Today I had school, of course, and it wasn't all that. When I got home I did most of my requirements and practiced some forms. When I was at TKD between then end of all the classes, that I had to teach, and sparring, that I taught have of, I practiced forms with Master Chelley.
Today I got up early and ran 2 miles. Then I got ready for school. We learned a lot during school. I came home and ate a snack. I also got ready for TKD. I was going to do sparring class today because I need the last sparring credit before Black Belt Testing. I came home and ate dinner. Now I'm going to sleep. Good Night.
Today I had to take a psychology test and I was frustrated for even though I studied for hours to prepare for this test I still didn't feel confident going in. I was nervous and I wish that I studied even more as it would have made me feel better and not as nervous. After that though it was a very calm day and that's what I wanted after that frustration.
So this is my last journal! I don't know why I'm doing it so late in the cycle but it's done. And that's all that matters. I skipped a few days which could have something to do with it. Some days I was just too tired to do a journal. I'm tired today but I want to finish this last one. I don't have anything special to talk about. Just happy to almost be done. I am excited for the testing but nervous and tired as well. Today was a long day. Master Chelley and I did a whole bunch or work. A lot of polishing up on Poom Saes. I feel confident that I will do a good job. And that's my last journal!
Today we had a fire drill during 2nd period, and where my class is located, we go near the buses. While we were standing there my friend said that it wasn't smart standing near a bus if there is a huge fire. You if there was a big enough fire, it could burn the buses and their full of gas. So if something like that happened, we would all be dead. During Math, we were making a cheat sheet on a post card and tomorrow our teacher is going to cut half it off. Everyone is really worried, but I'm calling it a bluff. That's all for today.
so last cycle Back Widow(Master Natashya) did a back handspring break and I am bringing it back and I will also do a head flip kick it is realy cool so yeah.
It has been a joy taking this black belt journey with you all. There was that moment in yesterday's black belt class when we were all in sync. We moved as one. It was a moment of presence, focus, perfection and togetherness. Of course, while noticing how great we were, I lost my concentration and messed up....but just before that moment we were perfect. ;-) I can truly say, I've done my best and given this my all. It may not be perfect or pretty....but that is not the point. I tried hard, I participated, I got over myself and never gave up. This has been an awesome life experience and I'm better for it.
Today I had to go in early for work so I woke up and did my requirements. I just got home(it's 2:30) and I go back in at 5:30.
So last night the dogs keep barking. They were both in my room so it was the loudest for me. I hope they never do this again.

Today I had to go to the library during ELA. Usually we go on Monday, but a lot of people had to finish a test including me. I actually had to go two times. Once to get a new book and the second time I asked the lady at the desk if she could hold on to a book for me when she got it. And she got while I was still in class so I went back. My Science project on the Periodic Table. I think I did pretty well. Even I totally forgot about it and started it on yesterday. That's all for today.
Today I got to black belt and cracked down on my requirements and I am so proud of my self because I did 68 fooooorrrmmssss eehhhuuuu.
My school has something called the safety patrol. It is made up of only fifth graders and you have to do an application and write why safety patrol is necessary, how you show character every day at school, and how you get home. Once done with the application you turn it in to either your teacher or our PE teacher on the day you go to PE. Since I have been so busy with black belt cycle, I haven't finished the application yet. My dad just emailed the teacher to see if I could turn the application in late since I have been so busy. I want to be on safety patrol because I like helping out other people ad I've always admired the safety patrol members, and I am hoping I can get kids to want to be in safety patrol when they are in fifth grade.
Today I had school and had to take a math test. At TKD we did fitness style stuff today.
Crazy busy day at work and got a lot accomplished which was good. Went to dojang to work with mentee but ended up not staying for class. Yup I was not being hard headed instead listened to my body and decided to head home.
I have finished all my requirements today. There is time to spare from when the cycle ends and when I head out the country.
This weekend I was out of town and had no access to a computer and was working really hard to do what had to be done and go around DC all day. After that I've had three projects to work on and I am very stressed on trying to get everything done before tomorrow. Most is done but not all.

