Bussy weekend this week we had 1 show on friday and our show got canceled on saturday so that was my first free saturday in a long time went to the mall and got some new cloths which was nice thats about it

Down for the count - -it's not the change in the weather - -in bed all day today with whatever this crud is. Not good - - -Sunday's are my productive day where the domestic duties get caught up and at least a few hours of requirements. Got up before 6:00 to get his tailgate food ready then it was straight back to bed, never left the house all day. Just got enough ambition to put a load of laundry in but think that will be the extent of it. Maybe will feel better tonight and can at least get some stretching/meditation done. What a wasted day- - -not a happy camper.

It's sunday!!! My favorite show comes on tonight and I am so excited. Today I got to hang out with my grandma. We played rumicube, watched tv, and played on my iPad. It was a lot of fun.

I was finally able to catch up on my sleep from the past couple of days, since I slept relatively early last night! But I got up around 10 and then started my homework, which is basically what my day consists of, and working out!

my mom, sister and I are filling in our written test, some are fairly easy, and some you have to think about. We are almost done though. Its lunch, so we are eating leftover pizza from last night. Its still pizza. We are also doing forms and requirments at intervals. My mom called her parents(they live in france, its a thing she does every sunday) I talked to my grandma about her childhood, because I chose to do her as my living hero. My sisters doing our grandpa. My grandma has an interesting childhood too. She spent it in Africa and Europe....Im almost done with my fourth essay....

Today is football Sunday and I have a lot of free time so i did two essays and depending on how today goes I may do my final one besides the community service.

Had a nice run in the morning. After that i was able to take class and have Master Evins tweak my poomsaes. Getting ready for this weekend this week.

I'm really stressed. Not only do I still have a few essays to do, and my community service, and my poomsaes. I decided to really work hard on my poomsaes, so I tried to do ten of each poomsae,but I only reached like number five once Chang, before going to bed. Life is sooooooo depressing. And same with this journal entry......

This Morning We Got Up Really Early For Our Church Yard Sale Where I Sold My Cub Scout Popcorn. After The Yard Sale I Went To Black Belt Class And Then Went To Harris Teeter In Mint Hill To Sell More Popcorn. I Hope I Sell Over $1000 Again Like I Did Last Year.

Today I went to my brothers soccer game. His team won. I went to black belt class after the game. I have practiced a lot today and studied my flash cards a lot today.

Today I had a mentee session and this time I didn't miss my mentee :-) as well as a hyper pro, Saturday BBC, and sparing class.

I went to the saturday black belt class in charrlotte for the last weekend black belt class and it was fun and I learned theres not going to be a lock in. plus the self-defence is from walking stance instead of a front stance.

It was a big struggle waking up this morning due to the fact I got no sleep last night! Last night, with my friends I brought along and parents, I had gone to an indian dancing event called Dandiya! It was really fun and I go every year. We were there very late last night and didn't get home till 2 am, and we were one the few who left early! After that night, I was very tired today but I was still able to go to black belt class and my two hour volunteer shift at CMC and then end the day with a relaxing night! I'm going to bed early tonight!!

Today was BBC it was lots of fun. Later we saw the new Left Behind movie. After that we went home and I mowed the lawn.

I just finished writing an essay and Im gonna get ready for the bbc. im happy because i fineally get a weekend that i can sleep in. :)

Today on my kindle I got a new game called sensei wars.  I am already on level 4, it is my new favorite game.  

Today i will be going to black belt class at Master Evans and probably finishing all my physical requirements.

Was very happy to end this week - -it was a long one. Had my lesson with Master Chin yesterday afternoon which I am always thankful for. Held off on the new Hapkido form but will start on that next week. Still feeling a little under the weather and did not want to pass it along. I truly just think it's the change in the weather - -well at least I hope it is just that. Chest still sore, worse in the morning, scratchy throat and fatigue. Had our neighborhood social last night and that was very nice. Took the "ladies of Leeds" with us and that is always a blast - - -if I make it to my 80's that is exactly how I would like to be - -they are a hoot. Looking forward to the tournament today then special birthday party tonight for Sian - - -another big...

