Today I treid to do my empathy training. I chose to be mute, so I was mute all the way until math. Math is my LAST PERIOD. I just started talking, not noticing. So I guess I must actually talk A LOT. It was a pain, so I guess thats what I'm doing this weeken. I could isolate my self on my ipad.....
