I went to the park with my family and did my run and other requirements. While there I visited the Korean Memorial at the park. I went outside and played basketball and football.

It's been a while since I've written an entry I've been busy with getting ready for school\ starting school and working at the dojang and I've just been plain forgetting to do it and I feel like an idiot for not keeping up with it and it's sad. I look forward to this school year it is interesting so far and that is a good thing in my world but that means school comes first so I won't be able to go really crazy with the requirements during the weekdays but that's okay. I also decided to take a weekend of r and r so I did not do any requirements this weekend and that's okay as well I'm not behind except for a couple of things and I'm working on that and I am signing off now.

Yesterday I went to a labor day party in my neighborhood.  It was fun, I got to see all my friends and jump on their new trampoline.  We also had a dance party.  Today, I ran for the first time since the pre-test, and it was really hot outside.  I was sweating so much that I wasn't allowed to sit on the couch until I had taken a shower.  

Yup there is some labor going on today. Groceries done, bills paid, house clean, big batch of Bolognese simmering, laundry a work in progress and it's just too stinking hot to iron. Now I am going to be selfish and take some me time and try to focus on requirements in between the laundry. I see some Spark in the future today - - -.

Yesterday i did not do much but my mom re-did my requirement sheet. It is supposed to have me done with the entire black belt cycle by the end of September.

Today is a Holiday so there is no school.I am going to do my requirements.

I am really trying to get back on track I made a commitment yesterday to see this through, my problem has been my foot I can only do a few things then need to rest it and soak it and but medicine on it but I am going to work on finishing this journey. I ran the four miles for the pretest and I ran yesterday 2 miles , it seems I can get in two without it stopping me.

For the last two days i have been taking a break and today i looked at what i had to do and i made a plan for how to finish. after i did my TKD stuff i went to the pool and stayed there the rest of the day when i got home i ate dinner outside with the family and now i am writing a journal.

Had friends over today. Pool party and gaming. Did my requirements.

Today I went to the pool for three hours. I played catch with my dad corey, I also saw my teacher.

I stared a lot of stuff last week.My teacher is Ms.Geraci.She is a fun teacher. I got a new dean,PE teacher,and a new fifth grade teacher.I'm in fourth grade.

today was a relaxing day because of no school. I got some requirements done and spent the rest of my day with my family. :P

I Went Camping This Weekend In Cherokee On The Reservation. I Had No Internet Or Phone! I Got To Go Fishing And Skipped Rocks. We Cooked Hotdogs Over The Fire And Made Smores.

Yesterday i did not do much. And so far have not done much today either. I do not have much else to write about so this is going to be a small journal entry.

This weekend I went on a camping trip in the mountains with my family and friends.  We rented a tube and I really enjoyed floating down the river.  We also got to sing Karaoke and play badminton.  

Requirements down the tube this weekend but it is worth every minute of it, having a blast. Watch out next week its time to play catch up. Hope everyone enjoys the extended weekend and good by summer ready for the fall.

Today I went to sparring class at Belmont and I got to lead the running which I enjoyed doing. I got a good workout and it was felt good to be back at Belmont this Saturday. After class I came home and finished my requirements for today and worked on my school projects. Tonight I study my written test and did some meditation.

I got my physical requirement done this morning and then we went to Chimney Rock. It was a lot of fun. I got to stand in the waterfall.

Today I went to Dragon Con in Georgia. In a little bit I am going to leave to go to an aquarium

today was a good day. I had a sleepover so i am super tired, but i got all of my requirements done. :)

Today we did not have Saturday BBC which I always look forward to. My family and I are going to a boardwalk where they have shops and stuff like that later this evening, should be lots of fun.

Today my uncle came over. It was really really ffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today i did schoolwork and our co-op until 4 o' clock. The co-op was a Polynesian feast it was really good mostly tropical fruits but some meat. I did most of my requirements but not much else. But i feel like i did a pretty good job i mean, with the little time i had. A couple days ago when i finished all my requirements i realized that if you just do it all and get over it that it really doesn't take that long to do all your requirements. So today i just got on it and all that i did didn't take that long. I hope to do more but right now i'm journaling while i remember.

Body is feeling good but was a little tired today, went to bed late and did not sleep well. The good thing is we had a slow day at work. Tonight I will be seeing the sand man early.

Today i am going to go to school and do m requirements.Last night my computer died.

