Today was felt like another Friday which made it go by very fast because everyone was in a good mood.

I am definitely getting psyched for the PMAA seminar this weekend in Myrtle Beach! In other years, I was only able to train for one day of the seminar in SC. This time I will get a chance to do 2. It is always fun training with Guro Melegrito, and getting to know new faces is great, too.

So here I write. Ok it wouldn't let me publish this picture. So I'm in art. I'm bored but yeah. This is a project about your finger print and you like write in the lines in sharpie then you erase it and get a finger prints made of words. This is my small rough draft.

Hi ho- - hi ho- - hi ho- - it's off to the beach we go!!! Yup day early and could care less if it rains -- I have mental health days away from work so looking forward to some time away. Still up early --pushups/sit ups done and even got a run in. Now time to clean up, pack then hopefully requirements on the beach this afternoon. Safe travels everyone!!

Today was a nice day because for all of CMS today was a day off so I relaxed got some requirements done and then I went to class later in the day

Today was pretty fun I went to my friends house the whole day.  When I was there we played video games and watched YouTube.  After we watched YouTube we did need wars for a little bit then jumped on his trampoline for a while after that we played video games for a while again and then they took me home the I just watched tv at the house did my tae Kwon do stuff for a long time. After that we started a board game with my grandma no I'm here.

Today, i went to school and nothing was fun there. When i came back, i did sparring class. When i came back, i took a shower and got ready to go somewhere.

Today I started reading the second book in the series 39 Clues. I did not know this but the 39 Clues Books are written by different authors. The first is written by Rick Riodan. The second is written by Gordon Korman. The third is written by Peter Larengis and is titled The Sword Thief. So far in book 2 Dan and Amy Cahill have gone into catacombs but not like spooky scary bone catacombs. More like narrow hallway maze catacombs. They eventually found their way out by following a light source. They did not know what it was at first but it lead them to a room with lots of drums. The tried to move a drum but they were stuck in place. They found a metal ladder blocking the way out. They heave-ho'ed and brought it down. On the other side there were lots of figures in black robes. Da...

Yesterday I went to teen council for the first time. It was really fun! We(my sister and I) saw Eli,(from King tiger lake Norman) and we talked. I'm also a bit confused, last cycle when my brother did it, he had to learn Korean for his new skill. Do we Also have to? Not that I'm complaining at all.:D. Today was fun, in language arts(I have to share this) I did badly one time on a grammer quiz, and she gave us another quiz today about it(I had gone to her tutoring) and I was the only one who got a 100!i was really happy(Im just sharing some good news, don't take it badly) so yah. Today I went mute for twelve hours. It felt like throwing words into a dumpster. Putting all of that knowledge and throwing out did of my brain like it's trash. It wasn't fun and during my home school with my dad I had so much things that I really wanted to say but I knew that I couldn't so, I did my best to keep quiet. In the morning I thought that it was just going to be really quick and just like that I'll be able to speak again, but I was wrong. It did not feel good at all. Now I understand why people with that sort of disability And why they feel bad about it because know I can relate to that type of style. Well Wednesdays are just not progressive on the TKD front. Got home and construction mess was priority then off to Home Depot. The him & I were definitely the entertainment of the night for the employee's. Back & forth between the carpet, tile, bathroom vanity they finally had to mediate. Oh husband of mine please stick to golf and building things- - - Martha Stewart you are not. I was able to register for the 5K and happy that our community service is for the Levine Children's Hospital again. Like the fact that 100% goes to the cause and not admin expenses. I know we will have a great team!!!

Today I had a ok day at school and I started a new book called novice and its pretty cool.

Today I went to King Tiger for camp because today was a teacher workday. We did a lot of fun stuff. We played electronics, and we played some games on the front mat. It was really fun.

