My day was good as usual I woke up did my Exercises I was able to do 40 push-ups today. And then I got dressed for school. After school I went to the house for a little bit then I went to the dojang to help out. And I got home around 7:15. And that is my day

My day was good as usual I woke up did my Exercises ad got dressed for school. After school I went home for a little bit and then I went to the Dojang around 4:30 and then I got back home around 7:15 and that is my day. And I am tired Night

My day was good I was able to sleep in a little today. Then I did my exercises and my two mile run and then I  did my laundry. And that was about it I had a pretty chill day.

My day was good. I slept in a little today and then I went to the Philippines combative event they had at Master knight school and Master foster. We trained with sticks and Knifes what did most of the stuff I knew with sticks but what threw me for a loop was doing it without sticks and we did it like back hand back front back front something like that I got the hang of it though. When the event ended at 12 all of us got a certificate with our name on it then we took a picture after that I headed home and Did my two mile run and the rest of my Exercises. That is my day

My day was good. AS usual I woke up did my exercises and git dressed for school. After school I went home and I wrote about the First original kwan school song moo kwan. I love these type of essays because you can learn the history behind it. And now i am  just chilling have a good rest of your day guys.

My day was good. As usual  i woke up did my Exercises and got dressed for school. After school I went to the Dojang for sparring class as usual that is always a good workout. After that I went home took a shower. And then me and my family watched this spin off series of the office called the paper. It was actually pretty good so far cause most spin-offs Are not that good. And that was my day

My day was good as usual I woke up did my Exercises and got dressed for school. After school I did my two mile  run  planks and Sit-ups. I also staring writing my essay (the history of the kwan's) I enjoyed writing about  the first school Which  is named Chung do kwan which  translates to Gym of the blue wave. I cant wait to write another page about the second school. Have a good night guys

My day was good. I woke up did my  Exercises and then I got dressed for school. After school (as usual i went to the dojang after school to help out and then I took the Tuesday Black belt class. Now I am exhausted and just chilling. It has been a long day

My day was good woke up did my Exercises and got dressed for school. There was two quizzes in Chemistry today. And after school I went to the Dojang early to help out and I got home around 7:15. My friend she told me to watch to one one piece its actually  better than I thought it was gonna be. But yeah that is my day  now I am just relaxing. Have  a good night guys

My day was good. I woke up feeling a little bit sluggish and then I did my exercises. I then went on a two  hour road trip to a wedding. Because my cosuin was getting married  The food there was great. The wedding was fun (My cousin his name is forest and the girl he was getting married to  was named Mariah. I had a fun time there and then we got home around 11pm

My day was good I woke up Did my workout then I went to school. After school I went  Taekwondo for sparring. That was a really good work out. After I got home I decided to lift a 35 pound dumbell about 28 times on each arm. I'm trying to get to a 50 pound dumbell that is my goal. I love working out first thing in the morning it is a great way to get the sleepiness out of your system. And now I am just chilling.

My day was good. After I went to church I went to my friend's birthday Party we went to Airsoft never held a BB gun in my life But I got  people out. I was aiming at someone else but the sniper (rifle)  bb Gun dude with his Camoflauge suit raised his hand up and walked to the exit so I am assuming i got him out so that's good. That was a pretty fun experience for my first time there. And then I went home did my exercises and I realaxed.

My day was good I woke up at 5:45. Before I got ready for school I did my  exersises. After I got home from school I had  some stuff I didn't do this morning and that was pull-ups and planks. I then went to the dojang and helped out I also did my class as well then I got home took a nice shower and yeah that's about it.

My day was good. I got up did my exerises. Then I did my two mile run. I ran a  little bit slow today at 34:45. After that me and my family went out to lunch. And after I did my poomsaes self defense and kicking for the day I just chilled and read harry potter and the order of Phoenix for the 60th or something,time   (I lost count) it's my favorite book of the series. And yeah that's what I did.

So this morning I was able to sleep in. After I woke up I went to Master Evans school for a hour and a half self defense seminar. Got a good work out there too lots of rolling and back fall's. But I enjoyed it, after that I went to a freinds house had some deli's sandwiches and stayed there for a few hours then I went home. Thats my day.

My day was good  Before I went to my school I did my burpees and push-ups, and sit-ups. After school I did my two mile run. I completed my two mile run in 33:25 and after that I did my pull-ups and planks poomsaes and kicks I was exhausted after all of that my day was tiring.

My first day at school was good. I met two new people in the junior year I thought there were gonna be more people not gonna lie. woke up at 5:45 and before I had my breakfast I did my sit-ups burpees and push-ups. After school I went to the dojang early to help out. Got home around 7:15. I only did a mile that day because my leg were still kinda sore.

