No school today!!! Did a weekday BLK belt class. Worked on falls, forms and self defense

Today I wen to three classes.  Green and higher, black belt, and sparring.  I was very glad because I got some requirements in.

Today I finished my last leadership credit and I also finished my study guide

In school today I had music and took a test in math. I think I did good on my test. I went to black belt class tonight. Now time for some more studying.

Today I went to my friends house. We played air hockey, deal or no deal, made a pizza, and played with their dog. It was a lot of fun and made my day.

We just got some clothes in the mail that we had ordered! yay! I really want to wair one of th shirts tomorrow, but my mom siad she has to put in the wash. oh well. Anyway, when we got out of school, we went to by a plant or the bush at 'Dearness Gardens' for the bb cycle.

Today we did a science experiment about fossils. It was lots of fun. I have sparring class later!

today I went to home school Tae kwon Do. Then I came home and did schoolwork. Now I am on my way back to Tae Kwon Do for 3 more classes. Tonight is sparring. I like that class!

Last night the computer was not working so i could not journal. we spent yesterday afternoon having my mom read to us so while she was reading i got to do tons of push-ups and sit-ups. So i do not have that many left.

Yesterday was a major bad hair day but thankfully it's over. Crazy busy at work, after work stopped at client's to take care of some items - - of course issues - -ended there a couple hours then lifting - -doing some things I should not have been - -and ouch the shoulder nicely reminded me I was making a bad decision. Got home then ended up on a call with client for over an hour. Long and short by time I was done preparing & eating dinner I was toast. No requirements or anything other than good night time. Even thought I am behind I am not going to short cut myself on requirements. I said at the beginning that I would not count any of my walking as running - -unless it was having to power walk a short bit on a run to get thru the run and...

The day was chilly and i had not gotten enough sleep the past night, so the start of my day today was not very good. I had gone to school that day to find it quite easy and relaxed compared to other days. After school, i went to my usual Planet Fitness round and then head over to Tae Kwon Do. On my way there i was held up by a major traffic jam on I-77 that was backed up for 5 miles because of a serious car accident, that took 2ambulances and 3 police cars. It was constant bumper to bumper traffic and it took me 1 hour and 15 minutes to finally reach Tae Kwon Do, after missing my usual class to get my leadership 1 credit in. However, i was able to do my regular mentee session, with the time i had before my normal class, with Ava!...

Today we watched the premier of scorpion it was AWESOME can't wait for the next episode

Today was a mucky day.   The weather was really bad.   Not sure how tomorrow will turn out.  I relived that I haven't contracted strep from my sister so that's always good. 

Today I was assigned my social studies project for the colonial period. I was assigned to make a Quill and Ink. It looks really easy and really fun.

Slept in late today, 7:30. Yes it felt good. Most days I get up at 4:45 and on my days off 6:15 to 6:30. I Love this cool weather

Today when I got home from school I did two projects and still doing stuff for the cycle.

today at school I had a subsitute teacher in math so we did not get any homework yay! I also went to two classes today in belmont and worked on poomsaes and falls/rolls it was cool, I also got to teach run a little bit of the second class because it was small.

Today was a very boring day. I had to do this test called the MAPS test. It is a really annyoning test. It hurts your eyes too becuase it is taken on the iPad.

today was the last day of school for this week. time for the 4 day weekend yay.

Today I went to olive garden and it was very good. I had alfrado and meatballs.

I went to school today. I came home and finished my homework. I practiced my spelling words and read about Ulysses Grant. I was able to complete my workout.

Today was a good day. It was like a Friday because I am off school the rest of the week. YAY!!!! So excited for a 4 day weekend.

Today I went to school then went to TKD then I got home did homework and did some requirements.

Today I skipped school to be with my uncle who lives in Montana, we went to the white water center and had a lot of fun. Then I went to TKD and had a lot of fun but my mentee wasn't there.

Today I had map testing, which is this really boring test that you have to take in reading, math and writing. So I had math today, and I was the last person to finish. Yay.

today I went to a funeral for my great aunt. After we went to eat with my family.

My dads room is so cool. It has paintings every where. My favorite is the one that is a rainbow that is broken to reveal a clock-ish space.

Right now i'm in band with my friend. We both play the flute, today was unusualy fun in band. I'm just saying this because sometimes band can make you fall asleep in two seconds. Anyways today we hav MAP Testing. Its like these tests that see were you are in ceratin things. Today I think it ELA MAP Testing. :(

Today felt very nice, I really enjoyed the weather.  Went on a nice run and got some requirements done.  Need to keep working on my hopkido 20-32.

Woke up and felt awesome today. Plus the weather today ,was, you have to just love it day. Hopefully it will be the same tomorrow.

