Today was a wonderful day. I woke up, and I got ready for brunch with my memaw. We ate at Louis Grill (I think that is what it is called). I brought my switch to play on Game Builder Garage. Game Builder Garage is a game where you make games like tag showdown, which is a tag game, and you can make your own games from scratch. I set a challenge for myself that for each month, there is a thing I have to make in Minecraft. This month's project is a tree house. I have to make it in the middle of nowhere, in 15 Minecraft days, and survive 5 days. After I got done brainstorming about my project, I had free time to work on my White Belt essay and look over my written test study guide. I completed what I could and brought it with me to class...

Did you know that MLK Jr. Day is always on the 3rd Monday of January every year? I didn't. Today was enjoyable and exhausting. As soon as I woke up, my parents told me that we were going to the YMCA. I got ready fast and was excited because we were going to stay there for almost the whole day. When I reached, I had a little gym workout and then ran 2 miles. I was really tired, but I wanted to do something else to avoid getting bored, so I played 3-on-3 basketball with some people I met. When I finished, I was really sweaty and hungry for a snack, so I got some food to eat. When I finished eating, I took a little break and relaxed, but then my friend asked if I wanted to go to the pool. I was down, but I wanted to try the...

Today was a chill day.  I was out of school so I did my run early and my requirements.  I went to the doctors and got two shots.  My arm still hurts. I want to stay up to watch the game but I'm going to bed.

I have an odd way of remembering 2nd Dan special number three. It just so happens that it is really close to the ending of "Best of the Best 2". A horrible movie but a memorable final fight scene. 

Today my best friend Mason came over to my house first he wanted to play on my VR after we put them on VR we played a little basketball my mini basketball hoop I got for Christmas and then after that we went outside and played with my other friend named Jay and Bobby and we both ride my electric scooter then after we came inside Mason and me a hot pocket it was his first time trying hot pocket because it had pork in it and he doesn't really eat pork sorry just tried it and then you wiped it then after that we went back outside to play with Jay again and playing hide and seek and time and then after that we came back inside and put some Fortnite and Roblox and that and then his mom came to pick him up around 4:30 and he got here...

Had a really good weekend!  4 miles at Harrisburg Park Saturday morning, classes/requirements, and then KPOT for lunch!  Watched some football.  Sunday (like usual) is a rest day.  My wife wanted hibachi, so we went to Sogo in Concord to get her fix.  Watched some more football.  Today took a BB class, and chipped away more requirements.  I have also been reading "13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do".  Taking notes already in preparation for the essay.

Today was a pretty eventful day. We started by taking our hamster to the vet… She is not feeling very well so I hope the medication we got her makes her feel better soon. Afterwards we went to Birkdale. I got Starbucks and then we spent the rest of the time at the Apple Store. We were probably there for 3 hours working things out. I have my eye on that iPhone 16 😏. When I got home I did my requirements and miles. Now I’m just relaxing. This weekend was long but went by so fast… back to school tomorrow :( I hope everyone had a good weekend and has a great week!

Today was a super duper productive day! When I woke up, I brushed my teeth and ate some pizza. Then, I played with my sister until we all had to go to two shops. We went to marshalls and super target! I got some pretty good items there! I got a pack of caramell candy for me to eat at home and share it! Once we came home, I ate they candy and tried on my new shirts! After that, I ate dinner and went to bed. Have a good day guys!

Break the cycle of hate and transform with love. I punched out all my requirements this morning. 6 hour drive home, felt nice to just do nothing. Why am I so tired, is it all the training, I do not think so, is it all the pushups, situps so on, no that is just being sore, there is a mental tired. My work has been hecked and stressful and long, this mental tired sometimes makes it worse than physical. It is 7:02 Pm and I am ready for a nap. LOL.

Today was honestly pretty chill. I got my requirements done first, which felt good to just get out of the way. After that I finally caught up on a bunch of stuff I’d been behind, just the little things that pile up. I did some more designing too, just messing around and getting ideas out of my head. And I actually sat down and read for a bit, which was a nice break. That was basically the whole day. Hope everyone’s doing well, and good luck for the rest of the cycle. Today was a good day I got most of my physical requirements done pretty early in the morning. Then we went uptown and did some stuff there. I then went to the YMCA where I attended a yoga class.

Vacation is over and we returned home. Today I read 2 chapters of my book for school and some  reading for pleasure on the ride home. Math work was calling so  I studied math and worked on some requirements. Now  I am leaving my grandparents to go home and take care of Astro my rabbit. We might go on a run tonight. 

