My day was good. I got up this morning at 7 am we had to do some stuff. We got home around 11 when I got home I did my two mile run in 23:43 after that I did my exercises I had lunch and then I wrote my essay on Digital Detox and the only thing I have left to do today is go to sparring class.

My day was good. I woke up at 7 am today to go to school and finish up volunteering to move furniture for the teachers.  After that I went to Chick-fil- A to get some lunch. When I got home I did  the rest of my requirements and finished my two mile run. My legs honestly hurt from running so much. But other than that it has been a good day.

My day was good. I started my nutrition challenge a week ago, I am on week two I gave up no processed breakfast food for 30 day's  cause I usually  grab something and have a quick breakfast. But now I'm having super food drink for breakfast every day It's actually really good. I did all of  my exercises  I hit 35 push-ups today my goal is to hit 50 in a row by the end of this black belt cycle. I got my book signed today at class and as normal I am exhausted.

My day is good. I woke up at 10:15 relaxed for an hour, then I did my requirements. And later i'm going to help my teachers set up their classrooms for about an hour (because they asked for volunteers). After that i"m going to Master's Shin's Dojang. I know today is already going to  be a exhausting day.

My day was good. I was able to sleep in, because Master Shelly's  school was doing a poomsae seminar from 12 to 1:30 in the afternoon. We did Poomsae, kicks, and Stretches. then time went by so fast, got my book signed then I got home.  I then did my two mile run did the rest of my exercises, I was pretty exhausted after all of that. That was pretty much my day

Today was good. As normal got up did my exercises packed things up in our cabin, and then we had a 4 hour road trip ahead of us. We got dropped off at the church then I went home and finished up my workout. I watched Happy gilmore for the first time it was pretty funny. And that is my day

My day was good. As normal I got up did my exercises first thing went to go have breakfast, went to my Job site and we got to lowes and then we got to the house we were working on  then we  painted the wall gave it a new door under the house. Cause the other one was really broken and we got rid of the old bricks put them in the trailer had lunch  and headed back to camp. I'm exhausted.

My day was tiring to say the least.Woke up at 6:50 this morning,got breakfast went to my job site. We made good progress today with the repair we put some new stuff in got back around 5:50 and I am gonna relax in a little bit. And we there at the job site all day today and that's about it from me.

My day was really good. I woke up did my exercises first thing in the morning, and then me and my group went to this house 50 minutes away to help with some construction. It was just a small task we should get done with by Thursday. Today we went there broke apart some old bricks that were collapsed the bricks were really old and rotting  so we got them out, took about two hours we scooped some loose  dirt out of the way. After that we went to lowes and we got some plywood and some quick cement and we layed the cement down in the area it needed to be and we are gonna let that cement dry and come back the next day.

This morning I went to church. And after church was over me and my youth group went to the Appalachian mountains in Tennessee it was a 4 hour drive there, but it was fun. I did my exercises as soon as I got to my Cabin before I did anything else,  It was a exhausting day.

My day was pretty good. I Woke up at 6:50 this morning. I had a little bit of breakfast and then I went to Master Evans School for Saturday black belt class. It was really exhausting but it was good. We did a little bit of kicking, poomsae and self defenses. I enjoyed it. After class was over I got my black belt book signed and then my  dad and I went to McDonalds and got a Dr pepper. Then I went home, did my run and finished the rest of my exercises.

Friday 7.18.25

My day was pretty was pretty good! I did my exercises as usual, then I vacuumed the living room and my dad's office. I ran two miles in 30 minutes, a little bit slow this time. I did 30 Push-ups, fed my dog, and then I just chilled and played video games.

Thursday 7.17.25

My day was good. I did my exercises, did my poomsaes, kicks and self defenses. I did green belt poomsaes and high green and for self defenses I did yellow belt self defense. I think I did pretty good on that. I did nearly ,40 push-ups and ran my mile in 13:35. I just got home from sparring, and i'm Exhausted, and that's my day.

Wednesday 7.16.25

My day was good I did my exercises it was tough. I ran a miles in 13:34 getting better with it. I did my pull ups. I was able to do 3 today and I did 30 push-ups in a row today. I am getting better and I  might be able to do almost 40 tomorrow. I can tell I am getting better with them. I have not  worked out in a while so it's a little rough doing all of this stuff again but I'm getting back into it.