Today was a fun day. School was fun and later at lunch my friends gave me a bunch of candy because of my birthday that was on Sunday. Later that day we went to PMAA and it was cool and we learned some new stick forms and defenses.

Today I had a baseball game and we got dominated I think we lost 13-4 but I'm not sure

Got in all my stuff today and just finished watching the blacklist and soon about to watch scorpion can't wait for it

Pretty uneventful day, work, dojang then home for dinner. Tired so retiring early this evening.

Today I did acrobatics for the first time and it was really fun. I did flips, somersaults, and monkey jumps. I really liked it.

Today I helped out with the family class. I also did a member session with Rachel. It was really fun: -)

I got a lot of credits in today. I feel so good of me. I also had a great day at school.

Today in black belt class we did stick poomses. My mentor and I went over staff form 1 and staff attack/defend. i have finished my burpees, pull-ups, and neccicary black belt classes! :) (that does not mean that i will stop doing them though).

I came home today did my homework and toke my dogs out. Once I was done with that I had to read before I went to tkd to get a mentor session, and The mentor session we worked on hapkito form 1 and sticks it was awesome!!!!!

I went to school today and then I had piano lessons. I was able to get my workout in and went to Sean’s soccer game. Today was a good day.

Short week. Tomorrow is the last day of school this week. Have a nice night...chat with everyone tomorrow.

Today since I completed push ups, sit ups, burpees, falls and kicks, my dad only had me do 10 sparring rounds, 10 minutes of jump rope and 2 rounds of self-defense (white through BD special).  I am happy since this is not as much as I usually have to do.

My sister and I just where facetiming Jacqueline. We were just talking about boring, only we might be inteserested. Other than that, it was a pretty awfull day at school. Exept for in art, we did plaster, and that was pretty fun.

Headed to school now. Doing ultimate frisbee in gym class, gonna be awesome.

Today I Helped My Dad With Some Yard Work. He Let Me Use The Weed Cutter By Myself. After We Finished Me, My Brother, And My Mom Went To Watch My Dad Umpire A Baseball Game. It Was Really Fun To Watch Except When My Little Brother Got Hit In The Head With A Foul Ball. Ouch! He's Ok.

Got a good amount of requirements done today. I think I might be allergic to mosquitoes because every time I'm outside I will have a few mosquito bites that are very large. 

Have known that things do not always go as planned but come on it's been consisent one step forward then two if not three back. Maybe this cycle was not met to be or its just me trying to juggle too much or I have finally gone completly nuts. Either way I am just going to keep plugging along and get done what it can even if it takes longer than planned. Met with the doc this morning and I am a proud owner of a frozen shoulder. Yup I gave him a look like are you joking! Gave me the techincal name but I was oblivious, just keep it simple doc- - -click those red shoes wave the wand and fix me- - -yup he laughed - - -not going to happen that way. Long and short injections in the shoulder, major ouch, then physical therapy starting next week. I...

Got up this morning and was feel awesome. Then went to work and was put on stand by , which means kick back day for me. 8 hr of doing every little. Yes I need it.The body is getting better.

Today I ran a mile and decided it would be fun to walk around selling cotton candy for the charity money. Too bad there aren't many kids in my neighborhood so it dinidn't work. :-(

Today was a really sleepy day for me. I was so sleepy I almost slept in class. It was pretty much a regular day for me. I had a lot of homework today though.

my weekend was really fun because I got to go to altons grill and it has really good food. I also got to go to kilingtons on got the best sandwich on the planet. I also watched the bills football game and got to eat ice cream cake. the bills lost but I really don't care.

Today I had Band Class and we had to watch a boring video and then take a test on that video so that made for a very boring period

Today I didn't really feel well in the beginning but got better towards the end of the day. I had a test in Spanish and I think I passed it with flying colors.

Today was a terrible Monday at school. Because people were talking the whole grade got silent lunch for the whole week. I wish people would learn when to keep their mouth shut. But otherwise today was a good day.

I have some math essay thingy, do every other week about these boring mathmeticians. This week it's Al Kharizmi. I had a nice day at school, went to the media center with Jooks and my sister.(Jooks is one of my besties) or also known as Jacqueline. I made an imovie trailer of us and my sister described it as "scary" it was pretty funny though.

I had fun at school today and received a math test back that I scored a 100 on. Did my requirements for the day. I am getting ready to go to my brothers soccer practice. After his pratice we will go to scouts.

i just got home and im eating a snack, but im still bored like usual.

just got back from the park and got my mile, pull-ups, and pushups in it was pretty hard to run up and down on the hills I also cut my leg on something

Slow pace, but got my longest run in recent memory in yesterday. Still way behind pace for my half marathon coming up in November. Taking a month off with my torn calf muscle really put me off. 6.5 miles yesterday. Next weekend 8?