The day had begun fairly slow and easy, I went to all my classes in the morning at school and ate lunch! But just as I thought this day was very relaxed it was the end of the day and I dropped my phone on the sidewalk, cracking the screen!!! I was very mad because I was very careful with it till this day. After this incident, I decided to let it go in the moment and go workout! I was very proud of myself because I ran faster than my usual time. It was then closer to 6 when I had to leave for sparring class, where we did bon bons celebrating Master Hartles 50th! I then got home and ended the day with some homework!

Loving these nice cool morning . Had a awesome day, but looking forward to this weekend ( barbecue time) . will be cooking some ribs and more ribs.

today I did my retake on my writtin test and got 100%. yeah I am happy. and I worked on all the color belt with my mentor.

I took my retake written test today and got a 100! (happy dance) :-) I also had my second mentoring session and we went over high red and red belt self defense as well as Pal Chong. I still really need to practice though.

sparring class is so fun because you can beat people up. just kidding. it is fun because you can fight people and defend yourself.

Happy dance, happy dance, happy dance - -great day today!! Finally seeing the light of day on my desk and awesome class tonight. Looking forward to the weekend as I get a special surprise on Saturday - -more to come on that later. Night all, need some sleep - -thinking not much of that will happen over the weekend.

Today was a long day at school. It has also been a long first week of school. Tomorrow is Friday though so YAY!!! In tae Kwon do today we did our red and high red self defense, then our basic forms, then wang ho one. It was a good review.

Today i did mostly schoolwork but took two TKD classes, homeschool class and black belt class. I re-did my written at black belt class and red/High red self -defense. I got a 100 on my written and 6s on my self-defense. I didn't have to re-do anything else so i did both of those and then we practiced Wang-ho 1, basic forms 1,2,and 3, and sparring form defense. I got a Mentor session a Mentee session and a leadership 1 credit. I didn't do much otherwise but I did get some credit before and during the classes.

Today I got some extra homework for school so I didn't get finished with my requirements as early as I wanted to. I also got in a leadership 1 credit today.

Today I went to three classes, and the Masters really worked me out  I was sweating so much that I was glad to get home and watch the panthers game.  

This Week I Have Doing My White Belt Challenge. I Have Also Been Helping Out A lot, Getting My Leadership Credits. My Little Brother Started This Week So I Get To Stand Beside Him In Line.

School has already started assigning worksheets for all subjects. It is review from the year prior but a little surprising from getting that much that quick.

It was another early morning with my MCC class today! I got to learn why people dream at night and sleeping patterns! After the long day at school, I went to a Study group for AP calculus and then TKD! Directly after, I had to go to the airport to pickup my dad from Boston!!

Feeling good today. Was able to do some catch up work on some tree trimming around my yard and the common area for the neighborhood. Will have to do the major tree trimming when winter comes.

Today I ran my usual mile run with my brother. I also took my dog Chip for a walk and found out about someone in my neighbor hood losing their dog. :-(

Today i didn't feel too good so i didn't do much black belt cycle.

I hate middle school. it is so not cool. all the teachers are nice but I hate not having lockers or recess until next week.

Today I wen to my class and I even got a mentee session in. I think that I have been doing good with school and my requirements.

I got a mentee session in today. Then I came home and did my homework. Tonight I am going to dinner my with my special friends the Clark's.

I watched the movie The Muppets today. It was funny. I also did my requirements for black belt cycle. Our homeschool class at Tae Kwon Do started back yesterday. It was a lot of fun. We had some new students in class.

Another awesome day today. Body is feeling good , now I just need to keep it that way. Looking forward to tomorrow workout in the morning. Back with the Masters , school is back in.

It was a late start this morning. I got to get up at 8 am to go to school, because I didn't have my MCC class this morning! I only had to leave at 9:15 to reach my school! After school let out I went straight to exercise and then PMAA class!

Today i went to homeschool class. but i didn't feel like hyper.

Today I helped out with class and technically got my first leadership 1 credit. I also took BBC and I to work on Pow Chong and red+ high red belt self defense. I got my mentee, think its called, and I really look forward to working with her. :-)

I am have trouble with finding time to do my run. I have fit everything else in but running has been pushed away. I am going to try to get up earlier.

Great class tonight in South Charlotte - -lot's of focus on back to the basics. Did not get as much done as would have liked but hey it is what it is. Sometimes things do not always go as planned so just have to roll with it and be confident it will all work out in the end.

today I went to bbc and we learned all about pow chon. and now I now what I was doing wrong.

