Today was a pretty tiring Monday, mostly because of the time change. School went by quickly, especially since Social Studies was async. After that, I spent most of my time finishing my requirements, practicing, and cleaning out the closet for a bit. Then I got ready for TKD.

Since it was PMAA belt testing today, we had that — and honestly, we did really well. Good job, guys! After that, I started my white‑belt challenge. I helped out in the Senior Tiger class, which was mostly red‑stripe activities and a few single‑stick strikes.

Then I had a mentee session with Amelia. We worked on her lower‑belt forms and moved on to her regular forms, and I started teaching her hop‑step kicks. I also had a mentor session with Master Weeks after PMAA, where we worked on my Hapkido forms.

When I got home, I changed quickly so my parents and I could go outside for a walk. After we came back, we ate dinner, I listened to Atomic Habits, and now I’ll probably finish my homework and head to bed.

Hope everyone’s doing well, and good luck with the rest of the cycle. ⟭⟬ Lalitha Sree Damarla⁷
