Candidate Journals

Today was a good day. We mainly hung around the house. I did go to Freeport Maine in the afternoon and walked around the outlets. It was nice to get out of the house for a while. My mother is slowly recovering from her heart attack and the week in the hospital. I am looking forward to another restful day tomorrow. Hopefully the temperature will get out of the single digits and I can go for a run. Looking forward to coming back to Charlotte and seeing everyone at class.

Today was the last day of quarter two and I am surprised that I got all of my work done on time. The amount of work that they made us do was just ridiculous. I really want it to snow over the weekend, but if it messes up the schedule for midterms, I will not be too pleased.

Today I went to school and helped out with family class and also I took Black Belt class. I worked on my colored belt self-defenses and bo cho self defense. And also special #1.

Today I woke up and got ready for school, at school I had a math test and I hope I did good on it.  After school I went to TKD and went on a run.  Next was black belt class and then I went home and had dinner.  At home I did my requirements and took a shower.  Now i'm doing whatever.

Nate has been sick and I have been traveling. We missed class tonight. I do not like missing Friday's BB class. It sucked. I saw Grandmaster Evins was there again and I was upset we missed it. Nate was sick and Trish was with Lexi... so I had to stay with Nate. Plus he would have been upset if I went without him. He is getting better but just cannot kick the cold. We need to go tomorrow. Good work week... busy but good. Weekend is here and need to press through and catch up some. Keep moving!!! 

Not feeling well. I have been sick but getting better. I missed school and classes. I feel very behind. I hope to go to class tomorrow and get some stuff done. 

So, today  I went to school and did a test. After I had Spanish class that was amazing!

I'm staring at the screen, and for once, I got nothing. It was not a productive day and not much in the way of requirements. But, still breathing and kicking. So tomorrow will be a refocus day and get back into the swing of things. Enjoy the little things in life. 

I had a good day. School was fun. I did some of my requirements in the evening. Then I watched. While I was watching my dad came home. Then we went to go to basketball. Then I ate dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today in TKD after BBC me and master Weeks helped me out with my taekwon il and ye. master Weeks also helped me to get my requirments complete and assisted me. I am behind in my requirments but hopefully if I work hard I think ill be able to complete it.

Yesterday was a long day. I came home from school. Have tons of homework. Went to class and got my leadership credits. Did my mentee session and mentor session. Waiting for the bus now to go to school. Today is Friday. 

The end of a long week. I have been in Maine for the past six days. My mother was released from the hospital today after having a heart attack. We are excited she is out of the hospital, however, continue to be concerned that she continues to get better. I'm sticking around for the next couple of days. Then, if things go well, back to Charlotte. Hopefully see all of you soon.

School started this past Tuesday and it has already become stressful! Professors really do think that their students are free and having nothing else to do but homework. Since Tuesday, I've been coming straight to TKD after school and helping out with all the classes. Atleast it gives me a chance to kick out alot of my requirements, especially my leadership credits. Hopefully this semester and the cycle get easier down the line. Hope everyone is enjoying their day and their cycle!

This has been a very busy week for me. I haven't had time to do anything other than homework. I don't understand why teachers give us work today that we have to complete for the last day of the quarter, which is tomorrow along with other work that is all also due tomorrow. There is not enough time. But I got to walk my history teachers dog today. She brings him everyday and he is a very good dog.

Today I woke up and went to school, I had a good day then I went to TKD then took sparring class.  I then went home ate dinner, then I took a shower.  After that I did my homework.

I had a good a day at school. After school I went to code ninja's. After coming home I worked on my study guides a little bit. And I am going to bed now. I am going to start focusing to prepare for pretest.

Today I spent almost the entire day reading. Since we had benchmarks and I finished. I'm currently reading the Matched series, I'm on book 3.  I hope everyone has had a good day!

All, not really fast. I just feels like I'm running on fire. There are so many things I need to be doing it seems, and not enough hours in the day. That feeling like I forgot to do something, or contact somebody, and so forth. This will be short because I need to get some rack cards on order. Then check on the marketing gear, make sure the landlord approves our sign, and yada yada yada. So much. But it's also a thrill. There's just something about being on fire. Figuratively for you one dimensional folks. The old business is getting busy, which is not what I want right now. I'm still in the process and will be for awhile of training my replacement. I came home from school today and ate a snack, practiced guitar and got ready for sparring class today. Sparring class was really fun; I came home and did my requirements. I've finished my homework now and am getting ready for bed. I've had an uneventful day, usually those are the best days. 