Hung out in Las Vegas with my parents and my aunt and uncle this weekend. Feeling very grateful that my parents are healthy and well and mobile at 70 and 72 years old. They loved the Cir du Solei show, O, at the Belagio. None of us gamble or drink, so much of the strip was an anathema to them. They went to the Grand Canyon while I took the red eye back to Charlotte. I'm still recuperating.    Did a lot of walking over the weekend, but no requirements. I'll get some essays done this weekend. I was looking forward to class this weekend, but got the email about no class this weekend. Guess it will be a good weekend to get more requirements done. Gotta get back into my shallow groove.

Ankle is sore. I can still do push-ups using my Push-Up Pump. And of course sit-ups are no problem. I'm going through poomsaes and self defense very, very cautiously. No jump rope, running or sparring rounds for me, though. I'm still walking as much as possible and counting those miles. Essays are almost finalized and ready to turn in. The cycle is flying by.

Woke up early did some requirements before school. Tonight I helped with solid belt testing. Good job everyone!!!

Today I had another mentor session with Master Randle. We worked on Basic Form 1 2 and 3. We also worked on hapkido and bo cho dan self defenses. We also did koryo. I did sparring class and helped out in a class. We got a lot of sparring rounds in sparring class today

Today I did all of my daily requirements and played with my baby brother for some time. After that I did my homework and ate lunch with my family. I am going to go to Tae Kwon Do at 6:45 to help and try to get a Leadership 2 Credit.

Had a great black belt class and PMAA class yesterday with Master Evins teaching. It was a challenge in PMAA to practice abeniko strikes with the left hand! Ran 2 miles and walked 2 miles this morning. I also registered to run in the Hopebuilders 5K! Go team King Tiger!

Today was a ok day at school and I got a lot done in TKD.

Hurt, Hurt, Hurt.... It makes me so tired. I am truly trying. I get so frustrated and I only know how to push on. I think my pull ups are getting a little closer to actually moving in an upward direction. That is such a big deal to me! I want SO badly to actually be able to do just one pull-up. I had an encounter that involved the police today too.. that took a toll on me, and MASTER SHIN, you will be glad to know I behaved myself (I really think I did good) , and the encounter was NOT because of anything I did. Yeah! I'm tired, I've got a lot to do still, but my body is screaming for rest. So tomorrow, if allowed, I will head into another day with grace and humility. Testing in Belmont tomorrow too. I always enjoy being a part of that....

My ankle is killing me today. I almost cried like a baby in class tonight. Came home, did push ups, sit-ups, walked through poomsaes and self defense, soaked in Epsom salts, iced the ankle again and now it's elevated. I'm going to skip class Thursday to rest up for the PMAA training camp this weekend. I have a lot of requirements left. Trying not to get discouraged.

Today at school we had our Student Council speeches, we don't vote until Thursday. Many people ran for Historian, Secretary, Vice President, President, and Class Rep. People running would say a speech to 5-10 grade in the atrium. If you ran for Class Representative you would say it to the class. The sad thing was they did it during our lunch time, so we only had half the time to eat our lunches. In Social Studies we learned that the US was going to take in 10,000 refugees, but now are going to try to take 100,000 refugees. In Black Belt class we went over most of our poomsaes. That is all for today.

Today, we had no teacher in our classroom! We had to switch classrooms often. When i came back, i did my requirements. Then i went to black belt class.

Today I finally got my braces off of my teeth and it took all day because I had one appointment at 10:30 and then another at 2:30. But it pays off because I have looking teeth

Didnt really do anyting special today. just a normal day of school and requriments

Good day today - - I am just going to keep plugging along and do what I can do. Very confused on learning some of the new but it will eventually sink in- -just takes me a little longer.

I helped for all of the classes and then did the black belt class, we got a lot of requirements done.

