Today before sparring class I hurt my shoulder and it still hurts to put pressure on but I can move it and I feel much better.

Today i went to black belt class we went over some self defence and distance for kicks

Push-ups and sit-ups done this morning before my appointment with Dr. Schuster. Dr. Schuster was concerned about my ankle because he expected it to be much less swollen after 3 weeks. He ordered an X-Ray and fortunately there are no fractures. I just need to rest as much as possible, elevate it, ice it and keep it wrapped. It hurts quite a bit at night after being on it all day. Now it's time to rest.

Tonight in black belt class we worked on poomsaes and self defenses. We did Koreo, Sam Chang, and Chil Chang. After that we practiced our self defenses. There was also a new person that did Tae Kwon Do in Atlanta and came to our studio tonight. He was a First Degree black belt and was new to our type of style. For self defenses we did green belt and yellow belt. Then our class ended and the Philippine Combative class started.

today I went to school and it really felt like a Friday and I am ready for this week to be over. I went to all three classes and ran afterwards.

Today was full of a lot of work but I pushed through it. I thought the weather had a empact on everyone because I thought a lot of people were thinking a little slower than normal but it got better throughout the day.

Today was basically sad for me. I lost he cap of one of my favorite pens. I also missed a meeting that was important! I was very sad. Well besides that, I went to black belt class and i had a mentor session.

Got to the dojang earlier than normal again today. Worked on my creative form. It is almost complete! Also worked with Master Cavazos on Hapkido 1-32. Finished writing my last essay as well. Got a chance to also work with 2 of my mentees. Very productive day!

oooh...i just ate some pumpkin spice cheerios...really good...my mombought a whole bunch of pumkin spice things from trader joes. Today was fun, i had retakes in pictures, my first picture, i looked like a turtle. I tok PMAA, it was a lot of fun. we sparred with padded sticks. I hope you had a good day too!

My dog is laying on me! I love it. He is bigger than a lap dog but not as big as great danes. When my parents asked me what type of dog I wanted I said a dog that would lay in my lap. He is a mix between lots and lots of types. I think he might be part dalmatian, part basset hound, and part beagle. 100% mutt. And 100% adopted. :-) He is such a good dog I don't know why he was given to the shelter. He doesn't pull hard on the leash and he gets along with the cat but he sometimes thinks she is playing and he runs at her. She doesn't like that much. He seems to like it quite a bit.

I was able to do 2 minutes of whimpy jump rope last night. It hurt a bit so I did 15 seconds at a time. My leg is sore today, but I am hoping it isn't the jump rope. I will try again tomorrow.

Today was a good day, let me tell you what I did. This morning was stressing but we got through it, we were running late. When I got to school we started Reading and my mom was there to help. After that we had Math and Enhancements. This time I had music, and after that I had lunch. So now i am going to take class, have a mentee session and also sparring class, so see you tomorrow.

right now im in ss im bored im listening to Lana del Ray, working on this really annyoing and (shhhh) stupid project. its like called a farcebook about people like we have to create someones facebook account but like a historical character. me its Betsy Ross.

Cool day in class teaching a new white belt his basic kicks. It was a really good experience. Rain most of the day so I'm glad I got my run in the morning.

I am trying desperately to find balance, in so many areas. They days sometimes seem a blur. I looked up and realized that THIS week is Oct. It has come so quickly, One day at time... breathe!

Today I'm pretty sure was the best monday ever. We had our big prep rally and our rivalry game that we won 46-13

today was pretty easy u got up did all my morning stuff are a good breakfast and went to school.  After school i got on the van and went to tae Kwon do.  When we got there I ate snack.  After snack I went to do my homework I got all of it done except for at least 2 problems.  They were easy easy problems. When homework time was done I got dressed for class today I did a class helped with a a class and took another class so today was pretty easy.  Then I went home and ate dinner it was good I had spaghetti after that for desert we had apple pie that was good and that was my day

SO today was ok. I decided to wake up and start my white belt week. So that was pretty fun actually. did a lot of requirements in class today.

Today I was at school for a decade it felt like and I ran afterwards and got home at 9 to do homework.

Today I had to make up all of the stuff I missed on Friday which included three tests two homework assignments and a lot of other things so it was a long day.

