time before class and almost every mentor session I practice this form. What is it you ask? It's staff form 2. At the beginning of the cycle I could only get through the three spins at the beginning of the poomsae. Now I know the entire form and still practice it every day. It's become my favorite form to do. I like all the spins and the new hand motions for getting the staff to the other side. And I like the feeling it gives me when I do a temple strike and the staff hits my shoulder. I think that it's an "A" tier poomsae and it's something that we need to know well. And it never hurts to practice too much. What's your favorite...

Today I had benchmarks at school and i'm not sure i did very well. I went to black belt class after school and got requirements done. I'm super tired and I'm just going to go to bed because I need to wake up early tomorrow for another black belt class... I hope everyone had a great day and stay safe.

I had to wake up EARLY this morning because it was raining so we couldn't walk to school.  We went to the rec center and I ran/walked 2 miles.  Mom got my chickfila for breakfast on the way to school!!!  I went to school had a normal day, we had indoor recess because it was raining still during my recess time (9:30).  I went to King Tiger and did my black belt stuff and ran my last mile for the week!  Then we left KT early because Mom had to get Anthony to the church early because he was leaving to go camping with the boy scout troop and I had my pinewood derby race tonight.  My car wasn't very good, next year mom said we are going to work with my friend Clint and his stepdad!  Then we finally came home and I got a quick shower and headed to...

I attended sparring and black belt class today.  I was very pleased with my poomsae's and self defense.  FYI: What part of the foot do we use for a front kick?  The ball of the foot.

today was good, school flew by thankfully. I had a bible quiz and wrote an English essay. then I ate lunch, came home and showered, and left for kt Harrisburg. we had sparring, black belt class, and then we all went to dinner. now I plan on just relaxing and going to bed.

today i had to go to jail and give a formal presentation in social studies. we had to dress like business people and sell our website. i hated it. after it started raining while we were at recess so it messed up my day. i came home and did homework and requirements and ran 2 miles. the track was so wet and i was stepping on puddles everywhere. 10/10 do not recommend. anyways i go sleepy bye bye.

Hello! Today at school we had our reading benchmark and I am very happy with what I got. After school I basically relaxed since I finished all my miles and physical requirements. Then I went to my school dance and it was really fun. I was dancing with my friends and I had a good time with my mom ( my chaperone) too. I am exhausted. Going to bed so that I can wake up early for black belt class .Good night.

Today I woke up and skipped requirements. I then went to school, I had a pretty easy day at school. We played just dance in JROTC and I tried to solve a little puzzle thing in English. I then had a meeting after school to practice my JROTC SLP debrief with my team. I then came home and ran with my dad. Right afterwards I went to Tae Kwon Do. We went over the written test. Afterwards I came home and finished requirements for the day. Then I showered, stretched, and now I am here. 

Today was woke up and I got go ready to go running with my uncle and my sister. On the way we did push up. Then I got home and I ate some breakfast. Then I just chilled out and played games for the rest of the day. Before dinner I went to the outdoor malls and I got some stuff. I got home and we had dinner and we just chilled out and hanged for the rest of the day.

Hello!  Today I had band, and our band teacher wasn't hear so we had a sub, and we just watched a movie.  After school I came home, and did my homework, after that I went to black belt class.  During class we practiced kicking defense 1,2, and the gave us the written test answers.  When I got home I did my requirements.     Bye!

Today I went on a field trip to the pottery grove but I barely knew anyone there because they were from the other school. The only people I knew there was a girl that thinks the earth is flat and my old grammar teacher because they went to my school last year. I painted this fish orange and gave him eyebrows and a mustache.

Today was a good friday. I had a normal day at school because we had no tests. After school I came home and went to class. After black belt class I got show mars for dinner.

Today I had another test which i think I did well on. When I got home I relaxed and did some reuqirements.

I am having a good day so far. We are getting study guide questions checked today in black belt class so that is a little nerving (I'm hoping I got most of them right). I also am having so much fun with friends recently, finding myself talking to some of them more and more. This week was a bit sluggish on requirements, but I am getting them all done......

