Today is Saturday, and we had an early basketball game. I made 2 points today and we won like 43-21, I believe. My team did really well with passing the ball and using the whole court. Early in the game the other team had the lead but started to not communicate well as we started making a comeback. Right after our game, I head to taekwondo to help assist with the junior class. Today was also my last day in my white belt challenge so it was nice being able to finish that part. I was able to work with Ryker on staff form 1 and get a mentor session out of the way. After we got home from taekwondo, I showered and took a much-needed nap. From there, I played on my laptop until we went to my friend Acyn's house. His mom is selling their home, so my mom...

Today was a pretty crazy day. First I went to black belt class and we did self defense a bunch of times, and I also got a mentor session in with master Mathew. After that I ate breakfast and had to go to a birthday party, where we went into the woods and into this creek which it was freezing and the water was very cold. Then I got home and watched Buffalo play but they got snubbed and robbed in the playoffs which happens like every year. Now I’m resting in my bed about to sleep .

Today I woke up kinda early to go to black belt class this morning. After that class I went home and watched tv, a little bit later I helped my dad take down the last of the Christmas decorations. Later that day I went to ate dinner and did my requirements.

Today was a chill day. I did black belt class, mentor session, requirements, football practice, read my teacher notes and did my calendar for next week, then I played with my friends on the game.  For me that's still a chill day.

Pretty good day went to blackbelt class in the morning worked on my 1st dan self defense and knife special. Watched some football the bills lost sadly they were my team looks like the Seahawks will win there game which is good so im going for them now. Anyways peace

I got up around 10 today which wasn’t too late for me. I managed to knockout around 60 pages of my book then practice some guitar. My run was good today I just missed my pr by 2 seconds but I’m sore so I’ll cut myself some slack. I’m so glad it’s a 3 day weekend cause I really need to catch up on my sleep. Now I’m gonna watch hockey.

Friday night Black Belt class with Master Chelley was a learning and tiring experience. This morning I had my black belt class. When class ended, I had to get my phone and Ipad from my parents, for communication and games. Then I went to the beach with my Grandparents. Time for a workout!  

I had the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time, which was very welcomed. Classes this morning went great, even though I couldn’t get myself up early enough to take black belt class. Maybe next week. Later tonight, I got to celebrate my sister’s birthday, which was really nice.

I'm up in VA visiting with my grandparents this weekend! We got in at 1a.m. last night so I'm a pretty tired. I got some requirements done this morning. Then I played Uno with my grandma. That's our thing, we play about 15 games of Uno every day and keep track of who wins. I have records from when I was five years old of our Uno games! I worked on some more requirements, ate lunch and then went for a run. In their neighborhood, they have this one huge hill and when I have been on cycle before I have always had to walk up that hill, but not today! Today was the first time I ran all the way up the hill. I had really great stamina due to the cold weather! I finished up my last requirements and ate dinner. Relaxing the rest of the night! Keep working hard...

Today was pretty normal, but I was happy we didn't have to go to school. It was kind of hard to not being able to sleep in. BBC was good, it was nice to run through all the self defenses. For the rest of the day I relaxed, and did the requirements. For dinner we had homemade pizza! Now we are just relaxing. : )

Finally the weekend is here! I will admit it was tough not to be able to sleep in this morning because of black belt class. However, we worked on self defense and it was really good to run through all of them. When I got back I just relaxed. This week has been really busy so I definitely needed that time. Then I took advantage of all the time I had to get some extra miles in. I biked three running miles, did my requirements and did some extra practice on stick and staff 1 and 2. For dinner my dad made homemade pizza! It was so good! Now we’re watching football. I can’t believe it’s already week three of cycle! Great job so far everyone and have a good weekend!

Today started early. I woke up around 6 and got ready for Black Belt class in the morning. Class took a lot of energy, but it felt good to get moving and knock it out first thing. After I got home, I went straight into my requirements and worked through a solid chunk of them. At some point I ended up falling asleep — not planned, just tired from everything. When I woke up, I did a little more work and kept things steady for the rest of the day. Later I helped my mom with a few things, and that was basically it. So this week, I decided to do my white belt challenge. It was so wild going to the back of the line again and working on the fundamentals. This journey is amazing and is teaching me so much.

