What a day!!! Ok with my results today but just ok, I should have done better. After classes got home and had to lay down for a bit. I was feeling ok this morning but after the run it hit me- - no- - no - -no I am not going to get sick, been fighting it all week. After I got up it was whirl wind trying to get rid of the sheetrock dust - -luckily one room is back to order now just hummmm a bunch more to go. Will need to run some errands tomorrow, also get my tree, then maybe I can split some time between requirements and the domestics.

Today, I had the written test and my physical test. I can't believe I passed! I felt really good. Then, I had a play date with my friend.

Whow got my physical done, finish my essays, when to my teams dance clinic, really fun day. My coach wanted mt to watch her daughter at the clinic, but she didn't want to dance, she would look at me dance and see every other little girl around her dance. she would just walk way, and lay down. At the end i just sat with her and watched the others dance. When the older girls dance to a hip hop they had turn and shake their hips, and the coach's daughter turn to me and say "I see the bootie" It was so cute

Today I had to do my physical and written test. First we had to find a partner, my partner was Jeeya. Then we did push-ups, she put her fist under my stomach and I would have to make my stomach touch for the push-up to count. I got 42 push-ups, after that she did her push-ups and got 50. Next was sit ups, I got 35 and she got 45. Next I did my 1 mile run and my time was 9:03. Finally we did our written test and was done.

Today I took my written and physical test and on my written test i got a 104%!!!! So yay me!!!! I just missed one question, but hey i got above a hundred so i cant complain. I passed my physical test to so also yay me!!!After the test and after the classes i went to lowes to get my shrub. The shrub has gold tips so it will remind me that the plants are priceless!!!

Today I did all of my daily requirements and played with my baby brother. We had our post-test today at 8:45 and we did our physical and written test. After that I went home and took some rest. I had a mentee session today so I practiced with my mentee for 15 minutes. I later found out that I passed the written test with a score of 102. I was so happy that I passed on my first try. To celebrate we are now going to eat pizza for dinner. I had a fun day today.

It was a great test today, I think everyone did a amazing job, congratulations to everyone for completing and making it through! Can't wait to finish all my requirements, it will give me time to focus on the new corrections in the poom saes and all the events coming up soon like the 5k, black belt retreat and the Aau tornament.

Whew! What a day so far! I improved on everything on the physical test today, WOO HOO! Still have to do my 4 mile run on Wednesday, but not worried about it. I also got a 99 on my written exam, so psyched about that too! I am going to pick up my fruit tree today, I just need to decide if I want to do an apple tree or pear tree...

Physical test and written test done. Essays, recommendations and testing applicatin turned in. Now to focus on creative form, curriculum, working with mentors and REQUIREMENTS!

Today was filled with victory and sweat. Got up at 6:30 this morning, ate breakfast, got to Master Evins at about 8:30. We did our physical tests then ran our mile. Then I finished my written test and score a 103%. Then after our weekend black belt class I finished off the afternoon with a great lunch at Jimmy Johns.

I gave my all today at the final physical test. I think I improved on everything. The time on my four miles was 41:17, much better than last time of 49:09. The first time I ran it, I did it very cautiously. The second time, I tried to get it under 40 minutes, but couldn't. We have the retreat in a couple of weeks and then the test!

Today was pretty easy I did all my morning stuff.  Then went to the bus stop and my friend was finally late because he usually gets to the bus stop right when the bus comes but his mom ended up taking him.  So that was funny when I got to school I went to locker break and I butterflied my friends locker the other day so he got me back because I left my locker wide open but it's not the first time I have done tagt

Today, I went to school and we watched a movie. It was awesome! But we didn't get to finish it. After that, i went to get a haircut. I had to do a lot of things when i got back from the haircut

Today I went to school and had a lot of fun in PE with one of my friends. I went to TKD and got a lot of stuff done. I also finished my last essay

Today was a normal day at school today. We had our classes, ate lunch, had specials, went out for recess, then we went home.