Happy Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. School is not in session today so I got to stay home and not worry about school.  I woke up and started doing requirements. The cycle has upped the intensity, we moved on from 3 minutes of basic exercises, to 4 minutes, along with 8 minutes of kicks. I do not really have to much to say. I will be spending my day relaxing and preparing for my chemistry test tomorrow.

I am still in Atlanta Georgia on my way to my brothers last soccer game then I have a 3 hour drive home and workouts to do.  Last night we went to Mlk's birth home and the church he preached at. Happy Mlk day.

Honestly did nothing today except i got mentored. Watched some football i dont think the Texans quarter back wanted to win he was throwing to the team had like 4 interceptions the rams versus the bears was a good game though also the Denver quarter back broke his ankle the other day so they basically lost anyways peace

Today was an ok day. I woke up and got ready for church. Church lasted for about an hour. Then, when I got home, I hung out in my room. After about 3 hours, I went over to my great grandpas to go visit, then to my memaws house, then to my friend's house. Today was the last time I will see their house because they are moving out. I'll still be able to see him, but it won't be the same. We played games like soccer, basketball, and War. If you don't know what war is, it is a game where we are on X amount of teams, most likely 2 teams. There are two types of gameplay, Capture the Flag (Kinda bad not going to lie) and the OG style, I don't know what it is called though. Capture the Flag is where the amount of flags plus 1...

Today was a pretty good day as I got some requirements, finished school work, and watched nfl playoffs. I went to the gym around 1 and got 2 miles in, and work on my pull-ups and upper body. Pretty intense workout but short period. Then got my requirements after that. Good night!

Relaxed a bit today. Had some tutoring in the afternoon but it wasn’t all bad. Worked on requirements afterwards. Overall  pretty average day.

Today was great its my last day in the mountains :( so sad so in the morning I have to get up early and leave but in the house my family's at we have a VERY big amount of land and in the middle of it we have a forest with LOTS AND LOTS of trees and pathways so its easy to get lost and me, my brother, and my cousin were looking for a place in there built by our other cousins a couple years ago and we lost my brother and thought he got taken and we found the spot that they built and thought it was like stranger things cause he went missing in the forest and it was foggy so we couldn't see good and we found the place and it came crashing down out of no where and my uncle and brother came from behind a...

So my recycling can was broken . The city told be to leave it on the street and they wild have a person come by and fix it or replace it. They replaced it and left the broken one too. Thanks I guess. 

Today I was at the beach. After breakfast we went out for a while to grab a few sales items to bring home.  It was a wet and rainy day, so I had no time at the ocean or to do outdoor activities. I did some homework at the resort to prepare for testing when I return to school.  After that I went to the seafood buffet and ate a lot of food. I was so full. I rested for a while and then had to work on some requirements.

Am I the only one that DIDN'T have a chill day today😭. I've seen at least 3 blog posts that said they had a chill day today... THE BILLS LOST BRO AGAGAGAHGAHGAHGAHA. Okok back to normal, today was mid, all I did was get out of bed and run a mile cuz I felt like it, then did the laundry. Later that day I went to my grandma's house to spend some time with her. When I got home I did my requirements, btw I ate dinner at my grandma's house. CYA🤦‍♂️:/

Today I went to go see Zootopia 2. With my mom sister and dad and at the movie theaters I got pizza and fruit punch Gatorade and my sister got popcorn fruit snacks and a piece of candy and some juice because she got the kids meal and my mom got some nachos I forgot what my dad got but the movie was really good I liked it um then after that my Mimi came over to eat dinner and that was my day it was very fun.

Nothing eventful today. I got up and did some of my requirements. I practiced guitar for around an hour though so that was cool.  Then I went on a run later in the afternoon because I was hopping it would be warmer but I was very wrong. My hands were basically purple by the time I was done. Then I took a nap which made me finish the rest of my requirements later but that’s fine. I think I messed up my right leg though. Behind my knee makes it feel like I’m snapping something when I kick so I might not do sparring this upcoming week. Hopefully that starts getting better, and luckily it only affects my kicking so I can do the rest of my requirements.  That’s pretty much it.

