My dog had a grooming appointment at different Bandfield hospital than the one in Northlake. It was just a general check, but while I was waiting, I started to have a panic that I'm not doing enough to give him a consistent schedule and discipline due to my lack of knowledge and school. The vet tech came in and she listen to concerns. And we talked for a while, I was concern that I was taking too much of her time, but she didn't make me feel that way. She re-affirmed that he looks well and gave some advice. I really appreciate that little time she took to listen to my concerns. When I went to pick up Kodi, the vet came out and spoke to me to address my concern about anxiety and training, and tips about brushing his teeth. Being heard and listening well is so important. Today I when to school where my guitar teacher was absent; so we had a boring class. After coming from school, I went to Tae Kwon Do to work with my mentee, I taught him the attacks for kicking defense, looked at his Goom gahng and Koryo. His poomsaes look really good!

Today I went to school and reviewed for a science CFA we have tomorrow. But I just finished my requirements and went to class, and then I got the worst headache I've ever had. I ate food and went home after class. Then at school I turned in my poster and a lot of people liked it! (I think). I am now going to bed at 10pm.. I'm tired. I should do my last journal about how tired I just am. I think I need to go to bed more early than this but I can't bring myself to do it. I hope everyone had a great day and stay safe.

Hi all, today at school we went over science information in preparation for tomorrow benchmark. I had recess and played basketball. At home I did my requirements and played little bit of video games. I had a snack and got ready for taekwondo. I took 6 pm class and had a mentee session with a different student. Got home ate some pizza and got ready for bed. Night night!

Today we finally finished our weather unit in school and now we are on heat transfer. I had one Spanish pop quiz and I got a hundred on it. I went to TKD and helped with a class. After that I met with my mentor and we had a session, sadly my mentee wasn’t here today.

Blaze Pizza is doing a sale on 3/14, where any 11in pizza is $3.14. Is there a secret catch to this? Probably. As an early college I will proudly admit we are a bunch of nerds, especially my friend group. I got tired of Physics work so I went on my phone, where I saw the glorious $3.14 pizzas ad! I showed it to my friends, and since we're all nerds and just finished the trigonometry unit (which included the unit circle and... pi) we all got very excited over it. We're planning to geek out to our Precalculus teacher. She's either going to be excited with us or be concerned. I'll find out tomorrow!

Today I woke up and got ready for school.  Mom and I walked to school, and it was really warm out this morning.  I got to school and we did blocks and had recess.  Then I went to King Tiger and did class and did my black belt stuff.  I also worked on 2 essays (My Role model and How I can apply Taekwondo to my life).  I also ran mile, it started to drizzle so I ran pretty fast because I didn't know if it would start raining harder and really want to get that wet! Today I had a test in science that I thought I was going to do good on but the substitute didn't let us use our notes. After school I worked on requirements and then went to TKD. After TKD I went home and now we am giving our dogs a shower.

Today it was another day of school and I had my math benchmark and I felt pretty good about it and then it was a normal day for it but for recess, I got to have recess with the fourth graders which was fun because I got to see some of my fourth grade friends and then when I got home I got to chill out and I ran 4 miles today and I went to tae kwon do and have my black belt class

Hi King Tiger Family. It is Wednesday night and all is well!!! Pretty good day at work, normal crazy farm, but not terrible. I came home, ran between the rain drops :-) and did some requirements. I did eat in there somewhere and now I am writing this. Plan now is to finish a few things around the house and walk the dogs. Try to get the bed at a decent hour, but that is what I say every night. today I woke up early for school and got homework. Then I went to the and got my miles done and then we played dodgeball. In social studies we got to sit with who we wanted and we had a very fun class. We played Butterfingers at the end of class and social studies. In ELA we did a social media project that was kind of fun. In science, we did a thermatrope and it was pretty cool. then in math, we did a activity on slopes. When I got home, I just chilled all day. For dinner I ate sausage and pasta. Then my mom came home and I watched a show with her.

