Today was a good day. Went to work this morning like usual, and arrived to find it was still hot—the AC guys hadn't been by the school yet.

The little kiddos went to Urban Air today. Once we got all the kids, I helped move Group 2 from the pool over to King Tiger, then picked up the kids from Urban Air and hung out at Enzo for about an hour. Later, I set up a rotation with three different activity stations where the kids switched every 10 minutes. It worked out great and made the time fly by. Big shout-out to Audrey for being an awesome counselor—she’s always on top of what the kids enjoy and what they're capable of doing. Working with her makes managing the day with the little ones so easy.

After a few more shuttle runs moving kids around, I wrapped up the workday. Christian and I stuck around for sparring, so I helped out with the 5:15 class and got a mentor/mentee session in before we started. Sparring was ok. Honestly, I don't enjoy sparring all that much—I come away with bruises every single time, almost like clockwork—but I push through and make it happen.  Christian said he liked his first sparring class and wants to do it more often.  We got to spar together for the first time and got video of it.  Super cool thank you Momma, aka Master Chelley.

Came home to finish up a few more cycle requirements, eat dinner, and write this entry before heading to the shower and bed. I stepped on the scale 9 days ago and again today, and I’m down 5 pounds! I'm really excited to see where the rest of this journey takes me physically, mentally, and spiritually. I hope everyone else is enjoying their journey so far, too.