Today i want to black belt class and got another Mentee session and had fun in class

Tonight when I got home Mom was watching another episode of Bones on Netflix. It is about a woman named Temperance Brennan who is a forensic anthropologist and a man named Seeley Booth who is an agent in the FBI. They work together to solve murder cases. There are 9 seasons and we are on Season 8. There is a lot of science in the show which is part of why I like it. There is also some mystery and action which I like too. In the last episode someone tried to kill Temperance with a bullet made from frozen blood. A man named Hodgens is my favorite character. He is a scientist who studies bugs and wood and slime. I don't know exactly what he studies but I like him.

i went to school then i came home and went to Tae Kwon Do practice and got some leadership credits

Today I had another mentor session with Master Randle. We went over stick form 1 and Hapkido. We also did Pal Gwe Il and Yi, and Basic form 1 and 2. I knew 1pretty well but was really shaky on 2.

Today was picture day for my school and we took our pictures in the morning. I wore my hope collared shirt while my other friends were wearing their church shirts. We went up to the hill to take our photos, I was fifth in line with Cooper while the other boys were in the back. When it was my turn I was a bit nervous but I stepped up the hill and he positioned me. He took four pictures and later on the other boys went. They were talking in line and the picture man was calling them a lot. Then we took a class picture and had to get back to class to find our math test waiting for us.

Today I did not feel good. My friend "forced" me to go to the office so I went. I like was really hurting.

so today, we left early because my sister didnt feel good. My mom has a dentist appointment. school was fun, in math, we dont have homework! yay! for once, but i need to write a paragraph for tomorrow. havea nivce day!

Had a great mentor session with Master Cavazos this morning! Worked on all of the Pal Gwe poomsaes. Feeling much better on Il-Sa. Oh still needs work for sure, but getting better.

I'm feeling a little better this morning. This week is going to be busy with testing at Bemont and PMAA beach training this weekend. I wish the weather at the beach would be better. Looks like we're expecting rain all day on Saturday. Looking forward to attending PMAA this evening. Things are starting to "click" now.

Its been a long day. Still working on requirements... and edits. I'm trying to fit a few requirements in and stretch every little bit. I really should be going to be but the to do list just seems never ending and today was one of those days where everything I had planned didn't go in the direction I had planned it. Either way, I'm about to miss my midnight cutoff so I will have to add more in the next journal. Health is hanging on okay today..

Feeling like blah. I think when I powerwashed my parent's house, I must have inhaled the cleaner. My nasal passages are irritated and I feel congested. My strength is still good, but my head feels like it's in the clouds. I hope to shake this off by Wednesday, when we hold testing in Belmont.

Today was pretty chill I just went to school had some homework but got it done. When I got to tae Kwon do I did my homework and then got dressed but it wasn't a class like always I am doing the white belt challenge this week and it was really fun today because I got to review all the old white belt stuff and that was really fun and when u finished class I took the adult class and that was fun.  When that was over I took kickboxing with Leo witch was fun because he is usually never there so that was my day

Today I did my daily requirements and went to school. After that I came home and went to Tae Kwon Do. After that I went home and ate dinner. I had a fun day today.

Very easy laid back monday to enjoy after school with a big basketball game and great dinner. One of the best Mondays hands down

Happy Birthday to the Hedlund Ladies!!!!! Crazy busy day today ending with an awesome black belt class. Inst. Tucker met us for a mentor session and think something clicked tonight - -yippie - -happy dance. After meeting we had black belt class and Master Chin & Inst. Hsin brought it on strong. My mind is still spinning but it is all good. The key will be tomorrow how much I retained.

Today I had a project and they just sprung this 54 question test on us, which was kindve frustrating but I get to watch my football team the jets so that is good.

Today I went to kickboxing. Holden, Mr. and Mrs. Hutchinson and Master Chelley were there tonight. It was really fun. I liked the music a whole lot. I got 21 sparring rounds and my Dad participated. My dad was doing really well on his kicks. He got really tired and almost passed out. In fact I had to drive him home he was so tired. Now I need to go put him to bed with his stuffed animals. Good night.

