On the Cycle, it seems like there's always something.  Today it was trying to get my allergy shots.  I got out of the house a few minutes late but still with enough time to get there before they stopped for lunch.  Except the was a closure on the road outside the subdivision.  And my gas light came on because I didn't fill up on Friday after sparring.  And then the massive accident that I had to go around.  Somehow I still made it with a few minutes to spare. Then when I got back home I tried to get some more work done and after finally obtaining access to the code repository, it wouldn't compile.  We tried a lot of stuff but nothing would kick it loose.  And near the end of the day I was told to stop worrying about it because it might get built out onto one of...

Hello everyone, I woke up for class today, I started part of my project assignment during class time and did some machinery stuff for the day. When I got back I read, did some chores and did my poomsaes and self-defenses and hapkidos and had my dinner, unfortunately I didn't run today, felt like I crashed after being in the heat for a period. I will run tomorrow though and assist with class.

Called my dad tonight and actually got him on the phone.  I was telling him about our black belt requirements and he responds with "sounds great if you're retired".  He isn't wrong, it's a lot of work to do every day for weeks on end.  I did kicks in the living room and was working on doing turning kicks. Mark told me the kicks looked really good.  Now if only they will let me test in my socks on carpet so I can look good on testing night.  

I had a great day at school and my favorite part was learning about Cells in science class. This was really cool. I went to Taekwondo after school to help senior tiger class and meet with my mentor. I went running with my Dad and finished my exercises after Taekwondo. Today was a good day. 

Today, I woke up, got some requirements done, and went to school. After school, I attended a black belt class for my last weekday black belt class credit that was required. Of course, I will still try to attend all of them. Have a good night.

First day of classes and busy with work already. Got home from school with my energy drained so I took a huge nap. I got to work out a little before realizing I had a English III assignment due tomorrow which I only half worked on. Luckily, I just submitted the assignment and will now resign myself to bed.

Today I woke up and went to work. I was with the older group. We went to the park at Blythe Landing.  We got back and played games.  When I got home I walked my dog.  It was a pretty chill day because we had such a busy weekend.  

Today was the first day of my math class. It was okay but a little bit fast paced. I headed to the dojang after a wonderful nap at home, stayed for a little longer for fun, and then went home again.

Today was a busy day. First, I woke up to my sister's alarm instead of mine so I went back to sleep and then woke up to my alarm and ate breakfast, but Keleigh would no stop whining. After that I got to school and got to my homeroom. Then went to my a day class which is Mandarin class. Then went to my core 1 which is supposed to be Mrs. Patterson class but I went to Mrs. Vigles class because I didn't get a new schedule.

Today is my lacrosse practice we worked on shooting and its my mom's birthday! The cake we had tonight was really good. Now it's really late so I have to go to bed. 

I had to get up early today because I had a dentist appointment.  They had to numb my mouth.  I had to have a filling because of a deformed tooth,  we stopped at Chick-fil-A on the way home.  It was hard to eat because my mouth was numb. I had pizza for lunch.  After I ran 2 miles. When I was done I watched a Black Panther movie. I have open house at school tomorrow. 

Hi King Tiger Family. I hope everyone is doing well. Not a bad Monday. Work was a little pile on but all good. Will catch up. I am still a little behind requirements but will fix it this week. Today I woke up and went on a run then did my  requirements for taekwondo. Then I played with my dog and sister. Then I went to the pool then I went to teakwondo. Now I am done for the day.

They woke up in the school and then IWent to taekwondo then I Took a class and then helped out with a class I’m home we had a little picnic we ate and now we’re watching a movie.

Hi guys today I woke up ate breakfast went to school and then come to Taekwondo. I helped out with a class and I took a class I did some of my requirements there too. That was my day sort of see you later!

Today I went to the library after doing some requirements. I got two books one is called "Racc pack" and the other is called "Gamerville".

Today I went to school as usual then went home and did my homework then I went to soccer after that I to do my requirements at home then had dinner have a good day.