My assistant was in a car accident and missed work today. Once again I was a one woman show...drawing blood, cleaning rooms, washing and autoclave get instruments...not to mention the actual physician stuff I regularly do. The day went well, I'm just tired. Nala has a slight limp...an old problem since she was a puppy. She is supposed to be taking it easy for two weeks, but every morning she begs to go with me on my run. She also gets her cardio in by running up and down the stairs like a crazy dog at 6:30 AM in the morning. She is driving me and the cat crazy. Can't wait til she can go back to puppy day care and romp around with other dogs. Helped with the adult class today. I like that class. Today we had a half-day at school. I had my Social Studies Court Case today, we had to go fast because we only had 18 minutes of that class. We also had lunch which is new for me, because we never had lunch in my old school. Once i got picked up, my mom took me to Chick-fil-a. I took it home and watched some TV. The rest of the day I work on a Science project, homework, and requirements. That's all for today.
Today was really quick! I didn't have school so I slept in. When my dad picked me up we droped Holden off at his friends house. I went to my dads house whached two movies and then face timed my friend. I lost track off time and ended up face timing her for a hour!!! Than I went to tkd. After tkd my mom, my aunt, and me went to dinner.
Today was a lazy day at home. I didn't have to go to school and dad didn't make me go to King Tiger. So I got to stay home all day. Most of the day was spent watching videos and Netflix. I watched a couple TV shows then got bored and started playing a game. The TV shows were 2 animas called Bleach and Blue Exorcist. The game I played was called Brawl Halla. I wanted to play it with my brother but he was doing homework. After a while of that I got bored and started playing with my megablocks. Really a pretty quiet, uneventful day at home.
Today for some reason this Monday went by so quick I think that it is a Friday to be honest. Anyway it was a good day because I have no Math homework. I am so happy because I don’t have to worry about it so much. Plus I love that my teacher gives me a break and no stress about it. After that I was at the top of the class at the subject in science. It was the circulatory system. I watch a lot of educational video in science so you get good at it as time goes on. That is why I got a 10/10 at the end of the test. I almost pulled a all-nighter, but I fell asleep around 5am. I couldn't go to sleep so I was just watching Netflix. I ended up waking up around 12pm. The rest of the day I did my requirements and watched Netflix. I also watched some football, sadly the Panthers lost against the Falcons. If you ask me they're are gonna fail this season. Anyway, my family went out for some ice cream. Once we got home we started watching the Steelers vs Chiefs game. That's all for today.
yesterday I had my physical test and I did so well I got a 103 I'm so proud of myself I did well on the physical but I know I could have done better but I'm proud I did good
So it was horrible. I cried after it was over. They had two chances and they threw 2 into the opponent's arms. They took superman into the locker room for concussion protocol. Superman looked pretty shaken. This was even worse then the great tragedy.
This Sunday was a great one and I had so much fun I never want this day to end. But before I get in to what did my friend was here and He was having a sleepover with me. So the first thing we did was go outside and play basketball. After that we rode bikes and scooters and I had so much fun doing that. Then we ate breakfast and then relaxed for a bit and the got right into basketball again. We played basketball until he had to leave. Now I am just relaxing and watching TV. Today I had a double at work so I couldn't do much, but before I left I did some stuff.
Today was the Physical and Written test. I did pretty well, everyone passed the Written test which is good. I don't want to brag or anything but, I finished first out of all the 1st Dans in the 1.5 miles with a time of 11 min 6 secs. Just like last time when I finished first as a Bo Cho Dan. After Tae Kwon Do I got some Bojangles and went home. When I got home I just sat in my couch and watched TV the whole day. That's all for today.
sooo I got a 99 becase Im stpid and did something aperently. And I ded bad on my run like 2 minutes bad I got 15.38 so yeah about 2minutes bad but i got it done so wahhooooo

Today was a very tiring day. It was tiring because today we had the Physical and Written test. I did pretty good on the Physical test and I passed the Wriiten Test. After the testing we did black belt class. We did it outside because it was really nice outside. I came home and ate lunch and then I went to Dave and Buster. We played there for 2 hours. Today was testing day. We had both the physical and written exams. On the physical exam, I could have done better. I got zero pull-ups but on everything else I did pretty well. I think I did really well on the plan section. I got four minutes and was tied with the other people that got first. On the written part I think I did kinda well. I passed and I think I did pretty well. I got, about, 9 or 10 questions wrong. That still counts as passing. I think some of the answers I studied were wrong so that didn't help.
Today was a very tiring one because it was the black belt test today. I think that tomorrow I will be really really sore in my abs. Today I worked my hardest and I am so proud of myself. Also good job to everyone on the cycle because we all passed. I am having so much fun too because I am having a sleepover with my friend Calvin. I am going to watch a movie with him soon. Today I had my test in ELA, and it was long. First we had a 50 multiple question test, then a sequence and true or false sheet, next was a vocab sheet, and finally we are doing a short answer questions next Monday. I also had a test in Math which was pretty easy, 24 questions. I also had a debate in Social Studies on real past cases, but we didn't have time for my debate so we are doing it on Tuesday. I also went to a house warming party for 2 hours, I had to came because I had to study tomorrow's written test. That's all for today.
today was a very successful day. I had a test, two quizzes and i got a quiz grade back. I got an 88 on my English test. It was an analysis for the book "Things Fall Apart. I got an A on both my French and Biology quizzes and i surprisingly got a 100 on my math quiz from Wednesday. My grades right now are all A's and a B in bio. Hopefully I can get more focused after the cycle. All the work at night makes me very tired in the morning. We're almost done though!

