Candidate Journals

Today was yet another good day and since I didn't get to write yesterday, I'll fill you in on what happened then too. I had an early morning basketball game where we were up 33-0 at halftime and in the 3rd or 4th quarter I scored 2 points. We ended up winning 54-7 which was nice, but I feel the other team essentially gave up playing. After that, my mom took me to scouts because I got to cross over into Troop 83 with two of the other guys from my den. We had a quick ceremony, got our patches and "scout bibles" then headed up to get lunch before I got dropped off at Junior Leadership camp. Junior Leadership camp was nice, as also, and I had a lot of fun learning taekwondo aerobics, nun chucks, the food (especially the breakfast sundae) and of course sleep. My mom came early...

Today was a good day. I am doing a lot of work and refining my essays, and they look pretty nice. I did some of my poomsae and self-defense, and the back of my left leg hurts quite a bit. I am also ready to watch the Super Bowl at 6:30

Well I was overnight at jr. instructor camp and it was amazing and fun as always. But i am so tired. I came home had some lunch and fell asleep. Im excited for the Super Bowl today, and chill with my family.

Today is Sunday I just got back from my brother's soccer game straight from Junior instructors Camp. Yesterday I was at Junior instructor's camp after I went to my brother's soccer game.At Junior instructors Camp we did sticks,Team workouts,We had dinner,We did a higher energy workout before we went to bed,And we also did staff.

My day was good I went to a couple of places and a couple of exotic dealerships which has multiple car worth well over 1 million dollars. Then later I did wrestling with my friends I won 3 fights and lost 3 fights.

Today was a good day ran two miles went too blackbelt class and had a mentor session went too Costco and got stuff like wings for the superbowl im excited amd cheering for the Seahawks although I wouldn't be mad if the patriots won they've both played good anyways peace

Unfortunatley I couldn't really do much today. My foot was aching and hurting like crazy and I could barely walk, so I didn't go to class today. I mostly spent the day resting and trying to recover. As of writing this, my foot feels much better. Hopefully by Monday I will be all healed up. Once my foot heals completely, I'm going to have to make up the requirments I lost out on.

Had classes in the morning which are always great. Taught sparring class and helped out with the junior tigers and family class. In the evening I got to teach a session at junior instructors camp. I've never done that before and it was a lot of fun. I had rolls and falls and dynamic kicks as my focus for the session. All the students were filled with energy and I loved helping out with the event. 

Today was pretty chill overall. I went to BBC and worked on my belt‑level special self‑defense and Koreyo, it felt good to get some solid practice in. After that I headed home, knocked out my requirements, and then went out for groceries. I wrapped up the day by studying a bit. And that's about what happened today! Decent day today. I woke up and went to black where class where I did and learned the rest of 2nd Dan specials. After that I headed home to get in my requirements and have breakfast. I also went to this restaurant place to get takeout, and I got this “sandwich” which it was a burger shaped and cooked like a steak for some reason.

Today was pretty fun. It started early with BBC. When I got home my dad took me and my sister to get boba tea and then we went to a women’s Davidson basketball game and luckily they won :D Afterwards we did some shopping around town. I finally found what I’ve been looking for for a while, they’ve been sold out everywhere… Needohs. When we got home I ate a snack and went for my fastest 2-mile run yet! Now I’m just watching some TV before bed! I can’t believe it’s already week 6 of 12, great job everyone!

Today I couldn't make it to class this morning because my Grandfather was having car trouble. I did do some of my requirements and continue to learn the Academy Student Credo. I went to nice dinner with my parents and had Korean style chicken and popcorn shrimp. 

Today was alright, I woke up to go to BB class in the morning, then I went home so my dad to give me a haircut. Then after that we went to Greensboro for my grandpa on my moms sides 70th birthday dinner. Then after that it was late so I came home, ate more, then did my requirements.:>

I had a chill day today. This morning I got up pretty early and went on a run. It actually felt way better outside than it did the last couple of weeks. I then did all my requirements and went to my friend’s house until 8pm.We baked a cake. I’m just getting back and I’m pretty tired. Anyway that was it.

