so this is my journal for today. I did not do much but my butt hurts from the bike ride yesterday.

Today nothing exciting is happening. Have to do schoolwork and chores. I'm nervous about testing and hope i pass.

Had a good amount of practice on my staff forms today. Tommorow the Hartles should be helping me on staff 3 and 4.

Today I had a pretty lazy sunday and my dad made lasagna and my mom made pie so overall today was pretty good

I think I am finished with everything that I need to do still need work on my palgues and hapkido

Finally starting to feel human again. Energy level low but happy I got something accomplished. Treadmill wipped me out so ended up with a nap. Other than that domestics, groceries and a couple errands that did not get done yesterday so no complaints. Hoping for a good productive week!!!

Today when I woke up I just decided to stay in bed for a few more hours and then I went and got a haircut after that I went to Walmart and got a new phone case.

Today my sister, my brother, my mom, and I went biking (my dad was working on the car). It was really fun. We saw some weird people though. A bunck of cute dogs, too. I can't waid for testing! I feel real nervous though.

Today I Went To Church. After Church I Had To Sell Boyscout Popcorn. I Also Had A Few Requirements To Work on.

today I did a lot of home work I went to the park and I did some TKD stuff and I also played some video games. 

Today was awesome. We had a great day. We went to Church and then went to go look at some property. I got some stuff done today!!!!!

Today, my sister and I helped our older sister Heloise dye all her hair in henna. The Henna was a orangeish, copper, but since she had dark hair you could only see it in the sunlight. With all the extra, I put henna on a long strand near the front. A few hours later, right now, I washed the henna out. The strand was like, carrot orange, since my hair was pretty light, It really showed up. Sadly, later, Hloise had to leave to go back to college. It's all pretty sad.

today I had a lazy day which means I didn't do any requirements. I went to a pizza place and had pizza and I also went to pick out my Halloween costume. I am going to be a jester this year. It is red and black with a mask, gloves, a hat and a shirt with pants. It looks really cool. I cant wait until Halloween. Tonight I am going to watch scary movies with my mom. It is going to be really fun.

today is probably going to be a bad day. my big sister is going to leave for UNC Chapell hill and i guess thats sorta bad. Im exited for tomorrow though. I m going to wear my new AM jeans.

Today i am going to go to church and coming back home to have free time. End of the cycle and test approaching. Better have your requirements finished!

Yesterday I had to take the PSAT and it ran pretty late! I was supposed to take black belt class because they told us it would end at 11 but it finshed at 12 so I couldn't make it to if! :( But after I went to my volunteer at normal time-2pm- and then got to visit my friend at her job!!

today I took bbc and I liked it because we reveyed all the stuff

HAd some really good review of hapkido forms 2 and 3. Tomorrow i should be getting a lot of miles in.

Today at black belt class we went over EVERYTHING. It was really helpful, I really needed help on my palguay forms. Besides that, I am 99.99% shure that I have everything down. Really happy rn. Goodnight

Today was a very tiring day. After Sparring Class I had to go to my this big program at our Church. It is basically every country sells the specialty food. It was amazing. We had an Indian food stall. We raised more than $700. All profits go to build a new thing at our Church. It was amazing though. It has amazing food. We just came back very tired. Need to get a good sleep.

had a tutoring session with Master Burkart today. It was very helpful. And then helped out the demo team at their performance at St. Lukes

Today we got a huge win in baseball in which I think the final score was 20-4 and I also got a pair of hits

Today we got our pictures taken and my grandma left to go home back to Seattle, Washington. I had a lot of fun getting our pictures taken and i am sad my grandma had to leave. After the pictures i went to black belt class at Master Evans. Then i came back home and played all afternoon.