Poomsae class this morning ended with some belt stretches...I need to be stretching more. Doesn't always feel the best when you're doing it but you definitely feel better later for it. My right knee is bothering me a bit so no running today at the gym. I walked half a mile waiting for my husband to meet me and then we worked out together. Lots of chest and shoulders today, my arms feel quite heavy right now. Then while he was finishing up I grabbed a mat and finished up with sit-ups, some plank...so hard after the workout, and then some more stretches. No jumprope today but I'll double up tomorrow.  CJ, my oldest, attacked me this afternoon for self-defenses and my day was complete. Finishing up some laundry now and then updating my requirements on the website. Have a great week everyone!

Hope everyone's having a great weekend! I'm up in VA spending time with my family. And I have to say, it is a lot colder up here than it is in NC. Unpopular opinion, but I don't like snow. Its just so cold and makes everything so much harder and more complicated. It started snowing today, not too much stuck to the ground but constant flurries. I went out and ran 2.3 miles and the snow was blowing into my face the entire time. Definitely not comfortable, but proud of myself that I got it done. Finished up some more requirements and then we went out to a Mexican restaurant (I love Mexican food)! Relaxing with some football the rest of the night! ~ Peyton

Today was super chill. I woke up, got my requirements done, and then went out for a bit just to get out of the house. When I got back, I actually sat down and studied for a while, which felt kinda nice. And the big win of the day? I finally sketched something again after forever. Today was pretty relaxed. I finally got to sleep in …😊 Then I got a little at-home hair trim by my mom. After, my parents took us all to get boba tea and some snacks. When we got home I did my mile and requirements. We are watching football now and relaxing for the rest of the night. Today I started learning my new skill. I am attempting to solve a Rubix cube 😅 I solved the first layer but kept messing up… it’s a lot harder than I thought! Overall a pretty chill day, but don’t we all need those sometimes :) No school tomorrow! 🥳

Today was really chill. I didn't have any classes to worry about, whether it was school, taekwondo, or some other sport. I kind of relaxed at home and ate food. I didn't really go outside except for running my mile, because it was really cold. I finished my physical requirements earlier than usual, and then ate lunch, which was delicious. I watched some TV and relaxed. I have been realizing how much the cycle has impacted me because I have been very tired lately and have been taking naps. When I woke up, I was reviewing my poomsaes and self-defenses for extra practice by watching YouTube. I have to go to a birthday party later today, and when my brother went to the gym, he brought his friend home with him, and he will be going to the party with us. Today I thought there would be snow. But we got barely any snow! I played some games for a hour, then I played with my sister for a while and had some arguements. Then I ate my lunch downstairs with my family. After that, I did some chess practice and some exercise. Finally, I did some streches and some sleeping!

I am at my brothers soccer tournament in Atlanta Georgia he lost his game today and I am about to do my workouts. Yesterday I had a wrestling meet I had 5 matches won 3 and lost 2 then we had lunch and drove to Cumming Georgia.

Today was a good day. I didnt attend any taekwondo today so I just knocked out my physical requirements for the day then did some stretching to recover. After I wrote an essay which was good to have another one down. Then we went to the library where I checked out a baking and soup cook book to help with my new skill of cooking.

I woke up this morning with a runny nose because of the cold. My requirements were pretty hard to get through today, but I managed. I read for a bit, and studied.

I had a fun weekend with my dad. Did both black belt classes and I mentored for the first time Saturday morning. My sister went to a cheer comp so I hung out with my dad. We went to Dave and busters to play games.

I have been seeing some improvement within my sparring. I’ve been using much more strategy and I have not been relying on strength only. Still have a long way to go.

Today, I woke up at 8 AM to get ready for my taekwondo classes. I had sparring class, then helped out with another class, and also had leadership class. In between those classes, I acquired a mentee session and had a lot of fun. When I returned home, I took a shower, ate lunch, and watched some TV. I was really tired, so I took a nap that was 2 and a half hours long. When I woke up, I realized my parents had left to go to a family friend's house, and my brother and I were home alone. I quickly finished my physical requirements and made dinner for ourselves. I made us cheese pizza, and it was delicious. After that, I made some popcorn and watched a movie upstairs. It was really funny, and I would watch it again. I am about to go to sleep and hope everyone had...

My day was good I went to a couple of places and I went to the gym training for 2 hours and then I did some chores.

Class was pretty good today. A bit of a review with some tweaking. Other than that I think I'm make progress.