I went to school 🏫 then I did some exercise ate some ice cream had dinner ate more ice cream went and took class and did the kicks and punch’s listened to some music read the 13 thing of a thingy book good night.😴 💤 

Today, I woke up early to take a shower and get some chores done. I went to school today and played mat-ball. My team sold but I did okay. I got a ton of homework done and jotted down a bunch of notes for bio. I worked on an assignment for civics and some math prep. After school, I went to work and got a leadership credit and class assistance credit. Magnolia and the Sheehan’s attacked me for absolutely NO REASON. But, I destroyed them. It was a sad day because it was Matthew and Tigers last days before college. It was a sad departure but it’s been great learning from them and they will be back to visit. I got home for a night of dinner, chores, and homework. Goodnight everyone.

today was pretty much the same, go to school, go to TKD get stuff done ya know the normal stuff. I learned today that I start drivers ed on the 26 of august so I'm really excited about that, anyway, I have to go now, I want to watch some tv before bed so goodnight and see you guys tomorrow!

Today i slept in (on accident) and went to school. School was cool and i got through it pretty easily. I went to after school and did class. This cycle is teaching me to be responsible (I've said this already in previous journal). I have to remember to journal and get my requirements done, help in classes and get my classes done. Okay i'm done now  

It's been a rough day. My head has been hurting non stop, I'm coughing, and I feel extremely exhausted. Getting through everything today was NOT an easy task.  On a happier note, I have a new mentee. Yay!!! It's only 730, I'm going to bed. Night all. 

Cheers to another gifting day today at Mint Hill Park, as Master Scott awarded me another hand made staff, thank you Sir! We blessed it right away with staff forms 1 & 2. The helicopter fans were roaring heavily as the thicker bamboo cavities at the end of the staff eat up the air while practicing!

Hello everyone, today I played some handball at P.E. and I think I did pretty good. So, what happened was we had a team that was called the Batman team and we did awesome. We were able to score lots of points and block lots of shots, and I scored as well, and we won! Then after school we did our exercises and then went to TKD, and I was able to get things checked off and I got leadership credit as well. I hope everyone had a good day, bye.

Training day. Lots of fun today as we practiced Bocho dan self defenses. Apparently there’s more to falling and rolling than meets the eye. We practiced breaking the fall and rolling through the left side of the throw in set number 3 of the whole.

so I got up and took my friend home then went to church. Then I went to dave and busters with declan for his birthday and got frozen yogurt. then i went to youth. it was fun because we played dodgeball. then i ran around my neighbor hood. 

today I went for a early jog to get the morning started. Then I had waffles and eggs for breakfast. After that I went to my fimriends house to play video games and board games. Now I'm at tkd to get my credits and stuff.

I lost my keys at work today. So I had to walk home, but at least I got my miles in. Thankfully when I had a spare at home so my partner drove me back to my ke

Sunday- Back on the running today, I felt extra slow and my calves were tight so took some time after to do some stretching. I've never stretched this much in my life, but I feel good. Did some shopping today, went to the Super G Mart, which is one of my wife's favorite activities, we like exploring different foods and new things. Sometime they are more successful than others. I don't think we got anything too exotic this time, just variation of things we know we like. Plus their veggies are a pretty good deal usually.  Got home and did some requirements and ran through Poomsae's and self defenses with Abigail. I need to buckle down and get some Essays finished up this week. Almost halfway!        

Since i was so tired from saturday i just slept normal hours at night and got up and did day stuff. Fixed our refrigerator, the, condenser fan motor starting making a high pitched squeal so I replaced that and put in a new water and air filter. Went grocery shopping with Levi. Woke up with some sort of head cold so the sudafed put me to sleep so i took a nap for a couple hours this afternoon. Woke up to the dog to the vet for a check up then came home and spent 3 hours mowing the lawn and repotting my Spruce for the cycle into a bigger pot. I got a bunch of ant bites on my right ankle so thats all swollen. Now i need to stay up tonight to get back on third shift schedule. 

Saturday was a long day. Got off work at 7am then Levi and I went to sparring class at 9am. Was up the whole day due to hanging out with friends and our fantasy football draft. Was too exhausted to do any requirements. 

Today I woke up and went to church. The pastor who spoke today, Pastor Taylor did an amazing job. Oh, also I guess I forgot to mention it, our foreign exchange student arrived yesterday. After church we went to Target with her to get a few things for her room. I then came home and chilled for a while before going out with my entire family to get ice cream. I then came home took a nap (that is why I am up so late) and then played some video games with Logan, Tiger, and Matthew. I then showered and now I am here. 

