Journal #69- 03/24/2026 Lalitha

Today was a nice day. School went by relatively fast, and I spent most of the time working on missing assignments. After that, I did my requirements and took a nap. Once I woke up, I helped my mom make lunch and then got ready for TKD.

At Taekwondo, I helped out with the Senior Tigers class. We worked on blue‑stripe material, mostly self‑defense. After that, I had a mentee session with Lolitta, and we went over a few of her belt levels. Then I had a mentor session with Master Weeks, where we practiced a lot; mostly poomsaes, Hwarang, and some other techniques. I also worked on Staff Form 1, Single Stick Form 1, and rolls and falls.

When I got home, I ate dinner and went on a walk for a while. Now I’m going to finish up my homework, rewatch some of the poomsaes, and head to bed.

Overall, chill day. Hope everyone’s doing well, and good luck with the rest of the cycle - Upcoming Test.  Lalitha Sree Damarla⁷