I woke up, and I was really sleepy still but I had to get ready for school.  Then I was at school and we did blocks.  Then I got to KT and did black belt stuff.  I missed sparring tonight to be at church to help set up for the Pinewood derby race tomorrow (so I will miss black belt class tomorrow also)!!  After we got the track set up and ran some test races we went home and had dinner and got ready for bed.

Well, wow, other than working on my requirements, I didn't have a very productive day.  I went on a two-mile walk with my dog and... cricket sounds. FYI: The Korean National Flower is The Rose of Sharon.

Today at school I played basketball at recees and had 5 blocks and 6 rebounds. Then after all that I went to band class and  had some fun there. Then I went to tkd for my sparring class and that's what happend this week.  

Today I went to school where I toured my high school. After that I went to sparring.

Today was my moms birthday so i got up and said happy birthday to her and went to school. in school we had our reading bench mark and i got a 35/45 which im not proud of but will have to do. After that we had social studies and then ela. After school i was home alone because my parents went out. My mom’s best friend surprised her from missouri and she was really happy. I showered and we had a birthday party for my mom. I’m really tired so I’m not writing much. My best friend also went through something today so i was comforting her through and text and will check on her tomorrow. I really hope she’s ok because it was really terrible what she went through. 

I almost forgot to post tonight. I am so tired. I had a good day at school. We were preparing for the school benchmark . Then I had the science Olympiad club after school. When I got home, I worked out with my dad and did my 3 miles jogging with few stops. I worked on my requirements and then rest for a little bit and got ready for the sparring class. After that I got home took a shower, did my homework and ready for bed. Good night!!

Today was a long day. I had a pretty good day at school. I wasn't very productive, but I had a lot of fun. Especially during 4th block when me and my friends wrestled, colored, and talked for the entire class. Then I came home, finished the homework that I didn't do during 4th block, and then went to the gym. I had a pretty good, full body workout. Afterwards I went to Tae Kwon Do and helped with class; I also took sparring, which was very enjoyable. Then I came home and finished some requirements. Afterwards I showered, stretched, and now I am here. 

 If there's a high yellow belt who is flailing their limbs around and isn't pivoting on their kicks during sparring, should you shame them or should you help them as a black belt and instructor? Sometimes on the sidelines at sparring I see some kids laugh and say things like "you should have done better" or "you lost so badly" or they cheer for one kid and make the other one feel bad. Or they make jokes during the match. So come on guys, we're black belts and we need to support each other. It's your job, our job, to help and encourage one another. If you see someone upset because they lost, praise them about something they did good, give them some tips to improve and then praise them again.   Remember, it starts and ends with respect!

today was really easy, I started my day off with math and band. in my last period of the day, my teacher got super angry at my classmate which made it hard for me to ask questions on the project we were working on. then I came home and relaxed. now for the rest of the night I plan to just write music or talk to my friend parker.

Hello! I went to school, and  had  art in the morning then I had a math test, I didn't get a good grade so I am going to retake it.  After school I went home, and did my homework then I went to the 5:15 class to assist.  After that I had my last mentee session that is required, then I took the 6:00 class.  After I took that I took sparring class.  I was decently tired, but I still had to do my requirements when I got home, and so I did.       Byeeee!

Today I went chapel and our bible teacher played this amazing song on his piano I don't remember what it was called but It was still cool. After I got home I did some requirements and ran a mile in exactly ten minutes so that was funny to see.

Today started off with work at 9 round. Afterwards I got breakfast then started on the rest of my day. Later on I had work st the dojang, then sparring. At home I ate dinner and I'm winding down now.

Hello King tiger family. Today was a normal day. I got up, went to school, and came back home. Tomorrow the girls are going on a field trip while the boys stay at school and have a visitor come teach us about drones. I think its kind of unfair that the girls get to leave school. I came home, ate and finished some school work and then worked on my requirements. Now I'm about to relax. Goodnight.

Today I had to wake up very early and start our drive to florida. It was very long and we stopped to get food twice. I watched two moves and two episodes of a kidnapping show which was good. I took two naps and when we finally got there me and my cousin went kayaking.
