Today  I went to a class at tkd to help out which was fun. After I had my first hockey practice of the season.

Today was fun cause I got to help out with the little kids class and got to see what they learn for tae kwon do after I got home. I had to go to Boy Scouts and then once I got home from that I had to go to sleep.

Today I  hung out with friends but after that I did my requirements and worked on a essay.

Today I practiced red and high red Poomsae's/self-defense. I also hung out with my friends I taught them some basic taekwondo stuff.

Today was pretty fun, especially the Philippine martial arts seminar, where we did a bunch of short stick and hand to hand Stuff. I also watched a Georgia game today which they won in over Which was good now I’m about to go to sleep

Today was exhausting after school I had to go to do something for Boy Scouts where we had To move a bunch of fruits and vegetables from some convention, but now I’m about to go to sleep to get enough sleep for blackout class tomorrow

Today I woke up and was super tiered from yesterday but I had to go to school after school I was going to go to tae kwon do but my mom said I should go to my youth group. After I got home I ran and now I am about to sleep.

8/1 was my birthday and I did my requirements. 8/2 today was the day i celebrated my birthday and the day of the pre-test. 8/3 I went to the mountains. and ran my mile too.

7/27-7/31

7/27 Today I got the first day of my digital detox done. I got most of the way done on two essays done as well. 7/28 today I ran on a hotel treadmill we also went to a theme park called knobles in Pennsylvania. 7/29 today I caught up on my jump ropes but took a break from running not much else that day. 7/30 I did some of my workouts but did not run. 7/31 Today I ran two miles and did the rest of my workouts I also took a road trip back from Pennsylvania.

today I went to a black belt class and went on a road trip to Pennsylvania. I learned that for a scope you grab at the elbow and not the armpit.

Today I went to the white water center with friend. i did my workout and am starting to feel better. I think I might loss time on my mile tomorrow because I am going on a road trip.

Today I went to sparring class I pulled something while sparring and hurt my knee. I did my workout pretty good.

7/19-7/23

7/19 I did my workout but no run. 7/20 I ran two miles and did my workout. 7/21 I did not make it to class but did my workout I ran one mile. 7/22 I made it to class and helped with testing. In the black celt class we talked about the written test. 7/23 I ran two miles and did some missing parts of my workouts. I started thinking abot my essays.

July 12-18

day 1 I did not get my book yet and did not fully know requirements of the first week. day 2 was the same thing. day 3 I could not make it to taekwondo. day 4 I got my book and filled in some of the stuff I already did that week. day 5 I got a mentee and did another run and workout it was quite challenging. day 6 I started to notice the mile getting a little easier but my legs hurt a bunch. day 7 I noticed my legs starting to feel better and the workouts were ever so slightly easier.