It was a good day, I woke up early for Saturday BBC where we worked on self defence. After that me and my mom went to go see the Venerable Monks' Walk For Peace. Where we were able to not only see them go by but see them eat lunch and give a blessing. After that I went home and finished up my requirements for the day.

Today I woke up early and went to black belt class. I got my sticks and bow staff today, I really like the color. During class I saw what I needed to work on, so I noted that down on my book. As soon as I got home I worked on those stuff. I plan to focus on my requirements and some studying today. 

So far my morning has been pretty good. I woke up and went to class, we practiced a lot of self defense in that class. I am feeling pretty good about myself, I feel like I know everything pretty thoroughly. After class I jumped right into my requirements, I started with those very early because I am leaving to see family very shortly. I am going to Greenville SC. I will be back by Sunday at noon. Today was a great day! I first woke up at 7:00 and went to my black belt class! We did our color belt self defense and I did okay. When I came back home, I did some exercise and poomsaes! Then I played some games on my ipad! Then I did my journal which I am doing right now. Have a nice day everyone!

Today was good except the fact that I had 4 tests in school today but after that I went to king tigers locations I never been to before and I took black belt class and sparring so that’s good.

Today was actually really good I woke up early for a school club in the morning and after school I went on a road-trip to the mountains! I had to be in a car for 3 hours but worth it and the reason we went is because my family house a house in the mountains so I go with a bunch of family members once a year for a couple days so it was a pretty good day

Today was fr boring. All I did was go to school come home with no homework, then I went to black belt class. When I got home I ate dinner and played on my computer, as well as doing my requirements.

Today was pretty fun. I went to school and it was pretty normal. After school I had dungeons and dragons club which was fun. After that I had taekwondo and took the black belt and sparring class. After class my parents decided to order some biriyani so we had that for dinner.

It's Friday hope everyone has a great weekend and now a word from the Downer Philosopher. "Why is it that Friday is so close to Monday but Monday is so far from Friday?" Have a wonderful day, night or whatever time you see this.

Today was a good day although I basically did nothing I ran two miles and ate like 5 rolls I love rolls oh man im not a poet but someone needs to make one about rolls because they are that good. Im also thinking about going to other schools for sparing maybe anyways thats all peace

Turns out Olive wasn’t very kind to me last night, and I was pretty exhausted today because of it. Even so, Little Tigers and black belt class went really well, and I got some good practice with weapons, which felt encouraging. I’m also thinking about getting a gym membership next week if time allows.

Woo what a day. Finally the weekend has come and a 3 day break. Today was definitely a pretty good day, as I had a pep rally which I did a game in there and our team/grade won. Also everyone was a bit rowdy and it was really loud (almost lost my voice too). Anyways after school I went to Tkd for rolls and falls class, and then got in a BB class. Eventful day.

Today was a chill day.  I didn't have any classes and was able to play with my friends.  Tomorrow I have black belt class and football practice.

Today was pretty steady overall. I spent most of the day working through my requirements, studying, and keeping up with my usual school tasks. Nothing too intense, but it still felt productive in that quiet, low‑key way. I’m also really looking forward to the three‑day weekend — it gives me extra time to keep pushing on my requirements, so uhhh ye, that’s definitely a win. This morning, I woke up and it was extremely cold outside. I would prefer it to be this cold if it were snowing but that's not going to happen. When I got to school, I worked on the ending of our show. Today was the first day that 4 boys, 1 car had it first views not by me or my friend, THE WHOLE CLASS SAW. Again, we didn't go outside because it was "too cold". It was only 34° out, stop overreacting. In science, we learned about warm and cold fronts. Traffic was bad when we were leaving school due to the Walk for Peace that came through our area. My mom...