Today is Saturday, and we had an early basketball game. I made 2 points today and we won like 43-21, I believe. My team did really well with passing the ball and using the whole court. Early in the game the other team had the lead but started to not communicate well as we started making a comeback. Right after our game, I head to taekwondo to help assist with the junior class. Today was also my last day in my white belt challenge so it was nice being able to finish that part. I was able to work with Ryker on staff form 1 and get a mentor session out of the way. After we got home from taekwondo, I showered and took a much-needed nap. From there, I played on my laptop until we went to my friend Acyn's house. His mom is selling their home, so my mom...

Today was a pretty crazy day. First I went to black belt class and we did self defense a bunch of times, and I also got a mentor session in with master Mathew. After that I ate breakfast and had to go to a birthday party, where we went into the woods and into this creek which it was freezing and the water was very cold. Then I got home and watched Buffalo play but they got snubbed and robbed in the playoffs which happens like every year. Now I’m resting in my bed about to sleep .

Today I woke up kinda early to go to black belt class this morning. After that class I went home and watched tv, a little bit later I helped my dad take down the last of the Christmas decorations. Later that day I went to ate dinner and did my requirements.

Today was a chill day. I did black belt class, mentor session, requirements, football practice, read my teacher notes and did my calendar for next week, then I played with my friends on the game.  For me that's still a chill day.

Pretty good day went to blackbelt class in the morning worked on my 1st dan self defense and knife special. Watched some football the bills lost sadly they were my team looks like the Seahawks will win there game which is good so im going for them now. Anyways peace

I got up around 10 today which wasn’t too late for me. I managed to knockout around 60 pages of my book then practice some guitar. My run was good today I just missed my pr by 2 seconds but I’m sore so I’ll cut myself some slack. I’m so glad it’s a 3 day weekend cause I really need to catch up on my sleep. Now I’m gonna watch hockey.

Friday night Black Belt class with Master Chelley was a learning and tiring experience. This morning I had my black belt class. When class ended, I had to get my phone and Ipad from my parents, for communication and games. Then I went to the beach with my Grandparents. Time for a workout!  

I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time, which was very welcomed. Classes this morning went great, even though I couldn’t get myself up early enough to take black belt class. Maybe next week. Later tonight, I got to celebrate my sister’s birthday, which was really nice.

I'm up in VA visiting with my grandparents this weekend! We got in at 1a.m. last night so I'm a pretty tired. I got some requirements done this morning. Then I played Uno with my grandma. That's our thing, we play about 15 games of Uno every day and keep track of who wins. I have records from when I was five years old of our Uno games! I worked on some more requirements, ate lunch and then went for a run. In their neighborhood, they have this one huge hill and when I have been on cycle before I have always had to walk up that hill, but not today! Today was the first time I ran all the way up the hill. I had really great stamina due to the cold weather! I finished up my last requirements and ate dinner. Relaxing the rest of the night! Keep working hard...

Today was pretty normal, but I was happy we didn't have to go to school. It was kind of hard to not being able to sleep in. BBC was good, it was nice to run through all the self defenses. For the rest of the day I relaxed, and did the requirements. For dinner we had homemade pizza! Now we are just relaxing. : )

Finally the weekend is here! I will admit it was tough not to be able to sleep in this morning because of black belt class. However, we worked on self defense and it was really good to run through all of them. When I got back I just relaxed. This week has been really busy so I definitely needed that time. Then I took advantage of all the time I had to get some extra miles in. I biked three running miles, did my requirements and did some extra practice on stick and staff 1 and 2. For dinner my dad made homemade pizza! It was so good! Now we’re watching football. I can’t believe it’s already week three of cycle! Great job so far everyone and have a good weekend!

Today started early. I woke up around 6 and got ready for Black Belt class in the morning. Class took a lot of energy, but it felt good to get moving and knock it out first thing. After I got home, I went straight into my requirements and worked through a solid chunk of them. At some point I ended up falling asleep — not planned, just tired from everything. When I woke up, I did a little more work and kept things steady for the rest of the day. Later I helped my mom with a few things, and that was basically it. So this week, I decided to do my white belt challenge. It was so wild going to the back of the line again and working on the fundamentals. This journey is amazing and is teaching me so much.

It was a good day, I woke up early for Saturday BBC where we worked on self defence. After that me and my mom went to go see the Venerable Monks' Walk For Peace. Where we were able to not only see them go by but see them eat lunch and give a blessing. After that I went home and finished up my requirements for the day.