I had a BBC in the morning and then a mentor session. I got home, did some requirements, ate lunch. I then read a bit. I took a nap for three hours and had noodles for dinner. I got some essays done. 

Today was a pretty good day. I did a mentor and mentee session and did some of my requirements. I'm getting better at pull-ups after forever. I can do 1 up to my chin and 1 extra, which almost reaches! oh yeah, I also woke up a little late today and was a few minutes late to black belt class

Day 34: Today was a blast! So, I first started out my day with doing my Saturday black belt class in the morning. I got my signing and returned home. Then, I updated my book on exercises and practiced! After that, I went to Sam's Club and tasted lots of food there and got some cheese sticks there. Once I came home again, I played my games for about an hour. Finally, I went to bed. Thanks for reading my day and have a wonderful day guys!

I woke up kind of late for Taekwondo class today at 8:30 AM. I rushed to use the bathroom, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, get ready for sparring, and do other things. I arrived at about 9:06 AM and did my entrance fee which is 5 Burpees. Sparring was fun and after that, I got some mentor sessions, mentee sessions, leaderships credits, and did some other fun things. I skipped the Leadership class, but came later because I was getting a mentor session by a 2nd Degree Instructor, but Master Foster signed it. I also bought a bowstaff today, which was cool, and I am really getting good at the tricks and forms. When I returned, I ate lunch, and got ready for baseball practice at D-Bat. I stayed there for about 2 hours and really improved. I just came back and I am really happy and surprised of how strong...

After a really tough week battling sickness, I’m so grateful to finally be on the mend. This week was just a small bump in the road on my journey to earning my black belt—I know that, and I know exactly how to get back on track. You never know what life will throw at you, but it’s how you recover and keep moving forward that makes you stronger.

Today I woke up and went to class. We worked a lot on our belt level specials. Overall class was pretty good this morning. My birthday is only two days out and because of that, Master Chelley had planned a little birthday celebration in which everyone sung happy birthday and wacked me with pool noodles. Mater Chelley also gave me a small container of candy with a bow on top as a birthday gift. THANK YOU MASTER CHELLEY!!!! When I arrived home from class, I knocked out my requirements. I went to the grocery store with my parents a bit later in the day as well. The rest of my day was pretty relaxed, I did not have anything else going on. - Lucas  

Hello busy weekend. I woke up and had black belt class and I got a mentee session in. Then back to see my uncle for and aunt for lunch. Then I'll be back for jr. instructor camp. 

Today was a good day. I woke up early, started warming up, and practicing for the weekend black belt class which I attended. After I went home and did all my physical requirements for the day. Then went to an escape room.

My day was good school was a little annoying but I pushed through it then after I went to Friday prayer then I got chipotle then I went to takwando for sparring and black belt class.

Today was simple. I went to school and I got to run my miles today. After school I had dnd club and then went to TKD. I took the black belt and sparring class and after that I went home. My knee got pretty messed up during sparring cause I got sidekicks in the knee cap. After that I put some ice on it and ate some dinner.

Today had nothing going on much went to school did a lab in science had 2 tests in ELA and math and after school i went to taekwondo for blackbelt, and sparing

Had work this morning and it was freezing. Temperature was said to be 24 degrees and everything was frozen. Luckily it was way warmer later in the day and felt great. I got to the dojang early today to eat lunch and do requirements. It feels better there because of the equipment and space versus practicing in my room. Classes went well tonight, we had black belt and sparring class. Master Knight lead black belt class and I lead sparring class. 

When to school work in groups in ss and did a lab and gather chickens. Went to black belt class and spparing 

Early morning workout with Master Chelley and then on to KT. Summer camp work, picking up the tshirts for Jr Instructors camp, lots of traffic getting my kiddos from PLP and Langtree today and two Little Tigers classes and then a mentor session with Master Marcus followed by class and ending with some Doublestick 2 work with Master Chelley and Lucas. Busy day, good results. Tired Jen who just realized that she needs to get her stuff together tonight so she doesn't have to do it tomorrow. And then to get some sleep. See you in class!