We had a really good Mentor Session and workout class with Master Shin this evening. I am so appreciative for his concern that we know our material and do well. I'm still nervous about tomorrow though. Kept dinner to a simple soup tonight so hoping for an easy AM. Essays are done but I've not received my drop box info yet, hope to get those send then I'm Going to bed early, See everyone tomorrow.

Today I did all of my requirements and went to school today. I am nervous about the black belt post test but I know I will do fine because I studied for the written exam. I know I will pass the physical test.

Today was great first off because it was Friday, we had our annual Barbeque fundraiser for the school. With our fundraiser going on we helped all day with packing the food and having a great time with friends.

Today me and my dad had lunch at Chik-fil-A. After we ate, I wanted to go into the kids area because I still like it a little. I was just under the height I had to be to go in. When I went in there were a lot of toddlers who couldn't get up the big steps to the slide. So I decided I was going to help. I helped out at least 6 different kids get from the bottom to the top. I also helped them get to other places that had big steps. I was so busy helping that I didn't get to do what I wanted to because I was just going around getting them to where they wanted. I put others before myself and enjoyed doing it.

Got my grade back for my hand drawing, we had to drawn hands gesture, I put a theme to my portrait. And I lived happily ever after with a 98

Had a great lesson with Master Chin this afternoon - -now lets see how much sticks. Decided to come home afterwards to work on requirements & study to find we had no power. Yup one of the big tree's that went kaboom was our neighborhood. At that point I said it was a sign - -got fur ball and went for a pedicure - -she loves going - -it's that vibrating chair - -then stopped for take out sushi. She likes sushi also- - mama does not get any of the steak on the steak taki roll. Luckily by the time I fought thru traffic, got home, power was restored. Not going to be time for added requirements - -but that is ok- - time to study some more. Want to get everything laid out for tomorrow just in case we loose power again. Little concerned - -our house sits on...

Today I was doing the rest of my essays. It only took me about 30 minutes. I feel really good and relaxed once I got something important done.

I just finished a vocab quiz in SS, and I'm so exited for tomorrow! I'm coming earlier than everyone else, at like 8, beacuse i have my freinds Batmitzvah afterwards. I'm super exited for both things. I remember, this testing was really fun, and also a Batmitzvah seems so nice and a one in a lifetime thing! Have a good afternoon!

During yesterday's BB and PMAA class, it validated my thoughts on all of my training and progress. I feel I'm 90% ready. Julia and I need to work on our creative form, which is to be completed before the retreat. I'm at the point where students can ask me questions and I'm able to demonstrate or answer them with a high level of certainty.

I still have one essay to finish. Trying to study for my written test. Battling with my body, and trying to retain all there is to learn. Looks like we may get to run in the rain on Sat. I know I won't melt, just hope I can finish better than I did on the pretest. Still not much food today. I hate it when something I think won't bother me tears my insides up for days. It is so challenging. Today I was pretty sore from yesterdays class. Well that's all for now, running out of time before the midnight hour.

At school today I lost my pencil box to end up that two of my friends stole it at the end of the day. I had to got to the class that I lost and get it back. I also had a court case/debate on the Volkswagen emission cheat and I am the judge. My class didn't get to finish the court case/debate today, so we are going to finish up tomorrow. I had a Math test today on Algebraic Expressions, I am pretty sure I got a good grade. In Black Belt class we went over Bo Cho 1 Step, Basic Form 1 & 2, and Pawg Gwa Il. That was my day.

Had a late appointment tonight so wasn't able to make it to black belt class in time. Did make it to PMAA class and then worked with my mentor. The ankle is still sore but better everyday.

Today felt like a Friday and that was evil because I want it to be Friday so bad nut at the same time I don't because I want more time to do everything. I went tor all of the classes and ran afterwards.

Since next monday is the and of the first six weeks grading period in my school today was full of review for last minute testing so I have to study a lot.

