Today I woke up with tons of snow around the house so I was unable to attend to Taekwondo. However, I showed my black belt poomsae and self defense on BB website to get the credit. Master Evins was able to show me the #6 self defense. Then I worked on my requirements and I walked my dog 1 mile, i am tired and sleepy. Good night!
