Honestly the digital detox was not as interesting as I’d hoped lol. I was hoping to have some extra creative energy or something, but the day was fairly normal. I suppose that’s a good thing. Anyways, had sparring today. My ankle is rly killing me. It’s very frustrating when that affects my kicks and all. Haven’t been sleeping too well so not looking forward to black belt class in the morning, but it’s whatever. I have to do it so mine as well not dwell on it.