Happy Wednesday! Today was a really busy day. Took Jovi on a tour of Bradford Prep. He has a spot there for 5th grade and we need to make a decision whether to make the move. We love Grand Oak, but moving to Bradford Prep would allow him to stay in a smaller school feel through high school. It's a long haul from our place though! After I got Jovi to school, I got my black belt requirements done. Then I had to take Jovi for a checkup with his doctor who is all the way in uptown. We also went to taekwondo tonight and I got in a class assistance credit. Hope everyone had a great day!

Hello, today when I woke up I got ready, and did some of my requirements, after that I went to school, and did some more requirements.  At recess I ran 1 mile on the football field, after school I did some of my homework, and finished my requirements.  Then I went to the 6:00 class, and took it.  When I got home I did the rest of my studying.     Bye!

Today I spent time studying for the written test. At school I had yet another normal day at school with no tests. After school I stayed at home and didn't go to tae kwon do to work on my written test practice. I got dinner and ate it at home.

I am currently in science class. I have nothing to do so I might as well write some of my essays that I am still not fully finished with. I am excited for Instructors Camp this weekend, just not super excited for the 4 hour drive. At least I'll have a friend to chat with over text........

Today I’ve woke up and done all my exercises and then got ready for school I’m at school waiting for the doors to open then hope any test go fine and hope that’s the rest of the day will go smooth it’s a wensday so not much going on.

Today started off slow and chill. Headed to nine round for my shift and only one person came into train and had the rest of the time to myself. After wards I went home for a little them to the dojang. Was there until 7:15. When I got home I set up my new computer and have been working on it for a bit.

Hello guys. Today, as you might have guessed from the title, I will be talking about weapons and my full thoughts on them. To start things off, I'm going to talk about sticks. I like the stick forms because of the strikes and, for the stick forms I know, they're repetitive and fun to do. Sinuales on the other hand, while they're still fun, everything starts to blend in. My hands get tired and my mind wonders. They're just not one of my strong skills. The staff forms are a whole new level of complicated and fun. Staff form one is a sweet spot - think of it as gum inside a jaw breaker. It's a short form and it introduces you to a lot of basics. And then staff form 2 is like you're in 2nd grade and then the teacher moves you up to 7th grade - not knowing...

I had the first part of my math midterm today, and I don't think I did too bad!! I have the second part of the midterm tomorrow, so after I helped out with the senior tiger class I went home to review. I'm also planning on waking up earlier tomorrow to do a final review.  Working with the high white belts was fun! I noticed that their sidekicks were looking like round houses because they didn't really grasp bringing their legs in, so i had them balance small square targets while in the sidekick chamber position! They were laughing and enjoying it the whole time, and it was rewarding to see them having fun (because I've always found it harder to engage with senior tigers than it is with junior tigers) and especially rewarding to see them connect the dots! Today I woke up, however, I woke up around 10:00. I was lucky and got to sleep in today since the juniors had to take the ACT test and I did not. I was able to get some requirements and personal projects done. I then went to school for the last 2 hours where we had 25 minute classes. I then came home and worked some more on the personal projects. Following that I went to run club. A lot of my friends were there and we had a killer workout. Afterwards I came home, ate, dinner, and did some requirements. I then took an Epson salt bath and showered; now I am here. 

Hello! Today at school again I had benchmark testing again for math. I did pretty good and the rest of the day at school was pretty calmed. when I came home I ate apples and peanut butter and it was delicious. I relaxed a little bit and  Then I did 2 miles in treadmills. I worked on my requirements and surprisingly fell asleep in the sofa and took a long deserved nap. Now I’m relaxing playing some video games. And soon to go to bed. Bye!  

Today i had a lot of homework to do because I had to go to work. Other than that it was a normal day at school.

today was student teacher swap day and it was really funny to see all the teachers dress as students in hoodies and sweatpants and they had their phones in the pockets and airpods in their ears and they had an “attitude”. In math we did a worksheet i finished quickly in science we did a gizmo. in spanish we just did some questions from a workbook and went over them. In social studies we did a worksheet and in ela we finished up work. after school my mom dropped my sister at dance so i was home alone for some time and the. my dad came and we went to tkd. I helped out for 2 classes practiced some of my stuff and the. we got pizza. 