Today was mid, all I did was go to school, come home, do homework, go to TKD, do a mentor session, rolls and falls, and BB class. After that I went home ate, and did my requirements, as well as run 2 miles.

Today was a very, very cool day. School started like normal with me working a tutorial document that tells my friends how to code. In reading we had to answer questions about a new character in our book, The Phantom Tollbooth. At lunch, I had brought food to heat up but they wouldn't allow me to use the microwave, so that was no fun. We had recess outside afterwards. I played soccer with my friends but didn't score any goals. For encore, we did an air mass lesson, and an activity about it. Somehow, we had free time on our computers, so I did coding. I was trying to code a simple calculator, but the code did this: num1 = 2, num2 = 5, num1 + num2 = 25. I didn't know how to fix it, so I had to wait until I got home. I did my requirements in the morning and went to school. Today was not a very suprising day, but I ate dinner before heading to KT. I had a mentor session before going to BBC. After I went straight to piano to work on my songs and theory.

Today is Friday, which means that my schoolwork was relatively calm. I had two tests back to back today, which I was not prepared for. Once I got home I was able to relax a bit before I left for black belt class. Was able to spar and get a mentor session in. After class ended, I played this Family Guy game on my phone, which is surprisingly entertaining. Excited for the weekend!

Today is friday, which is arguably the best day of the week. In my opinion it is as even though we have school, it’s the first step to the weekend, and we can stay up all night if we want to without school, but there is black belt class tomorrow. Anyways today I of course when to school, then to tkd class to do rolls and falls and bbc for the weekday. Pretty fun today in class. Then I went home and we had viva chicken for dinner which was really good. That is mostly it for today.

Thank goodness its Friday!! Fridays are always the joy of the week because it means everything is coming to an end and there's usually something to look forward to on weekends! This weekend happens to be Jr. Instructors Camp! I'm so excited to work with some kiddos and help them be better versions of themselves. Its definitely going to be a long night but its always worth it! I went to school today, came straight to work, rolls and falls class, BBC, and then finished with some dinner at Jason's Deli. I'm now doing my requirements and then hopefully getting a good nights rest because tomorrow and Sunday will be exhausting!! Have a great weekend everyone! ~ Peyton

Today was a very eventful Friday! I had to go to school early for art club and we finished making face jugs out of clay. I had a fitness test in PE and in ELA I had to present a speech… I was so nervous, but I’m glad I got it done 😅 I had a few other tests and quizzes but it wasn’t that bad. After school was straight to BBC and rolls/falls. Now we’re watching the Winter Olympics opening ceremony. See some of you tomorrow for BBC :)

This week went by really quickly, and today was another normal school day. I had more homework than usual, but I got through it. After school I finished my requirements and helped my parents with a few things at home. Nothing intense happened today just a simple, steady day overall. Today is Friday, I woke up, went to school then went through all of my classes, came home and did some work, then I took a bath and watched a show with my mom.

Today was pretty decent. We had our first complete day of school in around a week, so getting up early was irritating. My friend overslept so I couldn’t see her so that sucked. I did do good in all my classes so that was good. Got home and did my run, then went to bbc and sparring afterwards. Sparring was really fun actually. That’s it.

I got to go to a basketball game for Davidson and get an award I earned at school. I had good growth in reading and got an award. I had to miss class tonight but ill be back tomorrow for black belt class and camp!

Today was fine. We had a busy morning and had to get to school early for my sister art club. At school nothing really happened, I had a few tests that went well. After school we went straight to TKD. I forgot my belt :( so I wasn’t able to do rolls and falls. After we got Jimmy Jon’s which was good. Now Im doing requirements and getting ready for bed. 

Today I woke a up to a regular school day. no two hour delay or anything crazy. I got a little bit of homework but that was easily taken care of when I got home. I swiftly completed my requirements after school. A little later into the evening, I went to King Tiger for class. Class was pretty good but what was even better was I got to start to learn double stick form 2 after class. That seems like a complicated form. After class, I came home and relaxed for the rest of the evening. - Lucas.