What a great Sunday!!! Now just let's see the outcome of the game, not looking good for us. Cooked all morning for tailgate then took my nephew, and his friend, down when they got in town. Stayed for a bit then headed back to the house. Based on what I saw coming home I ran, had to mix some walking in with it, back down to our tailgate spot, got the truck and brought back home, then will head down and get the guys after the game. Only able to get a few requirements in but the ones I got in I am good with. Looking forward to a very productive week and a positive doctor appointment tomorrow.

Today was long.  Did alot of cleaning around the house in preparation for family coming over. I'm apparently not very sore after yesterday. 

Today I Went to church and I got to work the sound board. After church my friend came over to hangout.

today I did some good old jumprope rounds and it was fun

Today my friend Dillon and I went to a corn maze. Dillon turned on his pedometer and we got in a little over a 5k! It was so much fun and we completed it in an 1hr and 38 min.

Today I ran two miles with my dog chip who has majorly been teaching respobsiblity, funny what u can learn from a pet. :-)

Today was an average day I did some requirements watched football and move on with my day so that is how my day went also yesterday with Master Jeffrey Gay was really cool

I had a AWESOME day. I went to the park with my TKD friends and did some sparring and running, plus poomsaes. For the rest of the time there we played tag or was swining.

Today was my b-day and we went to a restaurant, it was fun but I really didn't want to do some requirements

It was such a nice day out today! It made me have a good day today, i was motivated to go to the gym as soon as i woke up and finish my requirements. I have been doing well on my requirements but I am only concerned for my pull-ups. I feel as though even though I am practicing i won't be able to do one by physical test day. Other than that, I have been practicing everything and am able to do them! After the gym, i did my homework and then relaxed the rest of my Sunday!!

Today was my second day of selling soap for my community service project.  Even though most of the people that I planned to see were not home, I still had a good trip.  I am now over 100 dollars.

I had a nice day, my birthday, yah, it was nice. We went to a restaurant, and after that we went to Kerns road, ( one of the properties of land that we own) and visited our neighbors. We saw their adorable goats, they would eat anything, I had taken a really long, flexible branch, and I gave one end to one goat and the other end to the other, and they would just chew, chew, chew. It was pretty cute.

Had a fantastic time at Grandmaster Gay seminar yesterday. Thank you Master Evins for having a open mind and introducing us to different styles of martial arts. Now my shoulder enjoy it so much so it keep me up till about 1. I am investing money in ice packs and Ibuprofen.

I got my workout in and then watched some football with my Dad. I am getting ready to go to church. It has been a pretty busy weekend.

Hanging out with my dad this weekend , AGAIN! We are having fun and going to the panthers game later. WOOHOO.

I had a light day today. Very little TaeKwonDo. Down to the last few weeks.....will start working harder. There are only 3 days of school this week.

Today I got some new fish for my fish tank. I also finished up my random acts of kindness.

Today i am selling some more stuff on ebay to hopefully get some more money.

Today really enjoyed the seminar, it was a nice way to start of the day considering I have a huge pile of chores to do after. Anyway, I also had a mentee session with Rachel right before and I look forward to the next :-)

Yeeaahhh, It's Saturday! I Had To Get Up Early For Black Belt Class. After That I Got To Hang Out With Family. I Even Got To Go To My Favorite Park!

Today i cleaned up my room and our play room. my mom said we needed to get the house straightened up so my brother and i cleaned up for a while and then played in the back yard. We played our game of volleyball with beach balls and a soccer goal as our net. I worked on my essays some today with my mom.

Had a great time today at the Grandmaster Gay seminar - -very cool. Requirements had some issues today however for some insane reason I decided to become Forrest today. Got 4 miles in this morning before the seminar then jumped on the treadmill again tonight. Have family coming into town for the game tomorrow so I have a feeling that the weekend is not going to be as productive as I wanted but you never know - - - -.

Right know I'm in bed writing my journal...Today was SO FUN. I hope everyone was there because it was AWSOME we did these really cool palm, back of hand, and calf " hand shake" or at least that's what my sister and I called it. Anyways after we were done Master Evins called my sister and I and I thought it was over, I was odditing, I was just thinking what did we do? Then he called Master Hartle, all three to get the noodles, then I remebered its my birth day tomorrow :)

The seminar today was pretty cool. We learned some really good conditioning drills. My hands are now nice and bruised up. I ended up going to the international festival and got to see some capoeira it was a very cool demo.

The seminar was fun today I learned how to medetade and to condition my hands it was a really good experience to go to a different art and feel like a white belt again

I had fun today I went to sparring class in belmont and then helped some people get rid of some stuff they did not want. I came home and toke a shower,ate, and spent the rest of the day with my family.

Got up early and did a Blk Belt Mentor Session in Mint Hill. Worked on testing requirements. I did very good at everything.
