Today was the the black belt pre test. We went on a run for 1 mile. I was pretty fun, it was exhausting but once i stopped, it felt as if i was a machine that is cooling down. Then we went into the dojan, did the requirment and then did the poomsae. I had trouble on the poomsae, but was determined to use my mistakes to learn. Over all, it was a very fun, yet tiring day.