This morning, we dragged ourselves out of bed and headed to the park for some practice.  Not a good place to roll or fall but we can't still all work together on self defenses.  We also did some weapons forms before everyone broke up.  Later we went to the gym and I managed to do an hour on the treadmill. I still don't feel quite right but I think I'm doing a lot better.  I really wonder if between trying to maintain my normal eating and recovering from being sick if I just haven't been getting enough calories to sustain myself on the Cycle.  I feel a lot more normal today but I've also been eating like a crazed maniac.  I think I'm slated to teach class tomorrow - or at least help out - depending on who else shows up.  Gonna be a lot of kicking this week so I'd...

Looking forward in the book for this week and a couple.od.weeks past that I realized that we are in high requirement time. It feels like I'm always borderline hungry regardless of what I eat, and Mark pretty much commented the same feelings for himself.  It's hard getting through everything we have to do sometimes if you literally run out of gas part way.  The irony is, I am not sure what to eat and I'm rarely craving anything in particular.  And water-soooooo much water.  We did get up and go train at the park today with other TKD friends.  It was weird teaching the self defenses I'm currently trying to learn and perfect to others.  I also got to demo how to do the wrist locks on first Dan special (thank you Master Cavazos).  Time to get ready for bed and do it all over again tomorrow.....

Today I went to church in the morning, did my requirements at home. Spent my evening preparing for school tomorrow. 

On Saturday, I woke up and went to sparring class. Then, I assisted a junior tiger class. After the classes, I went home and finished my requirements, then I had to go to a party. On Sunday, I had no classes. I finished my requirements and only ran 1.15 miles in the evening because it started to rain. I also started my nutrition challenge of at least 2 fruits a day and at least 2 cups of milk a day. Have a good night.

Today I got to do my requirements early and spend the evening preparing for classes tomorrow. Not sure if I have everything I need currently, but I will go check once more.

Hey all, today I did my treadmill run, hoping sometime I can decrease the time of my movements. It is getting easier for me to do each exercise now there were on week 6 of the cycle. Gonna get rested for tomorrow morning. Goodnight.

Today i woke up and did my requirments. Then i got home and ate. I almost forgot to do my journal today but i luckily remembered. Tomorrow i have school so bye bye weekend. I'm getting better at jumproping everyday. I need to see my mentee more. My favorite part of today was jumproping. I got some of my written test done today, planning to work on that this week. Okay i'm done now.

So today I got up did some requirements and then went to mass and then got the rest of the way packed up and we got in the car and started driving to the beach We go to sunset Beach So that's not outer Banks but like closer inward. But it's still like a 4-Hour drive but when we got there we unpacked and then went for a walk on the beach and barbecue for dinner and went for a walk on the beach and then we went home. We had dessert and then I started journaling and that's where I am right here

Today we arrived at the beach and practiced poomsaes on the beach.

Today was a different type of day first I woke up at my friends house to be greated with a delicious breakfast. then we went home and relaxed went to daveand busters and I surprisingly I won 2,163 tickets and bought some wireless headphones. then came home had dinner and had some cake.

Today I woke up and did my  requirements to taekwondo. Then went on a run and did my chores. Then I my mom checked my essay Then I finished it!! Then I went to a book sale and did that for my Community service essay so that essay next!!! Then I went to the grocery store. Then watched a movie. Then I went to the pool and hung out with my friend. Then I did LEGOs. Now I am done for the day!!! GOOD NIGHT!!!!

Hello everyone, today was a really good day for me because I did lots of fun things. First thing that I did was go to church and pass the sacrament. But something else happened, we were able to bring Zayne back to our house because he goes to the same church as us. We went home and we went on a walk that was five miles, we saw all crazy things and Zayne picked up a turtle. We also saw this wasp nest right over our head that was filled with wasps, and we also peed in a river under a bridge. Then we went home and had lunch and then we taught Zayne how to play DND and we had a fun campaign. Then, Zayne's dad came and we all had dinner, then when they left we watch stranger things. bye.

