August 16 - Entry # 12
Today I woke up and got sick to my stomach (i think because of my coughing), so I didnt make the black belt class this morning. But I did go to the self defense class. After class, we came home and hung out with the family for pretty much the rest of the day. Got requirements in with my sister, mom & dad. Now im going to bed.