So as I finally get to relax outside tonight in the hot tub, the sky was crystal clear and Orion (the constellation) was right above me. I don't place any value in the constellations besides there cool looking, but I remember something from my military orientation days. Orion's bet actually points east and west. So, if your ever a little lost and can't get a gps signal, check out the stars and at least you will know which wrong direction you are heading. 

Yesterday was a long and tiring day. From school i went to my classes and from there to Tae Kwon Do. Got a little early. Got in my leadership credits and finished my mentor session. After that I finished all my requirements while i was waiting for Kick Boxing to begin. It was very tiring but fun

Today I woke up and went to school we didn't do much and even watched a movie in second period because it was an early release day.  After school I helped out at TKD and went on a run. I then went home, ate dinner and started my homework. I took a shower now I am writing this

I had a good day. I went to school today. I finally had science. The topic was magnet's. I had a lot of fun. I discovered that a paper clip can float using magnet's. In the evening I went to Taekwando. I did three classes! Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today I went to school and it was a early release day!!!!! The best days ever, so when I got home I did my physical requirements. Then I ate some lunch.

Today I had a half day like mostly everyone else. The only best thing about my half day was just going home early and waiting for the next day to come.

Today was a half day in school. We played soccer at recess, and got off the bus at 2pm. We had a relaxing evening and played a game of Yatzee. And finally we ate a dinner of spaghetti and meatballs. It was delicious! I finished the day with my exercises.

today we had a half day, it was great. I had to go to the orthodontist though and that wasn't much fun but over all a good day.

Yesterday was another good day. I came back from school. Went to classes. Got a lot of sparring rounds. Came back home and finished my homework. Getting ready for school now. See you all in the evening

TODAY WAS A FREE DAY yesterday i had my first basketball game but we lost 23.30. After that I went to the leagion restaurant it was fun we were there for almost 3 hours.after that i got ready to go to my friends house it was fun we played Fortnite,stayed up till midnight, and watched videos for the half of the night.we also played Fortnite in real life we won.then after we went to bed at midnight the next day we woke up at 7:15 and played Fortnite.after we played Fortnite and had breakfast we went to lacrosse practice it was fun but I twisted my ankle and won the scrimmage i got the winning shot.so tomorrow morning starts of a new week so enjoy your week.

Yesterday I had a mentee and mentor session. Today I didn't take any classes and yesterday I also started my White Belt Challenge. 

I started my White Belt Challenge and I wouldn't call it hard. The only thing that was confusing was since I was the only white belt in my class I forgot what I know and don't know.

Today I learned a valuable lesson that will stick with me my whole life. Today I woke up, got ready for school. On the bus ride me and my friend play Hill Climb Racing (remember this it is important). Got to school and it was going normal and then when it came to recess something happened. And I learned that what happened on the bus helped lift up there day. And that story was when we failed so hard that we were laughing. Even when others were making fun of us. So the lesson was that your fails can bring you down but bring someone up from laughter. But they can also make yours's and your friends day up.     

Today I woke up and my ears were clogged and painful so I rested until later in the day after doing chores to go to the doctor.  They said I had an ear infection in both ears and had to get a prescription.  I came home did my homework and im about to take a shower.

I came home sick today from school. Not feeling good. Took some medicine and finished homework. I missed tae kwon do class tonight but I am tired. I am going to bed. 

Today was a great day because I got a 100 on my benchmark exam. After I came home from school I did my requirements and then went to King Tiger.

Hello folks, what a day right? It was one of those days where you want to just lay out in a hammock and relax. Unfortunately, I had to go to Ikea instead. Bought some furniture for the school and went to pick t up. Fortunately, they have a pretty good system and I just pulled up to the pickup area and got the stuff. Brought it to the school and dropped it off. No assembly today, it's Sunday and I want to send the last day of the boys Christmas break with them. They had the longest break ever it seems. No complaints here. Didn't have to get up early and make breakfast, pack lunches and drop off. Well, back to it tomorrow. Trent decided to take the 4 wheeler out today, and learned a valuable lesson. I had a good day. I had a good day at school. After coming home I finished my requirements for the day. I had a 5:25 class today. And I did my leadership credit 1 and 2. I also did my first menteeing session. Then I had dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today was stressful. I had to do my excersizes early in the morning because I had band class early and had two classes after school. Plus to top it all off I got lots of homework.