Today we went to Church and after we went and walked five miles so me and Jack are almost done with miles for the week. Zayne was walking with us and he came home and we made him a DnD character and played a campaign. After that we ate dinner and talked then Zayne went home and we finished the first episode of the third season of Stanger Things just now and that's it, bye.

Hope everyone had a special Sunday and is excited for magnificent Monday!!! Today I got up and went to church and afterwards I played with my friends. I ate potatoes and steak for lunch. While me and my friends were playing, their brother’s friend came over. I ate dinner and watched the show with my family! I hope it was a special Sunday for all good night!!! P.S. Today I woke up walked four miles which was very tiring and then I took a break and then I wrote another essay then I stayed at my grandparents house for the day then my parents and sister came over to have dinner there and right before dinner I did my requirements.

For some reason, I feel like I need another day or two this weekend. Got my requirements done early this am. I've been working on side kicks and trying to make them beautiful, and I feel like I had a little breakthrough today, well, yesterday, actually. I'm also feeling a little more confidant with tornado kicks, but they're still definitely not beautiful. I managed to get to the pool for an hour today between a bunch of Whole Foods delivery shifts. It was nice to just lay on my raft and close my eyes for a little while.

Today nothing really eventful happened. I went to birkdale, shopped around, bought nothing. Some school stuff arrived off of amazon because school starts the 26th where I live.

I woke up, ran over a mile and did my requirements.  Then I came inside and ate breakfast.  Then I went to poomsae class - it was fun and we did stretching.  At home we had lunch and had a face-off lacrosse practice.  It was fun.  I just had my dinner - it was a normal Sunday. 

Good afternoon, everyone! I've been slacking on my journals for a while and realized that I haven't tracked on the website in a long time. My first week of high school was definitely different compared to what I thought it was going to be like, but it wasn't bad at all. I have a class in a few minutes and will start writing my lengthy journals like they used to soon. Have a wonderful day!

Happy Sunday Today I slept in for the first time in weeks. Normally,  I get up, go to the park with some other blackbelts, work on poomsaes,  self defense,  ect. I needed a day to just chill. I've been overly sore and need a day to decompress.  It was well deserved.  

Today since it was Sunday I didn't really do much, I did go to church and had a really good sermon. After I just hung out and then went to Harris Teeter so that my mom could pick a few things up. Then we went home and I just chilled and did some requirements and just hung out. I am waiting for my dad and brother to get back from Colorado, their land time is 7:45 ET so they should be back soon.

Good afternoon, just got done with taking a shower, I went to Church today, it was good. Spent the rest of the day doing requirements and listening to Morgan Wallen. Hope everyone has a good rest of the day.

I am back to work tonight so I had to use my time wisely. Since I am back in school, I alternated my time between requirements and reading. Both classes, AI Fundamentals and ML Computation, are pretty interesting. They are online so I think I can swing this. The requirements get me moving so no prolonged sitting. I had gotten a little behind on my tracking and was able to update that. Soon, it will be time for my nap. Have a good "rest of your Sunday". I'm out!

At black belt class yesterday we worked on bocho self defense and kicks.

Good morning, I have to journal bright and early since my first twelve hour period of digital detox starts soon. Yesterday I went to Black Belt class, got a class assistance credit, and a mentee session. Later that day we went to a friends house to swim. Then I watched a movie with my dad. I'll see you tomorrow. 

Saturday- got up and went to blackbelt class, I felt good, but I’ve bruised my shoulder doing rolls and falls I think. I seem to always have some ache or pain during this cycle, I need to stop complaining! Saturday night my wife and I went downtown and had a nice dinnner and saw a play. It was a really good time. We don’t get out much!  

Today I took black belt class early, and did some requirements. After that I ran some errands and worked on my essay, I did my german and practiced my kickes before bed.

I have not journaled in a bit. But I finished my first week of school and am having a sleepover with my friend. goodnight.

So I woke up and we to black belt class. We worked On self defenses today. We had a mentor session after class. We did some self defense.  I went to my best friends pool today.  I think we played for about 4 hours.  I put on sunscreen but it did not work today.  I got sunburnt on my nose and cheeks. After I left we had to get ready to get ready for the panthers preseason game against the jets.  Of course we lost. So we had to take the train of same back to the car.  It felt like it took forever to get home.  Now you are all caught up on my happens today. 

