To tell the truth today was great but nothing to interesting to talk about me and my dad hung out in the pool in our backyard which is always a great time and I went out for dinner with my family and it was delicious. I am excited to start working summer camp tomorrow at my dojang (I don't remember what the theme is whoops) none the less I am stoked it should be tons of fun for all I know I am the only one helping but I hope my friend Tommy who is a year older than me will be there helping as well but he probably has other commitments and I respect that. After that I am helping with all the classes and taking black belt class rinse and repeat switching regular class for black belt class on Tuesday. That is pretty much it I am signing off...
I feel really excited about getting my black belt finally but I don't really want to do any of the requirements. But I have to anyway. I think I have to do all of these requirements because Master Evins wants us to earn this black belt, not just studying a few things and getting our belt. He wants us to actually do work to earn it. I was proud of myself today for doing all of my pushups and situps in one sitting, and I did two miles with my dad.
Today I had a pretty relaxing day. I played with my cousin William and then I did my requirements and here we are. I really did not do too much today. I think that I m lagging behind on my requirements I have not done jump rope, and self defenses in a wile
Today was a very sad day today. I really wanted Argentina to win today but it didn't happen. Then in the morning I figured out my tire had a hole or something because it wouldn't fill with air. Then I went to Church, and after that my friends came over to watch that world cup!!!
I did a lot of stuff for my black belt cycle today. I am exhausted. I did a lot of running 5.8 miles.
I’m getting ready to start my Cub Scout Weeblo adventure camp (3 nights/4 days). I am going to try to do some requirements while there but I know we are going to be busy. I’m going to stop by to see my great grandmother before I leave.
Great day yesterday with black belt & sparring class - -thank you Masters Hartle & Knight!!! Also big thanks to Miss Amanda for being my partner in sparring- -she is quick - -I had to run like a chicken a few times- -well more than a few times. Back in town and trying to work the time management so I can focus on requirements. It will be a very bumpy road the next few weeks at work, preparing for back to back trips, so being realistic about where my focus needs to be. All is good and the balance will come in time.
Today I went to my first dual class and it was long and tiring don't get me wrong I loved it I had fun and in the end I was pooped out sparring class was surprisingly really fun I usually don't like sparring but today I enjoyed it a lot I had a great partner Brian Foster we made each other laugh and we had fun sparring and Master Knight did a fantastic job teaching it. Then black belt class was fun but since it is cycle it twas very crowded and it made practicing poamsae and kicks very difficult and I was the last guy in the front row so say hi if you want. In the end class was great and when I got home I was tired and wanted to shower and eat lunch at like 3:30 and I appreciate them asking but they kept asking how it...