I hope everyone had a great week! Today was pretty good, school was alright. I got on the bus and went to work. The kids had a lot of energy today so that was fun. Took BBC and got to work on some stick forms with Master Natasya and the 3rd dans. I'm now in the car on my way to my grandparents house in VA. It'll definitely be a late night! Today was a good day I got a 98 on my biology test and a 100 on my English quiz. In food and nutrition we made muffins and black-eyed pea brownies. I was able to go down to the Greenway near the gym and ran 3 miles as well as come back to the gym and get the rest of my taekwondo physical requirements done for that day.

I feel like I have been cold all day, all day. Hot soup for dinner helped though. Not a very productive day for requirements but I did get some done.  I have a list going of the things that give me pause, that I really have to think hard on or that I am not confident in.  Sometimes the cycle is about looking hard at yourself and being honest about what you have down and what you are nowhere near. And it's not always going to be something super complex or physically difficult. Just a little something to think about. See you in class!

Today was pretty decent. Got up and did some workouts and practiced my guitar. School was boring. I can home and decided to run my mile on the treadmill since it’s like 2 degrees outside. I got a lot of credits today which was really good and that’s pretty much it.

Got 2 miles in like normal, mentee session, and a BB class.  Pretty decent day for requirements.  Not crazy sore anywhere at the moment, so that is a plus!  I will always take that.  I may do a few extra miles tomorrow, because I am planning on eating some wonderful Korean food for lunch.  If you haven't tried KPOT yet, definitely give it a try one day.  Certainly on my top 5 Korean restaurants in Charlotte list.  Have a great weekend everyone!

Today is Friday, so I get to finally relax. It’s also a 3 day weekend, which means this is my opportunity to get ahead on requirements. Things have got slow at times, but I am still able to push forward. Looking forward to my future improvements.

Today was pretty normal, but I am very happy it’s Friday! At school I had a few test the went very well! After school I didn’t have much time. Then we went to BBC, which was fun. My foot still kind of hurts, so I hope it feels better tomorrow. Now I am going to do the requirements and relax. :) 

Today was a really busy end to the week. School started out early with art club. It was lots of fun because today a clay artist came in and taught us part one of making face jugs. Right after art club I had my final Spanish midterm. I’m super relieved that they’re finally over. Shortly after I got to finish up my math midterm. I’m very pleased with that end result also. The rest of school was pretty relaxed. I didn’t have any time after school, I went straight to TKD. Today I got some refreshers on stick 1 and 2. Now I’m going to do my requirements and relax for the rest of the night. TGIF

Today was pretty eventful, at school I had three tests, English, History, and AP Environmental science. All of which, luckily were pretty easy compared to some of the tests that were given in the past. When I got home from school, I started with the requirements. My knee is still giving me trouble, Hopefully that mess clears up soon. The rest of my night will be used for recovery. - Lucas

Today was a pretty chill and fun day. In school, I had a Spanish test and a science test, on which I got a 100 on both. Every other subject had some basic classwork, and I didn't get any homework. When I came back from home, I did some of my physical requirements and got ready for my Weekend BB class. Class was fun and interesting today, because we learned how to defend and attack with plastic knives. I also got some leadership credits and had a mentor session with Master Foster. I didn't get to do a sparring class because I had to leave early to go to a party. I just came home and finished the rest of my physical requirements. I am about to go take a shower and get ready for the party. I am excited for tomorrow because I will be at the dojang from 9...

Happy friday everyone! As I woke up and got ready for school, I did my homework while eating and went to school! We had our D.A.R.E gratuation and ate pizza and popcorn! Once we moved station after station, we got some hot cocoa. It was pretty mid because it was cold. We has free computer time, drawing time, and a dj in the gym and some games! After that I worked until recess and played blooket until dissmisal. Once I came home, I told my parents about our D.A.R.E celebration and what I ate. I took my shower and played some games. After that, I did some exercise, poomsaes, self defense, etc. Then I ate dinner and watched one piece before going to bed! That was all about my day! Have a great friday and good luck to you.

How do you make time, for me it is always difficult, I sometimes have to get up early, rearrange projects, just say no, which I never do, need to learn that also. Overall I make time but planning the best I can sometimes it works out sometimes it does not, but I try to get everything done efficently and effectively for my ability. 