Today I had to take the science benchmark at school. It was a normal day. My teacher was out. After school we picked up my sister and then took my brother to get a hair cut. After that we went to TKD. I worked on my requirements and ran laps in one of the rooms. 

Today was a regular day at school other than the fact that we had a bomb threat in our school for the 2nd day in a row. I came home did requirements and then played chess with my friends.

Pretty chill day. Not much happened in school other than a few more homework assignments. Teaching class was enjoyable today, and now I am talking with my friend again. It’s been pretty regular that this schedule happens every day. Weird, isn’t it…….

today i went back to jail on 4 hours of sleep. since we hit 100 pages on notes our science teacher threw us a party and we all got food. then our school had a second bomb threat in 2 days and we had to evacuate and go to the high school so that was fun. then when everything cleared up we went back and our band teacher got us cookies for no reason. then i had a pretty normal jail day. then i came home did requirements and went to girl scouts and now i have homework save meh 

Today my teacher had to leave our campus and go to the other one because she had to sub for another teacher who's dad passed away. So we were stuck with this sexist teacher for a week! We had her for last period which means that all the other kids before us made her mad so she decided to take all of her anger out on just the boys. While we were getting yelled at the girls were telling the teacher gossip like a cute little tea party. What I learned from today is that don't take people for granted. 

Hello King Tiger Family. It was a pretty good day. Very busy at work. Pretty much back to back meetings and I think tomorrow will be similar. I have a few key things to work on this week, but all good. I got home a little later than expected, so I did not run. I will have to do extra the rest of the week. Tuesdays are usually a good run day for me. I did do other requirements with Nate, and now onto getting ready for bed. I already walked our dogs. We have two pups... Jax (~100 lb German Shepherd) and Koda (~60 lbs Beagle/Pitt mix). Both are good dogs and they get along pretty well. Well onto doing some stretching and heading to bed. Take care.  

Today I finished my school project and it's going to be a good grade! (Hopefully) I did requirements this morning and finished my mile just a few minuets ago so I'm very tired. While running I got one of my best times so that's cool I guess. Anyways I'm just really tired and my hand hurts so goodnight king tiger. Today I work up then did most of my black belt requirements the got ready for school, went to school it was a pretty average day I had 2 test which I got A’s on like usally😎 after school i invited my  twin brother to his first class but he was surprisingly good! (It was the white belt for a week thing) then had a mentor session.

Hello, today I went to school, and had Spanish, and we learned about Spain again.  After school I came home, and did some of my homework, and did my requirements.  After that I went to King Tiger, and had a mentor session, then I took the 6:00 class.  After that I came home, and did the rest of my homework.       The reason that it says #50pt. 1 is because I counted wrong, and that is 2 journals ahead so I still have 2 more.   Good night!

Happy Tuesday! Got in 2 miles this morning before the rain set in. It somehow took me exactly the same time down to the second which is pretty funny. Hopefully I'll be faster next time. Got in my black belt requirements. I started the bb cycle on 1/1 so I am on week 9. My exercise went back down to 4 minutes, but I am keeping it at 5 for the first 4 days this week since I am going to have a hard time getting in exercise on Saturday with the instructor's camp. At least, I am going to try and have that day taken care of by then so I don't have to think about it. Had to miss class tonight as I had to take Jovi to his band's practice. Today I had a normal day at school. After school I did homework then went to class. After class I ate dinner at home then I typed this then went to bed.

today was really easy. I only had school until 12:50 which was nice. then I started my mute day which has gone well. now I'm just going to get stuff done and relax.

Today when I got to school, I got my miles done in PE. After that I played basketball with my friends. Two minutes before the bell rang for our next class. The PE teacher had an announcement. He told all of the kids to drop everything and make their way to the high school gym, which is not far away. While we were in the gym, the whole middle school was there and we sat there for 30 minutes to an hour. The principal told us we can make our way back to the middle school we all did silently. We then got our stuff and moved to the next class. After that, the rest of the day had very short periods, so I can’t share much. When I got home, there was banana bread which was amazing. And then did homework and tae kwon do requirements. Have a good day.