Today was more of a relaxed day. I had a full day of school after about a week. After that I went home got my physical requirements done, studied taekwondo black belt questions, and did some stretching.

What a day! In school, I had 3 tests, which I did really well on every single one. I always played basketball, learned Spanish, and had some review on things. When I came back from school, I finished my homework, finished my physical requirements for the day, and then headed to the dojang for some other requirements. I only had a Weekend BBC because I was too tired to do a sparring class. I just returned, and am going to relax for a bit because my body hurts a lot and is SORE. I am really excited for this weekend because it is the Super Bowl this Sunday, and hope everyone is going to have a great weekend too!

Day 33: Today was a super busy day! First, I went to school and turned in my work. Once I came home, I next did some exercise then played some games. Then, I used my king tiger book to answer my questions for bochos! Finally, I ate some chicken rice then I decided to read a book and then went to bed! Have a fantastic Friday guys!

Today in school, someone punched me in the face because I told them to not randomly come into my important conversations, so I punched them back. In the stomach, though, and he complained! But it totally backfired because the teacher gave him detention instead!

Return to school today from the snow break. Did some work with self defense.

I feel like I was cold all day long today. Finally got warmed up in sparring class and then it was time to put our sparring gear on. Where was mine? In the back of my car...where it had been since last Thursday.  Care to guess how cold my hogul--no idea if I spelled that correctly-- was when I put it on?🥶🥶😂😂  Won't make that mistake again! Busy day in classes again but a good one. Lots of good work, helping our color belts get ready for their test in a couple of weeks. Prepping for Junior Instructors Camp this weekend too. And at the end of the day a call from my youngest, checking in on his mom.  Wonderful way to end the day. See you in class!

my day was good I went to school I took 2 test they where pretty hard then I had a free day in gym so I worked out chest. Then I got coffee after school then later I went to king tigers in Huntersville.

Today was a good day ran two miles helped out with class and was practicing my tornado kick alot today trying to get height control along with my hurricane hook kick. I also tried the strawberry frosted lemonade from chik fil a solid 7.5 out of 10 would recommend anyways peace

Today was alright I guess, I woke up to go to school early in the morning but my dad got a email from my school saying there was a 2 hour delay because the light snow froze from last night. So When I got to school we were told that the schedule would be the same as yesterday but F and C blocks were swapped. So that was a bit confusing, but overall the school day was mid. After school I came home and did my homework, after I watched tv until it was time to go to sparring class. After sparring class I came home, ate dinner, then did my requirements as well as run  2 miles on my treadmill. Have a good night:)

Today was our second day back from school. I did my requirements early in the morning, and after school had a forensics event. Then I went home ate some food, and then went to KT to help out with classes and then had a mentee session in between and sparring afterwards. Today was a pretty productive day!

Thursdays are usually a busy schedule for me. I got work at 11am to 1pm, then I have some time to eat before leaving to work at 4:30 at the dojang. The cycle takes up some time now and my routine schedule has been a little thrown off. Today felt extra busy but honestly I enjoy filling in some of the time gaps. Instead of wasting time on my phone or something I do my run or practice. 

Finally we had a day where we actually went to school. It wasn’t a regular day though since we had a 2 hour delay this morning. I caught up on some work I missing and after school I went to taekwondo, where I did class assistance and leadership, then I do sparring class which was fun. That is mostly it for today.

Today was the first day back at school and I’m so tired.  I helped with a class today and did homework.

We had a 2 hour delay today, which was super nice. I wish we had these all the time so I don’t have to wake up so early. Did the usual today, homework, requirements and things like that. My run today was really satisfying for some reason, not sure why. Anyways, tomorrow we go back to a regular school schedule, which is super disappointing, but what can you do.

Today was pretty normal. I couldn’t run my miles at school today which was a bummer. After school I helped with TKD class and had a mentor session after. After TKD I got home and made myself a sandwich for dinner.  After dinner I learned how to make origami kunai which are really cool.