Tuesday is going to be a busy day becuase of school and TKD plus my late bus. I had a fun day at school today I now have 4 teachers instead of 3 so I have to do more travling around the school ... awesome!!!!!! :P

Today has been a long day first I got up and went to school then when that was finally over I went home and just listened to music then I went to TKD and I got a mentor and a black belt class in but I forgot to do my white belt challenge again.

Today I got a BBC in and we practiced a lot of self defenses.

Today I got my written test results back and I got 100, I was happy with it.

Wow! Busy week last week and super busy day today with the start of CMS school! We had a lot of new kiddos and new schools that we were picking up from.....it was super busy, so I did not get a lot of requirements done. But I will try and make up for it tomorrow. Can't wait to start training again with Master Evins and the other Master Instructors. We always suspend our training during the summer. Great job from everyone this weekend for the physical tests......a lot of you need to retake the written part.....make sure you study up and get that done this week!

today I had a physical doctor test thing because of my exchange student from last year we had to get tested for TB (Tuberculoses) also had to have I blood test and a bunch of other stuff

What a beautiful day it was today, the weather was perfect. I felt like Goldilocks ,it was just right. And the body felt good, I was able to take class to night.

Great black belt class tonight, thank you Master Chin. Major review of Pal Gwe Il, Yi & Sam now lets see if my brain can retain it or tomorrow will show the senior moment.

I am still really sore from the physical two days ago. I did well all except that I have to redo the written part.

Mondays, uug, today I did not want to get up for school but I did and I hade a good day at school and after school I ate at earth fare. after that I went to the park and did and essay and my requirements while my sister was in gymnastics.

Today was the 1st day of school. I got my running & half my requirements done before school then managed to get everything else done after class, take 3 classes and get a Mentee session in. It has been a good day.

Mon August 25Th. Today Was A Relaxing Day For Me. Most Of My Friends Went Back To School Today But I don't Start Until Next Week. I Got To Do A Lot Of Work On My Tae Kwon Do.

Yesterday I went to a Virginia Tech soccer game at Davidson College.  It was very exciting because my friends and I got a chance to be ball kids for the game.  The best part was being on the field, close to the players.  The Hokies won 4 - 0.

Today was my first day of school for me. It was weird getting up so early I just need to get used to the getting up like that :D.

Two days ago everybody took their pre-test. I did well except i have to re-do my written test.

My day today started off pretty late because I had woken up, not at my usual 9:30 am, but instead I got up at around 11:30 today. I had gone straight to the gym to finish my requirements after waking up. It wasn't an interesting day, I had finished some summer assignments and prepared for the first day of school tomorrow!

Today I went to see the new movie When The Game Stands Tall. It was all about football. It was such a great movie, I really enjoyed going with my mom and grandma. Later I mowed the lawn and got school supplies ready.

Yesterday we had our black belt pretest. And today my legs were sore. :-) So me and my brother went over red belt self defense as well as what we didn't know on the written test. Hopefully we'll get it next time.

really sore today from the kettle bell squats and triceps biceps and deltoid workout hamstrings are killing me and my quads are really hurting so I hope I get better

Today I did the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge because I was nominated by my friend Kat. The water was super cold. I was shaking for a few minutes after I did it. But it was fun and if I am nominated again I will do it.

Today I went to church then came home. I didn't feel like doing my exercises and it caused an argument with me & my mom but I eventually got over it and changed my attitude then everything went really well. My mom & I try to make it fun by timing my requirements and setting challenges. It was cool outside today and the wind was blowing so that made my running easier. I am excited about school tomorrow but know it is going to be really hard to get my requirements in with school, homework & taekwondo class so I am nervous. My plan is to get up really early and do some of my requirements before school.

tomorrow is the day I start the first day of middle school. I am so excited. im also very nervous.

I went to church this morning and then worked on one of my essays. I worked on my physical requirements.

Today was my first time babysitting my little brother with nobody home. I am really glad my parents trusted me. I have wanted them to trust me for a long time. I hope I get to do this again. My brother does too.

It has been non stop all day an with a lot of luck hope to have the house in order, along with dinner, before guests arrive. Yikes another 10 hours in the day would be really helpful along with the house and laundry fairy - -hey a girl can wish - - - -.

Today is my last day of Summer break I have been enjoying it as much as I can. I hope everyone else has been too.

i was very sweaty at the pre-test yesterday and did not get to go to the flea market. So this morning me and my dad went to the flea market and got a case for his phone. When we got home my grandmother did a ASL challenge and picked me to do it too so I was wet and cold. GGGGGGOOOOOOO ASL!!!!!!