Wow, what a beautiful day today!  The flowers in my yard bloomed like crazy.  We walked what I thought was surely 2 1/2 miles, but it was only 1.6 miles.  FYI: Why do we wear different colored belts?  To symbolize an increase in knowledge with the darkness of color.

today was really boring, I didn't feel great. at school, we didn't do much but then I came home and had a 45-minute nap which was nice. then I showered and left for taekwondo. I helped with the jr tigers then I had my class and afterwards I did a mentor session with instructor conner. then I ate dinner with my mom, came home and did homework, and now I'm going to bed.

Today I failed a math test. I know I failed because I did not know half the questions on there. However, I am glad I failed. I usually stick to exactly what the teacher has given us to study, and not study on my own. That became a problem because there were things on the test I learned but did not study as intensely as everything else. I've learned I should be in depth about everything I study, as it'll benefit me.  Failure is important. Without failure, I couldn't learn the difference between doing something the right or wrong way. It'd be difficult to have morals if nothing ever goes wrong. I learn from failure, and it makes me better as a whole. Also, in English 111, we somehow got onto the topic of Fortnite and how we can form an argument essay. Today I didn't have a good day because I got elbowed I the head playing football. Then i hot back inside and had 2 projects out of my 5 classes. Then I got home and did some school work. That's all that happened today.

Today is Monday. I went to school as usual, nothing worth mentioning. I went to Tae Kwon Do around 6:30 for a leadership credit and a class assistance. Afterwards, I came home to do homework and a mile. 

Happy Monday! Got in 2 miles this morning and bb requirements. Ended up with a migraine and really muddled through everything in the afternoon until medication kicked in. Took Jovi to his guitar lesson. We went to taekwondo where I got in a class assistance credit and a leadership credit. Tried out my neighborhood book club tonight which I probably will continue doing. Hope everyone had a great start to the week. 

Hello King Tiger! Today was boring day at the start because of Math class being too boring and it turned out to be a great day because tennis practice was fun. After practice, I went back home, did my requirements since there was no homework today, and after this journal, I am going to do a homework that is due on Friday. I will see most of you (Lake Norman) on Wednesday or Thursday.

Good evening king tiger family. Today was a great day. I got up and went to school and while i was in after school the step team came in the cafeteria and practiced and everyone was watching them even my friends mom who originally was ready  to leave but spent ten extra minutes watching the step team. After school I  went to taekwondo and after class i did a mentor session with master night and then I went home and finished requirements. These requirements are really hard to do. Hey guys, Matthew here. Today's temperature was 62 degrees in Charlotte but then there was a storm filled with hurricane back kicks, reverse tornados and turning sides. Here are some tips on staying safe in this weather. TAE to stay indoors, only go outside when you KWON and if you get hungry I recommend dunking DO-nuts. If you can't tell, Master Chelley's class tonight was really cool. We did kicks on the bags and then we did brain cell killing kick combos after that.  Caleb and I were falling down, falling down, falling down from all of the spinning. It was the most treacherous storm of the year so far. today i went back to jail and almost cried because i hate it. then i came home and did my requirements. i then went to the dojang and helped with class and testing. then i did mentee and mentor sessions and came home. now i have to do my hw.

