Good day today. All but the kindergarteners and prek are back in school and I am back to my instructor schedule. Lots of end of the summer and afterschool work today in the office and then off to pick up kiddos. Back to help in class, worked stances with a lot of students today and some self-defense as well.Then some takeaways with Master Lucas and Master Marcus after class. Super helpful and I even took a page out of my mentee's book and wrote some notes down when I got home. Have my miles and workout planned for tomorrow and know what I want to tackle next with my mentor. Hope everyone has a lovely Wednesday!