Today I went to school and learned about percentages. Also I went to the 5:30 class and then I went to sparing! Then finally I came home and ate a meal of chicken and posted vegetables and my dad is still in main and I can't wait till my grandma gets better.

Still in Maine, working our way through a difficult decision with my mother and her heart attack. Tonight we will decide on bypass surgery vs multiple stents, Everyone at the hospital has been great. We are glad to be close to their home in a great hospital. Still doing some of my daily exercises. Hopeful to be able to continue the cycle when I return. To be continued.

Seemed like I started out of the gate running today and didn't stop until now. Worked with the guy who is buying my business and it was a great first impression. Thank you God. Had to remember to pick up the kids from school and get back into that routine again. Class schedule changed so Trent wasn't able to take class but he really enjoyed helping out. I have to get up early for Bible study so this will be a quick one. Sleep well King Tiger peeps.

This morning was not the typical Monday morning at my School. As we were changing classes from homeroom to first block, we saw the chorus/band teacher on his bike, ridding around the school, shouting "Wheeee!" Defiantly not a normal morning.

Yesterday was another good day. I had PE in school. Got a lot of my physical requirements done. Then went to class and got my leadership credits. I also worked with my mentee. I did kick boxing for the first time and it was awesome and fun. It was also very tiring. Bus comes in 10 mins

Today was fun, I did well in school and did my requirements when I got home. I soon found myself helping my family prepare dinner for a family friend that came over for dinner today. After dinner I finished my homework, which luckily I didn't have very of, then I practiced guitar. Now I'm writing this and am winding down to sleep for tomorrow.

Today I woke up and went to school, there was no tests so it was alright.  After school I went to TKD and took class.  After I went back home and had dinner.  I then did homework, some requirements and took a shower.  Now i'm going to go to sleep soon.

Today's been pretty quite and very unproductive, at least until recently. After a good meal I finished up my homework for Monday. With my requirements out of the way this morning, I had plenty of free time. For my new skill for the cycle I decided to learn the guitar, today I made a very large leap in my ability to play the instrument, I've finally begun to be able to switch between a few cords fairly well and am hopefully on track for mastering the first of many songs in the future. 

It was not a terrible Monday. I went into the Charlotte office this morning to meet with some people, and come to find out that the people are already really busy (even after I booked time and they accepted it), and it turns out that what was supposed to be a whole day in the office, I got about 30 minutes with them. So, I left and came home to work remote the rest of the day. Waste of a trip to Charlotte office, but it is what it is. Got home and did some work, had lunch and then finished the day. My daughter Kara actually cooked dinner this evening. I tend to kid her on cooking ability but she said she has been cooking stuff at college, so I said, cook something and I will buy the groceries. She made dinner this evening. Chicken Alfredo. It was really good....

I had a good day. In the morning I went to the testing to get into a new school. After lunch I went to my first basketball game. We won our first game. Yay !! Then in the evening I got my miles in along with some of the other requirements. After that I went to go shopping at Walmart. Then I ate dinner. Since I didn' t get my watching time I watched after dinner. I am going to bed now.

Hello, Today was beautiful, finally. It seems like I haven't seen the sun in weeks. Today started with me dragging my kids to sparring class. Great class and a great workout. Did a little helping with family class, then attended black belt class. Lot of folks showed up. Love Master Hartle's classes. She's fun. Afterwards, had a really good meeting with a young man who wants to buy my current business, as I transition to the new King Tiger school. Great guy, enthusiastic and smart. It was the family member of a friend so I didn't have to go through all the loco yokos online. Went home and enjoyed my afternoon. Went for a run and punched a dog. Sorry dog lovers, he had it coming. There are some strange dogs on our road and they seem to be getting a little too territorial lately as me and my boys go...

Today was a busy day and I did not get much of my requirements done. I helped make breakfast, then did a lot of homework. Then I made a hat for this sweet little girl that I babysit. After that I helped rake the leaves and take down the Christmas decorations outside and went for a walk. When we got home I did more homework and my grandma came over for dinner. if only Monday was a part of the weekend.

I had a good day. I completed homework before breakfast. I helped out with some cleaning. Then I worked on some of my requirements. After lunch I had my watching time. In the evening I completed the remaining of my requirements. During dinner I watched the end of Philly-Chicago game. It was exciting. I am going to bed. 