Today I woke up and went to class and after class I mentor session. We worked on my second don self defense. I came home and ate breakfast. We then went to the Davidson farmer market and picked up some blackberries.  The I went to go get the boat with my dad. But the boat trailer was flat.  Luckily some at the storage lot had an air compressor to fill the tires and come home.  Once we got home. I helped my dad clean the boat.  I had to clean some mold and algae off the seats.  It has been in storage for about 2 years.  We then went to the Panthers game.  They lost 15 to 6.   

I went to black belt class this morning. We practiced Bocho self-defense and Grandmaster Evins emphasized using the crescent kick and also the correct shoulder to use during a roll. I do not like rolls even though I have gotten better (they were really bad!), but I know I have to practice them. My right side is better though I am left-handed. Afterwards, I assisted with Junior Tigers and had a mentoring session. Goodnight 😴💤!

Black belt class was focused more on self-defense today. Mostly bocho 1-steps but it was good practice. Went home, did some cleaning, and moved onto requirements.

I know it may seem silly to everyone else, but for some reason it really bothers me when the grass gets tall.  Not like a quarter inch too long tall, I'm not worried about that.  Weirdly enough, I just really dislike the idea of walking out in the yard in the morning to check the garden areas and having the grass so long it wets my shoes and socks with dew or rain, then you get wet feet.  I also realized while mowing that one of the rose bushes I bought and thought was a hybrid tea is a climbing vine, so I need to get it supported somehow.  Working backwards in the day, I made fried chicken sandwiches for dinner.  Because of all my food allergies/sensitivities I don't eat out much, and it's gotten a bit more restrictive due to the food challenge Mark took on so we don't lot...

We got up this morning and, despite being sore and tired, got ready to head out for Black Belt class.  On the way dropping our eldest off at work, we got stuck watching a massive truck convoy heading to the small track across 29 from Charlotte Motor Speedway.  By time we finally got down to class, warmups had already started.  Even so, we still got a good workout in and alternated between kicks and BoCho Dan One-Step.  Once class let out, we had a mentoring session and worked on our Hapkidos under the watchful eye of Master Cavazos.  After that, we practiced rolling and falling while we waited for Gabe's mentee to finish up with helping Junior Tigers.  By time they had finished up, we realized we were the last ones left in the dojang and weren't certain if we should leave - and then the first of the Muay Thai...

Hello everyone, today I had a bit of a small sleep, at least I think I had a small sleep because when it is not Black Belt Cycle I sleep in on Saturdays. I went to class and got it checked off and I had fun, I helped with sweeping off the mat. Then I went home and did my exercises and my walk, then after waiting forever, I was finally able to play and beat this level on Hitman. I eventually beat the first game and it was super cool, I think that agent 47 is really cool. Then I went grocery shopping with my dad and my brother, we went to Aldi's and Food Lion and then went home. Then me and my brother and my dad got popcorn and watched Stranger Things, and now I am here. I hope everyone had a good day.

today i went to bbc in the morning and got there late because of a blocked road. then i got home made breakfast and watched my siblings. after that i went to my friends house to play video games like fortnite and call of duty. then i got home and had chinese food for dinner. then went to my friends house to play basketballl, and now im going to gop sleep.

today I woke up and did my requirements for taekwondo. Then I went to taekwondo. Then did my chores and played with my dog. Then I  went to the pool now I am done for the day! GOOD NIGHT!!

This morning I went to Saturday black belt class for different paddle kicks and Bocho self-defense. I feel like I'm nailing my rolls and fall portion for #4 of the self-defense. When I got back, I did more requirements, read my book, did chores around the house and played games.

I woke up and went to black belt class we did lots of kicks and self defense then I did some piano then went to do a Audi R8 review did my exercise ate dinner then finished exercise then did some editing. Good night 😴.