This morning I went to the doctor's office and after that I went home to get ready for class. I went to all classes, taking only one, the rest I helped with.

I got to go camping this weekend with the family. What a blast! I owe a lot to my wife for making the weekend work. She did a lot of the work and it made a short weekend great. Can't wait to go again.

Today, after school I went to my friend's house. When we got there we took off our shoes, he had some nerf pistols out and I took one and started shooting it across the house. Then I found one of his other guns and it had two connected guns on it. I never saw a nerf gun like this before and put it back down to go outside. He also got one of the new types of scooters and let me try it out. It was hard but I figured it out. What you have to do is put your feet on these pads and swing your legs side to side to go forward. I went down the hill with the scooter and he also started to chase me while I was on it. Then I gave it to my friend, he was really good at it and moved very swiftly....

Today nothing happened going to black belt class tomorrow though

My ankle is still mending but it's SO MUCH BETTER thanks to Dr. Schuster. Looking forward to some beach training this weekend!

Ahhhh....13.......nothing really interesting today...just kidding! Everyone said happy birthday, exept for the grumpy turd, aka my brother.(I usually call my brother that). I have candy, so I'm happy. a girl who I know is in this cycle and in 6th grade At my school said happy birthday to me.it was really sweet. I had a huge science test and a huge ss test... I think I either got a A or a B... I hope an A... I hope you have a nice day!

Well yeah it's my b day. Finally!! Yay so many people said happy b day, I got sung happy b day in almost every class (it was soooo embarrassing!) and yeah.

Today we did a fractions pre test in math. I got a 90. In science we did a virtual lab. It was about biomes. In social studies we did something on the code of Hammurabi.

Today was a good day, let me tell you what I did. This morning we were getting ready for picture day at school. When I got to school I started reading. And after we did math rotations and then enhancements, then it was lunch. When we where done we went to the class and finished math. When we were in the bathroom my teacher gave me a ticket for a prize for being quiet. Now I am going to start on my white belt essay. I can not wait for tomorrow. See you tomorrow.

So excited for the break this week. We have Wednesday off. idk why its in the middle of the week but im not complaining. Anyways just finished my homework and im about to do some requirements.  

Had a pretty good weekend. Got some yard work done, worked on an essay for a bit. Carolina Panthers won too, that always helps!

Got my kinetics tape on my arm, and ready to go for my morning workout.Hopefully, won't need it any more after Wednesday's treatment.Terrible run yesterday. Supposed to run 10 miles for my half-marathon schedule.No way. Legs and whole body were exhausted.

The ankle is better, still swollen a bit and really sore, but better. I have to get back on top of requirements. Two weeks until the physical and written exam!

Today I did two essays and I played with friends and family.

Today I spent the day watching Sunday Football with my family and it was great even I lost in my fantasy league I was still happy Carolina won.

Today I got a new dog! At first his name was Ford and I liked that one but we renamed him Luke. We were deciding between Ford, Luke, Roy, and Link. I like Luke because he is named after Luke Skywalker. His name was Ford because he was brought to the shelter in that type of car. We got him from the Mega Adoption Event at the Metrolina. We were the 237th family to adopt a pet at the event this weekend. I hope that all the other pets get adopted. They had cats and kittens there as well. I really wanted a new kitten. They cost $5 and I had $5 in my pocket. Mom and Dad asked me which one I wanted and I said we would go for the Dog. I also saw 5 camels but I don't think they were there to be adopted!

Today i went to my friends house. Then, i went to my mentee"s house to do a mentee session. Then, we went for a celebration.

Today was a good day. i went to the panthers game and we won

Today i didn't do anything really but i have school tomorrow yay...

There are sooo many birthdays in tkd recently! Woooo! September!