Please - - -please - - -please let there be some light at the end of the tunnel. Over two weeks with this crud and I am so done with being sick. No class today which really ticked me off but would not have lasted more than 5 minutes and it would not have been fair to all the candidates, last thing they need is to get sick before next weekend. Tried to run a few errands today and that did not work very well. Came home and pretty much was a couch potato with the most strenuous duty of the day being laundry - -yippy what fun. Kept looking at the treadmill and that was about the extent of that - -good intentions but need to be smart. Positive thoughts I am going to wake up tomorrow morning feeling better and get back on track- - if not back to...

Today after black belt class, which was just review, I went and help out wit a taekwondo booth at barnette.

Today I made dinner for my family. It was fun, but I don't know if it is delicious yet. Mostly because I haven't eaten it yet and nobody has tried it yet. I made chicken noodle soup with carrots, celery, onion, broth, chicken, fresh thyme and noodles. I also going to bake cresants to go with it.

this morning I helped my mom make Halloween pancakes and they were very good. we put sprinkles in them and I love sprinkles. they had little pumpkins in them and it was so cool!!

right now its breakfast time. i slept in pretty late.

Had a good sleep today. But I badly hurt my toe and hurts when I walk so it might be questionable if I can train today.

Today was Friday, yay tomorrow I get to relax and do fun thing. I had an ok day at school today also.

It was pretty relaxed friday! I went to school, then straight to TKD black belt class. We did stick, staff and regular forms! After TKD I hung out with my friend. I have to sleep relativity early because i have to take the PSAT in the morning tom before black belt class at Master Evins' School!

Today was really fun. I went shopping in the mall and we went to American Eagle, Pacsun, Anthropology, Forever 21 and (hold your horses) Auntie Anne's. It was fun, (I said that twice) I went with my mommy, big sis, twin sis, me, myself, and I. We all had fun. I bought black jeans from AM and then we went to Forever 21 and bought some stuff over they're, (it was all for my big sis because come on! 12 year olds are not supposed to go to that store we still need to get our own sense of style!). Well I hope everyone who read my journal entry had a great day and tell me if you read my journal entry. I just want to know who are the stalkers in my TDK group. I know that I am, I read other people's journal entry ALL the time! :) Well...

Today I went to the mall with my older sister, twin and my mom. We went to Forever 21, American Eagle, and Anthropology. And Antie Anne's ofcourse. I bought, or my mom payed and I got, a new pair of dark skinny jeans fromAmerican Eagel, and OMG! They are so cozy! Then I went to forever 21, just because, I didn't buy anything their,or at Aeries. Hehe. I had an awsome time. And people keep emailing me which is really annoying......then I went to the niehborhood hood party, not for the Penninsula, but for Cabin Creek,our new niehborhood hood that we haven't moved in yet. That was pretty nice too. I was going to go to the homecoming game for Hough, because my bro was playing at halftime, but I was to lazy.............

Today I helped with testing, and it was fun!! Thankfully, I did not have to hold any boards for anyone. It was awesone to cheer people on and see them happy

Today I had to present a project that I had been working on for a week now and I was very nervous. I had to make a story and make a play with that story. I think I did very well on it.

Up early this morning. Have to go to my bus stop because I'm at my father's house. Ready for fun friday and enjoy my laid back weekend.

Another day of requirements with the twins and Marcus. Kiddos are wearing me out :) In a good way! ready for testing to be here! so proud of all the candidates!

Today I went to Master Bercart's school (excuse my spelling) and had my first class there which was a sparing class, that I enjoyed because I met someone name Charley who was really good at sparing. :-)

Today in sparring I got hurt, I got kicked in the jewels, and it's all my fault for not wearing a cup

Today, was a great day... We had no school. Got a bunch of poomsaes done. It was great. Can't wait for tomorrow. Tomorrow I have a day off too.....

Today I went to home school TKD. After TKD we picked my dad up and went to IKEA to look at a bed for my sister. We had hot dogs for lunch while we were there. They were pretty good but not as good as Costco's hot dogs.

Today I had a long recess because of highschool was doing an important test.