Yesterday was a good day. Most of the day I was working on my assignments. Once i finished those, i did my requirements and then went to bed. Now i am almost ready for school. Bus comes in 30 mins. See you all soon

I flew to Maine last night because my mother is having a heart attack and is in the hospital in Portland, near where I grew up. It is winter here, and cold and dark. Very fitting atmosphere for a scary personal event. I trained in the medical center where she is receiving her care. Everyone at the Hospital is great, I feel very comfortable with her providers, which is reassuring. She will have a diagnostic and possibly therapeutic procedure this afternoon. Trying to remain positive.

Thursday: First mentor session with Master Cavazos! Lucky to have someone like him to be mentoring me. It will be hard and involve a lot of sweat, but thats what is required when going for a 4th dan!   Friday: Master Knight was feeling well so I taught the Junior Tiger class! All I can say is that teaching that class involves a lot more energy than taking sparring class! Other than that, I spent the rest of the day mainly out with friends and creating my meal plan   Saturday: Sparring in the morning and then black belt class afterwards! It was fun to get back into sparring class. I had forgotten what it felt like to sweat and then at the end lay on the mats all sore and in pain XD Black belt class was fun and actually got a lot of black belt curriculum done!   Sunday...

Today I went to church with my mom and my little sister. The speech was about equality and acceptance in-between everyone, no matter where they come form or who they are. I though this was interesting because the the priest put it, it was so poetic and perfect but this is much harder to achieve in real life. The speech was nice and pretty but it was about an ideal world to which we are working towards, not the present day. I just thought this was interesting and wanted to write it out. Have a good day.

Today I woke up, had breakfast then some family came over.  Then my parents went to hang out with some friends so I ran and did requirements.  Next I had dinner and played some basketball.  Now i'm writing this journal.

Today was a boring day. I didn’t really do anything except for my requirements and read some books. I am NOT looking forward to going back to school tomorrow and I don’t want to acknowledge the fact that I am. So I hope that everyone had a good day! Goodnight!

It was a good day. Spent most of the day at King Tiger and doing TKD. We worked on many new items and learned some new stuff. But the afternoon was the best part. It is the last Homecoming dance for Lexi and it was great to see her getting ready with her friends. She has a great group of girls that have been together for many years. It has been crazy to watch them all grow up. My daughter is not the little girl any more. She hasn't been for many years but it is becoming more apparent. It is great to see them grow, but they don't need me as much as before. Daddy is not a big part of their life... the "their" is both my daughters. Kara is my oldest and in college. Lexi is a senior in high school. Obviously I still have Nate... but these...

I had a fun day today, I finished my daily requirements early. After a short trip around town for some errands I spent the majority of my day with my brother, who is leaving to go back to college early in the morning. He only comes home on the long breaks so it was really nice to see him and be able to spend time with him.

If there's such a thing as a good work day, I guess today would be one. Felt like I got a lot done today. I hung the banner advertising the new school, on the side of the building. That wasn't pleasant in the rain near the top of a 24 foot ladder. I can safely say, my comfort with tall ladders is diminishing. All I can think of is how long the recovery period would be if I fell. I don't bounce well. Enough whining, off to better things, like we got the permit today, and I figured out how the phone system worked. And of course, I painted some more. The mats should be coming in next week, flags are on order, still need to change out the front door, the list goes on. Sparring class tomorrow, so something else to look forward to. Yesterday was a tiring day. I went to North Charlotte in the morning. We did Sparring class. After that I got my leadership credits by helping and leading warm ups for Family Class. After that we had Black Belt class. We did a lot of stick and staff forms. 

Today I went to Black Belt class and practiced my poomsaes and my staff form. Then short stick form 1.

Today I woke up then ate breakfast, next I went to Black Belt class at North Charlotte.  After I went home, ran, played basketball then did some requirements.  I then went to a family friends house and had some fun. Now we are back home and about to go to sleep.

Today my family was watching my neighbors dog. We took her and our dog on a long walk. When we got her home, all she wanted to do was to lay under the trampoline. It was a very nice day though. A little too warm for winter.

Today was a tiring, yet fun day. I had sparring classes in the morning, right after that I helped out with  family class, and then I had black belt class. However, I got to hang out with a really good friend of mine.

I had a good day. When I went to school I did math and I got 100% on it. The rest of my school day was good to. I did my exercises in the afternoon. In the evening I went to the 5:30 Weekday BBC at Lake Norman. After dinner I practiced basketball before going to bed. I am exited for my basketball game tomorrow. I am going to bed now.  

