Another late journal but that’s alright. I had my second to last show tonight, got home late. I did my run outside instead of the gym, it was cloudy and cool out. Got my leg checked out today, and luckily nothing serious. Running might’ve not been the best idea still, it hurt a little after. I have my first Saturday black belt class tomorrow, I feel a little underprepared but I’ll be fine, just need to do it anyway. Anddd I need to update my book and log my requirements on here. Little behind but going strong.