Tonight in black belt class we worked on poomsaes and self-defenses. The poomsaes we did were Basic Forms One and Two, we also did Bo-Cho Dan One step self-defense. My partner was Diego and he was new to the self-defenses so I helped him out with 1-6. Master Evins also came over to see how we were doing and he helped Diego with his self-defense techniques. After black belt class my dad took me home.

Today, I studied hard for the test. I almost got all of them right when my mom asked me. I got 2 wrong. I went to Black Belt class. We played Tae Kwon Do jeopardy. I had a lot of fun! We did a lot of push ups

Can't wait until Saturday, it's going to be awesome. Today was all open classes, I took one because it's exercise week and I wanted to get a Sparing class. Tonight I ran again with Tyler, while it was raining a little and it was cold. I'm almost done with all my requirements , Yay!!

Today i went to school and i got to use the drill bit in my 4th period, and that was awesome!!!! Then i went to black belt class and got to play tae kwon do jeopardy. I got all answers right except for one, But overall i did awesome!!!! This one question master Evins asked me what the bars on the Korean flag are called, and i said the full answer because that's what i thought we had to do. Overall one of the best days!!!!!!!

Feeling under the weather today :( not sure if getting sick, combination of sheetrock dust and paint fumes or just ate something that did not like me. Will enter requirements tomorrow- -- which was not great. Went to dojang this afternoon, progress was very slow then left before adult class even started. Do not like these kind of days- - -hopefully can make up for it this weekend.

I now have all essays and recommendation letters uploaded to DropBox! Man, that is a great feeling! Next step is surviving Saturday! I definitely have some more studying to do on the written test, but overall I feel ready. Gonna need lots of Spark for the physical part!

Things are coming together! I'm finally getting a better grasp of all of the changes within our taeguk forms to align with Kukkiwon. I know my weapon requirements. I still need to become more proficient with my hapkido, but it's coming together!

If I had a mantra for myself it would be... Do what you can with exceeding effort and always pay attention to the details. 

TKD was a lot of fun today, I mentored an adorable kid,and in the second class Master Hartle my sis and i did hapkido. I never really realized that this could REALLY hurt someone. Like for number 14, when he like did the elbow stuff, my gosh! if you hipthrowed someone in the position....wooww..that would reallly hurt...it was a lot of fun overall. also, the physical is so soon! GN.

Ok anyway today was pretty fun. oooh tdk was actually really fun. Shout out to the Hartles for teaching so well hapkido. Ijust learned some more, up to 14 with Master Hartle. I don't want anyone to read this in a bad light but about hapkido, my siser and i have really flexible wrists, hands, elbows, and especially really flexible shoulders. so when we do hapkido we dont feel a thing usually when Master Hartle does a # to us, i think it was especially #11 or 12 it like was supposed to hurt but i could have slept there exept the fact that my face was on the ground and since Master Hartle had his foot or knee on...

Today at school we started doing the Medieval Times because we are going to the Renaissance Festival on October 14th. We were going over the Feudal System and the Social Studies teacher said everyone would get a role based on the Feudal System. There was one king/queen, four nobles, six knights, merchants, and then peasants. I wanted to be a noble, but instead I got a knight which was okay since that was my second choice. I even learned that scientist are trying to make new Supersonic car. In 1998, scientist made a Supersonic car that went about 755 mph. Now scientist are trying to make a new new one that can got to 0-1000 mph in 55 seconds and its mile time to be an astonishing 3.6 seconds.

Great Class tonight. We covered alot.. did alot. Running on little food today though so that was my wall. Going to have to call it a night. Start fresh tomorrow. Hope all are well.

We had a half day at school today, it was awesome when I came home I went to work on the last essay I needed then went to TKD. I took the first class then helped with the rest, It was fun to work with everyone and their exercises.

Today has been my best day with the ankle. I feel hopeful that it's going to be completely healed by the overnight test!

