Did anyone else know that it was going to be cold today? When will I learn to check the weather on days I am going on a run? I didn't really notice quite how cool it was until I was already committed😂 At least I got a run in😁 My back was really tight yesterday but I walked several miles and really stretched it out last night. Today was so much better. The gym in the morning for a workout before work and a dojang full of CMS teacher workday kiddos. Hope you all have great Tuesday!