Got braces off today! Also i had my aunt and uncle come over for my birday. In class today we practiced my wang hos and my staff/stick forms.

today i did plenty of jumprope rounds. i also jumped on the trampoline with my sister and we did hopkido while jumping on a trampoline. everyone should try it. including making up your own dance and trying to jumprope on a trampoline. it is.... different

tday i realized how much i disliked fridays. after school i go emediatly to piano for an hour then i barely make it for ln bbc then im already late be thirty minutes to two hours of swimming. so i get home at about eight. tomorrow is a brand new day.

I had a problem with the internet on my ipad, so I'm using my sisters ipad right now. Today, was again on of those boring days were nothing happens thats 'so' special...

Friday!!! So happy is it the sort of the weekend! Today was fun because at school they have certian classes that let you have a free time at the end or do something really fun like a game or something with a friend for the whole class.awesome!!

Today I went mute and it wasn't very hard but it put me in a whole new world and I talk a lot so it was a blessing for everyone at KTA Lake Norman.

I just got back from a mentor session. We worked on poomsaes. I got my progress report from school today and pulled one of my grades up to a B. Now I have 1 B and the rest are A's.

Sore from martial fit last night...worrying about all the candidates. Hope everyone knows what they need to know! No over-night testing this time.....makes most people happy. I personally would rather stay up most of the night than wake up at 4 am, but I know that I am weird :}

Yesterday was my little brother's first birthday! It was very funny because he had no idea what he was supposed to do with his cupcake! He just sat their staring at it! It was fun. But i am also happy that i finished all my physical requirements except for my running and i only have 6 miles left. Yay!

For the past couple of days I have been reading on my dad's nook.  For some reason I have been attracted to it, and I have been reading it for all of my reading assignments for school, and most of my free time.

It was another early day , I had woken up at 6 am to finish some homework not done the previous night! I had to finish AP US History homework. After I went to school, i had to find a ride home because my dad took the car today because he needed it so i rode home with a friend. Today i was unable to go to Tae Kwon Do for my sparring class because there was so much traffic on 1-77 it was backed up from one exit away from me till my TKD school. So instead, i went home and did homework for today and i had extra time so it felt like a longer day!

today was ok or really it was annoying. i was doing my empathy trainig by bieng mute and IT WAS HARD. we had a short time in social studies about my black belt, the whole entire class was particapating, my teachers were all enthusiastic that i was bieng mute. i guess i am really loud in class. :)

Today I ate completely clean except for dinner way to many carbs substitute white for brown rice lowered to carbs by li 5 grams tomarrow i start intense cutting goal is 6% BF

The kids sang happy birthday to me today.  Today went well but i secondarily have to change my diet because i am feeling very fatigued as the day goes on. 

Today in black belt class we were giving each other painful massages and we worked slot on staff form one :-)

I think I did really good on my test today. I got a lot of credits done today. We also did this cool thing in Black Belt Class doing something with the Koyro Poomsae. Can't wait to go to sleep.

In my math class we were doing plickers and it was really fun game then in sience we worked on computers and then in lang. Arts we were reading. It was a good day.

Today during home school we did our spelling while running through the sprinkler. It was really fun. I also went to home school TKD class and then later I did senior belt and black belt classes and contact sparring which is one of my favorite classes.

Today was a busy day. Tomorrow will be even busier because I have 3 quizzes tomorrow. Fun :l Today I did my regular class and bb class. Now I have to finish my homework.

Had another weekday BB class. In PE we ran!! Tomorrow is Friday!!!! ya!!! And another Mentor Session then.

Today I took class and i am about to take sparring but i did some requirements and did a mile so that is how my day went

No happy dance today. Left work early, straight home and to bed, not even the sofa. Not feeling well just hope it's a quick bug. Sitting on the sofa now looking at the treadmill thinking I have to get at least something accomplished with requirements. Lets see what the evening brings - - - - -.

all right so I get these orthopedics for my feet and can only where them for three hours, are you kidding me I need to get on the road and run, jump and train these are suppose to be 700 dollar wonderalls not three hours hear and then four and so on it is suppose to be instantaneous, geez do they not know me by now. Burkart out

Almost done with all my physical requirements. I only have running, self-defense, and rolls and falls. I hope i can get those done very soon. We've been very busy today but i still have some time before i get a mentee and weekday BBC. I really look forward to my meeting with my mentee!