Thank goodness for Friday's and 3 day weekends.  This is a great time to get ahead of cycle workouts for all of us.  Looking forward to the weekend full of blackbelt classes and the white belt challenge.

This morning, I woke up at six o'clock and went running with my father. After school, we did another run. I am getting better, but I still have work to do. 

Today was a pretty good day ran 1 mile helped out for a class besides that can't think of anything else important I did today. Im hoping the Seahawks win the superbowl I dont think there's anyone left i dislike we chilling the bills would be good too anyways peace

Today was fun. I had a lot of homework today, but I was able to finish most of it in class. After school, I hung out with my friends which was fun. When I got home, I did a little studying then worked on curriculum.

Today was not the best. School was pretty normal so I don’t have much to say. After school I had some homework and went to taekwondo. I helped with class and got a mentor session to work on my staff form 3. After taekwondo I went home had some chicken and rice and studied for my test tomorrow.

Today I woke up pretty late so I could't do my requirements in the morning. I did them later, though. I went to school and I had Spanish, English, and Science homework. I kicked out some science pretty fast and math too. After I did my spanish and I headed over for sparring. After sparring I did my english homework. I like how I divided my time today because high school is no joke, there is so much homework! But, overall, my day was pretty productive and I felt very proud once it was over. I have a presentation tomorrow so I'm going to review that and head to bed. 

I got a lot done today.  Today I got two more class credits and a mentor and mentee session. Did my run on the walking pad because it's so cold outside. I've also had three vocabulary tests this week.  No class tomorrow!

SO UH, today was the middest day out of the most mid days ever:/. I went to school, had a math test-_-, came home did my lit homework then watched tv until it was time to go to sparing class. Sparring class wasn't very fun because I kicked too high and kicked someone in the nose😔. BUT, his mom said he was fine so I'm glad, after sparring class I went home, had dinner and did my requirements. GN!!  

Ah yes, Friday-eve today. simple and decent day as I got A honor roll certificate for last semester, and got to pick a reward. Pe was mostly fun as we played jailbreak and I started going crazy. Afterschool I went to Tkd to get class assistance in and did sparring class, and it was pretty fun. Looking forward to my pep rally tomorrow though.

Today was pretty alright, I woke up to go to school, not a lot of interesting things happened their. When I got home, I started doing my requirements. I noticed that my knee was feeling a lot better today but still nowhere near back to its original capabilities. I finished up my requirements and then went to sparring class. All was good, I got home and began to study, I got a couple tests tomorrow. After I finished studying for about an hour in a half, I iced my knee. Yesterday when I iced my knee, I used and icepack, today I filled up a bowl and added ice cubes to it. This made the whole process way more intense. Hopefully it will be feeling better tomorrow. I had school today i got to stuy for 4 tests tomorrow and today in gym i hit a new pr 180 lbs on the bench. 

Last night with Olive was really rough, but thankfully it didn’t weigh on me too much during the day. Sparring went great, and we had two new white belts in class who seemed to really enjoy it, which felt good. I’m ending the day hoping, and praying, for a more restful night tonight.

Today was pretty chill and easy-going as I didn't have much to do. When I went to school today, I learned a lot, and in PE, I got to do rotations, which was fun. When school was done, I forgot I had a Math Club, so when I reached home by bus, I quickly told my brother to drop me off back at school. I was pretty late for that, so my teachers were a little mad, but it was ok. We had our school competition to decide who would represent our school in a competition against other schools in the future. I think I did ok, but I'm not confident. Tomorrow, I have to wake up early to go to school and finish the rest of my math test in the competition, because I came late for "Math Counts." When I came home, I went to the YMCA to get my...

Work hard, study well and eat and sleep plenty. Some of you will know were I got that and some won't.  But I still think it is a good starting point.

Today was LONG! When I woke up, I got ready for school and grabbed a granola bar for breakfast. When I got to school, I again worked on my show with my friends. It is halfway animated and almost ready to go. After that, in math we learned about subtracting decimals. And then in reading, we read another chapter of our book. Then it was time for lunch. Today I brought grilled chicken and toppings to make a pita sandwich, and I also had this massive apple that we got the other night. We didn't get to go outside today because it "felt like 16 degrees out" so I got to stay with my AIG teacher. She gave me and Jackson a game board that I brought home to make a board game that goes with our show. You can play as one of the 4 boys and answer trivia questions...