Had a great class this morning with SaBumNim and some of the other school owners/masters. Lots of poomsae. Re-learning them doing WTF style is definitely going to take some time, but there's not a lot of that left in this cycle! Did a mentee session with 1 of my 4 mentees. They are definitely keeping me busy, which is good! Saturday is almost here...

Tennis practice was tough today, one of my teammates forgot her tennis shoes and one girl had extra, but they were size 11, she was a size 7, so she asked could she use my shoes (I'm a 8.5) and i used the extra pair. i don't why i said yes, i guess i was trying to be polite, so i gave her my shoes. Then we had a match against each other to see who gets to be rank up, and i won, oversize shoes. I also worked on hand releases with my mentor. I have a probably with 7&8, i place my hands on the right spot, need to work on that.

We did nothing today. I had a normal day except for the fact that my mom came to my school and got Chick-Fil-A. Then i went to sparring class

Today in sparring class I did sparring class with Master Evins. First we lined up in the back and did some running and skipping. I learned how to slide off line and use a cut kick to throw off my opponent.

Great day at school i got alot of homework done. Im almost done with a project as well so i dont have to do anything this weekend besides tkd. I did some requirements too.

Today was a good day , let me tell you what I did. When I woke up I went straight to school. When I got to school we did Reading and then Math. After that we went to PE where we played dodgeball, so much fun. Oh I forgot it was early release, so instead of lunch we had the the rest of Math. And we had lunch and social studies after that. And then we where out of school, on the way home I went over my study guide for Saturday's TKD test. Now I am going to eat dinner at my grandparents' house, so see you tomorrow. Bye.

Today at school I got to leave early so I could come to Starbucks and get a snack and get two of my essays done. I did the Bo Cho Don Essay and my New Skill Essay. I am nervous about the written and physical tests this Saturday. I am more nervous about the written test because I don't have enough facts ready to go in my mind. I still need to learn a few things. I want to know more about Korean words and what they mean and how to say them so I'm not saying them wrong. I feel like. I know the 10 senior belt codes and the ordinal numbers. I also know why we wear a white uniform. We wear a white uniform because it allows our Sa Bum Nim to write knowledge on us as if we were a blank sheet of paper.

Time waits for no one. This Saturday, we'll have our final physical test along with the written test. Then after that, we only have FOUR more weeks till our black belt test. My students feel it's taking forever, yet they still want more time to get all accomplished. I feel the same way.

Up before the chickens this morning - - all essays complete, spell checked and prof read except for community service. Trying to focus on written test for Saturday but it's all jumbled in my brain right now so hope it can come out right. Plan to come home from work tonight and study but am thinking that trying to get some of this house back in order is going to take priority. Between the construction mess, sheetrock dust and upheaval it's hard to relax as I like everything in it's place- -it's no where near - -every room looks like disaster zone. When it's all done I will be a happy camper just do not like the process of getting there.

Trying to finish up the month strong! Throat is a little sore, it may be from shoveling water out of the back entrance while getting drenched. Thanks for all of our students that helped to clear the flooding!

Today before sparring class I hurt my shoulder and it still hurts to put pressure on but I can move it and I feel much better.

He ordered an X-Ray and fortunately there are no fractures. I just need to rest as much as possible, elevate it, ice it and keep it wrapped. It hurts quite a bit at night after being on it all day. Now it's time to rest.

Tonight in black belt class we worked on poomsaes and self defenses. We did Koreo, Sam Chang, and Chil Chang. After that we practiced our self defenses. There was also a new person that did Tae Kwon Do in Atlanta and came to our studio tonight. He was a First Degree black belt and was new to our type of style. For self defenses we did green belt and yellow belt. Then our class ended and the Philippine Combative class started.

today I went to school and it really felt like a Friday and I am ready for this week to be over. I went to all three classes and ran afterwards.

Today was full of a lot of work but I pushed through it. I thought the weather had a empact on everyone because I thought a lot of people were thinking a little slower than normal but it got better throughout the day.

