I had a very slow run this morning, I'm not happy about it, it does not make me feel confident going into next week.
On a positive note, I'm studying the written and doing okay on my wife testing me. I've done well on my curriculum practice, but only okay on most of my physical stuff.
Looking forward to a fun weekend with the family (and some TKD).