Yay... My b day is tommorrow. Exiting! (That was cheesy) ok yeah I woke up, ate pancakes, showered, brushed teeth, got dressed, jewelry and face, all check all done in about like 3 hours... Oops we were supposed to go to this reservation at 12:30 and ended up missing it and going at 1 I think. Well yeah we ate. Dropped the guys off at home, girls left, went to HT and bought cupcakes, icing, and candy. Well we're just going to pass those out in lunch and homeroom. I hope everyone's day was fun, have a nice rest of day. Yay September 21!!!(tomorrow, I know when my birthday is)

Today was fun, since my(our) bd is tomorrow, we ate at Sabi. My mom twin and I went to Harris teeter to buy cupcakes and candy for school, candy for our homeroom, and cupcakes for our friends. (I know, we're so nice, we get it for everyone(I'm just kidding!!!!so snob, I know) hehehe...don't take that the bad way. We decorated the cupcakes, than, I dunno. Yay! There's gonna be 4 teenagers in the hous! Older sis,19, older bro,17, twin,13, me13. Fun. Spell check is super annoying. Like I just misspelled annoying, and it changes it to a young!?!? Than I wanted that super to have a lot of u's and than it makes it with 1. Good day!

I had a great birthday weekend in Fayetteville. I was surrounded by family and wonderful food. This morning, I interviewed my parents and saved it as a video file for me to keep forever. Looking forward to another great week.

This morning I went to my church for the second time and was still getting used to it. First we did in the morning was we played games on the x-box and foosball tables. Then we went to this center where we talked about what we were going to do today and up coming events. After that we I went with the middle school people to our room. We talked about how we should not judge the Bible and how we should know what were saying about it carefully because you should always make sure what you say is correct. Then we went downstairs to see our parents.

Today has been good so far, let me tell you what we are doing. Today we woke up and watched TV. Now we are eating pancakes. After this we are going to go apple picking with some King Tiger friends. And yesterday when I was take my Black Belt class I saw that Master Chin. It was a honor to take class with her. Well see you tomorrow. Bye

Today I am going to do my physical requirements. After that I am going to a tennis match. I don't know if I will have singles or doubles yet.

Today was full of excitement, I hurt my ankle at the sparring class and then went to scarowinds which was great.

Today was ok. We got "yelled" at by master Evins becuase someone didn't listen to his instructions and we had to do 60 burpese. Omg. Why didn't that dude just listen to him in the first place? Now he has like 10 black belts hating on him, listen to directions!

Today i went to sparring class and black belt class and used my new sparring gear. Its a lot better

Today I met with my mentor. We worked on stick form 1 and staff form 1. We also did hapkido 1 - 10. In black belt class we worked on self defenses. Master Evins made us do high plank with one arm out with both hands. That made me tired.

sparring class was fun...a kid took soooo much time getting ready that we had to do 60 burpees. that was horrible. i lost track, but im pretty sure i didabout 50. life is nice, the bb class was funtoo. we did all self defense...that was nice...................i have 2 big tests on monday.....i studied for the science one, about pathogens and that stuff, and social studies about early settlements. I have the new update on my iPad, and it's really nice! I hope you have a nice day!

Oh boy it was a busy and productive day. Got up early to knock out some requirements but had to take care of a few work issues so got off track. Went to North Charlotte met with my mentor and worked on hapkido and black belt self defense. Took both black belt classes then sparring. Half way thru the second black belt class my back muscles started cramping but I plowed thru - -believe me it was not pretty but I made it. I know I have to hydrate more - - -along with stretching but hey this old body rebels when it works out solid that many hours in a row. All is good- - - came home and spent some time with my foam roller and the laundry mound. It will be a early night tonight then will look forward to tomorrow.

Today, i went to black belt class. The only thing that made me tired was the plank . It was hard! Then my friend came to my house to play . We played the xbox

today was pretty easy I just got up did all the morning stuff then I went to tae Kwon do  when I got back I stayed at the house for a while and played out side.  Then I went over to my friends house and played Xbox for a while then ate dinner did some other stuff then went to bed.

