It was a good Sunday. I had a great time working on self defense and staff forms with a good group of partners. I always feel better about my stuff after these sunday sessions.
Then I got to visit my son at his new place for a bit, I don't see him near enough since he moved on his own. I headed home, got the rest of my requirements done, and made some almond biscotti with my youngest.