Its been a tiring day today. This whole week I have gotten 5 hours of sleep each day and it had finally caught up to me today. Although i was extremely tired i had to push through and go to school, tae kwon doe and planet fitness which I accomplished all. However, i did have to skip my leadership 1 credit for the day because i was doing AP Calculus study group, which I didn't want to skip. After Tae Kwon doe though, i went to the airport to pick up my dad, coming in from Boston. And i finally conclude my day with my homework for the night!

tiday was really fun. i started my skill wich is making marshmallows and i died them pink. i cant wait to eat them. today my sister and i helped sanjana's mentee. she is sooooooo cute. she listens to you and tries really hard to get things right. im just going to say that sanjana is really lucky to have a mentee like that.

Well like for one class, that is. 5 pages of endless word rpoblems about boring things i did NOT understand. on the other hand, I made my FIRST batch of macaroons, its very hard, for my new skill. yay! they taste great, the cookies, the icing i didnt do, but I fell pretty good about it!

Just wiped out today and no requirements accomplished. Got home from work and fell asleep, yikes!!!!! It is what it is and hopefully will wake up in the morning ready to go.

Very productive day. Started with Mastesr / school owner training. Went over Hop Ki Do Forms 1 & 2. Then taking apart a old plugger, cleaning the carburetor, making my own plugs. This is what you have to do when they don't make parts of this old unit. I love a good challenge.

Today is a day where I really have to study tonight. I have a big test tomorrow on science. Proably not going to be sleeping tonight till like 11. Need to start studying.

Today after 2 class at Tae Kwon Do I was done at 7:45. I then began waiting as everybody left I was still waiting and waiting. After 15 mins I called and he realized he had forget me.

Today in black belt class we did self defense, hap kid 1-10 and the new hap kid form 1.

To day I woke up got school done and lifted some worked on an essay went to the YMCA and came home watched the 2012 Mr.Olympia competition did all my physical stuff and finished an essay so thats my whole day in a sentence

Today in school we had art. We continued to work on our poster board. After school I was able to get my requirements in and study for the written test. Tonight I went to church. I am now going to bed.

Today I went to school and did my work and 100 sit-ups in my math class. After school I went to tae Kwan Do and did my requirements and took class.

Helped put in class today to geta leadership credit!! Got to get as much as I can that I have left before it is over!

Today I did lots of chores, like cleaned my room, took out trash and loaded dishwasher. I also went to Tae Kwon Do to the senior belt class.

I had a good day, I did a test but it was actualy fun because it was easy and small and then played a class game to test our knowleadge. Plus we did mostly reading in lang. Arts and I love reading.

Grammy took me shopping. She bought me a new sheepskin bean bag chair. Love it! I can sit in it and play games on my iPad.

Today was a good day. I got good grade on my test, I got to see my friends, and my grandmas in town so I get to spend time with her. I also finished all my requirements. YAY!

Today we are having co-op and we to practice using a compass. It sounds like a lot of fun. We are going to leave in a few minutes. It was so exiting! Just a minute ago my little brother who is almost a year old signed all done. That is the first sign he has done.

It was an interesting day at school today! For my Ap English class, I had to make a scarlet letter for one of my owns sins and create it and stick it on my shirt for the whole day at school. It was fun to do because only those in the class got to participate and everyone kept questioning each others letters.Other than that, i had a normal day with my requirments and workout. But for Tae kwon doe we had an extra sparring class today that I attended right before my PMAA class!

Long ,long Tuesday. One good thing about having old mechanical stuff is its pay for. The bad thing is some times you end up working on them more then the job takes to do.

Legs are tired today! Did a long run on Sunday and then a 3.7 today. Working on the Pal Gwe forms, but need to work on Wang Ho forms.

I was pretty tired today.  Instead of hyperpro we replaced our class with sparring so kids could get caught up and also to practice for the mini tournament on Saturday.

My Grammy came in today. She is staying for a week. We will have fun!!! Master Justin worked us hard tonight