Today was the day that we go back to school but had a 2 hour delay and its was pretty normal there but after school i went with my brother to go get his new glasses he's never had them before so hopefully they don't break but in all it was just another day

Today was an ok day for me. Today was the first day back from school from the snowstorm that hit again over the weekend. I got there and started talking to my friends about anything we could think of. We started out the day with math, then AIG, lunch, reading, recess, then finally encore. There wasn't much to do at school so this will be short. After school, I went to taekwondo. I got all of my requirements done except run. After taekwondo, I went to swim. I was able to move up to the next level of learning, so now I am in the last level. After that, I went home, took a shower, and settled down for bed.  

Today was pretty uneventful. It was our first day back at school after this unexpected break and the teachers were not slacking. I have a bunch of tests and presentations coming up, but it's fine. After school was sparring. Today my mom and other sister joined us for the first time :) Unfortunately, right when my ankle was starting to heal I banged it up again and now it's super painful. Hopefully it feels better tomorrow for BBC though. Have a good Friday! 

So I worked it out with the job where I only have to work two Saturdays. That's great. However, they took my idea for how to do this I gave them a year ago.  You win some you lose some I guess.

Today was pretty basic. Nothing really happened at school, I finished a test and recapped on the day we were out. After school I did the requirements and did some homework. Then we went to sparring and most of my family went which was fun! Then when we got back I studied for a test tomorrow and finish up the homework. Now I am getting ready for bed. :)

Today I had 1/2 day at school. And honestly, it's pretty fun We first did morning work, then we did math, then we did. Science, then we. Red for 20 minutes. Yeah, I know. It's lunch time, then we have recess. Then I went on the bus to go back home. And when I got back home I did my requirements. Then when my mom got back home I ran 3 miles. Then I ate some pizza. And that was my day. Have a good day. 

Today I woke up at 6:00 like an ordinary school day. I started to get ready and then right around 6:15, the school calls and says their will be a two hour delay. Instead of crawling back in bed, I took advantage of the extra time and completed my requirements. It felt really good knowing that when I came home I would not have to do any kind of working out. After school, I went to King Tiger to get some leadership credits. I came home to eat and then went right back over to King Tiger for sparring class. After class, I came home and finished up the requirements that I did not have time for in the morning. - Lucas.

Today was finally a normal school day. Once I finished classes, I got my requirements done and spent some time studying before heading over to TKD. I helped out with the Senior Tigers and had a mentor session, which went really well. After that I came back home, wrapped up my homework, and called it a day. Yesterday I didn't journal, so let me recap for a second. Yesterday was pretty good, I just had school with a 2 hour delay which was honestly really nice to sleep in and have shortened classes. I came home, went running, did some homework, and finished up requirements. My mom and I had dinner at Five Guys last night and that felt so good to eat a greasy burger and fries. I'm not sure why but it hit different last night lol. Today was alright; I had school, went running, requirements, and then sparring class. Sparring wasn't too strenuous and I enjoyed seeing everyone there tonight! Now I'm getting ready to go to bed and am definitely looking forward to Friday and Jr. Instructor's Camp this weekend!! Today was a pretty good day. I was finally back in school although with a 2-hour delay. After me and my dad went to the gym but I went out back to the green way and ran 3 miles. We then came home and I did alot of physical requirements and practicing techniques. After I went to Teakwando where I was able to assist the 6:15 class and get a mentee and mentor credit.

Today, after school I went to basketball practice and from there I went to sparring. Nothing really happened today that was worth talking about, so yeah, that was my day. Pretty boring if you ask me.

Day 32: One piece adventures! Today I woke up with a two hour delay of school! I did all the essentials at school, and turned in my remote learning! Once I came back home, I watched one piece and I was on episode 105. It was where crocodile left most of Luffy's crew to drown! Crocodile was also known as Mr.0! Plus, they used chopper as a decoy and used a fake name known as Mr. Prince. When I finished watching episode 105, I did some exercise, ate dinner, played with my sister, and went to bed to get ready for the next day! Have a terrific Thursday!