I feel good about today. I got some cleaning done; my calendar is up to date (hopefully). I set up health appointments for me and dog/grooming appointments for Kodi. He's a healthy dog, but I have to brush his teeth more consistently. The weather been warming up, and he has a ton of energy, maybe after work tomorrow, we'll go for a brisk walk/jog.  My boyfriend and I had a serious conversation about selling his motorcycle. He said he doesn't know if he'll ever feel comfortable riding in charlotte. It was a big concern for me when he moved down, but I trusted that 12yrs of riding would make him more prepare.   CrossFit was a difficult aerobic workout, assault bike and wall balls. my legs were jelly afterwards, but that just means it was easy to stretch afterwards. Today I did my requirements and went to school. When I got back home I realized I had to do a poster for class that I had a three weeks to do but I just started and it's due on Wednesday... And I learned when my mom got home I was officially going to Korea in November! I'm so excited to go! Is anyone else going? Anyways after two hours of working on the poster I finally finished the sketch of it and I'm very proud of it, I also got my mom and dad's approval too! I can't wait to finish it. Hello. Today at school we reviewed math and science stuff for the upcoming benchmarks. Then I had the spring picture and a fun recess. When I got home i worked on my requirements and had chipotle salad. Then I got ready for TK and assist the 5:15 class and took the 6pm class and we reviewed staff 2. At home, I had some yummy home made Mac and cheese and started to get very tired and ready for bed. Good night!

Today was super boring and I had two tests at school today. A girl i just became friends with again smiled at me today and I got some stuff done in art. I finished another quiz in health.  

Today was the first day back from FL. I went to school. It was a pretty normal day but I was kind of disappointed because last Friday I wasn’t there and we had STEM and we were going to make slime that day and I missed it. When I got home I got to chill out and I worked on some of my requirements. I went over my packing for Disney. At TKD I had my black belt class. Then I went home read my book for school and went to bed. 

Today I was in class watching Up and all of a sudden the history teacher said "A lady is in the woods and the cops are here!" But instead of taking this seriously we all started joking about it because this was the third time this month. We had to go on a lockdown then the annoying girl started to spread rumors about the lady having an axe.

Today I woke up at 5am and did my black belt requirements and hung out on my phone for a while. Then I got ready for school and then went to school. First class I just did a simple worksheet and then I took my next class we basically did nothing. I got picked up early today to get our passports. I did the rest of my school work in the car. Then took a nap in the car. We got home and ran. After that, I just played video games. After that, I ate dinner, took a shower, then read more of Atomic Habits. 

Hello Everyone! Today School was so boring so there isnt much to share. There was a bomb threat though during recess so kids ran all over the place to hide because we were outside. Once I got home I ate and printed flyers. After taekwondo my mom randomly said we should go to Andy's and it was so good.

Hi King Tiger Family. Monday was pretty good. Not a bad day at work. Productive and though provoking. I got home. Picked up dogs from daycare, and then Nate and I went to class to help instruct. Nate went to work out and I did some requirements. Just finished and getting ready to eat something and prep food for my wife and Nate when the get home. Today was pretty chill compared to yesterday. No party's. But I did have work at the dojang, was a normal day and went by pretty slow.

Today I had a good day at school. After school I came home did home work and req. Then I went to class. At class I did poomsae and self defense. After class my dad and I went and got Jimmy Johns for dinner. We came home, ate dinner, and watched Jeopardy and a movie. Then I typed this, took a shower, and went to bed. NIGHT YALL!

Currently, school is very bring and I have not had any intention of putting in y full effort. I have study hall next period though so I might as well review what I have already done in class today. That or I'll sleep the entire period.........

today i had a good day because i helped my parents with breakfast and dinner. i also played football and basketball outside with my friends. then i did some work and that was all that happened today.

This is my LAST required journal!!!  When I woke up I played my switch for a little bit then had breakfast and got ready for church.  I went to Sunday school and then to the service.  I beat mom into the sanctuary, and she said she looked all over for me (haha) 🤣  Mom had to go down to the Boy scout hut to get Anthony's stuff in the car (I stayed in the church with LaLa at the sound board).  When Anthony sat down on the the bench beside mom all I could smell was campfire!  When we got home we had lunch and I did my black belt stuff and relaxed and watched some you tube and played the switch.  Then later on I got a shower and went to bed.

Today was awesome. I had my grad party and I had a lot of family and friends over. Had great food, good convos and listened to music. All in all a great time and I wish I could do it again. But you only graduate High school once.

today was relatively easy, I slept in and worked on stuff. I worked on my new skill, practiced poomsae, and did homework. I haven't really felt great today so I'm going to try and get some rest. Hopefully.