Today after coming from school, my school bus hit a car. It just happened to be a kid who went to my school in that car. I was just a small dent, but the kid and his mom started screaming at my bus driver. The kid jumped out of the car and started yelling and than shouted at the bus driver. The mother was just the same, she screamed at my bus driver saying that she worked 10 years for the car which was a 2015 Mazda SUV. She than called 911 and I heard her scream what are you going to do about it on the phone. A firetruck, two ambulance, and about 4-5 police cars were at the scene. At first I thought it wasn't necessary to call everyone, but a firefighter explained to me why. A police officer then wrote down everyone's name and address. I called my...

Super busy Monday. I feel like my head is still reeling from just constantly going! Some days are like that. Not a bad day though. Got in another mentor session with Master Cavazos. Worked on Pal Gwe Il, Yi, Sam, Sa, and all of Oh! I'm almost to the point where I can do all of Oh by myself.....soon! I'm going to try to meet with him again tomorrow morning as well. Essays and recommendation letters are ready to go! Just 1 last essay to get typed up. Physical and written test is almost here!

Today me and my dad got Lacrosse sticks. After we got them we played with them in the driveway and with the new ball. The new ball is one of the bounciest balls ever. My dad got one of the goalie sticks which has a wider net. I got a regular stick. When my dad went to catch the ball he usually got it. When he threw it to me I would miss it. Yesterday I got some practice golf balls. I haven't been able to hit those yet because of the weather. I have my own golf tee that I did get to use with real balls the other day. Dad and I hit them around our yard. I want to start playing both of these sports but I will get through my black belt cycle first.

Today was a normal day. I went to school and when i came back, i did my requirements and went to hyper pro. Then, from there i went to Boy Scouts. Now it is time to sleep.

Today school was a little strange. We had our classes later than usual. But after school was the same. I ate snack, I helped with class, had leadership class, then I went home. I also had guitar practice today. And I went to Hyper Pro.

Wow what a sluggish day- -productivity not where I wanted it to be. Got to dojang worked on requirements, met with our mentor then took black belt and sparring class. Felt like I was in slow motion the entire time. Couple things are starting to click but others not so great. Going to take just one thing at a time.

I went to all classes today, I helped for two and took the red and up class. Its after testing so we have a exercise week, it's lots of to workout and watch others get to do the exercises also. I can't wait for next testing!

Today i went to school and came home nothing interesting won't be here Thursday or friday because ill be in Pittsburgh

today was nice, we had a big math test, and the teacher was suuupper vague teaching us the wighed averages(i dont even know if thats what they're called). Life is nice, as nice as a monday can be, im going to family class to help out and adult to take. I hope you had a fabulous day!-Alienor

So taday in ELA we had a library lesson. In science we had a notebook quiz. In SS we did a Sumer presentation. In math we did muliplying fractions. After I came home I ran a mile and times myself to see if I can run faster that my pretest time. I also went to Hyper at North Charlotte and helped a class.

Today was a very good day, let me tell you what I did. When I got there I did reading and math. After that I went to art where we started to make our own pirate map. After art we had lunch and we finish math from the morning and social studies. Then we have recess where I played with my computer because it was raining outside and then we left. Now after this i will go to Chick-Fil-A for spirit day at my school. And I can not wait for my tests on physical and written on Saturday. See you tomorrow. Bye

I love my cat. She's so cute, she decided to come up with my on my bed and install herself on my fuzzy blanket. All my cats love my blanket. Well anyways today I'm hoping to work hard and write an essay, ya.

Today was a not so bad rainy day with the Carolina Panthers win today and I'm almost done with my english project so today wasn't that bad.

This weekend was nice, to sum up, I went to UNC to visit sis, she's good, but she has a really bad throat thing....heloise and I are really similar with getting sick, when we were little, we both had a lot of problems with our ears, and now, our most popular sickness is bad throat things......ahhh sisters....I'm sorry if that is super random...I hope you havd a fabulous weekend, and goodnight!

Today was pretty good I got up did all that stuff then I just went and played my xbox.  When I was playing xbox I was also playing on my phone.  After that I watched the panthers vs. saints game and that was fun because I watched it with my grandma but not my sister because she was on the computer

Busy week. We had testing in Belmont this week. Everyone Did great! I am always so proud of the kids. I wasn't able to go the to beach this weekend. Had to work. FB pics look like everyone had fun. Glad the weather held out for them. I am behind on a few things. I hope to stay healthy enough this week to get some catch up time in. A few essays to finish too. Hope everyone is doing well !