Today I had my first meeting for student council. This is my second year at my school and my second time on student council. Last ear it was really fun and I hope it will be this year to. Last year I ran for cornilius manager and got it, this year I am running for secretary and I got it! Even tough I was the only one who wanted to do it. I am soooo happy!!!

Today I had my test for CPR. I was really easy, but I got confused with two steps and got a 98%. The teacher said I had the best compression's out of my whole class. After everyone was done, we played Knockout Basketball in the Auxiliary Gym. In both ELA and Math, my class was going over somethings we learned for tomorrows test. I sure and hope I pass them, there both worth 50% of my grade. I also have a debate tomorrow for Social Studies on real cases. That's all for today.
Today was the same. Except, at before school there was a fight. The fight started by someone stepping on someone elses shoes. Then the rest of the day was just a normal day. At gym we practiced flag football outside on the football field. Also, My fourth block math teacher is getting married on Saturday. So we have this sort of mean, sort of nice substitute. I also went to Huntersville for sparring class. Me and my dad also went to go get a UNC sweatshirt for college day at my school. Other than that, today was a pretty normal day if I do say so myself.
Studying for the test. Did a lot of requirements today between work calls. There is some new drama every day. I have to deal with today's drama so I can be ready for tomorrow's fresh disaster. Class seemed to go fast today. Still need to log my requirements. It's harder now that I ran out of pages in my book.

Today during English we had to right an essay about lifetime relationships. In math we finished up out lab. When I got home I sweated my head off. At Tae Kwon Do it was the usual.
Double picture day! So today I had school pictures and yesterday afternoon I had King Tiger pictures. I think I am going to like the King Tiger pics the best and since I am going to be a second poom soon I took an instructor pic so it can go up on the wall at KT. The two pics from KT have me holding a sword above my head and the other was a high front kick. I got to choose my own backgrounds and look forward to seeing what they look like when they come back. I think y school picture looks pretty good as well.
I had some much fun today and I can not even think about it. The first thing I did was go to Gym. The game that we played was very like capture the flag but a bit different. I was one of the people that got the flag more than once. It was so very very fun. After that I did math and then reading. Then after school I went to Tae Kwon Do and also sparring class as well. I did class and then I hung out with some of my friends there. I also did some Music.ley with them and laugh a bit too. I also got better and I enjoyed sparring as always. I have a teacher at school who sucks. Like at recess today since today was my mute day and I'm the table sweeper which means I have to stay at the cafeteria longer. Every week we go to a different place for recess. Monday and Tuesday we went one place. Today we went somewhere else. My teacher said I went to the wrong place on purpose and I couldn't talk to her to tell her I didn't do it on purpose. She blamed me for something I didn't do and when I tell her tomorrow it won't matter anymore. I don't know why I had to get a teacher that doesn't understand me at all.
All I can say it's been one of those weeks. Photo day yesterday which was crazy but crazy good.
This Wednesday was very fun and a quick one to. The reason it was quick is because I had early release. When it is early release the day is rushed so much that the teacher are stressed out. Even though today was very rushed It was like a normal day. The first thing I did today was go to D.A.R.E and learned about risks and consequences. A coupe days ago I got a brand new stickbot. IIt was one of the action pack stickbots and was he last pack I needed to complete the set. This set had a silver stickbot and came with three ninja, two pirate, two cop, a warrior, a fire and a knight helmets. He was silver but something that was unexpected happened. My mom got it while she was at the store but she bought the wrong pack. Since my mom was making dinner me and my dad went back and got the right one. She bought the grayish black one which I already have.
I've run over 100 miles. If you had told me 5 years ago that I would be running 100 miles in 3 months, I would have told you you were crazy. It is amazing what you can do when you do a little every day. Of course it helps to be too stubborn or stupid to quit. Maybe I'm an old fool, but at least I'm an old fool who has run 100 miles ;-) Not a good day on call when I've been to the hospital 3 times before the sun sets. Trying to hydrate all week long before Saturday's test. Interviewing job candidates on Thursday. Why am I always looking for staff???