We were back to school today, and it was pretty chill. We were supposed to have 2 tests, but we only had 1, which I got a 100 on. Everything else was just catching up because we had a mini winter break. I have a meeting that I have to attend at 6 PM, but I will finish all my requirements for the day before that. We had a 2-hour delay today, also. I also just finished all my homework and was eating some food. Tomorrow, I will be getting a lot of requirements done because I will be at the dojang from 5:30 PM to 8 PM.

We had to go back to school today, but it was a delay, so I guess that’s cool. Did a couple projects then knocked out my run when I got home. My friend also came over to help me do my self defense and kicking so that was fun. Now I’m just doing homework until class later.

Good evening, had a short day today with a delay at school. Came home knocked out a mile before I heads to class tonight and sparring. Im excited for the weekend lots of things to look forward to.

Finally got some miles in yesterday! And a pretty good workout  too.  The snow and ice has definitely hurt that number but back to work on it. Busy day at the dojang yesterday with color belt testing coming up. Stance work seems to be my theme for the week, important in so many areas.  I worked on Bolo with my mentees who are picking it up really well, proud of them!  Getting ready for Junior Instructors Camp, always a fun time with a lot of learning going on too. I had my first exam today for the semester. Accounting is a class that I've found it hard if learn if you don't spend time practicing it. There's formats for certain things that you have to memorize and you have to know which category certain actions fall under. With the snow and not being in class for about two weeks, I wasn't very happy to take it, but I did alright. We had practice problems we could use online to help us with concepts as a lot of this takes practice to learn. Overall I like the class and the teacher has been very helpful so not much problems with it.

My day was very boring i was sitting on my chair all day for school a goof thing is during online classes me and my freinds where trolling adding funny backgrounds to our camreas. And later i had gotton some food from wendy's which was pretty good.

Today was a successful remote learning day. I focused mostly on my math working with fractions. This evening I met with my mentee and mentor, and I also did two classes.

Today was… a lot. School was async, so I just pushed through the work and got it out of the way. After that I walked to TKD and handled the usual: lined everyone up, helped the Senior Tigers, and then stacked a mentor session, a mentee session, sparring, and BBC back‑to‑back. By the end I was definitely running on fumes, but I still got everything done. Came home, finished the rest of my homework, and now I’m calling it a day. Today was a good day went to sparing and blackbelt class worked on hapkido and 1st dan self defense im still thinking about my new skill maybe baking a cake or cookies I dont know yet I love food i had 5 pieces of fried chicken today Publix has good fried chicken anyways peace

Today I didn’t do much but I did all of this lol.  4 school zoom meetings, got ahead on my homework, I cooked my lunch, did my requirements, went to King Tiger to help lead and assist with a class, sparring and black bet class, showered and ate dinner.  Now I’m really tired but I can’t go to sleep lol.  

Today was ok, I woke up, there was a 2 hour delay before school. School was interesting we had 30 min classes so it was like 15mins shorter. After school I came home did homework, and went to taekwondo for class assistance and leadership. After class I came home and did requirements.

Pretty simple day today. Another remote day today for school and I got all my work done really early. I then had to clean my house and do my requirements. Didn’t go to taekwondo today but I am ahead on my assistance and leadership thankfully. That was mostly it for today.  

Today was a good day. It was a remote day agian at school so I finished all my work then got to work on my physical requirements, poomsaes, and self defence. After I was able to do a mentee session before sparring class, I then attended sparring class and BBC.

Finally I get to go back to work but I've got problems.  Because of the snow and ice I'm going to have to work the next five Saturdays.  

Today we had a 2 hr delay so I got to sleep in-ish! We didn’t go outside for PA today so I couldn’t run my miles. After school I went to school I went to TKD. And took class. After class I got my stuff signed but I had to go home quickly so I couldn’t get a session. After TKD I had some chick-fil-a. After that I did some homework and I’m about to go to bed. Bye.

I had school today, and we had a 2 hour delay. I got my requirements done early. It was pretty busy since everyone was rushing to get stuff done, from selling tickets, homeworks, tests, exit tickets, lesson plans, and projects. I came home and studied hard core for three tests tomorrow, and now I feel pretty good. 

