Talent ID Camp - Day 1

So I spent today at the USATKD Talent ID camp... and I am sore all over from training and fighting. I got a few bruises on my arms and legs, both my legs are sore, moving my right elbow is painful, and I got a mark under my right eye from being kicked hard in the face. The others in the camp were all similarly beat up, and they were handing out ice packs at the end of the day. Guess what? Tomorrow, I get to do it again! Most of the people here went to nationals in California a week after Hanmadang, and it's really fun sparring at that skill level, even if it's a little painful. Anyway, one thing I found interesting is that they are actually very lax on the rules around cut kicks. Internet here is still down (the reason why I didn't journal yesterday) so I am using my phone's hotspot. I'm super tired from all of that so I'm about to fall asleep.
