It's been a pretty good start to the day at work, although I forgot to pack my breakfast so I had to buy something (I hate doing that).  

I got up early and go my requirements done before heading to the office.   I also started my nutrition challenge last night - Stop night time snacking.  It's not unusual at the end of the day as we watch a little tv before bed for me to have some chips or something of the sort.  I end up eating way too many.  So I'm going to cut that out for my challenge.  It's going to be hard, but I know it's the right thing.