I went to see my great grandmother today at the Hospice House. I like to visit her. I am going to Webelo Camp (Cub Scout) tomorrow until Wednesday. I am excited to go. It is going to be hard for me to keep up with my black belt requirements while I am gone.
Today I took three classes in a row and it was really really tiring! I took hyper pro, black belt class, and sparring class. I learned pal gwe 1, wang ho 1, and the rest of basic form 3.
Saturday official date night. This is the one day I set aside for my wife and I. The rest of the week she does it have to deal with me.
Today I found out that I could not read for my meditation/quiet time, so I had to pull all of my 220 minutes down to zero :( I also ran two miles so i don't have to run on Sunday (tomorrow). Today was the last day of my white belt challenge *cheers* so I am going to write my essay tomorrow while doing my empathy training (12 hrs of being mute) I wonder if anyone had done their empathy training while they where sleeping XD. Today I went to Hyper Pro class at N. Charlotte then did the Saturday black belt class and the sparring class. I enjoyed all 3 classes and it felt good to get more required classes done. After class me, my sister & my mom went to Rita's for Italian ice and it was very good. When we got home I helped my mom with a bunch of things then started on my running. My neighbor didn't want to run today and I was tired from class plus it was hot so it was hard but I pushed through and completely it. Then I took a quick break to rest and started on my other exercises so that I could play with my friends. Today I felt old and it was annoying my back was killing me all day my family tried to help me but in the end all they did was make it worse but I do appreciate their efforts but my back is still killing me and I wish my back was better. I won't let it stop me though tomorrow I am going to black belt class up north and maybe sparring class I don't know about that but maybe I just hope that a great class will help my back feel better training is always a great stress and pain reliever for me and I look forward to it. If it doesn't I wouldn't mind I at least would've gotten a good workout in but that's what messed my back up in the first place but if it gets worse I will deal with the cards given me but in...
Today I really don't have much to write about. I just recently discovered that I will need to know all of my colored belt self defense for the cycle pretest. I am a tiny bit stressed about that. I also really need to start on my sparring rounds. Sadly, school is starting for me in about mid August, and that means more friend issues. Otherwise, my life is going fine. Today I went over to a friend's house then came home and played with my family and read then I did my TKD stuff and now I am going to read.
Today i went to the Y and chilled outside in the water park thing they have. it felt good cause i have to wake up early to run so yeah that was fun. im going to summer camp for boy scouts in 2 days. gonna be a whole week without getting anything done but its cool cuz im super ahead in my running. and everything eles.
Today was a normal summer camp Friday we went to the Library. But in black belt class all we did was poomsaes, which really helped us out.
It's hard to believe we are almost 3 weeks into the cycle. There have been some exciting times and some hard times. Today I woke up late so it was harder to get going and get my exercises done. My mom wanted me to get in some extra exercises todays because we are going to Great Wolf on Sunday and Monday and Saturday we have a busy day but I was tired and didn't feel like doing extra and all of my friends were playing so I wanted to play too. My mom is frustrated with me over it. I'm excited about Saturday classes tomorrow. Tonight I did meditation, ate dinner then played soccer with my friends. I need to work on my book essay tonight because my mom is frustrated with me since I have not finished it yet.

Today I woke up to start my running requirement. After my running I was tired so I relaxed for a little while and then finished my requirements at the end of the day. :)

I have seriously been so tired and in pain these last two days Wednesday I seriously had trouble walking around my own house I am tired in general I've been doing so many requirements all day and later in the afternoon I go to the dojang teach and then take class and then have great workouts designed by instructor hsin and while they are hard I greatly appreciate them and thanks to him I am in great shape. Today we went bowling in summer camp, I lost by one point on my team. When we got back we started classes and I got beat up with sticks by little kids.
Today I went to a state park. We had a picnic then fond a warm spot on the beach. Then started to dig.We found very warm water.

Everything progresses. Things are getting easier. I ran a 8:30 min. mile. Honestly that may seem easy and all but it's definitely progress from 9:30. Today was very fun with the KTA Lake Norman Summer Camp. We all went bowling and I scored 97 (which is terrible).... Anyways I am not getting sore anymore which is awesome
Today started out very challenging with doing my exercises but after a long talk with my mom I changed my attitude and got everything completed. After I finished I went to the park with my neighbor and we played basketball then I went to taekwondo. I helped with 1 class and earned a leadership credit then took the next class. It was just me and a white belt student and I really enjoyed the small class.
Still sore from the run yesterday, so no run today. I have been happy with how much running I have been doing, but sometimes you need a rest day! This week has gone by quickly (Thank goodness). Looking forward to Black Belt class on Saturday!

