Long day....had demos for 2 Chesterbrook Academy Schools. Still trying to get everything straight for the After School Peeps. Top Team work out in the evening. Day 3 of 24 Day Challenge. Ate well, slept well last night. Tired right now, but it is almost midnight. Looking forward to the weekend. Started a Fantasy Football league today....woo hoo!
I was tired this morning for school. My mom and brother had to wake me up. I had a good day at school. I was able to get my homework done before my tae kwon do classes tonight.
Not a bad night , stated with a mentee sessions , family class, Black belt class , pmaa class and ended the night with a mentee sessions. Next week I will have have all three mentee at one time. Time management.
i'm exited, we are going to UNC this weekend because my big sister goes their. its family weekend and their will be a game also. i finely finished my leadership 2 or 1 i'm not sure i'll look at it, but i finely got my ipad and all the apps on it but i can't attach my bluetooth keyboard. its annoying.

just ate dinner. Jacqueline and Sophie are bombarding me with emails. I had a great time at TKD, but I was a bit disappointed because we didn't get to run outside. I still can't get my keybaord to connect with my ipad. well, better go log my stuff!
Yesterday we watched the Rachel's Challenge's presentation at school. It was very moving, almost everyone cried. It was about a young girl who was writing a journal about changing the world. She was part of the worst high school shooting in america. She was the first one killed in Cullenbine. She was secretly writing diaries about a chain reaction of kindness to stop bullying. If one person does something nice to you, you also want to do something nice to a different person to start a chain reaction of kindness. This girl was remembered for lots of wonderful things and the people who chose to do this terrible act killed her on Hitler's birthday because they were influenced by Hitler.
Fantastic class at South Charlotte tonight- - - non stop and a great mix - -yup we left soaked!!!! Normal- - left work then to the dojang, did requirements where I could work in and helped in class. Bottom line I am way far behind so I need to figure out my time management and basically put a wiggle in it. Wednesday night is the only night that I come home straight from work and I was so tired last night when I got home I sat on the couch and next thing I new my sandman captured me and it was all over. Got up, made dinner- - quite yummy - -roasted rosemary pork tenderloin and spinach/strawberry salad, then straight to bed. Quite embarrassing - -no requirements in but obviously my body was saying something else. I was out like a light by 8:30. Looking forward to a great weekend!!!!

Yesterday I got my first mentee session in and helped with class. I am doing okay on requirements , but i am going to recalculate the requirements i have to do in hopes that they will be less because of the pre- cycle. so much studying ._.
Today in sparring class we did Korean Dancing. We also got in some jump rope rounds and sparring rounds of course. Really enjoyed it as always.
Today I helped out with testing again and I saw my friend Jerren get his Bocho-Dan Black belt. I also broke a brick.
Today i went to a community bible study (Otherwise known as CBS). It was the first day and my family goes every Thursday. I've gone before and i was in the same class i was last year i came. Today we had to bring something to tell about yourself and i brought my tae kwon do belt. I told my class all about the black belt cycle and all that. We got to go to the park afterwards. After that we went to my grandma's house and my little brother and sister went to swim class. My grandpa took me to a class and i got there early to meet with my mentee. Today is Thursday finally. I have tae Kwon do tonight and PE this morning at school. We are going to be doing physical stuff and setting goals. I'm kind of excited.
All Day... HVAC couldn't keep up with our AC loads for the past two days. I feel like I'm in Taiwan with the humidity and the heat inside. All sweat, all day. Keeps the muscles warm. Worked on hurricane hook kicks, still not at the speed nor the height that I would like but it's coming along. I have to keep in mind about rotating my hips over to prevent injury. Fruit punch spark is keeping me going. :)
Today Was ReallyFun. After My School Work I Got To Play Xbox With My Little Brother. Then I Went To Church For Bible Study. I Got Soaked Leaving Church Because It Was Raining Really Hard.
Didn't get much sleep last night. Today felt very long. Hopefully tomorrow I'm feeling better. I'm planning to have my sparring class outside tomorrow as long as the weather holds up.
Today is day 2 of my Advocare Challenge! Have a ton of energy and feel great, got a lot done today, except for my run. Thought I was going to do a kick boxing class tonight with some of the candidates to get in some extra sparring rounds but it didn't happen, so then I was irritated with myself for not running. Will run tomorrow for sure. Had a great class with Master Evins this morning. I miss working out with him during the summer! Listened to 102.9 on and off as I could today to try to hear our new King Tiger radio commercials! So exciting! Let me know if you hear one!
i got my ipad from school today. its annoying, i couldn't log in because the login thing is right on top of the journal tab so with a touch screen it wouldn't work, so know i'm writing my journal on the computer. about today, everything was fun, we spent a lot of time in homeroom with our ipads, but yeah it was fun, especially that we have a science test tomorrow; i'll manage. ;)
Rain: I cant recall the last time it rain. But we need it. The sad part is it must have kept some students from coming to class tonight. Hope they were home doing their home work.
School is going good. I have a couple of great teachers. Science class is so much fun. We do notes one day and experiments all the next day. I'm enjoying very much.