Today was very long because I had to go all the way from Myrtle Beach back here which is a very long drive but it was fun I got to meet new people and do new things with sticks so I had a good time

Today i went to church then i played video games till 5 and then went to sleep until now. So ill just double requriements on monday no biggie

Today, i mostly played with my friends. I finished almost all of my essays. Then, i did most of my requirements.

So we drove back home from Chapel Hill. Coming back was a lot shorter than going there. Then I plopped on my bed. Watched YouTube and then...(drumroll) I actually helped! Yay! I helped my mom make my sisters closet. It's big, and it took some effort holding the boards and drilling them together. My mom was really organized and had made a chart, and like matched it up. Real life and paper. Go mom!

Great weekend training with Guru Melegrito at Myrtle Beach. My ankle held up better than I expected. Haven't made time for as many requirements as I had planned to do this weekend. The family came along this weekend and the weekend flew by. Back at it strong tomorrow.

Today I'm doing my empathy and now I'm typing this with my left hand. My mom woke me up this morning to do my empathy, she wrapped my arm and made a sling to put around my neck. It was hard to eat a pop tart with one arm, at least trying to open it without making a mess, later today we went to the store, I had to push the cart around without running into anything and put stuff into the cart. Tomorrow I will write my essay.

Had a fantastic time at the PMAA seminar this weekend and added bonus a few days a the beach. Made great progress on Friday with requirements however on Saturday & Sunday not so but all is good. Conclusion - - if I lived on a beach I might actually become a runner. Something about running in the sand with the waves crashing motivates me- -good time and distance so was very happy with that. Going to be a very busy week, know it will be crazy at work since I took two days off, one essay left and need to study more for the written test. Time is a ticking!!!

Today at church when I got dropped off I went into a game room where everyone was having fun and playing games. about four people were playing video games and the rest were either watching, or doing something else like pool. Five minutes later we had to go so we walked into a room and had a seat. The room wasn't too big, but we could all fit in perfectly. There were lots of seats and I sat in the back row with some of the other sixth graders. After they showed us a quick video we headed to our other rooms and our teacher talked to us about people who believe in different things and how people have had to debate about their beliefs. Next I went to go to my mom and we went together into her church to hear the pastor preach. Then we picked up my brother,...

My wife hosted a bridal shower at our house today for one of her friends. I was banished upstairs with the dogs for at least 4 hours. But I got some good food out of it, and also got to watch a Panthers victory! Always helps to make a Sunday great!

Today me and my mom went to church. Then my grandparents took care of me while my mom went to work. Then my dad picked me up. Dove me home. I typed an essay and that was it.

Today has been a good day, let me tell you what I have done. Today we woke up and me, my brother, dad, and mom watched Tomorrowland. It had a lot of action, and history and great story. And yesterday I was doing my special needs challenge and when I was done with it was so good to be able to talk. Then it was so good for them to understand me and it was so good to speak again. today was awesome I slept in and then I got ready to go to sky high with my friend luke.  After we went to sky high we went back to the house for me to go to a party at my friends house it was really finer did a bunch of crazy stuff. The first thing we did was just talk and hang out and once it got dark we played man hunt around the naboorhood it was really fun. After that we went back to his house and played with heiliom baloons and made our voices go high.  After that we just hung out and  at cake and my friend witch was his b-day he stuck his face in the cake and that was my awesome day.

So today was very busy. Actually it was really annoying in the morning too. Well we wake up then drive to find a parking lot close to my big sisters dorm and close to t,he student center. Then we're half way there and my mom remembers that she forgot a pass so we walk back to the parking lot and try to find our car. Exept we can't find our car. We spend an hour (I'm not exaggerating, we saw the time) trying to find the car. We had been looking in parking deck 7 and 8 then we realise to look in 9, yeah then we find it. First try. It was really annoying. Then we get to the car, and we can't find the ticket things. I feel like crying. Same with my mom, she's frustrated. We're both frustrated. But my sister isn't because she isn't paying attention. Actually...