Today was normal except it was really cold! and we had to still go outside for a walk at school but we had a substitute teacher which was good cause he let us do whatever so I got to work on some of my homework in that class and after school was nothing but homework and essays

It was a good day, school was good and I got a 100 on a biology quiz. Then was able to checkout early to go to the dentist. At home I mostly just did alot of physical requirements trying to get ahead as well as a mile which was way to cold outside. After I went to taekwondo where I assisted and led warm-ups for the 6:15 class as well as getting a mentor session in after.

Today was a pretty big day at school. Of course I knocked out all my requirements this morning beforehand. At school I had a math midterm. I feel super confident about it so I hope I did well. Later in the day I had a science test. I was really nervous but I did well. I also got to work on my mural in art class today which was fun! Today I actually had time after school so I did some homework and some extra practice on staff form 2! I think I’m  finally getting the hang of it 😅 Then was sparring, it was good. After TKD I just spent my time relaxing. Thank goodness tomorrows Friday… I’m really looking forward to this long weekend coming up!

Today was pretty normal. I went to school and worked on my book. I couldn't run outside, though. It didn't get above 35 degrees, so I hope it gets warmer.

Today was pretty normal, at school I had a few tests that went pretty well. I did my requirements before school. After school I worked on some essays and had a snack. Then I practiced and when to sparring, when we got home I realized I kind of hurt my foot. Hopefully it feel better tomarrow, and I'm happy the week is almost over!   

Had a decent day overall.  Training was cancelled this morning, so I didn't get in a mentor session.  I was still able to get physical things done and leaderships.  Should be able to get a black belt class in tomorrow, and maybe a sparring class or 2 this weekend.  Completing day 3 of my cleanse this evening.  Going pretty good! On a separate note, WOW it is cold!

Today was a very eventful day I had a dentist appointment, school, wrestling, homework, and Taekwondo. I got some good grades in school, wrestled my friend Jace, and helped out during Taekwondo class.

Today I did not have school because there were plumbing issues. I also don't have school on Friday due to the same issue. We won’t go back until Tuesday because we are off for MLK Jr Day. I hope next week we have a refresh of math, science, and CKLA so I can get better grades. Today I used the free day to get my chores caught up and worked on my physical requirements early.

Today I didn’t over sleep so that was good. I got all my normal morning workouts in then made it to school. School wasn’t really eventful other then the fact I got sent home with so much homework, but I just finished my workouts early so now I have time to do homework before I go assist with class later today. It was pretty cold outside so I ran the treadmill on incline today and that was really hard but I managed to get my mile without stopping. Hopefully I get to watch some of 2nd period of the sharks hockey game today when I get home. Oh, and I’m also gonna pick guitar as a new hobby because I really like music so I think it’ll be pretty cool. That’s all.

My day today was very productive! I woke up and got ready for school to learn! At school, we did some study and had some fun too exept when I had to deal with some girls! Once I came home, I took a shower and instead of playing games, I did my homework and played some basketball! I played my games after I did the essentials. After that I ate dinner and went to bed! Have a wonderful day! :)

at the end of the day, I made a birthday card for my assistant teacher because Saturday is her birthday.

Good day of classes today.  Lots of good self-defense work and kicking work today. Quite a few stripes were earned and even more students that just need to make a few minor changes to earn their stripes. And more work with Master Matthew and Instructor Caleb on self-defenses. A session with my mentees tonight with staff and stick work and then more stick work in class with Master Chelley. See some of you in sparring class tomorrow... have a good Thursday!

Today, I worked on kicks and poomsaes with my mentee and went to sparring class. I learned a new poomsae in belt class and worked with my mentor. Can home after class, ate and completed my homework.    

