Today was pretty easy. I went on a walk this morning and did my exercises, but I didn't do poomsae or self-defense until later because my sister decided that she needed to go to the mall. We spent some time shopping, but my sister had to leave because she helps with the sports medicine at my school and there was a football game she had to help with. So we left, and I went home, finished up my requirements, and went to the football game. Anyway, that was my day. I hope everyone had an amazing day. Goodnight!