Once upon a time there was a village called poom and in poom village lived various blocks and preps. In another village called Sae lived various kicks and punches. One day the two villages met and accused each other of stealing each others apples so they started a war. I needed to take the night off from the gym, but I started my day and finished my day trying to learn my staff forms #1 and 2.  I have the movements down on form #1, but am only about halfway through #2.  King Tiger has way more curriculum than other schools and I am happy to have so much support from students and instructors who have all been helpful in teaching me.  I hope to be able to pay it back to new students in the future.  

I somehow tweaked my knee over the weekend and had to dial back my normal Sunday activity.  No running today as a normally do, but I still walked over 2 miles.  No jump rope either today, but I still did my pushups, sit ups, burpees and slower kicks.  I need to stay healthy so I can keep practicing.

Great class on Saturday!  I was just reading about how to change an approach to training can move you beyond a plateau.  Grandmaster Evins had us do forms with one stick in our hands.  It totally changed the way I think about the movements in the forms - not always for the best.  I blanked on a few of the moves when I was thinking about the stick hand.  It definitely was a change from our normal training routine.   I owe a special thank you to Master Cavazos for his continued patience working with me after class.  Some of the color belt self-defense had left my memory over the last few months.  Thank you for going over it (and over it) with me.  

Today my dad told me that my grandma was visiting us to drop off some money for bags of hope. I looked at my room and realized there was LEGO every where so I had to clean all that up because she was going to scold me for that if I don't. After she left I watched the clone wars and had burgers for dinner.

today i slept in and then had to go to tutoring at 10. then i played fortnite until lunch. i then completed my book reading essay which is my last one. i went on a run with my friend and did the rest of my requirements for the day. not looking forward to going to jail again tmrw.

Today is Sunday. I went on a walk with my mom and my dog (two miles) and then relaxed at home. I did my school homework, finished one of my essays, and then did exercises. I am now going to go to bed.

Today I woke up and went to church. At church I started setting up our sound system since it was not properly set up before. I then came home; shortly after I went to Logan Luna's graduation party. I had fun hanging out with my friends and girlfriend there. I then went to Birkdale with my friend and girlfriend. We went to a bunch of shops and then got ice cream. After that I went to the lake with them. I then came home and now I am here. 

Hello! Today I woke up and did my poomsaes for today since I wasn’t going to poomsae class. I went to faith formation and It was pretty fun. Afterwards we ate pizza and it was really good. At around 5 o clock I went to run up my neighborhood hill with my sister and I improved my time. Then I ran a lap around my neighborhoods amenity center and then we did some sprinting. I also worked on my requirements. Afterwards we played tennis and we came back home, we had dinner and sat down to watch halo. Good night!

Yesterday I didn’t do a journal because it was my mom’s surprise party. We came home late and my uncle took my phone from me when i was about to do my journal, I personally think he doesn’t have the right to do that because he is not my parents. Anyway today i played with my moms friends son he’s 5 years old and really cute he was really hyperactive and stuff my cousins were also over and we played together. Now. i have to put the kid to sleep and i have  to go to sleep to. Good night

Today we woke up very early and started our drive back home. I slept for the first three hours then we made some stops and i watched some of my show. the last hour i listened to music and when we got home I unpacked, cleaned, did some laundry, my requirements, and showered. i’ve been asleep for a while and now i’m going back to sleep. goodnight!

Good evening king tiger family. Today was a good day. I started feeling a lot better. We decided to take the weekend to relax and get better so we did not got church.  I got up relaxed and watched tv and played Roblox. Then I worked on my requirements and washed my hair. 

I'm so ready for a day off, but I'll be excited to go back. I been working hard on improving at work. It's important to challenge yourself, sometimes I don't do things because I don't know how or don't feel confident. But stopping myself won't help me growth and develop. I should know my limits realistically, but I should also seek out opportunities to learn things I'm unfamiliar with, or work on things my own.  Also trying not to multi-task. Sometimes I need to focus on one thing at a time. 