Today was a pretty good day in sparing class Antoine was cooking everyone just because also in black belt class we did the stick forms also I tried body armor a sports drink and there strawberry banana is a easy 8/10 beating out even fruit punch one of the best flavors of all time anyways peace

Woke up got  Dressed got on the bus there was a sub for socal studies. Got home got Dressed for Wednesday class help and led the Warm-ups.

I’ve just been keeping this pushing right now. I joined a new club at school and I’ve been practicing mostly poomsaes. I also taught a mentee today and I don’t think I did too bad. Still have a long way to go.

Today was a good day.  I did sparring, lack belt class and a mentor session.  I have a lot of work to do.

ALR SO uh, I woke up, got ready, went to school. In PE I ran another mile on the field, after school I came home and did my homework then went to TKD. During my time there I led punches and kicks then had a mentee session. After I got home I had some dinner then I was just talking with my friend for like 3 hours...

My day was ok i did good in school i can finaly under stand the math unit that i am doing. I also had sparring i got a really good round house kick to the face and it make my nose bleed and it busted my lip but i still fought but even harder after that because i do not quit. 

Today was a pretty simple day. At school we had run day in people where we just have to run basically for the class. I got a mile in and I wish it was outdoors but it was too cold outside. Finished up the rest of my school work after I got home and took a nap since I was tired. I didn’t go to Tkd and used this day to rest and recharge. I got my requirements today and ready to sleep 😴🥱 

It's a strange day. Cellphone service is down for a lot of people from my understanding.  Wifi is cool and everything but I work outside and need service to do my job properly. Oh well hopefully they get it settled by the morning. Have a great night everyone.

This week is the start of my spring semester for school. I'm currently taking an accounting class and so far it doesn't look too bad. I'm enrolled at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and I've had great teachers throughout all my semesters. The last semester in the fall, my teacher bought the whole class Chick-fil-A. This semester seems to be no different with a good teacher. Working on staying consistent with the cycle and getting a rhythm created so it doesn't feel too tedious. 

Today was another normal day I had a lot of tests today I think I had about 4 and after school I went to taekwondo for a couple classes to help out and I took a class to so its just another Wednesday

Hello! Checking in with another journal entry for this cycle. Today was a full but productive day. School was async, so I used the morning to study, catch up on work, and get a few things organized. I also cleaned up my space a bit, which honestly helped reset my focus. In the afternoon, I headed to TKD. I helped out in the Senior Tiger class, then took the Black Belt class where we worked on single stick (thanks again Aiden :> ) and poomsaes. After that, I had my mentor session (Thanks Master Weeks :> ), which went really well. I also finished my requirements today, which was a huge relief and a solid way to wrap things up. Today wasn’t that great honestly. I overslept so I didn’t have time to do the amount of workouts that I normally do in the morning so that was frustrating. School wasn’t any better, but I will say class was really fun and I’m close to getting my 540 tornado so that’s exciting. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

It was a good day today. School was pretty good were mostly just wrapping up the basics and or introduction unit to whatever subject. I went to two classes today for Taekwondo, sparring class and black belt class. Often on these Wednesdays I find myself more tired because it's the middle of the week and have two classes for Taekwondo but nonetheless it was still a good day and am steel feeling good about the cycle.

I had my first haircut since having the baby today, and it honestly felt really good. Even without much physical activity the past couple of months, my body is starting to feel better, which is reassuring. Tomorrow I’ll be back at King Tiger teaching classes again, and I’ve started increasing my protein as I prep for a nutrition challenge I’m still figuring out. It feels like I’m slowly getting back into my rhythm.

Today was pretty good. I woke up went to school and during PA I scored a brace ( two goal in a game ) to clutch up our soccer match with a last minute free kick. After school I did some homework and requirements and went to Taekwondo. I took class today and had a mentee session after. Since it’s an Indian festival today I can’t eat non-vegetarian so I had some noodles for dinner.

Today was a pretty chill day! It started out with me waking up at 6:10. At school, our teacher said to do our iready math diagnostic. But I finished because I am built like that and got a good score! We finished our thirteen lives move and did some reading. When I came home, I did all the usuals as my other diaries. No one was annyoing me and I was pretty happy! See you in the long runs! :D  

Today was preety normal for a wednesday i went to school and left at around 4:50 to go to tae kwon do where i helped out with class then did sparring black belt class.

