Today Master Evins gave us the first challenge to do for the cycle. We had to do 100 jump ropes, 50 squats, 50 burpees,and 25 of our poomsae. It was hard, but we did it. The burpees were pretty hard. I liked the poomsaes being last so we can cool down. I can't wait to see what the extra credit is going to be.