My sister, Marcus(?), and I were at LKN TKD, and we have finished alot of requirments. I feel really great. I dont know if I am taking sparring class, I'm finished with them. My older sista is coming home from college today, until Saturday, and i'm exited to see her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A bad day of fishing is always a good day of joy. Had the biggest fish in the river on my line today , but felt bad for the poor fish so I let it spit the lure out and swim a way.

Last night my grandma got here from Seattle, WA. I'm probably not going to any classes because we should visit with her.

I'm still at tkd or I am doing another marathon. Wish me luck!

Today I had to pack my TKD uniform before going to school.  I found my belt and pants pretty easily, but the top was the hardest.  I circled the living room about 18 times, the rec room a couple of times, and then I found it in my bedroom

Today is my brothers birthday. He's 28 so I was able to give home 29 birthday punches. It was very funny. Worried about my punches a week from today.

Had a great day with the Hedlund sisters and Marcus! Picked them up from school, and did requirements for about 7 hours.....seriously! Marcus also ran 4 miles and worked on his creative form. We did a kick boxing class for our sparring rounds, did push ups and sit ups in sets of 20. Did an hour straight of poom saes, did jump ropes and rolls and falls! While classes were going on, they did more requirements, and since it was green stripe, they got to do alot of kicks with all the little kids! They did a great job, and even agreed to come back tomorrow to do some more!

Today I helped out with a class and retaught this girl kwan sool and she was really fast learner so I was really proud. :-)

It was half day today! I had to come in late to school because of my mitchell class and we basically did nothing in my classes! After school, I stayed after to help with a child day care, then went to lunch with my friends. I then came home to change to go to TKD class leadership 1 and my regular monday wednesday class! Finally ending the day with my homework:)

Went to the Ren fair today. It was fun. Watched Jousting, magic, jugglers and the bird show. The food was great.

Today I got to walk to TKD class.  I liked it because we got to explore trails and stuff.

today I went to school and we went on a field trip to se a basket ball game. The teams that were playing were Dallas and charlotte and we lost by twenty points. after school I went to TKD and did a lot of stuff there.

Today, Marcus, my sister and I had a half day at school. The Master Hartle picked my sister and I up, and we have been doing requirments since now. I am really thankfull for the Hartles, because they have been pushing my sister and I and really helping them. (so if you are reading this, thank you). I am having soooooooo much fun!

im at the lkn dojang since 12. i had a half day today so the hartles picked my sister and i up and we have been here with markus eversince. we are going to saty until the evening classes. i am soooo hot right now. (both ways)

I always look forward to being back at my oldhome in California. I come here to get some R & R and see family and friends. But i feel even better when I get back to my home in North Carolina. It seem like my R & R is run a round all week and still getting up at 5 am. But it's all worth it, Friend's and Family.

Ran 3 miles today and i was pretty tired. Tomorrow is going to be a big workout day so i should get a lot done.

Today my baseball game was cancelled because of the weather and it was our second to last game of the season so hopefully this Saturday we won't get rained out.  

Looking forward to tomorrow cuz I got a couple of candidates that need some extra work on their requirements, and they just happen to have a half day at school, soooooo they are coming in to do some extra stuff. I am hoping that it will put them on track to finish everything up by Friday the 24th! Also, I get to work out with Master Evins in the morning:)

Today I had my last mentee session and my second to last mentor session with Amanda. I also helped out witwith the little tigers cladclass.

Today during what should have been hyper pro we just decided to try to do requirements for the people that need to finish up. It was really fun.

One step forward two steps back but its all good, could always be worse. I may not finish all my requirements on time however I will finish. Guess sometimes things happen for a reason, have not been able to do much so maybe that has given my shoulder a chance to heal. Hope for a good night sleep and see what tomorrow brings. Main goal finish my running by end of weekend.

Almost ready for testing. Can't wait. The only promblem I had today was I have a bad headache and my eyes hurt. They're killing me!!!! Very excited because I have a half day tommrow.

Today I had to go to the doctor to get shots.  I was scared at first, but then once I did it, it only hurt for a couple of seconds.
