Today, when I was doing my mentor session I realized that mentoring someone else really gave me a deeper understanding on what I was doing too. I mean I've read somewhere that teaching other people is what helps people remember best. Plus, I think that mentoring is a requirement BECAUSE it gives us a deeper understanding. (Also it helps with your people skills too>)