So I was doing requirments and waching Holdens soccer practice when my mom was doing self defence with mt started it started to rain. It started to rain in one direction than another and it kept switching directons then it finally hit us on the hill. Everyone ran to their cars but I stayed outside, I went under a tree for a little bit then I came out. After that I went in the car soked.
I have two very important tests coming up; one of them is for the black belt cycle, and the other is for my history class. I am finding it very difficult to study for both of them at the same time, but the black belt test is after the history, so I will be able to focus on it after I take the history test.
Today we went to the Library for ELA. My teacher always takes us there on Mondays and we have to pick out a book. After that I had a test for STEM, which was actually easy. Before lunch, we had a talk about Sexual Harassment in school. All the boys went to the Gym and the girls went to this place called the Pit. I also had another test in Math, which was okay. For Social Studies we were going over for a test on Wednesday. That's all for today.
Going to put this day behind and move onto tomorrow. Crazy nutty day and it would have been understandable if there was a full moon. The Cra Cra's were out in full force for me today at work. Very good and productive night at dojang so that is very positive!!
So, CPP stands for Carpool Project. Two weeks ago, kids from the seventh grade went around to each car in our carpool and gave small slips of paper. Today we used those pieces of paper to submit google forms so our teachers can get the info. Then we can co on with the project.

This Monday was not as bad as I though It would be. It was some what a good one. The first good thing that happened was that all of the teachers were in a good mood. Also learned stuff I was interested in and I learned history and I LOVE history. After that we did some science and I also love science and what we are learning is very very cool. Then after school I did my home work and then went to my brothers tennis practice. When we got there though the coach was not there. Then we found out that he had family stuff to do and he was not coming. We got that and then played at a park close by. Today me and my family had a lot of fun we went to our friends house and we're going to go hang by there pool.so we did and we have been there since 12:30 and I'm so tired but I had fun.
Today at the game we were all so dissapointed buuuuttt the people next to us were like lets go this is getting bad so they lef but they left a chicken nugget in a bo box so I looked at it and took it after a while since they left its not like they were expecting it to still be there by the time they got back next week.
Today I am so ready to tell you about what I did. The reason I am so happy is that I had some much fun and I really enjoyed it. Even if I am tired it was one of the best workouts I did in my life. The first thing I did was warmup and I think that it was a good one. After that we did lead catch and shoot it was very very hard and it was tough and I pushed and pushed until I couldn’t any more. By the time I needed water I was done with the Drill. Then we did some shooting and layups. I did well and I made some and I enjoyed it. Today was a good one and I enjoyed it. It was happy dance this morning because when I got up I could walk!!! Swelling in ankle was down and the knee was only a throb so I am good to go. Unfortunately not much progress on the TKD front today as Sundays are pretty much the domestic front, if not, the rest of the week turns into turmoil, which is not good. Sooooo - -thank you D'Andre now I know what those thingies I was trying to do are called- -kip up. Those are going to take a lot of practice for me but it will come - -just going to be a work in progress for now. Have a few more hours that I need to finish up my list but wanted to take a break for a few and maybe catch some of the 4th quarter of the game. Looking forward to a great week!!!
Today I did some requirements. I am really just dreading going to work later.
Today i finally learned how to do a kip up and it was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it's like muscle memory for me, i couldn't have done it without my mom and my brother. Also sparring was awesome, i got Praneal with a turning hook kick in the head 2-3 times. So today was amazingly awesome!!!!!
Today I went to see my new house. They had put a lot of new things, like cabinets, doors, garage, etc. I spent some time at my friends house, because his parents wanted to see the house and I already saw it so I stayed I stayed at his house. I couldn't anything with him cause he injured his leg and he was in bed. also went shopping at Nike and got a new jacket, white Nike Elite socks, and a compression pant. I also had to got GAP, because my sister had to get some clothes and she took forever. That's all for today.

Today I went to North Charlotte for black belt class and had a great time taking class. Also I went to festival in the park with some friends and had a great time.
Today during blackbelt class we did a little bit of everything. When I got home I just finished up. Now I'm working.
Today, i woke up and went to sparring class. We stretched a lot and we did some sparring. He also told us to use our front kicks and side kicks. Then, i took black belt class. We worked on most of the forms, self defense, and other requirements. Then, i had lunch and ran 1 mile. Then, i did my homework and later started to take it easy and relax. Then, my friend came. We played the Fifa 17 demo. Now, i am going to eat dinner.
Hi today I did a lot of stuff mostly tae kwon do. I enjoyed today and I want to talk about it. First I was at my grandmothers house because my parents wanted a night to themselves. So the first thing I did was get up eat breakfast and then my mother picked me up to go to black belt class.Speaking of black belt class, we did fun stuff and stuff to get us ready for testing. I want to tell you about the fun thing first. It was hand and eye coordination. It was very very fun thing to do. Now to the testing stuff. I worked on poomsae and self defense. I had to come home after classes today and lay down for a bit. Great classes today but oh is my knee screaming at me. What can I say I am hard headed and do not always listen when I know I should.