Today I did all of my daily requirements and played with my baby brother. After that I ate lunch and played for a little while. And we went out for dinner. i had a fun day today.

ughh i walked sooo much today! so first, we woke up at like 8, than parked the car somewere, and went to go get breakfast at the student services.but, we forgot to take the passes. than we went all the way back to the car, but my mom went straight, when we were suppoesed to turn right, and we got all mixed up. with what floor is the car on? what building is it in? and there were 3 buildings. so it was really nice. than we ate breakfast, my mom went to a student meeting sort of thingy, and we(heloise, yseult and i)went to the library. than we went to the football game, that was really fun. exept that it was raining. than we went to a barbeque, than we went to another library, where we just slept. and my sister took a video of me sleeping. than we went...

Wow! What a great weekend so far! The PMAA seminar in Myrtle Beach was great! It was the first time I did the Friday night seminar, and Saturday morning. I learned a lot, and had a great experience. Even though my wrists are definitely feeling it, what an awesome time!

Today I spent 3 hours at the Do jang working on requirements with Tyler, we got alot done. It was raining all day so spent the rest of the day relaxing. Hope to work out again sometime, it was great!

Another rainy day for a walk, not as I expected it to turn out. I wish that it didn't rain because then there wouldn't be so much mud on the ground. Luckily we wore our rain coats so most of our body would be protected from the rain. But even with all that rain I still enjoyed the walk with my mom and brother. I also can't wait for my dad to come home tomorrow. On our walk the ground was very muddy and I tried not to step in the mud, but at least I came prepared with my sandals so they can get wet and my tennis shoes would get wet so I also came prepared for that too. But besides all that my walk was pretty nice.

Today I did a lot of requirements because I know I am not going to have a lot of time next Saturday because of the test. We didn't go anywhere because it is raining outside. I also studied my written test. Have all the answers now.

Today I am doing the special needs challenge, chose mute. It is so frustrating and annoying to not be able to talk. A few minutes ago we ate Breakfast. Now I am watching the hero show Hero Reborn and the old one Hero. It is a cool show and interesting too. Anyways I think today is going to be a good day. I can not wait for tomorrow. See you. Bye.

...and my parents are making me do a journal. I wanted to go watch TV but I have to do this first. The benefit to doing it now is that I don't have to come back and do it tonight. I had fun sleeping. We had a half day today! Immediatly after school we drove to chapel hill to see my older sis. It was fun. We ate at bojangles. I really do not like fast food meats, for my opinion, it's pretty disgusting. We than met up with heloise and we met her boyfreind, than we talked to her room mate Christina, but we new her before. Than we went at target and spent over 200$ on stuff that my older sister needed. Over all, today was very fun. I hope you had a nice day too!

I just learned that my sister is like the rudest person ever. I mean like we're supposed to reminde each other to email someone and she does it and doesn't reminde me. I mean like come on? She lost my trust.

Today I was doing the mute challenge and I was so close to finishing. I was playing a game and there were a lot of cheaters so I started yelling at them. I was at King Tiger and a girl heard me so started yelling that I had talked. Mrs. Debbie heard this and told Mrs. Jen. Since I didn't make it I'm going to try the one hand challenge for half a day. I think I'll do that challenge tonight while I sleep. Good night.

Great day today with lots of progress on the tkd front. PMAA this evening and I survived - - -lot to absorb - - and some actually stuck. Looking forward to tomorrow.

today was fun because it was Friday.  Today I had a literacy test it was really rays I think I got a hundred.  Then in math I had a test but didn't get to finish it but she lets us do it another day. Then in science we did a experiment and it was really cool they had a cup and a postit note inside of it and the air block out all the water an the post it's isn't get wet!!  It was really cool then in social studies I had a test for the whole period!! It was so boring but I got a good grade.  When I got home I ate tacos for dinner and they were good.  When we finished dinner we played a game we didn't get to finish it but it was fun.  That was my day..

Today I did all of my daily requirements and went to school today. After that I just chilled because it was a friday and played some xbox at my fiends. And then I ate dinner with my family. I had a fun day today.

Today I got requirements done at the open 5:00-6:00 class and had lots of fun working on kicks, poomsae's, and self-defense with everyone that had showed up. I also went running with my friend Tyler.