Today I woke up early and went to black belt class. I got my sticks and bow staff today, I really like the color. During class I saw what I needed to work on, so I noted that down on my book. As soon as I got home I worked on those stuff. I plan to focus on my requirements and some studying today. 

So far my morning has been pretty good. I woke up and went to class, we practiced a lot of self defense in that class. I am feeling pretty good about myself, I feel like I know everything pretty thoroughly. After class I jumped right into my requirements, I started with those very early because I am leaving to see family very shortly. I am going to Greenville SC. I will be back by Sunday at noon. Today was a great day! I first woke up at 7:00 and went to my black belt class! We did our color belt self defense and I did okay. When I came back home, I did some exercise and poomsaes! Then I played some games on my ipad! Then I did my journal which I am doing right now. Have a nice day everyone!

Today was good except the fact that I had 4 tests in school today but after that I went to king tigers locations I never been to before and I took black belt class and sparring so that’s good.

Today was actually really good I woke up early for a school club in the morning and after school I went on a road-trip to the mountains! I had to be in a car for 3 hours but worth it and the reason we went is because my family house a house in the mountains so I go with a bunch of family members once a year for a couple days so it was a pretty good day

Today was fr boring. All I did was go to school come home with no homework, then I went to black belt class. When I got home I ate dinner and played on my computer, as well as doing my requirements.

Today was pretty fun. I went to school and it was pretty normal. After school I had dungeons and dragons club which was fun. After that I had taekwondo and took the black belt and sparring class. After class my parents decided to order some biriyani so we had that for dinner.

It's Friday hope everyone has a great weekend and now a word from the Downer Philosopher. "Why is it that Friday is so close to Monday but Monday is so far from Friday?" Have a wonderful day, night or whatever time you see this.

Today was a good day although I basically did nothing I ran two miles and ate like 5 rolls I love rolls oh man im not a poet but someone needs to make one about rolls because they are that good. Im also thinking about going to other schools for sparing maybe anyways thats all peace

Turns out Olive wasn’t very kind to me last night, and I was pretty exhausted today because of it. Even so, Little Tigers and black belt class went really well, and I got some good practice with weapons, which felt encouraging. I’m also thinking about getting a gym membership next week if time allows.

Woo what a day. Finally the weekend has come and a 3 day break. Today was definitely a pretty good day, as I had a pep rally which I did a game in there and our team/grade won. Also everyone was a bit rowdy and it was really loud (almost lost my voice too). Anyways after school I went to Tkd for rolls and falls class, and then got in a BB class. Eventful day.

Today was a chill day.  I didn't have any classes and was able to play with my friends.  Tomorrow I have black belt class and football practice.

Today was pretty steady overall. I spent most of the day working through my requirements, studying, and keeping up with my usual school tasks. Nothing too intense, but it still felt productive in that quiet, low‑key way. I’m also really looking forward to the three‑day weekend — it gives me extra time to keep pushing on my requirements, so uhhh ye, that’s definitely a win. This morning, I woke up and it was extremely cold outside. I would prefer it to be this cold if it were snowing but that's not going to happen. When I got to school, I worked on the ending of our show. Today was the first day that 4 boys, 1 car had it first views not by me or my friend, THE WHOLE CLASS SAW. Again, we didn't go outside because it was "too cold". It was only 34° out, stop overreacting. In science, we learned about warm and cold fronts. Traffic was bad when we were leaving school due to the Walk for Peace that came through our area. My mom...

I hope everyone had a great week! Today was pretty good, school was alright. I got on the bus and went to work. The kids had a lot of energy today so that was fun. Took BBC and got to work on some stick forms with Master Natasya and the 3rd dans. I'm now in the car on my way to my grandparents house in VA. It'll definitely be a late night! Today was a good day I got a 98 on my biology test and a 100 on my English quiz. In food and nutrition we made muffins and black-eyed pea brownies. I was able to go down to the Greenway near the gym and ran 3 miles as well as come back to the gym and get the rest of my taekwondo physical requirements done for that day.

I feel like I have been cold all day, all day. Hot soup for dinner helped though. Not a very productive day for requirements but I did get some done.  I have a list going of the things that give me pause, that I really have to think hard on or that I am not confident in.  Sometimes the cycle is about looking hard at yourself and being honest about what you have down and what you are nowhere near. And it's not always going to be something super complex or physically difficult. Just a little something to think about. See you in class!