Today I woke up and got all of the exercises done so I can have fun at my birthday party later. I went running with my sister and then we both did some pushups together. My goal is to do more random acts of kindesses today.
Started the day with a 1 mile walk with the summer campers to go to watch "The Lego Movie". Then master Schneider and I took a new route for our run at the park. We decided to try the bike trail......It ended up being a 3.2 mile loop. A long, hard 3 mile loop! Took all of our time, probably even ran her a little late getting back to her work day......at least it was shady and only 84 degrees out. So not a terrible work out, but very tiring!!!!
today i got back from the beach wich is pretty sad cause the beach is like my favorite place on earth on doing all my stuff there was relly fun so im pretty sad but ill get over it
Today we went to the movies and saw the Lego movie during summer camp, it actually wasn't that bad. Later we went for a run and Evan got sprayed by a sprinkler.
Today was just a relaxed day for me, the body is still playing catch up. Tomorrow is back to work after two weeks off, it better be with me or its going to be a long day.
Today I went to the YMCA to swim for three hours, then I went home, continued with daily life, and then went to help out in a class before mine (need those leadership creds). After my class and Hyper Pro, I went home and finished my requirements, and here I am, tracking and blogging at 8:46 pm, ready to go do the dishes. I REALLY NEED TO START ON MY SPARRING ROUNDS >~<
Today I went to summer camp, and when my dad picked me up, we went to Tae Kwon Do. When we got home it was pretty late and I thought I was not done with my requirements for the day. Then I remembered that I did a bunch of pushups and situps at Tae Kwon Do and that I wasn't really behind.
Today I got up early again and knocked out my exercises. I did a lot of extra exercises yesterday so I didn't really do any extra today. I am really seeing how much easier it is to complete my exercises when I get up early and get everything done before it gets really hot outside and before I get tired. I did meditation time this afternoon and went to N. Charlotte to take the hyper pro class tonight since we didn't have youth at church. I like the hyper pro class so I had fun.
Today in the morning I went to tennis camp which was amazing and I learned new stuff!! I never actually played tennis but why not try a new skill. Then in the afternoon I finished my physical and here I am typing this journal. This was my day!!!!
Been a little stressed out lately. A lot will be changing soon and I'm not very happy about it. But it's life so I just have to go with it whether I like it or not.
I was struggling a little bit this morning with my requirements. I didn't want to do them. I was tired. Then I finally did them. My mom told me that when I grow up I can put on my college application that I'm a black belt when I was 9 years old. After she said that I decided to do my requirements. Plus I wanted to play Xbox.
Nice to be home. Was a awesome time at the PMAA camp in the Philippines. Had a hole lot to soak in this old brain. Now it time to get back to that running thing.
I did my running and pull-ups at the Y today. After swimming for two hours we went home and I got straight to work on my requirements. We did spin falls at black belt class. I thought it was really cool because we had to jump over two body shields and still do a spin fall.
Good day today. Nice day for a run, but only got a couple of miles in. Need to step up to doing a 3 mile run per day.... Still loving watching my counselor candidates and summer camp candidates jumping at chances to do their requirements! We are short on "adult" counselorsthis week, so we can't work together as much at the park...but they took two opportunities to run today, so I was proud. Got to work out with Master Schneider (and Jessi) at the park and then got to do a Top Team class. Had a good number of people for my 7:30 family class, so got a little extra sweat on! Only 2 kiddos showed up for Hyper Pro.....would love to see a few more of you for that class....
I just got back from seeing my great grandmother. It has been hard thinking about her, getting my TKD and summer school work done. I was able to get to class tonight and complete another Hyper class.
Ran 5 miles today. I'm really tired now. Took an Epsom salt bath so I should be good for tomorrow :). Not planning on running that much tomorrow.
First off I have to apologize for my lack of journal entries even though it is not my fault the wi-fi at my condo was non existent the only night I made an entry my dad spent half an hour working on it just to get get a signal for ten minutes and then poof it was gone. It literally said full on wi-fi and then it doesn't work that just made me so mad that they didn't tell the truth and about something so small it's frustrating I tried every night and with no luck. Then I got back and every single night since I've got back I have fallen asleep on the couch and have forgotten to do anything and out of pure exhaustion I would just go to bed and sleep not doing this and now I'm going to stay up for the night.
Today was kinda crazy. I woke up at 6:00am to make breakfast for my family (random act of kindness to the major) after that, my mom, sister and I jogged a mile. After we jogged for a mile, and my little brother woke up, we went to the optometrist for eye appointments. I got contacts!! Then we went to Lenny's Subs for lunch. After that we went to Target to buy me some bathing suits (the pool kept turning mine a funny color >~
Today when I got to the Dojang we did summer camp type things. At around 10 we started class for summer camp. When we were done with that we went to a park then a pool, which was closed because of plumbing issues. When we got back we went for a run then we did some classes. At around 4:15 we went for another run. At around 6:30 a couple of us went to Chic Fil A before PMAA.
Today I spent my day out on the water with some of my friends and I only put sunscreen on half of my face so now I look really funny. I went to TKD and then I came home and I am going to watch a movie with my friends. So all in all today has been a good day. and so here we are and I am journaling again.