Well, just got back today from our families Christmas vacation. We went up to Pigeon Forge for five days, which tested my personal boundaries all week. I am not a crowd guy. I'm the guy who searches for every exit as soon as I get five unknown people in close proximity of me. But as a dad, one has to get over stuff like that (at least make an effort). So Sunday, Monday and Tuesday was a zoo. So Monday, I took the boys and rented ATV's and went to this guided trail ride. It was fun but a little slow. Afterwards, me and the boys found this awesome trail in the Smokeys with this incredible waterfall. Got 4 miles as well. Turned out to be a beautiful day. Today was a busy day. First went to family class. Then helped out with the little people class. Then to Master Evans for the Black Belt class. Home with the kids. Played a game of Life with Anna. Then headed into work for the night. Hopefully a low key day tomorrow.

Got ready for BBC weekend, and family class. Came home did requirements. Ate dinner, Know writing this.  

Today I had got my living wax museum.after that I got some Fortnite names.after school i went to the hartles school for Friday black belt class.it was fun but we did not get to do bostaf or sticks.and tomorrow i have my first basketball game i hope i win so happy end of week.

I had a good day yesterday. My mom's uncle left and went home back to Canada. We had a good time with him. After school had Tae Kwon Do and then went for my next class. Came home very tired. Now getting ready for sparring and BB class with Master Evins.

Today was my first day back from school since the break. It was nice being able to see all my friends and teachers again, although skeptical about what the new semester brings, I know that I will be able to handle anything that it throws at me. My brothers have come home from college for the break; I impatiently awaited spending my time with them as I arrived home. 

My second day back to school from the break. My teachers have abandoned their lax methods with attempts to start us into full overdrive for finals in May. I took my first kick boxing class today at King Tiger, very exhausting but none the less I really enjoyed it. 

Good day all things considered as my first day back. It was also the first day back for the kids. Nate was tired when I picked him up from school, and it took some pushing by me to get him motivated to do our exercises and requirements before TKD classes tonight. We did some ladder drills tonight with Master Marcus at Sparring. It is awesome watching all the young adults and kids do the ladder drills. I do not have great rhythm but something I am working on. Luckily it appears that Nate inherited his rhythm from his mom and not me. I was very proud of him to do the ladder drills. I did pretty good, but lost the rhythm a few times and I have to work to get it back. But I do like working on them as they do help me with sparring. But it does amaze...

I had a good day. It was my first day at school after the holidays. I rocked on math because I was the first one to finish and I got everything correct. The rest of my school day was great to. When I got home I finished some of my requirements. Then I watched my normal watching time. Then I had dinner. Then me and my dad went to the 7:30  Taekwando class after that. I got my weekday black belt class done in my notebook. I am going to bed now.

Today I woke up and stayed at home because I broke out in hives, I went to the doctor and go a shot in my butt.  Next I had lunch and then went to my stepsisters basketball game,  her team won 66 to 51.  Then I came back and took a shower.

It was a good but long night. We started with kick boxing class with Master Marcus, then we did a mentor session with Master Marcus, and then we had Black Belt class. It was hard but we learned some new stuff. Then we came home and ate dinner. I was hungry. I at a bunch and then watched some tv. I then went to take shower and now writing this. I am tired and will sleep soon. 

Although this was a short work week, I am happy it is Friday. Just starting to get back into the normal swing of things at home. Getting up early and getting kids out for school. It is really only Nate, and Lexi gets herself out, and Kara is home now from College but self-sufficient (for the most part). It was a pretty good Friday. Next week is the real test. Full week. We had a challenging night at King Tiger. Nate and I went to kick boxing and then did a mentor session with Master Marcus. Then onto Black Belt. Grandmaster Evins ran out BB class tonight and it was great but challenging. We learned some new self-defenses (at least they were new to me) that we need to know for testing so it was good to practice them. I am finding our new self-defenses to actually be pretty fun and...

Hi! Today was a good day since I finished my essay that I had to write in reading class.  I also got a 100 on my science project!

today I went to school and learned about how the Egyptians mummified people! Also we went to the black belt class and did a ton of pushups! then we had pizza for dinner!

today was great I got my ELA team to start doing real work, I got a 94 on a chemistry exam, and had a great class with Grand Master Evans.