Today was basically sad for me. I lost he cap of one of my favorite pens. I also missed a meeting that was important! I was very sad. Well besides that, I went to black belt class and i had a mentor session.

Got to the dojang earlier than normal again today. Worked on my creative form. It is almost complete! Also worked with Master Cavazos on Hapkido 1-32. Finished writing my last essay as well. Got a chance to also work with 2 of my mentees. Very productive day!

oooh...i just ate some pumpkin spice cheerios...really good...my mombought a whole bunch of pumkin spice things from trader joes. Today was fun, i had retakes in pictures, my first picture, i looked like a turtle. I tok PMAA, it was a lot of fun. we sparred with padded sticks. I hope you had a good day too!

My dog is laying on me! I love it. He is bigger than a lap dog but not as big as great danes. When my parents asked me what type of dog I wanted I said a dog that would lay in my lap. He is a mix between lots and lots of types. I think he might be part dalmatian, part basset hound, and part beagle. 100% mutt. And 100% adopted. :-) He is such a good dog I don't know why he was given to the shelter. He doesn't pull hard on the leash and he gets along with the cat but he sometimes thinks she is playing and he runs at her. She doesn't like that much. He seems to like it quite a bit.

I was able to do 2 minutes of whimpy jump rope last night. It hurt a bit so I did 15 seconds at a time. My leg is sore today, but I am hoping it isn't the jump rope. I will try again tomorrow.

Today was a good day, let me tell you what I did. This morning was stressing but we got through it, we were running late. When I got to school we started Reading and my mom was there to help. After that we had Math and Enhancements. This time I had music, and after that I had lunch. So now i am going to take class, have a mentee session and also sparring class, so see you tomorrow.

right now im in ss im bored im listening to Lana del Ray, working on this really annyoing and (shhhh) stupid project. its like called a farcebook about people like we have to create someones facebook account but like a historical character. me its Betsy Ross.

Cool day in class teaching a new white belt his basic kicks. It was a really good experience. Rain most of the day so I'm glad I got my run in the morning.

I am trying desperately to find balance, in so many areas. They days sometimes seem a blur. I looked up and realized that THIS week is Oct. It has come so quickly, One day at time... breathe!

Today I'm pretty sure was the best monday ever. We had our big prep rally and our rivalry game that we won 46-13

today was pretty easy u got up did all my morning stuff are a good breakfast and went to school.  After school i got on the van and went to tae Kwon do.  When we got there I ate snack.  After snack I went to do my homework I got all of it done except for at least 2 problems.  They were easy easy problems. When homework time was done I got dressed for class today I did a class helped with a a class and took another class so today was pretty easy.  Then I went home and ate dinner it was good I had spaghetti after that for desert we had apple pie that was good and that was my day

SO today was ok. I decided to wake up and start my white belt week. So that was pretty fun actually. did a lot of requirements in class today.

Today I was at school for a decade it felt like and I ran afterwards and got home at 9 to do homework.

Today I had to make up all of the stuff I missed on Friday which included three tests two homework assignments and a lot of other things so it was a long day.

Today after coming from school, my school bus hit a car. It just happened to be a kid who went to my school in that car. I was just a small dent, but the kid and his mom started screaming at my bus driver. The kid jumped out of the car and started yelling and than shouted at the bus driver. The mother was just the same, she screamed at my bus driver saying that she worked 10 years for the car which was a 2015 Mazda SUV. She than called 911 and I heard her scream what are you going to do about it on the phone. A firetruck, two ambulance, and about 4-5 police cars were at the scene. At first I thought it wasn't necessary to call everyone, but a firefighter explained to me why. A police officer then wrote down everyone's name and address. I called my...