Today I woke up really early because we had to drive back home. It took 6 and 1/2 hours to get there. I was half way bored the whole entire time but I got over it. I played mine craft and watched movies. I came home and ran 2 miles and did requirements. I cleaned my bedroom changed my bunny’s litter box unpacked and took a shower before my mom got home from my brother’s baseball practice. When she came home she picked up pizza and wings for dinner. I had mild wings and I started packing for Disney and went to bed. 

Hi King Tiger Family. Went to church this morning. It is important for us to understand that God wants us to bring things to him and his love is so great that we cannot understand it. It was a good way to start the day. I did a bunch of things around the house. I have requirements to do and I need to get to it tonight. Have a great night. Take care.

today I studied for a test tmrw and went driving with my dad. After that I played a bit of Xbox and relaxed 

Today we went out to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch! I got a strawberry cheesecake and the little strawberries were super good :D I’m currently working on reviewing for my unit test tomorrow on trig and the unit circle, and I also have to review for my two day long midterm coming up the day after my unit test. So fun and exciting..

Hello, today I woke up, watched church, ate breakfast, and then went to the track to run my first 2 miles.  After that when I came home I did some studying for school then I ran my second 2 miles at the track.  After that I went to my grandmas to spend time with her, then I came home, and did my requirements.     Have a nice night!

Happy Weekend! Had a great bb class yesterday morning and a great poomsae class today. Got my bb requirements in this weekend. Had a mentor session today. Super excited that I'm starting on week 9 and the miles go back down to 8! Played games with the guys this weekend. Did some spring cleaning. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Feeling upbeat for the final weeks. 

today i woke up my sister was cougfing very loudly then we put  h202 in her ear she was bothering my mom then i calmed her down bye 

Today I slept in till 8 AM. After I woke up I did some req. Then I did some miles and more req. Then I went to Metro Dinner for breakfast. Then the rest of the day I played outside and played on video games.

today I woke up from my friends house and I had to go home because he was busy that day. When I came home I did homework until I went to my other friends house. We then went to go get ice cream. We came back home and played sports games. We went outside and played soccer and ate pizza for lunch. Then my family came over and we did a corn hole tournament.   

Pretty chill day so far. I am going to the movies with a friend in a few hours which should be fun, and Poomsae class got a ton of giggles out of me today! I’m not the brightest for school tomorrow, but the school year will be over soon which means it will be summer time…..

Hello King Tiger! Today, I had started off with doing my requirements at 8 o'clock in the morning. Yesterday, we went to a friend's house and we stayed there until 11 o'clock at night. I just ate breakfast now and after this journal, I am going to a different school and I will come back at 4 o'clock in the evening and I will finish my requirements.

This morning I got ready for sparring class. After class I went home and got a thirty minute nap and then had to go my friends birthday party at big air. When we got there it was super chaotic. Me and Conner went to go play dodge boll and there was two kids cussing and pushing each other. After Jahkye's birthday party me and Avery got ice cream.

Today was a regular day. I just got some homework done and relaxed.

I worked more on front, side and back falls today since I am not very fond of falling.  My dog walked me a couple of miles and after, I prepped for an event for Sunday.   Later, I reluctantly watched a few episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender.  There was a scene in episode 2 where the female warriors were practicing Tessen Jutsu, a Japanese martial art that involves an iron fan.  The form is fascinating.  The scene was funny because the instructor was tough.  FYI: Which poomsae represents the sun or fire?  Tae Keuk Sam Chang (green).

today I slept in and then went to my Saturday classes. I got a lot of my requirements done and I'm preparing for instructor's camp. then I went home and showered before going to my friends bday party. then me and parker went and got ice cream.

Today was my great grandfathers 100th birthday. I work up and I got ready and I got to play baseball outside with my aunt uncle and cousins. And then I went to target with my aunt my mom my sister and my grandmother. And we got some stuff. We came home and we had a big party for Great George. I got to hang out with family I didn’t know and have cake and it was really fun.