My friend that lives in front of me goes to the King Tiger Belmont too and he is a high red belt so he did the physical requirements with me today and it made it all so much easier to have someone to do it all with. I really enjoyed it. After we finished all of the requirements we watched a movie then went to taekwondo for one regular class and one weekday black belt class. I got a lot accomplished today towards my requirements so that made me feel good. Tonight I did meditation time while my mom cooked dinner then my friend/neighbor is coming back over to spend the night again.
This week I've been doing my white belt challenge. It is very weird. I also wrote my empathy training essay.
Today I cleaned the boat . Then I sprayed someone. Then got sprayed.
I have a lot of pain in my heels seems I have somehow gotten planter blah blah blah , it does not matter the name it just really hurts, I am concerned about being able to continue without a long rest, not what I want to hear, I will keep trying but man my heels hurt, if I forgot to mention my heels hurt, anyway working on forms with TKD shoes helps but by the time I am done with three to four hours of classes I am I a lot of pain, just encase I did not mention that yet. I discovered that mentee sessions are easy. Before I did it I felt really nervous because the person I am mentoring is older than me but is a lower rank. It went really well because it wasn't so hard after all. Next time we're going to work on self defenses and stances.
Back from Texas vacation and very tired! I am disappointed that I didn't get more requirements done while I was gone. But happy that everything seemed to go well at the school while we were gone! A really big THANKS to all of our Instructors and Counselors for helping out! Worked out today at lunchtime with Master Schneider....ran, worked on the Stick Forms and Pal Gwe forms. Ended up "taking" the family class tonight while Master Schneider taught...did a lot of poom saes and self defenses. Looking forward to going to bed early tonight!
I finally back with my "holiday" an coming back doing Tae Kwon Do things. On Friday we had fireworks at my friends house which was amazing!!!!!!Then we came back at home at 12 and slept a lot. On Sunday we had baby shower for someone. Today our cousins came from Swiss and tomorrow is my sisters birthday!!!!! Thats was by weekend basically.
Today my friends came over to swim and play games. It was really fun. I haven't seen them in a long time so it was good to see them face to face again. Today was awesome!!!

After I finished my running I worked on my other exercises then my friend came over & we played video games for a little bit then went to the park to play basketball. I went to taekwondo this afternoon & did 2 classes then came home and did my meditation time. Now I am going to go to the park & play basketball for a little while. Today has been a good day.
Today I have a lot planned. I want/need to do all of my chores, I want to "work" on my dog, Schuyler (brush her teeth, brush her) and I also plan on finishing my requirements in a timely manner. My mom and I got my Wacom Bamboo tablet all set up, so I want to draw on that, too. Well, guess that's all for now, bye.

Today I had a good day. I went to church and then I came home and was out on the water almost the whole day and when I wasn't doing that I was drawing or reading and now I am playing video games.
My days off are still not off. Today was the day I do yard work and other chores around the house. Had an interesting holiday weekend. Thursday morning I took my 15 year old dog (Older than me) to be put down. That was not so fun. Today we had a late Forth of July cookout with my dad's side of the family, they are not very talkative.
Today my family had to prepare for the newcomer in December. I helped my dad build the changing table for the baby. We also cleared space out of a room where the baby would sleep, and my dad put the crib together. We also had to put the rooms in the order that we wanted them to be in, so we would have enough space for the baby.
Today I went to visit my great-grandmother at the Hospice House. A therapy dog visited her room. The dogs name was Dr. Casey. I have most of my workout in for the day and need to finish a few more things. I am trying to catch up.

Yesturday I went horseback riding and I rode a horse named Skipper. We went on a trail ride and it was really fun. Then me and my family went to Dave and Busters. That was really fun too. So yesturday was a pretty great day.

