Lots of weapons in class today, excellent. I almost overslept, I never reset my alarm from meeting at the school for Instructors Camp. So my alarm went off at 3 am...very disorienting. And somehow I woke up at 7:30 with no alarm.... not typical of me. I need alarms 😄 After class, if to the gym with Joel, got some pull-up work in, my regular requirements in, miles on the treadmill and some stretching in. Also a session on the hydro bed.. 10 minutes can make such a difference after all of that. Tomorrow is poomsae class, tired thinking about it but it will be good. And I am two weeks in too my nutritional challenge...no sweets and no soda. Not easy, definitely a challenge. Have a great week and don't forget to study for your written test!Â
