Today was a looooooong day. It was my first day of school and the day already started off bad when my bus came super late. An elementary school AND a FIRE TRUCK got to my stop before my bus. And then after that a middle schooler accidently got on our bus so we had to go all the way back to the middle school which made us 30 minutes late. Once I was at school my day did not get any better. The first half of the day I had a really bad headache, and overall I just felt out of it for the rest of the day. It must be the school air. After school I embarked on my long 2 hour bus ride home. Bus driver ran over three curbs and stopped diagonally in the middle of the road for like 10 minutes for some reason. After school I went to taekwondo and went over all the color belt poomsaes and learned a kick from master Qualls who is new at our dojang. He said at his old place they called it a katana kick and its kind of like a 540 minus the first step. Its a jumping back leg roundhouse but you land with the kicking foot. I kinda got it, so i think I'll be able to do a 540 if i keep working on it. And then after class I had a mentor session with master knight and then after I came home I went for a super quick run, I ran a 8:18 mile which is my best so far.