Today was actually surprising that we had no school? because a lot of schools did so well yeah im glad we didnt have school again but tomorrow we have to go back but today i had remote work and after i was done i got my requirement done then went to taekwondo

Today, I had full day of school, so it was a long day. After that I noticed that I was running low on my sparring classes, so I went to the North Charlotte location to fill one of my sparring slots. And also before I did sparring and went to swimming class, so it was a productive afternoon.

Today was a cool day for me. I woke up, then went back to sleep. When I woke up again at like 11:20, I got to work on my game. It was not finished today. There is only 2 more things to be added to serve its purpose as a tycoon game, but the 2 things are big things. I skipped breakfast because it was too late to have breakfast, so I had tacos for lunch. I just hung out in my room until it was time to go to church. When I got to church, I got my food and snacked on my food till I got home. When church started like always, we go to game time. We played a game where we pulled the other teams flag off their body, then we went to bible study. After that, I went home, did my work for remote learning, and...

Today was pretty relaxed. It was a remote school day and that took up most of my day. I did my requirements before heading to TKD. We finally learned bolo so I’m pretty excited about that. I also got a mentee and mentor meeting in :) Unfortunately we have to go back to a regular school schedule tomorrow 😒 But I have a pretty busy weekend coming up so it’s something to keep me motivated… Have a good rest of your week everyone!

Today was pretty chill. This remote day was definitely better than the last one. I got my work done in a couple hours then went on my run. Then I came back and finished the rest of my requirements. I also went to a bbc today so that was fun. Anyway that’s it my day was boring.

today was a chill day. not much. I went to work with my dad. i 3D printed a bunch of things today. hope tomorow is more exciting.

Today was also a remote day. The work for today was lesser than yesterday, but still a good amount. Not too hard either. At practice today, I was able to help out with the younger students and also get my black belt credit in. Got a two hour delay tomorrow, which is better than nothing I guess.

Toady was ok, it was a remote day at school today which was nice. I got my work done pretty quickly and then did the requirements. I went to my friends birthday party which was really fun! We made candles, but sadly we have to wait to pick them up. Then we went to Mandolinos and I had to leave a little bit early for TKD. We got a lot done and learned bolo, which I am excited to work on lol. Tomorrow we have to go back to school, but at least it’s only a two day week! 

Today the school systems were on a two hour delay. Tomorrow, school for me will be the same as any regular day. I'm thankful that there was a 2 hour delay today because instead of waking up at 4:30 AM like I usually do on Wednesday to go for a run, I got to sleep in until 6:30 AM. School was per usual today, nothing crazy happened. I went to King Tiger for some leadership credits as well. After that I came home and did my requirements. The rest of my evening will be spent studying for my chemistry test on mole conversions and stoichiometry of empirical and molecular formulas. - Lucas

Remote Day today, so I didn't get that much schoolwork. I finished it all pretty quickly, ate lunch, relaxed, and finished my requirements. My dad and my brother are going to the YMCA after they drop me off at the dojang, so I can get some other requirements done. Tomorrow we have a 2-hour delay, so I'm happy about that, but I wish we didn't have school at all. There is still some snow, so it should've been canceled. 

So I am still doing Alexander Strong workouts today was 10 rounds 6 burpess, 12 reverse lunges I added a kettlebell here then 6 pushups followed by 12 squats with kettlebell and finally 12 situps lat pullovers. I did this and then the pelton for 30 minutes interval and arms. I am trying. 

I am going back to school today on a delay. Im excited to get back and see my friends. Im going to run after school to keep up with my miles and head to class tonight to help out. I'm still sticking with my water first thing in the morning before I have anything else.

I don't think I've ever seen so now stick around in Charlotte like this. It's really messing up my work schedule.

I’m writing this so late but I didn’t want to lose my streak. Nothing really happened today tho. I was able to run outside instead of walking so that was cool. I had way more work today so I didn’t get to start my workouts till the afternoon. I was able to take the PMA class tho and that was pretty cool. Anyway that’s it.