Today was pretty decent. Got up and did some workouts and practiced my guitar. School was boring. I can home and decided to run my mile on the treadmill since it’s like 2 degrees outside. I got a lot of credits today which was really good and that’s pretty much it.

Got 2 miles in like normal, mentee session, and a BB class.  Pretty decent day for requirements.  Not crazy sore anywhere at the moment, so that is a plus!  I will always take that.  I may do a few extra miles tomorrow, because I am planning on eating some wonderful Korean food for lunch.  If you haven't tried KPOT yet, definitely give it a try one day.  Certainly on my top 5 Korean restaurants in Charlotte list.  Have a great weekend everyone!

Today is Friday, so I get to finally relax. It’s also a 3 day weekend, which means this is my opportunity to get ahead on requirements. Things have got slow at times, but I am still able to push forward. Looking forward to my future improvements.

Today was pretty normal, but I am very happy it’s Friday! At school I had a few test the went very well! After school I didn’t have much time. Then we went to BBC, which was fun. My foot still kind of hurts, so I hope it feels better tomorrow. Now I am going to do the requirements and relax. :) 

Today was a really busy end to the week. School started out early with art club. It was lots of fun because today a clay artist came in and taught us part one of making face jugs. Right after art club I had my final Spanish midterm. I’m super relieved that they’re finally over. Shortly after I got to finish up my math midterm. I’m very pleased with that end result also. The rest of school was pretty relaxed. I didn’t have any time after school, I went straight to TKD. Today I got some refreshers on stick 1 and 2. Now I’m going to do my requirements and relax for the rest of the night. TGIF

Today was pretty eventful, at school I had three tests, English, History, and AP Environmental science. All of which, luckily were pretty easy compared to some of the tests that were given in the past. When I got home from school, I started with the requirements. My knee is still giving me trouble, Hopefully that mess clears up soon. The rest of my night will be used for recovery. - Lucas

Today was a pretty chill and fun day. In school, I had a Spanish test and a science test, on which I got a 100 on both. Every other subject had some basic classwork, and I didn't get any homework. When I came back from home, I did some of my physical requirements and got ready for my Weekend BB class. Class was fun and interesting today, because we learned how to defend and attack with plastic knives. I also got some leadership credits and had a mentor session with Master Foster. I didn't get to do a sparring class because I had to leave early to go to a party. I just came home and finished the rest of my physical requirements. I am about to go take a shower and get ready for the party. I am excited for tomorrow because I will be at the dojang from 9...

Happy friday everyone! As I woke up and got ready for school, I did my homework while eating and went to school! We had our D.A.R.E gratuation and ate pizza and popcorn! Once we moved station after station, we got some hot cocoa. It was pretty mid because it was cold. We has free computer time, drawing time, and a dj in the gym and some games! After that I worked until recess and played blooket until dissmisal. Once I came home, I told my parents about our D.A.R.E celebration and what I ate. I took my shower and played some games. After that, I did some exercise, poomsaes, self defense, etc. Then I ate dinner and watched one piece before going to bed! That was all about my day! Have a great friday and good luck to you.

How do you make time, for me it is always difficult, I sometimes have to get up early, rearrange projects, just say no, which I never do, need to learn that also. Overall I make time but planning the best I can sometimes it works out sometimes it does not, but I try to get everything done efficently and effectively for my ability. 

Thank goodness for Friday's and 3 day weekends.  This is a great time to get ahead of cycle workouts for all of us.  Looking forward to the weekend full of blackbelt classes and the white belt challenge.

This morning, I woke up at six o'clock and went running with my father. After school, we did another run. I am getting better, but I still have work to do. 

Today was a pretty good day ran 1 mile helped out for a class besides that can't think of anything else important I did today. Im hoping the Seahawks win the superbowl I dont think there's anyone left i dislike we chilling the bills would be good too anyways peace

Today was fun. I had a lot of homework today, but I was able to finish most of it in class. After school, I hung out with my friends which was fun. When I got home, I did a little studying then worked on curriculum.

Today was not the best. School was pretty normal so I don’t have much to say. After school I had some homework and went to taekwondo. I helped with class and got a mentor session to work on my staff form 3. After taekwondo I went home had some chicken and rice and studied for my test tomorrow.

Today I woke up pretty late so I could't do my requirements in the morning. I did them later, though. I went to school and I had Spanish, English, and Science homework. I kicked out some science pretty fast and math too. After I did my spanish and I headed over for sparring. After sparring I did my english homework. I like how I divided my time today because high school is no joke, there is so much homework! But, overall, my day was pretty productive and I felt very proud once it was over. I have a presentation tomorrow so I'm going to review that and head to bed. 