Hi King Tiger family. It was a good Saturday. We have black belt class this morning. Another great class working on our kicks and self defense. Then we went to airport to greet our new foreign. Exchange student whom will be with us for a year. She is Laia and from Barcelona, Spain. She will be at Hopewell High with Nate. We are so very excited for her. Then we did a bunch of requirements. In pretty good shape. Nate and I also went for run. Let’s be clear… we started at same time… I did not stick with him for too long. Great day today. Ready got some rest. Take care. 

While at TWD today I did my requirements for today and the ones I missed yesterday because I attended a birthday party. Just the little I had to make up I can see why they stress “Do Not Get Behind.” I also changed the time I ran today so I could have a sleepover with my friend. It was mid-day. I was hot and sweaty. It was a rushed day, but I am excited to hang out with my friend.

Today I woke up to go to work at King Tiger Harrisburg with just Master knight because my dad and brother are in Colorado for a vacation. It was a very good day for classes, everyone did well and we all had a blast. After that I went out to eat with one of my friends, we went to Silver Lake Ramen. It was amazing food. After I went home did the rest of my requirements and just chilled for the rest of the day.

Today I went to black belt class and then helped with the other classes then I did most of my requirements there leaving me very tired and sweaty then I went home and did the rest of them.

I hope everyone had a super Saturday and is excited for a special Sunday. This morning I got up and go ready to go to the 8:15 Saturday black belt class. Afterwards, I came home and cleaned my room and did some homework. When I finished I played with my friends. Later today I ate dinner and the rollerbladed outside. Today I woke up ate breakfast and then went to black belt then I came home and then lWent to my friend Arden‘s house after that I dropped off Caleb to his demo team practice we got to go inside the building and it was so cool then when we went to pick them up we are little early so we’ve got to watch and stuff after that we came home that’s 

I wnet to the black belt class, and helped out in the next class. Got my requirements done in batches today, between going to the farmer's market, going sparkling water shopping- we were getting dangerously low, starting a ferment of peach reapers, apocalypse peppers and bulgarian carrot peppers. Also put a bunch of cucumbers in vinegar, and roasted beets. Trying not to waste any vegetables from the garden this year. They grow faster than we can eat them. I've probably already said this, but I'm really lucky to have my son, Dylan doing this cycle with me. He's wonderful to practice with, and he's very motivating when I sometimes feel like being lazy.

Hi guys today I woke up and I already know it was gonna be a good day! I woke up and I had to get ready and eat breakfast for black belt  class after Blackbelt class we went home and we got ready to drop Elise off at her friends house for a play date. Then we had to pick up Caleb after we dropped Elise off and then we had to go get a Elise ! Then we had to get our shoes back on and drop Caleb off at demo practice then when It almost done practice we went there to pick him up. Today i went to the pool. (yaaaaaaay) I did my poomsae, self defense, and kicks then went home and took a shower. I played video games for a little bit and then i did my requirments. Now i'm here doing this journal. I learned how to boxers skip jump rope but i need to practice. i'm getting my written test done today too. or majority of it. Okay i'm done now.

Good evening everyone. Today i woke up very tired not wanting to go to Taekwondo (cause i was tired). But now i'm glad i went. I had quite the bit of fun while getting a ton of requirements and signatures done. So i'm catching up on stuff i was a little but behind on.

Good afternoon, I just got done with all my requirements for the day, I got my first mentee session in (I know I'm behind), started the white belt challenge, finished my class assistance part of the cycle, and did a sparring class. When I woke up my mom put decorations up for my dad's birthday.  I had pancakes for breakfast.  Not long after dad came home from his workout and we suprised him.  We are going to dinner in Charlotte tonight for his birthday and then going to watch a soccer game.  Have a great night. 

Got up this morning and went to blackbelt class. We zoomed in with KT of Lake Norman.  We also had some visiting KT students.  Lots of kicking,  and we practiced bochodon self defense.  We also did some poomsaes.  After blackbelt I have my JT class. 4 students came. The l8ttle ones can sometimes be a challenge...LOTS of energy!  I came home and rested for a bit. I planned on starting my essays, little hard yo do when your laptop is at school. So I will hand write my ideas and thoughts, then type the essays Tuesday.  🙃 

So today me and Jack are going to Black Belt Class today, but after I have work and when I get home from work, I need to help my mom with redoing our laundry room. We want to put the tile in today but I don't really want to help but I will anyway because my mom does so much for me I have to return the favor. Then I get to run and walk o what ever and once I'm done with that I need to go grocery shopping with my parents and once I get back from that I have four hours to play videogames and then we are going to watch a movie or something, maybe an episode of Stranger Things I am almost done with the second season and I know I'm late to watching the show but it's really good. Sparring day today and lots of fun. Ran 2 miles for the weekly range.

