workouts

So I am still doing Alexander Strong workouts today was 10 rounds 6 burpess, 12 reverse lunges I added a kettlebell here then 6 pushups followed by 12 squats with kettlebell and finally 12 situps lat pullovers. I did this and then the pelton for 30 minutes interval and arms. I am trying.