I got a lot done today.  Today I got two more class credits and a mentor and mentee session. Did my run on the walking pad because it's so cold outside. I've also had three vocabulary tests this week.  No class tomorrow!

SO UH, today was the middest day out of the most mid days ever:/. I went to school, had a math test-_-, came home did my lit homework then watched tv until it was time to go to sparing class. Sparring class wasn't very fun because I kicked too high and kicked someone in the nose😔. BUT, his mom said he was fine so I'm glad, after sparring class I went home, had dinner and did my requirements. GN!!  

Ah yes, Friday-eve today. simple and decent day as I got A honor roll certificate for last semester, and got to pick a reward. Pe was mostly fun as we played jailbreak and I started going crazy. Afterschool I went to Tkd to get class assistance in and did sparring class, and it was pretty fun. Looking forward to my pep rally tomorrow though.

Today was pretty alright, I woke up to go to school, not a lot of interesting things happened their. When I got home, I started doing my requirements. I noticed that my knee was feeling a lot better today but still nowhere near back to its original capabilities. I finished up my requirements and then went to sparring class. All was good, I got home and began to study, I got a couple tests tomorrow. After I finished studying for about an hour in a half, I iced my knee. Yesterday when I iced my knee, I used and icepack, today I filled up a bowl and added ice cubes to it. This made the whole process way more intense. Hopefully it will be feeling better tomorrow. I had school today i got to stuy for 4 tests tomorrow and today in gym i hit a new pr 180 lbs on the bench. 

Last night with Olive was really rough, but thankfully it didn’t weigh on me too much during the day. Sparring went great, and we had two new white belts in class who seemed to really enjoy it, which felt good. I’m ending the day hoping, and praying, for a more restful night tonight.

Today was pretty chill and easy-going as I didn't have much to do. When I went to school today, I learned a lot, and in PE, I got to do rotations, which was fun. When school was done, I forgot I had a Math Club, so when I reached home by bus, I quickly told my brother to drop me off back at school. I was pretty late for that, so my teachers were a little mad, but it was ok. We had our school competition to decide who would represent our school in a competition against other schools in the future. I think I did ok, but I'm not confident. Tomorrow, I have to wake up early to go to school and finish the rest of my math test in the competition, because I came late for "Math Counts." When I came home, I went to the YMCA to get my...

Work hard, study well and eat and sleep plenty. Some of you will know were I got that and some won't.  But I still think it is a good starting point.

Today was LONG! When I woke up, I got ready for school and grabbed a granola bar for breakfast. When I got to school, I again worked on my show with my friends. It is halfway animated and almost ready to go. After that, in math we learned about subtracting decimals. And then in reading, we read another chapter of our book. Then it was time for lunch. Today I brought grilled chicken and toppings to make a pita sandwich, and I also had this massive apple that we got the other night. We didn't get to go outside today because it "felt like 16 degrees out" so I got to stay with my AIG teacher. She gave me and Jackson a game board that I brought home to make a board game that goes with our show. You can play as one of the 4 boys and answer trivia questions...

Today was normal except it was really cold! and we had to still go outside for a walk at school but we had a substitute teacher which was good cause he let us do whatever so I got to work on some of my homework in that class and after school was nothing but homework and essays

It was a good day, school was good and I got a 100 on a biology quiz. Then was able to checkout early to go to the dentist. At home I mostly just did alot of physical requirements trying to get ahead as well as a mile which was way to cold outside. After I went to taekwondo where I assisted and led warm-ups for the 6:15 class as well as getting a mentor session in after.

Today was a pretty big day at school. Of course I knocked out all my requirements this morning beforehand. At school I had a math midterm. I feel super confident about it so I hope I did well. Later in the day I had a science test. I was really nervous but I did well. I also got to work on my mural in art class today which was fun! Today I actually had time after school so I did some homework and some extra practice on staff form 2! I think I’m  finally getting the hang of it 😅 Then was sparring, it was good. After TKD I just spent my time relaxing. Thank goodness tomorrows Friday… I’m really looking forward to this long weekend coming up!

Today was pretty normal. I went to school and worked on my book. I couldn't run outside, though. It didn't get above 35 degrees, so I hope it gets warmer.
