Had to get up early today for work and it was raining heavily on and off. Luckily it stopped during the afternoon so running was nice. In the evening I had to help with the ninja gym, usually I only work there Tuesdays and Thursdays but today I was needed to help with one of the classes before heading over to the dojang. Master Foster was working on pressure points and ways to strike them or use them. After that we head out to go home and have dinner.
