Mr. Antoine Love (Community Service Co-Chair, Beta Nu Lambda Chapter, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.) wanted me to pass this message along to the King Tiger Volunteers who helped out with the Stolen Lunches program at the McCrory YMCA on September 5th: "Daemon, share with all the young volunteers that were engaged on Saturday. They contributed to serve and were extremely appreciated. While we gather official letters of gratitude for Give Blessing Bags Day, I had to personally reach out to those few people that directly made a huge impact in my line of sight and by my side.The day was full, the energy was high, and it was hot! It was so much more than we expected, but we ultimately accomplished our goal-showing up and pouring into the community. Though there were some structural challenges, thank you for WANTING to be a part of this celebration and lending a hand wherever it was needed and making sure I didn't fall out! You will soon see that I have added you all as Give Blessing Bags Ambassadors and look forward to working with you all again."