I feel really good about my kicks, I think my balance and height are really good. But I can work on my speed, and I can also work on putting my foot behind me because I haven’t been practicing that much.

Today was a great day to get some credits done, because there was only 1 very short class today. After class I did some more work on my forms and kicks before taking a nap and doing my german.

Walked all morning on campus for an assignment today and had an overall sleepy day. Going to get some good sleep over this weekend hopefully as I catch up on my requirements. 

This Friday I did some requirements before heading to taekwondo in the afternoon. In black belt class we did our specials for our belt, and when we finished for the day I went home to do more of the requirements I didn't get to finish on. Gonna get rest for class in the morning. Goodnight.

This has been a weird day.  I got most of my physical requirements done before 5pm but I've been really winded all day.  My asthma's really been acting up or something. Tonight was the first Friday night sparring class.  I really like knowing I don't have to go to class on Fridays or Sundays but this is just for the Cycle - assuming we don't keep going afterwards.  It was a good class, though, and being done relatively early is nice as opposed to getting home as late as we would on Thursdays.  Unfortunately, there was a massive amount of traffic on 49 just outside Harrisburg so we detoured home. Gabe made an amazing dinner and then we worked on Self Defenses and Poomsaes.  But for now, it's time for bed because 8:15 comes far too fast on Saturday mornings.

Woke up feeling extra tired today, I had an overall okay day. I felt so listless the entire day, school dragged on for what felt like 12 hours. I'm not accustomed to sparring class being on Friday now, that probably just added to the dragging. 

Hello, today I went to school and did all my work and stuff. Then once I got home I did my exercises, but I didn't have to do my run because I already did it. Then I went to black belt class and got that checked off. I also got a mentor session with Master Natasyas. Then I went home and ate some dinner. I also watched TV and now I am here. I hope everyone is doing well and having a good time.

Only jogged 1 mile this morning as my ankle was bothering me and i knew i had to do two classes back to back this evening. Good classes from master Knight, Black Belt and Sparring. 

Today I woke up and went for a easy run. I zoned out for most the run, which was fairly enjoyable. I then came home and did a few things I needed to do. I then went and got my allergy shots. I followed that up by doing some school work, then requirements, and finished my day by going to black belt class. 

Due to the schedule change at the school, sparring is now in Friday.  Mark commented that we are now at the school six days a week with one class or another.  At least my book is getting inked up, so that's a good thing.  I'm going to try and get the site updated tomorrow with everything I've written down in the book.  With one thing or another I just haven't found the time to get it all transferred from the book to the site.  I also need a cook and a maid so I have time to work on requirements and guitar.  Practice has taken a back seat unfortunately, so I haven't had time to do my music homework in like two weeks.  I still have poomsaes to work on with Mark tonight.  I've gotten like 7-10 seconds in my creative form done, but truth be told I'm not real happy...

Today, I woke up, did my requirements, and went to school. After school, I attended my black belt class. I decided not to go to sparring today, as I was a little ahead on my sparring credits. I then ran for 2 miles and ate dinner. Have a good night.

Tonight I attended a friends birthday. I got to see all my classmates from elementary school. I am doing my requirements late tonight. I plan on doubling up the requirements I was not able to get done. I am ahead on my miles, so I will run 2 miles tomorrow for what I was not able to run today. 

I had a good week being back in school. After school I went to Taekwondo for black belt and sparing class. We had a good class today and I worked hard. I went running with my Dad after class and did some exercises. I’m tired now and need some sleep. 

Today I woke up and got my requirements for taekwondo. Then I went to my friends house and hung out there for a while. Then got home did my chores then went on a scooter ride with my sister. Then went to teakwondo. Then my friend called my and I talked to her for a while then watch a movie. Now I am done for the day. GOOD NIGHT!!!!