My day was good. Today my dad was off work so we went mini golfing I got two hole in one so that was great I was second but my dad beat me at the last hole and so he took my first place spot (still kinda upset about it not gonna lie) there was a bunch of people there. After that me and my family walked in this town we have not been to before that was fun. After that I went home did my exercises and just chilled (I also did my poomsae kicks and self defenses)

Aug 7th

My day was good as usual, I woke up did my exercises went to sparring class  (I get there early to help I usually get there around 4: 50) went home around 6:50. It was a good workout went home and relaxed, did my two mile run in  30 mintues. That's my day

My day was good. I just did my exercises I'm gonna do my run a little later. Today I did two and a half pull ups 35 push-ups and 38 sit-ups and for my plank time I belive is 1 mintue and 16 seconds. I am getting better and I can tell but other than that it has been a pretty chill day

Aug 4th

My day was good. I did my exercises took my dog out of the house so he can use the restroom. And I did  one mile today at first because  my legs were really sore it was hard to run,  but i finished the other  mile later. The only thing left for me to do today is to go to class and I go to that pretty soon.

My day was good. I got up this morning at 7 am we had to do some stuff. We got home around 11 when I got home I did my two mile run in 23:43 after that I did my exercises I had lunch and then I wrote my essay on Digital Detox and the only thing I have left to do today is go to sparring class.

My day was good. I woke up at 7 am today to go to school and finish up volunteering to move furniture for the teachers.  After that I went to Chick-fil- A to get some lunch. When I got home I did  the rest of my requirements and finished my two mile run. My legs honestly hurt from running so much. But other than that it has been a good day.

My day was good. I started my nutrition challenge a week ago, I am on week two I gave up no processed breakfast food for 30 day's  cause I usually  grab something and have a quick breakfast. But now I'm having super food drink for breakfast every day It's actually really good. I did all of  my exercises  I hit 35 push-ups today my goal is to hit 50 in a row by the end of this black belt cycle. I got my book signed today at class and as normal I am exhausted.

My day is good. I woke up at 10:15 relaxed for an hour, then I did my requirements. And later i'm going to help my teachers set up their classrooms for about an hour (because they asked for volunteers). After that i"m going to Master's Shin's Dojang. I know today is already going to  be a exhausting day.

My day was good. I was able to sleep in, because Master Shelly's  school was doing a poomsae seminar from 12 to 1:30 in the afternoon. We did Poomsae, kicks, and Stretches. then time went by so fast, got my book signed then I got home.  I then did my two mile run did the rest of my exercises, I was pretty exhausted after all of that. That was pretty much my day

Today was good. As normal got up did my exercises packed things up in our cabin, and then we had a 4 hour road trip ahead of us. We got dropped off at the church then I went home and finished up my workout. I watched Happy gilmore for the first time it was pretty funny. And that is my day

My day was good. As normal I got up did my exercises first thing went to go have breakfast, went to my Job site and we got to lowes and then we got to the house we were working on  then we  painted the wall gave it a new door under the house. Cause the other one was really broken and we got rid of the old bricks put them in the trailer had lunch  and headed back to camp. I'm exhausted.

My day was tiring to say the least.Woke up at 6:50 this morning,got breakfast went to my job site. We made good progress today with the repair we put some new stuff in got back around 5:50 and I am gonna relax in a little bit. And we there at the job site all day today and that's about it from me.

My day was really good. I woke up did my exercises first thing in the morning, and then me and my group went to this house 50 minutes away to help with some construction. It was just a small task we should get done with by Thursday. Today we went there broke apart some old bricks that were collapsed the bricks were really old and rotting  so we got them out, took about two hours we scooped some loose  dirt out of the way. After that we went to lowes and we got some plywood and some quick cement and we layed the cement down in the area it needed to be and we are gonna let that cement dry and come back the next day.

This morning I went to church. And after church was over me and my youth group went to the Appalachian mountains in Tennessee it was a 4 hour drive there, but it was fun. I did my exercises as soon as I got to my Cabin before I did anything else,  It was a exhausting day.

My day was pretty good. I Woke up at 6:50 this morning. I had a little bit of breakfast and then I went to Master Evans School for Saturday black belt class. It was really exhausting but it was good. We did a little bit of kicking, poomsae and self defenses. I enjoyed it. After class was over I got my black belt book signed and then my  dad and I went to McDonalds and got a Dr pepper. Then I went home, did my run and finished the rest of my exercises.

Friday 7.18.25

My day was pretty was pretty good! I did my exercises as usual, then I vacuumed the living room and my dad's office. I ran two miles in 30 minutes, a little bit slow this time. I did 30 Push-ups, fed my dog, and then I just chilled and played video games.

Thursday 7.17.25

My day was good. I did my exercises, did my poomsaes, kicks and self defenses. I did green belt poomsaes and high green and for self defenses I did yellow belt self defense. I think I did pretty good on that. I did nearly ,40 push-ups and ran my mile in 13:35. I just got home from sparring, and i'm Exhausted, and that's my day.

Wednesday 7.16.25

My day was good I did my exercises it was tough. I ran a miles in 13:34 getting better with it. I did my pull ups. I was able to do 3 today and I did 30 push-ups in a row today. I am getting better and I  might be able to do almost 40 tomorrow. I can tell I am getting better with them. I have not  worked out in a while so it's a little rough doing all of this stuff again but I'm getting back into it.