Today, I woke up at 7:30, did some of my requirements, and got ready for School. In school, I first had a Math I-Ready Diagnostic, which was annoying and long, so I didn't get to complete it. I also presented to my class with my friends in Reading and played basketball in PE. The rest of the day was pretty normal and chill, since I finished all my classwork. When I came back home, I finished my homework, completed my physical requirements, and got ready for Taekwondo class. I had a BB class and received a mentor session. When I returned home, I took a shower, ate dinner, and watched some TV. I am about to go to sleep, and I am excited for the long weekend. See you soon.

Today when I got to school, me and my friend, Jackson worked on the "4 boys, 1 car" show. It is in its final stages before getting released to my classmates. For math today, we did a worksheet for estimating and adding decimals. For reading, we read our book, The Phantom Tollbooth, and we did a story map about the chapter we were reading. For recess today, we stayed inside because it was DRIZZLING, not even raining, and they thought a whole entire tornado was going to hit outside our school. In science, we learned about air pressure. In encore, which we had arts in action, we learned about the industrial revolution. We also did an activity where we were in a factory, making happy birthday cards and we learned about how children worked in factories for 12 hours a day. After school, played games, and I practiced my bible verses...

Finally half way through the week! Today I had a Spanish midterm… it was pretty difficult because it was the listening portion. Other than that today was pretty normal at school. I knocked out my mile and requirements this morning so straight after I got off the bus it was time for TKD. I got a mentor and mentee session in as well as some leadership credits. Today was quite a struggle. I started my day at 4:30 AM to knock out my run. All was good until I stopped running. Once I finished my 4 miles, I was cooling down a little bit and then my knee really started to hurt. I didn't really think much of it until I was getting ready for school, that's when my knee really started to hurt. This was not really any ordinary pain, I could tell it wasn't my bones or my cartilage, it felt more like my tendons, and ligaments. It was really strange because if I was standing normally, everything was fine, but as soon as I twist or bend my knee, it feels like every fiber and every connective tissue were screaming to quit moving. although like I said it was very strange because I could stretch and turn my knees as long as my knee was...

This morning I woke up at 6:10 a.m and then I got to school at 7:25 am. At school we had a normal learning/review day. In math we finally started our geometry section of the year. In PE we had to run a mile. After I had science olympiad practice, so I did that for an hour. I got forensics studying done, and now all I've got is entomology. I got back home and had a quick snack and headed on over to taekwondo. Today I took the 4:45-5:15 p.m class and then helped out with the next class. This was my very first class that I got to help out with, and it was really fun. I got to do punches and kicks at the front. 

I went to a mentor session with Master Chelly And she taught me some of my stick forms. and I came home and my mom videoed me doing my stick forms so I can watch it over and over and look at it back.

So today I am working to get back on track, we had to rest a few days as we cheered my Steelers on in the Wld Card Game. Not the outocme I wanted but I sure had fun being back n Pisstburgh and enjoying all the wonderful sites and sounds. Rest is over so here we go again. See you on the mat. 

Today is my day off from working out, I have been looking forward to this all week long.  I have to tell myself to give my body rest after a long week of work, working out, and taking care of my kiddo. Being a working adult and doing cycle is hard but as long as I take care of myself, I can do anything.

Woke up when to school did.i  ready Diagnostic and grow 4 points. Went to gym and had to run the pacer. Got home and cleaned.

Today was a pretty good day ran two miles went too two classes got my credits also what were the steelers possibly doing they lost 30 to 6 i really need to watch those highlights like I remember someone talking about how the Texans were going to get cooked anyways peace

Today was fun day. I woke up early again for school. Nothing very eventful happened there, but I was able to study and do work with my friends at a restaurant after school. When I got home I mainly worked on poomsaes and finished up the last bit of homework I had. I still have much room to grow.

my day was good I had school and in gym class I played pickle ball. Then I left school and went to chipotle and got my self some amazing food. Then I helped out at takwando and did a class.