My final walk was with my mom and brother. My dad left to train at Myrtle Beach so he could get to level ten for Philippine Combative. I just can't wait for him to come home and tell me about what he did. So we started our walk and the rain stopped and we were just walking on the gravel talking and having a good time. We entered Canterbury Rd. where the gravel road was left behind. We started to climb the short hill then go straight. After that we entered Surry Rd. and when we got to the end we turned around but that's when it started to rain. My mom was not very happy but my brother was excited and started to run. We then all ran trying to get back to the house before the storm drenched us. We finally made it safely home after about .3 miles....

Today, i did my empathy training essay. It was hard! I cant believe people have to be like that every day. Well besides that, i went to Walmart to get some things.

Today I was mute the whole day. I was lucky that I had a half-day, but I still had to be mute when I came home. Since I was mute, I could still do my requirements which was good. I finished my essays.

We had a teacher workday today. There was training in the morning, but the rest of the day was chill. It was nice having a break from the students. I should probably get more work done. I will live.

Getting ready to travel to Myrtle Beach for PMAA testing for my 3rd Lakan.Not nervous, just not looking forward to the whole deal.

We had testing on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm very pleased to see everyone do so well. The school is growing slowly, but it's growing. It's nice to get hugs by the little students. They make it worthwhile.

Today I had to get a shot. Ugh. It's one of those things that, you have to get 3 shots over a year. I think it like prevents this sort of cancer. I dunno. This actaully hurt more than the normal shot. It made my arm sore and hurt reallllly bad after. :p. School was fun, tomorrow is a half day! Because I had to get my shot at 4, and piano at 6:30 till 7:30, piano was right smack in the middle of both tkd and swimming.have a nice weekend!(I'm going to UNC to visit my older sister)

Today at school was not a very good day. During Language Arts class we had to about 50 problems. Then in Spanish class we were suppose to play a traditional Latin American game, but people were loud so we had an essay on traditional Latin American games. Finally in Social Studies class my class was loud again so we had another essay, this time on the refugee crisis in Europe. It didn't end there, at home my mom said that we were not going camping this weekend because there was a 90% chance of rain. She said the next time we could go camping is maybe earliest Spring and latest Summer. That was my bad day.

Tonight during black belt class I lead the first part of the warm-ups. I was very excited as I walked to the front of the class. I smiled a little while walking up and didn't feel nervous at all. I was ready to tackle this task and complete it to the end. I had a great time leading and used my loud voice to echo across the room so everyone could hear me. After I was finished I jogged back feeling proud of what I've done and thinking about that at the end of class I would get the requirement signed off.

todaywas pretty easy I went to school and I just went to the room and  did all my stuff when I got to my first period we could get this test signed and get extra points so I got it signed and got extra points.  When I finished school I got total Kwon do and had snack and did all my homework it wasn't much it was pretty easy.  When class started o lined up in the back like I was saposed to because him doing the white belt challenge this week.  So far it's pretty fun and that was my day.

Today, i went to school. i was happy because tomorrow was no school! I also did an essay and went to help out in the family class.

Today was the testing for striped belts. Everyone did great! Congratulations Leah on getting your Bocho!!!!!

Today i went to school and got time to finish my homework in class and i did finish it in class. So i had no homework for the day. I then took Spanish class at the end of the day. Which was fun! I am currently in Spanish 2. Then i went home and took time to make my belly full. I got spaghetti and that was mm mm good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I am going mute tomorrow as my disability for the day. My school teacher said that I could just write down what I need to say on a piece of paper. I'm nervous because I think it will be hard to for the whole day. My brother mentioned that he remembered a girl named Miranda going mute for her black belt cycle. I think I will miss talking the most at lunch and recess. All the other parts of the day will be pretty good except for when I work in a group if I have to explain things to other people.

Art class is killing me, i cant think of any collage ideas, and i have to make two of them!! What am i going to do. The funny thing is that i can help all my friends with their collage project, but i cant think of anything. I'm really close to just sticking a dog's head to cat's body, Art.

Today was the same old day as everyday. I got to school, we had our classes, had lunch, specials, recess, and went home. Then I went to King Tiger and helped out with class. Then my mom picked me up and took me home. We had dinner and now we are just chilling.