Worked out late yesterday, had to watch Netherlands vs Costa Rica Game at 4:00 then got inspired by Master Thamm running 14.47 miles yesterday, so did my normal 2.5 mile run with stopping at every half mile and doing pushups forms, sit ups and burpees, fun stuff for a late evening workout, finished with kicks and stretching man do I need the stretching.

7/5: Today poomsaes were easier because at the beginning I thought they were really long but now it's getting easier because I'm getting used to doing them.
My parents went away for the fourth of July weekend so i'm staying at my grandparents house. I did some black belt cycle stuff but not much.
I hope everyone had a great 4th. Yesterday was our last full day in Gatlinburg and we were really busy. We went to the Haunted show, found our way out of a Mirror Maze, played Circus Mini Golf, rode the SkyLift up to the top of a huge mountain, walked around Gatlinburg a bunch and finished with fireworks tonight. It was a really good day!
Today I started on my exercises when I got up then I stopped to cut the grass and help my mom with some other yard projects. After I finished the yard I started working on exercises again and got almost everything finished but had to stop again because my sisters new furniture was being delivered so I had to help get everything moved back into her room & put away since my sister has a hurt arm right now. After everything was done in my sisters room I worked on finishing up my exercises. Today was one of the hardest so far with getting all of my requirements met because I am sore & really tired from helping with all of the other projects at my house but I pushed through & got everything completed. I also finished up my 4th essay last night so now I am starting to work...
I am wiped out. I just got done with 300 push ups and 300 sit ups and for the people out there that do that every day you guys are awesome! I really did not want to do those after 150 each and now I am in a pretty bad mood. We had a lot of friends over today so I had to do a lot at one time.
Still at my grandmas . Nothing realy is going on my dad just made me do this so yeah.
Yesterday, I went to a fourth of July party at my neighbors house. My friends and I got to do the fireworks show during the party. We set off fireworks called "Little Dynamite" and burned LEGOs during the day. I am going to another party today, also at my neighbors house and I believe I will have fun. My mom disliked the idea of me and my friends to set off the mini-dynamite. She was correct. I burned my pinky and lost hearing in one ear for a minute.
7/4: Today I woke up at 7:30 and got part of my requirements done even though we had company. I got the rest of them done later on and played the rest of the day. It's harder when you have company because I want to do things with them.
This morning I started working on my exercises 1st thing then I went to the pool with my mom & sister at 10. We spent all day at the pool & had a lot of fun. My mom took us to Sweet Frog on the way home from the pool & it was really good. When I got home I was really tired but pushed myself to get my running done then I did meditation time. I am going to Friday Night Live tonight with my friends so I am excited.
Today is the 4th of July. We visited my great-grandmother today. Tonight we are going to see fireworks. I hope everyone has a good July 4th!
Today i'm at my grandmas. I woke up at 10:00. Then stayed in the pool till 12:56.
Today I had to catch up for my days off. I was very behind on jump rope, poomses and self-defense. I barely got any free time because I was having to catch up on all my stuff. I had to do an interval run which is a run where you sprint for a period of time and then jog for a period of time and keep going back and forth. I also had to do homework which also cut down my free time.
Happy 4th of July Everyone!!! Worked on my requirements early so I could have fun and spend time with family the rest of the day and watch fireworks tonight :)

7/3: I started my requirements later today. I had a hard time running my mile because I tried to run the whole time and keep up with my sister on her bike, and I ended up getting a cramp so I had to walk the rest of the time.

Today I needed a break. I ate a heavy meal and I just don't feel like doing the requirements so I am going to take a break today and I am going to do five times as much stuff.
Today at summer camp, the award that is given out to the cleanest group went missing, and the group that lost it got drenched with water for losing it. There was also a pie eating contest for the counselors and the counselors for the Older Camp won. It was very fun to watch because they weren't allowed to use their hands.
Today I plan on doing all of my requirements before 3:00pm. Yesterday my Wacom tablet arrived from amazon! I plan on trying that out today . Today my family and I have no activities, Twix is doing great, and we are giong to my grandparent's house tomorrow, so i guess that's it :D
Last day of camp for the week. It was a very dramatic day today :/ I ran the route that i usually run in 18 minutes and i shaved off about 2 1/2 minutes. Spark is amazing!