Super busy Monday. I feel like my head is still reeling from just constantly going! Some days are like that. Not a bad day though. Got in another mentor session with Master Cavazos. Worked on Pal Gwe Il, Yi, Sam, Sa, and all of Oh! I'm almost to the point where I can do all of Oh by myself.....soon! I'm going to try to meet with him again tomorrow morning as well. Essays and recommendation letters are ready to go! Just 1 last essay to get typed up. Physical and written test is almost here!

Today me and my dad got Lacrosse sticks. After we got them we played with them in the driveway and with the new ball. The new ball is one of the bounciest balls ever. My dad got one of the goalie sticks which has a wider net. I got a regular stick. When my dad went to catch the ball he usually got it. When he threw it to me I would miss it. Yesterday I got some practice golf balls. I haven't been able to hit those yet because of the weather. I have my own golf tee that I did get to use with real balls the other day. Dad and I hit them around our yard. I want to start playing both of these sports but I will get through my black belt cycle first.

Today was a normal day. I went to school and when i came back, i did my requirements and went to hyper pro. Then, from there i went to Boy Scouts. Now it is time to sleep.

Today school was a little strange. We had our classes later than usual. But after school was the same. I ate snack, I helped with class, had leadership class, then I went home. I also had guitar practice today. And I went to Hyper Pro.

Wow what a sluggish day- -productivity not where I wanted it to be. Got to dojang worked on requirements, met with our mentor then took black belt and sparring class. Felt like I was in slow motion the entire time. Couple things are starting to click but others not so great. Going to take just one thing at a time.

I went to all classes today, I helped for two and took the red and up class. Its after testing so we have a exercise week, it's lots of to workout and watch others get to do the exercises also. I can't wait for next testing!

Today i went to school and came home nothing interesting won't be here Thursday or friday because ill be in Pittsburgh

today was nice, we had a big math test, and the teacher was suuupper vague teaching us the wighed averages(i dont even know if thats what they're called). Life is nice, as nice as a monday can be, im going to family class to help out and adult to take. I hope you had a fabulous day!-Alienor

So taday in ELA we had a library lesson. In science we had a notebook quiz. In SS we did a Sumer presentation. In math we did muliplying fractions. After I came home I ran a mile and times myself to see if I can run faster that my pretest time. I also went to Hyper at North Charlotte and helped a class.

Today was a very good day, let me tell you what I did. When I got there I did reading and math. After that I went to art where we started to make our own pirate map. After art we had lunch and we finish math from the morning and social studies. Then we have recess where I played with my computer because it was raining outside and then we left. Now after this i will go to Chick-Fil-A for spirit day at my school. And I can not wait for my tests on physical and written on Saturday. See you tomorrow. Bye

I love my cat. She's so cute, she decided to come up with my on my bed and install herself on my fuzzy blanket. All my cats love my blanket. Well anyways today I'm hoping to work hard and write an essay, ya.

Today was a not so bad rainy day with the Carolina Panthers win today and I'm almost done with my english project so today wasn't that bad.

This weekend was nice, to sum up, I went to UNC to visit sis, she's good, but she has a really bad throat thing....heloise and I are really similar with getting sick, when we were little, we both had a lot of problems with our ears, and now, our most popular sickness is bad throat things......ahhh sisters....I'm sorry if that is super random...I hope you havd a fabulous weekend, and goodnight!

Today was pretty good I got up did all that stuff then I just went and played my xbox.  When I was playing xbox I was also playing on my phone.  After that I watched the panthers vs. saints game and that was fun because I watched it with my grandma but not my sister because she was on the computer

Busy week. We had testing in Belmont this week. Everyone Did great! I am always so proud of the kids. I wasn't able to go the to beach this weekend. Had to work. FB pics look like everyone had fun. Glad the weather held out for them. I am behind on a few things. I hope to stay healthy enough this week to get some catch up time in. A few essays to finish too. Hope everyone is doing well !

Today i went to church then i played video games till 5 and then went to sleep until now. So ill just double requriements on monday no biggie

Today, i mostly played with my friends. I finished almost all of my essays. Then, i did most of my requirements.