Yes!today we finally got our ipads. I immediately changed the lock screen and home screen to cupcakes.duh!I find it really cute. The thing is I can't connect the bluetooth keyboard to my ipad. It really sucks, but Iike my ipad anyway.

It was finally the start of clubs at school, so I woke up early to attend two meeting in the morning, student council and NHS! After the meetings were over I had 1 1/2 hours of free time since I didn't have a first block at school so I finished up some homework! when school got over I went to planet fitness to exercise and then went to PMAA class. We did sinawalles as a basis of the class! Arriving home after the class I had just ended the day with finishing homework assigned to me!
We have gotten a lot of new kids to sign up for classes recently. I'm having to remember many names. I plan to have them down by tomorrow. I was sleepy after our long weekend today.
Long day. started with first thing in the morning a dentist appointment ,then the afternoon class ,then worked on my pickup truck till 4:00 , and knocked out some requirements, then helped in the family class, then black belt class class ,and finished off the day with PMAA. Started my 24 Day Challenge today. Ate well and had plenty of Spark! Ran at noon.....yes, it was hot! Going to try to run before my work out with Master Evins tomorrow! Maybe it will be cooler! Did a Core Fitness work out with the Gang. Staying on the busy side with the new After School students and new employees. I am sure that it will all settle into a good routine here in a week or two, but until then having some trouble getting my requirements in.
Yesterday we got a pullup bar that we installed. It was only $20 and for what I got it was a pretty good investment. It's called the Perfect Pullup Bar. It has all kinds of cool functions and I'm working on my pullups. I will do at least 1 come testing time. Once I get the first one down the rest will come.
Just had a light bulb moment - -concerns with my time management (work is nuts- - no beyond nuts)- -solution have an IV drip of spark connected to me so I can function on no sleep- - -got to work on that one. Great class tonight, Inst. Hsin likes to push us on the physical side, love every minute of it just have to think I can get thru this without them having to come carry me off. I may not be the first to finish but I will finish. On a positive note my back and knees finally feel better but the shoulder still has issues. Pretty much normal when I get back from shows so will let it go a bit longer and hope for the best. After school I went to taekwondo and took 2 regular classes and got a Leadership credit and also took black belt class and got another mentor session in. After class I ate dinner, did my meditation and studied for the written test. I am very tired and going to bed now.

This weekend I went on vacation in the Smokey Mountains and saw my friend Erin and her brother Ryan who we met on our last vacation. So me and Erin sold cottoncandy for 50¢ each by the bouncy house and we raised 11$ for Lavines Children's hospital :-)
Yesterday my brother and me went through the playroom and found some stuff to sell at a garage sale. Today i'm going to look through some precious moments that my mom is going to let me sell.
This Labor Day weekend was very relaxed for me and I enjoyed it! It was a good way to end the first week of school I hung out with my friends and family! I wasn't able to accomplish all my requirements needed for each day but I got some in! After a fun weekend, I sat today and finished some homework and my mom and I also redecorated my room!

It's been a while since I've written an entry I've been busy with getting ready for school\ starting school and working at the dojang and I've just been plain forgetting to do it and I feel like an idiot for not keeping up with it and it's sad. I look forward to this school year it is interesting so far and that is a good thing in my world but that means school comes first so I won't be able to go really crazy with the requirements during the weekdays but that's okay. I also decided to take a weekend of r and r so I did not do any requirements this weekend and that's okay as well I'm not behind except for a couple of things and I'm working on that and I am signing off now.

Today, I ran for the first time since the pre-test, and it was really hot outside. I was sweating so much that I wasn't allowed to sit on the couch until I had taken a shower.
Yup there is some labor going on today. Groceries done, bills paid, house clean, big batch of Bolognese simmering, laundry a work in progress and it's just too stinking hot to iron. This weekend I went on a camping trip in the mountains with my family and friends. We rented a tube and I really enjoyed floating down the river. We also got to sing Karaoke and play badminton.

Today I went to sparring class at Belmont and I got to lead the running which I enjoyed doing. I got a good workout and it was felt good to be back at Belmont this Saturday.