Woke up today and went to work. After work went to Black belt class with Charlie and Anna. It was a surprise to see Master Evens, we did a lot of pushups. Not going to lie, it was nice to have the pushup portion over. Then came home to a quiet night of pizza and a movie with the family.

Today was the first day back in 2019 it was fun we had chocolate.after school I did 20 more requirements then after that I’m on my way to basketball practice and I might have to do a  scrimmage .so we can win 

Excited and happy to be back in class! Actually missed the smell of rubber mats and the sweaty air. Green stripe today so knocked out a lot of my kicks in between classes. Excited for the new year and the new curriculum that we have planned! Went to the gym and knocked out a couple more of my physical requirements, but with college starting back up next week, im going to have to tweak my schedule just a bit.  Hope everyone has had a good start to their new year!

I had a good day. My nanny came after a few days. I built a fort in my room out of blankets. I read my science book. I learned a lot like CO2 means carbon dioxide, CH4 means methane and H2O means water And I memorized some of the periodic table. I was reading almost the entire morning. I played MONOPOLY with my nanny after lunch. Then I went back to reading. I went to Code Ninjas after that. I watched my normal watching time then I finished almost all of my requirements before dinner. I am going to bed now.

Today I had to go back to school. It was a fairly good day. In Spanish we moved seats last class and now its one of those awkward silences during the entire class. Also in art we get to make a dress or tux out of recyclable materials. My group chose to do a dress and my friend is the model. The whole group compromised one a dress. He wanted something with empty cans so that he can call it "light weight armor". I think its going to turn out ok.

Happy late new year! Today I was tired of standing because after black belt class my dad came late so I had to wait for a while. When I came home at 9 o Clock I ate my dinner and here I am after what I did just writing my log.

Today was my first day back from school since the break. Yesterday was a long and tiring day. I had school. I came back at 3.45pm and was really tired. I took a small nap and then headed out for my classes from 4.45pm. Then went to class and led and helped 6.15pm class. After that i worked with my mentee. My brother had to finish his class before we reached home at 8.15pm. I literally crashed into my bed. Finished my morning requirements and getting ready for school now.

today was tiring!!!!! we did our exercises in the morning then did the 5:30 class THEN we did the sparring class and then we went back home to eat and go to bed. All in all a stressful day.

today I went to school and we learned about astronomy! It was an interesting lesson! then I went home and did my exercises and then went to the 5:30 class and we played a game! then we went to sparing class!! finally we went home and then went to bed!

Wow, today I did my workout in the morning, which I regret, now having gone to a regular class at 5:30, followed by Master Markus' sparing class. All in all an exhausting day. In between I took down the Christmas decorations, kind of sad having that season over. Hard to believe the school year is half over.

Today I woke up at taekwondo because of the new years eve party at there.  We had donuts then I went back to my moms house. I did some requirements then took a nap, after that I plaued some bo4. 

 Today I’m going to open up the tae kwon do school for the first time of 2019.but before I’m going to run.then we might go see a movie later then go back and go get some ice cream or donuts.then build a fort and play on electronics like FORTNITE. have a good day 

Today I helped out with the 3:15 class and the 3:45 class then took the 4:15 class. I'm getting better at running longer without stopping and keeping better track of my exercises. 

Wy family and I went to the movies again today. This time we saw the new Spider Man movie. As we were watching the trailers, the trailer for A Silent Voice popped up and I got so excited. Its an anime movie and its been released for about a year, maybe two. But it hasn't been released in theaters in the U.S. But Its finally here!

Happy New Year King Tiger Family!   After a late night with friends and slacking a bit these past few days, had to grind hard today. Woke up early to hit the gym and knocked out 4.5 miles before heading home to finish up my book essay. Trying out this new protein rich diet that target muscle growth/recovery so lets hope it works! Today is Tuesday, which means it was back and shoulders day. Focused a lot on my pushups and tried out different variations. Knuckle pushups, wide pushups, diamond pushups, etc.  overall, productive day. Can't wait to start class tomorrow!

This has been a great 10 days off from work. I have really enjoyed spending time with family. Tomorrow the kids are back to school and I head back to work. The good part is only two days and then the weekend. Next week will the real test. It has been really good to just unwind and forget about some of my real-world responsibilities a bit. Although we were very productive over the break on requirements. We have bunch still ahead of us and I am excited for 2019. Good times and a great year ahead. Keep moving.