Today I helped out with the con-voy at the Olympic place. I helped set up tables and chairs and served food to people. I had fun and there was also raffle tickets being given away so people can get prizes. I can't wait to go back to the con-voy next year.

Today is a good day, let me tell you what I have done. This morning I woke up and played Minecraft. Then we ate Breakfast. I ate egg and toast and went to my brothers soccer practice. Now we are about to leave to black belt class. Before I go to black belt i want to say THE NOLES [ florida state] WON LAST NIGHT! See you tomorrow. Bye.

Yesterday i went to the fair with some middle school friends and high school friends, and it was fun. We stayed till eleven o'clock, My friends and i went on zero gravity which is a spinning thing that pushes you against the wall so you can't go forwards. I also went on Khaos, That ride goes swinging side to side while you spin around and it did get to the top then stopped for like 5 seconds and all the blood just rushed to my head. So i had a blast.

So today was ok. Since next Monday is my birth day two of my teachers decided to put their tests on that day. how nice. they both felt bad when they saw it was our b day, so my social studies techers is letting us either take it on monday or tuesday. that teacher really rocks. well anyways tdk was ok, there is this one kid (i am not naming names) that is pretty rude, sadly is a higher belt than us and younger than us. poor nicholas, my sister and later my brother and i had to struggle with. it was a pain. well good night!

Today was school picture day. Our class also got to have lunch in the classroom and watch a movie. The movie that we watched was called the box trolls. It was hilarious.

passed the half century mark yesterday... blessed and happy I am still having birthdays. I never imagined that growing older would be so tough. I "thought" I was a tough cookie when I was 21, who knew it wouldn't be until I turned 51 that I would start to see what a wimp I really was lol. I was able to get a morning workout but haven't felt so good for the past few days so actually spent most of my day resting. My mind is still in denial of what number I reached yesterday. It is my body that tries to continually remind me. No matter how hard it seems though, I am still holding onto the health I have and hope to continue TKD for many, many years to come. ( I wish you all could see how awesome my tornado kicks are in my mind.. ha ha )...

Today I had a project due and I have another to work and since this will be a busy weekend I will have to work a lot today and some tomorrow

The weekend is finally here. It has felt like a long weekend. In school a NC Forest Ranger came and taught us about wildfires. We even got to do some experiments with matches. After school I had to help my parents since we are going to a baby shower. I had to help make some food and make balloon flowers. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day with Tae Kwon Do, mentor session, baby shower, and a birthday party. That is all for me today.

Today started off slow and it was hard to get out of bed. But as the day progressed it seemed to get better because of the fun we had today.

Yikes I am tired!!! Got to dojang at 2:30 today and left at 7:00, I just could not make it till 8:30 - -was starting to see double. Again as always thankful for my private lessons with Master Chin, she is able to break things down so I understand them. Sorry folks- - - you can not show me in class once and I get it - -my brain does not function that way and if it takes crazy sayings or nicknames to get me to remember so be it. We had a special seminar tonight for completion team - -wow those kids rock - -what focus!! Wish I could have lasted the entire class but it is what it is and with long day tomorrow up North bed needs to come early tonight. Lights out!!

Today we got our math tests back. I got a 100. I am so happy. In science we did a butterfly camoflauge lab. We made butterflies in places we thought other science classes would not find. It was fun, but mine got found. Oh well.

During the evening my brother, mom, and I decided to go for a walk. We started walking at Oxford Dr. and went all the way to Surry Rd. We walked one mile from our house and back from Surry Rd. First when I entered the road Cooper, my neighbor's dog who lives across the street from me was waiting for me at his fence. Right when my foot hit the road he started barking at me like crazy. I walked past him glad he was out of the way. I also saw three more dogs up the street that were barking at us right after I caught up with my family because I was finishing my desert. When we got home I was so excited to be away from all of those loud barking dogs, a place to rest in my bed.
